J’ai été chargé 2x pour la même nuit même chambre et le service à la clientèle refuse de me rembourser. Il était impossible de discuter avec le service à la clientèle sur place. Lors du séjour il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude et pas de clé pour entrer dans nos chambres.

Very difficult booking the shuttle service and getting information about the hotel. The shuttle we scheduled never arrived and by the time we figured out how to get to the hotel (hours later), the restaurant was closed and the pool was only open for another 30 mins (and the pool was the reason we booked the hotel). The staff didn't seem concerned that the shuttle was a no show even though I had contacted them several times leading up to the trip to ensure it was booked.

Snack foods were incredibly expensive (as was water). We left as early as possible the next morning to get to our resort. Won't ever stay here again.

Needed an extra night and this property was perfect. Short walk from terminal 2 & 3. We landed in terminal 4 so we had to do some tricky navigation to fine the free shuttle to terminal 2. Once we found it everything else was easy.

Missed my flight and had to stay a extra night and this hotel saved me.
It was very basic on the inside of the room but everything worked well and was comfortable.

The pool looks SO COOL but I unfortunately missed out. The front desk staff were very friendly and just treated me kind while I was dealing with something crazy so I really appreciate that

You feel very safe since you are located in the airport area right across the street from terminal 2. The airport shuttle bus drops you on the other side but dont worry with a little walk with what looked mostly like sidewalks you can get there no problem!

Stayed one night only on the way to the airport with my dog. Dog friendly hotel. Had a very nice dinner with our awesome server Christian. The buffet breakfast was OK but very expensive for what is offered. The coffee was terrible. The lobby, bar and seating area for the restaurant is really nice. Reception staff were very helpful except for the person who I assume is the general manager, unfortunately, I did not get his name, but he was not helpful and actually quite rude.

Great place to stay, just a 5-minute walk from the airport. The staff were courteous and very helpful throughout our stay. An outdoor pool with arc like shape is available.

Breakfast is available for a small fee and was excellent—everything from waffles to a nice selection of Mexican dishes.

The only downside was that some of the outdoor chairs had bird droppings and could use more frequent cleaning.

That said, despite being so close to the airport, the rooms are well soundproofed and very quiet.

I stayed one night as I was getting ready to leave my winter home in Mexico for the United States. I had several problems, the largest of which included bedbugs or fleas that feasted upon me in the night. Other housekeeping and maintenance issues kept me awake throughout the night, resulting in a horrible nights sleep. I tried to bring this to the attention of the front desk personnel the next morning, but he seemed disinterested as he’d rather help the local woman next in line check out. I tried to escalate to the next level manager, and although there was some exchange of communication, ultimately she was not available to meet with me either. Finally, I brought it to attention of Hilton after departure, and received a email of “we regret …” and a commitment to make it right.

Our check-in was later. It seemed sloppy. Meaning the staff was not attentive to someone checking in. It was 11 pm, and we just wanted to shower and go to bed, but the water was cold. The next morning I explained it to the staffthey said they would send a maintenance person to fix it The maintenance person tried to tell my wife that the C on the tap was Spanish fir hot and we turned thebtap the wrong way. Such a high level of insult. Adrian at tge day shift front desk was great as was Jorge our van driver. The breakfast seemed expensive but it was suitable. The bed and room were good. Hilton was harmed by one person who knows how to insult guests.

We stayed overnight here before heading to our all-inclusive resort the next morning, and the transportation arrangement was easily made with a quick phone call.

The pool area was lovely, although we found the water a bit on the cooler side. The food portions were generous, but we felt the pricing was on the higher side for the overall quality.

Staff check in difficult and rude. Not a normal Hilton experience. They claim to have keyless digital check-in but do NOT process them. The head lady tried to scam me when I extended my first night stay. My first night I booked with Expedia at a higher rate but as a Hilton Honors member my second nigh my was the same exact room!! She claimed they we paid for a “premium room” the first night and my rate would have to stay the same until I pointed out the error/scam.

Basic, clean hotel within short walking distance to Terminal 2/3. Other terminals - urge you to pay $25 for a cab there, and only take return shuttle if you have no time constraint.

Food options are actually quite good. Nowhere to walk or kill time, only good for in/out as needed.

The property itself was nice - breakfast although expensive at $30US per person was pretty good but the room was small - even though we had a wheelchair accessible room and was either extremely stuffy or too cold depending on what you had the air set at.
Ordered room service online and it never showed up even though I received an email confirmation it would be delivered by a certain time… stayed up for nothing.
Meh… it was ok if you’re stuck and need a place close to the airport.

Overall it’s great- a few things could be improved. The drinks machine by reception is awful - and the steak dinner downstairs restaurant was disappointing - too much of the steak was fatty and the chips cold. When you try and say something it gets ignored. The guy serving all on his own in rooftop bar deserves recognition - but couldn’t help think someone else should have helped at least serve the hot food. So handy for the airport though and an overnight stay, comfy bed etc

Its ok. However at this time of year trying to use the pool area/bar on the sunday unfortunately was a waste of time. No towels for the loungers and although being told the night before the bar would be open at 10, it was actually 1, after most peoples checkout which is silly. The only option for eating in the morning is a buffet, which most of the people I was talking to upstairs did not want and were also hoping to have something lighter at the upstairs bar. on a weekend highly suggest that it open much earlier quite a few disappointed people. Bartender downstairs was great and makes good cocktails.

The room was in good condition with a comfy bed. The toiletries had run out in the room though, which was a bit annoying. The hotel told us that the only way of getting to the Tren Maya station in the morning was a €30USD taxi, when we could have walked back across to the airport terminals to take a free shuttle. I thought this was a bit misleading, and I would expect better from Hilton Hotels.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the experience was unacceptable and fell far below the standard of service and cleanliness that I expected.

From the beginning of my stay, staff support was severely lacking. Multiple staff members were unfriendly, rude, and unhelpful when I requested assistance. Despite calling the front desk several times and physically going downstairs, many of my concerns were either ignored or promised assistance that never arrived.

The condition of the hotel and my room was extremely disappointing. The room appeared outdated, with dirty walls, unclean sheets, and dirty towels. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and overall hygiene throughout the property was poor. The elevator floor was consistently wet, creating an unsafe environment, and there was a foul odor present in the lobby.

The room temperature was another major issue. The room was freezing cold, the air conditioning had only one setting, and despite requesting a blanket, staff refused to provide one. I contacted the front desk multiple times regarding the A/C issue, yet no one came to address it.

Additional concerns included:
•The pool being visibly dirty with bugs inside
•Room service being unreachable, with no return calls after multiple attempts
•Being unable to place a food order while the dining area was at full capacity

Overall, this stay was extremely uncomfortable and frustrating. I did not enjoy my stay

Nice room with good linens but the floor hadn’t been swept. There was 1 coffee pouch which made 1 cup of coffee and we had registered as 2. One teabag Went to the front desk to ask for another and was refused. Very nice pool area. The restaurant was out of half the menu items at 6 at bought and didn’t advise us until we tried to order and it wasn’t busy.
