Basic, clean hotel within short walking distance to Terminal 2/3. Other terminals - urge you to pay $25 for a cab there, and only take return shuttle if you have no time constraint.

Food options are actually quite good. Nowhere to walk or kill time, only good for in/out as needed.

The property itself was nice - breakfast although expensive at $30US per person was pretty good but the room was small - even though we had a wheelchair accessible room and was either extremely stuffy or too cold depending on what you had the air set at.
Ordered room service online and it never showed up even though I received an email confirmation it would be delivered by a certain time… stayed up for nothing.
Meh… it was ok if you’re stuck and need a place close to the airport.

Overall it’s great- a few things could be improved. The drinks machine by reception is awful - and the steak dinner downstairs restaurant was disappointing - too much of the steak was fatty and the chips cold. When you try and say something it gets ignored. The guy serving all on his own in rooftop bar deserves recognition - but couldn’t help think someone else should have helped at least serve the hot food. So handy for the airport though and an overnight stay, comfy bed etc

Its ok. However at this time of year trying to use the pool area/bar on the sunday unfortunately was a waste of time. No towels for the loungers and although being told the night before the bar would be open at 10, it was actually 1, after most peoples checkout which is silly. The only option for eating in the morning is a buffet, which most of the people I was talking to upstairs did not want and were also hoping to have something lighter at the upstairs bar. on a weekend highly suggest that it open much earlier quite a few disappointed people. Bartender downstairs was great and makes good cocktails.

I was happy the room was clean and the staff was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Enjoyed the omelets. The outdoors were beautiful but the pool could have been cleaner. It had lots of bugs floating around.

When you entered the room, you can feel and smell the moist. The air conditioner is very noisy and the toilet drain is noisy too. I can’t sleep. Would not stay at this hotel again.

Very easy to walk to from hotel in dark. My kids are 10 and 13. The breakfast buffet was great. Easy and affordable stay after a long two flights before our next morning hour drive to resort.

The room was in good condition with a comfy bed. The toiletries had run out in the room though, which was a bit annoying. The hotel told us that the only way of getting to the Tren Maya station in the morning was a €30USD taxi, when we could have walked back across to the airport terminals to take a free shuttle. I thought this was a bit misleading, and I would expect better from Hilton Hotels.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the experience was unacceptable and fell far below the standard of service and cleanliness that I expected.

From the beginning of my stay, staff support was severely lacking. Multiple staff members were unfriendly, rude, and unhelpful when I requested assistance. Despite calling the front desk several times and physically going downstairs, many of my concerns were either ignored or promised assistance that never arrived.

The condition of the hotel and my room was extremely disappointing. The room appeared outdated, with dirty walls, unclean sheets, and dirty towels. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and overall hygiene throughout the property was poor. The elevator floor was consistently wet, creating an unsafe environment, and there was a foul odor present in the lobby.

The room temperature was another major issue. The room was freezing cold, the air conditioning had only one setting, and despite requesting a blanket, staff refused to provide one. I contacted the front desk multiple times regarding the A/C issue, yet no one came to address it.

Additional concerns included:
•The pool being visibly dirty with bugs inside
•Room service being unreachable, with no return calls after multiple attempts
•Being unable to place a food order while the dining area was at full capacity

Overall, this stay was extremely uncomfortable and frustrating. I did not enjoy my stay

Nice room with good linens but the floor hadn’t been swept. There was 1 coffee pouch which made 1 cup of coffee and we had registered as 2. One teabag Went to the front desk to ask for another and was refused. Very nice pool area. The restaurant was out of half the menu items at 6 at bought and didn’t advise us until we tried to order and it wasn’t busy.

The room was very nice. The staff was very courteous after stressful travel. The easy access to terminal 3 makes it an easy walk if you do not care to take the shuttle.

The breakfast was so overpriced and underwhelming they make McDonald's shine. A waste of $60.

The hotel is mediocre for the cost. Check-in was very slow, we felt like an inconvience and there was no information about hotel amenities. Another guest was very upset and yelling at the staff throughout our check-in, which further created anxiety in my group. The beds were very uncomfortable, and no one helped with luggage after we walked from our terminal to the hotel that was supposed to be in the airport. Overall, I hoped for a level of service in line with the cost, especially after travelling 17 hours. The room service at 9 pm was exceptional, and we appreciated the quick and fresh delivery. I would not stay here again as I paid for convenience, and it was worse than just taking a taxi to another hotel.

Breakfast has consistently been really, really bad.
Due to location of hotel , practically forced to eat breakfast there.
Chafing dish eggs ,some kind ofchicken stew, weird grilled vegetables, poorly prepared beans.
No bacon , no sauasge.
The guy who made the omelets did a good job.

The staff were kind and helpful, and aesthetically the hotel, rooms, and pool terrace were pretty and clean. The food in the restaurant was not what it should be for the prices they are charging, and I had some stomach upset from eating there. The noise level was also not great. All the doors absolutely slam shut unless you make sure they don't, and there's so little sound proofing between the doors and the hallways that you hear everything.. It made waking up before 6 am to catch a flight very unpleasant.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable, probably the nicest airport hotel I have stayed in. The pool is a big plus. The gym has all the basics. The free airport shuttle was much appreciated (thank you, David, for taking us to our terminal) even though the hotel is within walking distance to the terminal we departed from. If you have luggage, you’ll want to take the shuttle. Overall a great end to our vacation!

We didn't have the Breakfast -- had to leave early. Air conditioning was plenty cold but a bit noisy. Biggest challenge was the checkin. I never like to go up to the counter and be asked \"Are you sure you have a reservation?\" Then wait for a good ten minutes for them to find it and check us in. Not great. But the hotel itself is certainly nice enough for a good stay right near the airport. Walkable!

Very clean hotel, staff was friendly and accommodating. Room service was quick though they were out of multiple items late in the evening. Showers were very nice with good water pressure and the toiletries were also nice. Sound travelled well, so lots of noise from other rooms and the airport but the beds were comfortable so it was barely noticeable once the a/c kicked in. Overall a great hotel for the price and location close to the airport

To get there from the airport is chaotic and welcoming was mediocre.

Room lacked almost every amenity I am used to as a Hilton client. Hairs in the [extremely small] bathroom and in sheets.
