The property doesn't respond to repair issues. One short text would have been appreciated. This property is not currently handicapped equipped. There is construction that has closed the elevator to access the pool, beach and restaurant.

Pool / Beach : great. No crowded and stunning views
Restaurant: many options around but the one in the property is great food & service
Security; very safe. 24/7 guards
Room: hotel size. 2 X Twin beds. Nice view and quiet. A little bit outdated. kitchen and appliances.... Very old and just for show really (microwave was dirty & rusty inside)
Bed: very hard and pillows just ok.
A/C: very quiet

In short : a cozy place to stay if you want to spend more time outside than in your room. With nice pool, beach and food service

Nice property and room had a great view of the ocean. Wish we could have seen the sun come up from our balcony. Had a small kitchenette. We did not have a table on the balcony which would have been nice and we also had low water pressure in the shower. The beds were comfortable.

Towel and Bed sheet were dirty . Lots if aunts in kitchen and bed . There was false advertisement. Address was wrong . It took me more than half a day to find the place because place is called Cancun Plaza not ocean view apartment. I do not recommend this place all kitchen equipments were not functioning such as microwave no coffee no water for guest

Unsanitary conditions such as human fluids all over the bathroom toilet , hair on the bed, kitchen was dirty and sticky, check in and out in less than 5 minutes the worst was the management, extremely rude and not willing to help on any way please avoid this place if you can it ruin my entire vacation trip

Great location, pool and beach. Fantastic view from the balcony! Lots of dining options nearby and taxis are always close to take you anywhere you want to go. Only improvement suggestion would be for housekeeping to change sheets and towels more often.

I don't recommend this place to my friends and family. The staff was very rude, from the security to the pool bartender. The receptionist told my husband that they wasn't going to help him to bring our luggages to our room because we didn't book through their website. We had to bring our 4 luggages to our room because we booked through hotel.com. (unbelievable)
The room is outdating. At 2:30 am was a couple fighting and knocking the walls for about 10 minutes, then they went to the hallway and started to scream at each other. Called the front desk and no one answered me.
Luckly, I was there for only one night,otherwise I would have to go to another hotel and loose my money.

Not as described, be careful booking here!

I feel compelled to share my experience after our stay. This location is not as described. We made several attempts to utilize the airport transportation as listed on the property profile with no response, we ended up paying $85 for a 15 minute ride from the airport. We requested early check in, also no response. As we were waiting the front desk offered to show us around the property. We ate at the on-site restaurant which was the only good thing from our stay. During our tour of the property the person touring us, Enrique, took us to the tour booking center and quoted us $70 for a round trip including ferry ticket to Holbox island (Holbox Island was the reason for our trip). We decided to book this after dropping our bags. Unfortunately, he went home and the gentleman assisting us now quoted us $89/each after we were shown the price in the binder by Enrique just an hour prior. They ended up calling Enrique and fought to honor the price but finally gave in. The condo, the extremely narrow staircase in the unit is barely large enough to get a standard check in bag through. there was a trail of bugs coming from the ceiling. The shower drain was clogged and would overflow when showering. There were white liquid stains on the nightstand. Brought this info to the front desk and was told it’ll be checked tomorrow because no one was on-site to assist. We couldn’t stay so we left and still have not heard from the property. This room had a wonderful 180° view of the beach. The bathroom faucet is not properly placed compared to the sink bowl, therefore water spills on the counter and onto the floor. All you have to do is lay a towel down to dry your feet off everytime you use the bathroom. The walls are thin. You can hear alot of noise coming from the room next door (I was woken up at 6am a few mornings). They clean the room every day, give you clean towels every 2 days. I over slept one day and they knocked (I failed to hear the knock), when I woke up I asked if I could just get some clean towels. The cleaning lady said yes but when I returned to my room they didn't leave me any. Every single day that I left early enough for them to clean the room though, I had no problems. Also, it would have been nice to have some blackout curtains for when you want to sleep in because the sun really shines into that room. Also, no airport shuttle.

The property owner will try to contact over the email. But he won’t share the details to enter the property. We reached around 11 pm at night as we flew from Washington to cancun and the officer at the security checkpost said the property owner haven’t shared our name and we won’t be able to enter the property. My reservation was for 3 days. I messaged the property owner but he didn’t replied back. I requested hotels.com to ask for a refund as i was not staying at the property. The property owner rejected the refund request and still i am calling hotels.com in several occasions to get the refund. The property owner is very rude and non responsive and will take money without providing any service.

Me and my wife had an amazing stay here. Andrea was very accommodating and attentive to our needs. The apartment is in a great location of the hotel zone and with beautiful views of the beach. I highly recommend stay long here!

The room that they offered us did not correspond with the characteristics of the rented. It had no balcony or 180 degree view, neither did the sofa. We were given a lower room. They gave us a username and password for Wi-Fi that never worked, which made us have to buy internet cards to communicate.
The man who checked in could not explain why they did not assign us what was paid, he said that he was only an intermediary, but he did not communicate to those responsible what was happening to us.
From the next morning we tried to contact the owners and we never had an answer to our complaints. Communication has been lousy with no responses to our complaints.
I ask you to value the refund of the difference between what was received and what was paid.
On the other hand, I do not recommend renting this hotel to future clients.

This unit is connected but separate from the main hotel so there is no help from the reception. No wristband for access. No beach/pool towels (but towels (bath) provided for pool by the private renters. Room has NO wifi, which was promised and they swear they do but it doesn't work! Hotel in all was totally disgusting! Everywhere was sopping wet (yes there was a storm) but nobody was cleaning up. Restaurant had poor service too (probably because i didnt get a wristband.) I was completely unsatisfied and checked out 2 days eary from my 3 day stay and did not get a refund! Terrible!

Great stay dispite multiple storms

The overall experience was great despite being interrupted by a Tropical Storm and a Hurricane. The state ended up evacuating the entire Hotel Zone in Cancun but the hotel gave us a very early heads up so we could pack up and head south.

The food at the restaurant here was great and not way overpriced and the little convivence shop on site was very nice too. Things a def different in a post COVID world but we still had fun and our balcony room facing the ocean was amazing.

The property was nice and secure. Our room 1407 was had somethings left to desire. The stairs at the front door were beautiful in theory but terrible to have they were about 1 1/2 foot wide and about 6in in length in a spiral. The shower doesn't get hot or even luke warm just cold water which is very uncomfortable. I need to also mention the water in the shower doesn't drain please allow 45 minutes between cold showers. Bring your own blanket! The beds only come with a thin sheet.The property itself was beautifully designed the pool was great and the bar food and drinks. I also loved the security at the entrance made us feel very comfortable and secure.

I stayed in this hotel/condominium last week for 7 days. All I can say is, every experience was worst than the other. First off me and my BF arrived early before check in. So the lady that came to talk to us said she had my room ready. She walked us to the room. Going back to when I booked this place, I payed for the room with a kitchenette with its own balcony and a queen sized bed. I received a double bed with a shared balcony with our next door neighbors and an adjoining door that could connect. At first I didn’t notice how unpleasant it was until every other day we had new neighbors that would sit outside with us and always stared. There were nights where those people would try and open the adjoining door, and would knock as well.

Aside from those scary experiences, the room was cleaned only once that week. At the beginning of our stay I noticed they did not provide everything they advertised online. No shampoo or conditioner, no hair drier. They never changed our towels when they came to clean, and we ran out of toilet paper and they did not provide any for us after that. To make matters worst. I tried to call the number that the lady called me from buy the phone did not work at first and there is no room service or any number to call in case of anything. The staff up front were extremely rude to my husband for not speaking Spanish to them. And at the end of our stay the AC broke down. It was leaking water all over the floor that I almost slipped. Do not stay here!!

Not a good experience

I booked a room with a kitchenette for 2 weeks. I was given a room with a microwave. When i complained they gave me correct room with a patio. Then they moved me 2 more times insisting that it wasnt the room i paid for. Cleaning of room was weekly and towels were not left
frequently.
Also i had left my tablet, phone and cash in the room and while i was at the beach they went missing. And when i brought it to their attention they said it was impossible

The layout of the property is interesting. I only stayed one night so I can’t really describe much. But the food was good, alcoholic beverages could use a bit more alcohol, but that’s just me :) other than that it was very nice. They should probably have the hosts describe where everything is because he just showed me my room and left. I was a little lost. Other then that it was a very relaxing stay.

The good: price, delfines beach is awesome, the building is safe and clean, the bed is comfortable, the ocean views were great.

The bad: windows make a howling sound, I had to crack a window to stop it. This kept the air conditioner from working well. The better restaurants are further away, but the bus is easy, cheap and frequent.

First of all, Make sure to look for CANCUN PLAZA CONDOS. Otherwise you will NOT get there by looking for Ocean View Apartments. We had a hard time findong at night.
Having said that, the property is in a great location, next to THE BEL AIR HOTEL. These individually owned condos are owned/ managed by different people. In my case, the Manager Andrea, was amazing amd lovely. She is very pleasant and accomadating. The propert is nice and clean, and rooms have mini kichenettes. I however recommend to verify whether your room has a balcony or not before you arrival. I thought my reservation did. But the only room that was available, upon my late arrival, did not have a balcony (which was important to me). It did however had a big nice window instead. The view is amazing.
I would recommend the property, the restaurant was good and very reasonable. The people are friendly and helpful.
There is also likely to be a property fee of some sort of additional $11/ night.
I would recommend it.

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to the local transportation and great restaurants nearby. We had a balcony with access to a beautiful ocean view. Our room came with an air conditioner, TV, and plenty of power outlets. The room was a comfortable side for 4 people. The hotel itself has Wifi and an infinity pool with easy access to the beach.

The owners are warm and very accommodating. They can provide airport pickup and dropoff services with a fee as well and works with your schedule. It is a good choice for foreign visitors who are visiting Cancun for the first time. Highly recommended!

There was no front desk. It is being run out of a unit that has no markings. Found it by accident.
The fridge smell was permeating and just horrible. The cleaning woman cleaned it but made it worse.
Claudio told us not to eat next door (restaurant in the hotel because it was horrible food and expensive. We ate there every day. Delicious and cheap.

Perfect studio condo, Claudio = gem of a host <3

I will try to add my pix later, but the unit 3509 that we stayed in was spotless, the kitchen equipment was new and all matching - not cast-off's. Lots of lighting options in the room, large patio with view over pool and beach. Exactly as shown on the Hotels.com site. We had a bit of stress as our plane was delayed and I am new to WhatsApp and had trouble connecting with someone to check in. The gatehouse guards were very helpful and Claudio was close by so it was all straightened out quickly. Claudio is very kind and patient and showed us how to use the room amenities, and made us feel welcome and gave us suggestions on local meals and where small shops were for supplies. He is doing very well with his English but it also helps if you try your best with Spanish too.
It was nice to have a small container of ground coffee, sugar and assorted teas on hand in the room for our first day. The coffee maker has a permanent filter - no paper ones needed. Dish detergent and bathroom amenities on hand as well. The patio is spacious and has two comfortable sturdy wrought iron style chairs. The building itself is not new and in a tropical area humidity and salt water means it shows some wear but the unit itself is in great shape. The bathroom is updated with new toilet and sink/fixtures, and the shower is clean and water pressure and temp. is good. We didn't watch TV so I can't speak to that. Price for being on the beach in the Hotel Zone is reasonable. We'll likely return!

Avis important: expérience insatisfactoire et manque d’honnêteté du personnel. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement et je conteste que les photos publiées reflètent la réalité.

- À mon arrivée, on m’a exigé un dépôt de sécurité équivalent à 260 USD, et la personne qui l’a perçu s’est montrée extrêmement arrogante.
- Lors de l’ouverture de la porte du balcon, on m’a demandé d’éteindre le climatiseur.
- Après environ 20 minutes sur place, l’état des lieux m’a répugné au point de m’empêcher de rester; nous avons détecté une forte odeur d’humidité et des taches sur le lit et le sol.
- Le bâtiment présente des couloirs sombres et lugubres, renforçant l’impression d’insalubrité.
- Malgré le paiement du dépôt, la gestion a interdit l’accès et a refusé le remboursement, démontrant un manque d’honnêteté et de service clientèle.
- Je déconseille fortement de se fier aux photos externes ou à la publicité; la réalité sur place est très différente et ne correspond pas à ce qui est montré.

Experiencia formidable, check in sin contacto sin inconveniente, piso alto con apartamento reciclado, moderno, con espectacular vista al mar. Parking cómodo, con tienda de insumos elementales en la propiedad. Solarium y hermosa piscina con vista infinita. Restaurante a la carta con precios razonables y buenos productos.
Miguel su anfitrión nos brindó indicaciones amables y precisas para que nuestra estancia fuera maravillosa.
Muy recomendable , no se necesita un “todo incluído”
