I stayed for a week with my family. The zip line and golf was down so we couldn’t enjoy that amenity. The one thing I will say is the staff acts like we’re a burden. Bartenders and some servers clearly don’t like their job. They made it seem like I was bothering them and taking them away from cleaning. When they’re was no one else waiting. Would I go back no. The services was below average. I wouldn’t never want to stay in a resort where I feel as though I’m bothering them for a drink or food. The snack bar the chef was always upset not friendly at all.

The resort was clean and they are very accommodating. We had a broken shower and they showed up few minutes later and fixed it. Also, when we had rude guests staying above us that were running around and being loud after 11:00PM the resort was nice enough to give us another room. Nice selection of food and restaurants, even though we do not eat pork, there isn't much of a selection of chicken dishes, although they are available. The rental of cabanas is a bit pricey but the beach wasn't bad.

We recently stayed at the Seadust. This is our second time at this facility. Let me start with the positive, We really enjoyed the steak house and Japanese restaurants. The food was really good for a resort. The hotel workers are very helpful and always willing to assist if you need anything. The rooms are very clean and our fridge was always stocked with beverages, now let me start with all the negatives. All fun activities like the nightclub, bars and shows end really early. We were having a blast at the karaoke night and the club was full, when 11pm hit they shut everything down without considering all the adults were there to have a fun time. The main reason we will not be returning to this resort is the timeshare company (Infinity) at the entrance. They are so annoying that everytime we walked out to the lobby, we had to hear their spill. Every morning between 7-9AM our room phone was non stop by these people. They do not respect your time and they harass you to attend their famous breakfast. The hotel should do something about this matter cause it was share to us by lots of couples that they had the same feelings like us. If the timeshare company wasn't at this location, We would have rate it higher..

Upon arrival the staff was attentive. The resort itself was very clean and had breath taking views! Beach and pools were a clean, fun place for children & adults with many activities. Buffet and restaurants served outstanding food. Every meal was delicious and fresh. Our room was cleaned everyday. Overall 10/10 experience. We also booked a spa package that was done phenomenally!! I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to visit Cancun!

The hotel was nice but my room was so filled with black mold I couldn’t actually spend time in it. Booked there specifically for the jaccuzi on my deck but after using it once I realized how nasty the pipes were and couldn’t use it again.

I actually got dangerously ill because of the black mold. Ruined the last half of my trip. I almost cut it short early. I completely lost my voice and got an upper respiratory tract infection.

I couldn’t see their doctor on site despite my travel insurance because they wouldn’t let me get t checked out without making a 200$ usd deposit I didn’t have available. They charged me RIDICULOUS prices for Advil and aloe Vera, 95 USD. Wouldn’t let me check out until I paid it..

I spoke with the manager he had no remorse and said there was nothing he could do for me for compensation. I I will likely have long term health issues from the amount of exposure I got.

I wish people could be more accountable.

Every time I travel to Cancun, the airport experience and the current taxi situation make me dread coming here. However, this hotel more than makes up for it.

The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Upon our arrival, Ivan helped us check in. We ran into a few issues, but he was kind, patient, and eager to help resolve everything. Every morning, the staff greeted us with a smile and made us feel at home.

The servers were also outstanding—always friendly, attentive, and committed to providing excellent service.

Don’t pay too much attention to the negative reviews. Our experience was wonderful, and I’m sure many of you will love this place as much as we did.

This version keeps your positive, personal tone while improving the grammar and flow.

Friendly staff! It is a family resort or there’s lots of family oriented activities. With that being said bars also closed at 11pm. Unfortunately room service is not available 24/7. Amazing and beautiful pools and kid area. Food was pretty decent, liked the many different options and the no reservations needed.

The hotel is not necessarily equipped for the amount of people they host. The wait times every single night for dinner were 1hr+. Check in was super long and only have 2-3 employees up front working. Hosts for dinner were all sweet, except for a couple times where during the service (at dinner) they didn’t follow up enough. We had a sit down dinner on our last night, which we paid $70USD extra for, and only got offered drinks once the entire 2hr service. The kids water park is also pretty small, our family did not fit comfortably with all the other families there. All in all not terrible, great access to the beach/activities, family friendly atmosphere, I would just look into something different for next time.

Well-located hotel, 3 good swimming pools, and there were always chairs available. The hotel staff was very kind and always ready to help. Enrique in particular (the Bell person) was very helpful and attentive. The food overall was good. The sandwiches near the pool were great. The room we stayed in was an oceanfront King suite, and the view was wonderful right facing the sea; the room was huge, and the bed was very comfortable. At breakfast time, it took a long time for the waiter to serve us coffee; most of the time, we were almost done eating by the time a waiter showed up, which I found a bit uncomfortable. On the beach, there was a lot of seaweed, making it almost impossible to swim; the hotel charges an extra resort fee for outdoor maintenance, so I didn't understand why they wouldn't clean the beach. The hotel is good, big, and has nice facilities, but it is an old hotel that needs maintenance—though nothing that ruined our stay. We enjoyed our stay!

Worst all inclusive resort experience ever! first thing we noticed in our family suite was the room is dated with cracked furniture, countertops and floor tiles, first night couldn’t sleep coz there were workers doing work right underneath our balcony making loud noises until midnight. 2nd morning we noticed brown water coming out from the sink faucets and shower room when turning to hot water, we reported to the front desk about the noisiness and dirty water, they moved us to a different room with the same dirty water issue. The maintenance guy came trying to fix it and still not fixed. Supervisor came offering upgraded room without extra cost but I need to agree signing an agreement not to write a negative Google review, he led us to check out 2 luxurious rooms on 12th floor and the water was even more darker brown, the supervisor Miguel was in shock then promised to have it fixed and get back to us again. Did they fix it and reach out to me again? No! We ended up taking cold shower for the entire trip. Restaurants except buffet were only open for dinner, Samurai’s raw fish had my 2 family members got diarrhea and puked 3 times, steakhouse served burned octopus and chewy steak. Italian served yuckiest risotto. Daughters got a nasty open cut on left foot at the kids water park. Lacking activities throughout the day and very Limited seats and umbrella by the pools. Do not book this unsafe and boring resort.

La limpieza es buena huele muy rico las instalaciones, el staff no son muy amables tú les dices gracias y no contestan. Excepto por Héctor, eulcelis y el chico que hace el café en la cafetería. Las pools estuvieron bien lo único es que los bares los abren asta las 11am. Y los cierran super temprano para las 11pm todo está cerrado. Asi que si quieres divertiré asta tarde ese no es el lugar correcto. La comida es super grasosa y repiten lo mismo, en mi opinión usan comida que sobra en los otros restaurantes ya que tiene 10 restaurantes, pero ninguno en zona libre oh cerca de la playa todo es cerrado dentro del hotel. La espera es larga en los restaurantes y sirven super pequeña la porción.lleva dinero mexicano ya que no te ofrecen el servicio de cambio de dólares como en otros hoteles. En si no ay diversión para adultos más que una discoteca bar la cual no va gente más que 3 a 5 personas , para niños si tiene ya que es familiar. Otra cosa si son solo adultos sin niños no lo recomiendo ya que ay familias asta con 4,5 niños y gritan y lloran mucho en los restaurantes. Nosotros éramos 4 amigas 3 nos enfermamos horrible y no tienen nada ni para venderte un medicamento. No volvería más ni por la mitad del precio.

I liked the beach and pool areas. They had live music and good entertainment. The food was pretty good - except the Italian restaurant. That was horrible.
The people were really nice and helpful. Quick response to any needs. Bartenders and waiters awesome. Room was spacious and clean. Nice view from balcony. Beautiful beach with clear water and sand. Some beach chairs were broken but poolside was good condition. There’s lots for kids to enjoy including a water park and kids club.

Only thing that was annoying is the beach patrol, it was almost pointless going to the beach on the resort. You were only permitted a very short amount of distance from the shore, and you couldn’t walk past the red flags they had up which were pretty close together. Kinda just get to watch all the other resort guests getting to go in and fully enjoy it while you couldn’t😅So yeah not much outdoor space, but overall my sister and I had a great time:) Everything was easy access, they have an MTS station so all your transportation & excursion needs are all in one place. The food was AMAZINGG and they have so many different dining options. Very clean as well, you can tell all of the staff do a great job maintaining the property. OH and don’t miss the theater shows, they’re so much fun & the dancers were great! Thank you to everyone who made our first time here very worth while:)

Seadust Cancun is a great resort to visit for your trip. The pools are clean, beach is amazing, clean resort all around, and the staff is beyond kind. Overall a good experience besides the food. The food was truly disgusting. I by no means am a food critique but both myself and my wife were greatly disappointed and let down. Out of our 4 days here we ate out for the last 2. The food taste either flavorless or too sweet and has an outrageous odor to almost everything. If you care about your food and don’t want to feel sick after taking a bite, suggest looking elsewhere or choosing to eat out.

First time in Cancun, normally we stay in Cabo. If you have never stayed at an all inclusive i guess you might like this. The food disgusting, undercooked/overcooked you name it. Ordered a medium rare steak, got it well done, sent it back and it came back yellowish and the potatoes tasted like they were made out of the box

Construction everywhere. No hot water for 2 days, constant construction going on all hours.. they started at 7:30 AM. I nicely asked 3 times if they could not pound on our walls ALL day long. I was told no construction. I have video of the \"no Construction\" I went to front desk repeatedly Axel and Miriam and whoever else was allegedly in charge just shrugged their shoulders. Could care less and zero empathy. I absolutely understand things need to be remodeled but can we not start at 7;30.

Literally worst all inclusive I have ever stayed at, dirty, outside tub had large crack so water was orange when you ran it.

If you literally have no other choice still don't choose this place. We checked out on 3rd day and changed hotels. Like seriously we have been to Mexico 20 times this place was the worst

BUT one positive FERNANDO at the pool totally awesome!

Family friendly all-inclusive right on the beach with lots of bars and resturants that do not require reservations. Our second time visiting, the options and availability of all of the resturants were awesome - choices for everyone! A few negatives: the adult only areas were not enforced - they let kids in these areas... The beds were very firm and uncomfortable. Althought it was not very busy during some meals, wait staff was not as great as the first visit. Had to get our own drinks or waiting on refills at the main buffet area.

Well first off we stayed here for 10 days and when we got to our room it was like an oven the AC unit on wall says 23 that means it's 72 they had to bring us a portable AC unit for a room we had to call three or four times for them to come upstairs to fix it. Anytime we use the iron a blow dryer or a jacuzzi tub outside we had to unplug the AC unit or it would blow a breaker so then we're calling maintenance again to fix the breaker we got an ocean view room and could not enjoy the ocean view room because we had to keep our curtains closed.. half of the staff do not even speak English which is horrible when you have a lot of Americans coming to travel there the food there is horrible the only place that we enjoyed was Manhattan everywhere else was disgusting the pasta place how can you mess up chicken alfredo it was so dry it was like it sat there for 4 days. And chicken piccata was also disgusting didn't even have the capers in it. Ivan met with us to go to another room to look at and boy was that a joke it was so cool but the wall said different I really think there's something behind the scenes where they're turning down the units where you're burning up in there unless you complain like hell after the third day after my surgery it's funny how our AC unit went right back down I do not recommend staying here spend your money elsewhere!!!! I came for dental work and picked an all-inclusive resort because I wanted to be comfortable and that is something I was not...

The minibar doesn't work; I reported it twice and they haven't fixed it. They offer free packages, invite you to a meeting, and then you have to pay for it like you're buying a membership, just so you spend your money. First I'll start with the bad things which made stay almost unbearable. The air conditioning in our room did not work and they would not move us to a different room for the an entire week. We had upgraded jacuzzi balcony room and couldn't use the jacuzzi because they had these bright lights on the patio which was on a timer and you couldn't shut them off until a certain time at night and we were in bed by then. Everyone in front of the resort by the pool area can completely see into our balcony so there is no privacy. So that was useless. It was so hot sleeping at night from what little sleep we did get. Expedia says it comes with a hair dryer robe slippers none of that is true doesn't come with anything. Now for the good part the food was good the service was really good the people there are extremely friendly. Had a massage that was awesome! Would have been perfect if that darn air conditioning would work

If you want a good plan for traveling. The hardest thing is to get the right plane you wont wana book plane around 12:00pm-3:00pm. Around their is we're all the expensive flights are book around 6:00pm anytime of the week it will be better if you do it on monday. It will be slightly better. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for families. During our six-day stay, we faced constant neglect: the front desk staff was dismissive, understaffed, and failed to provide basic information. Our room lacked a TV remote, which they never provided despite repeated follow-ups. Housekeeping was equally frustrating, skipping our room for three out of six days even after I personally requested cleaning. The food menu was repetitive and limited, and the 'play area' for my child was an empty, barren room with no toys. It felt like we were left to fend for ourselves from start to finish.\"

The property is beautiful and right on the beach! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Room is clean and the property is very family friendly. Fridge was not working but it was replaced as soon as we reported it. However, zipline and game room is closed for maintanence for our whole stay. It is a bit annoying. Food is great. it is great for the value.

The food was TERRIBLE. The pictures of the food that they have on the website are not what they feed you. The pizza for example was far from fresh… it was obviously a prepackaged pizza and it was terrible. Samurai was the only freshly made food on the resort and it was pretty good. The two days that there was bbq at the pool; it was great. The interior restaurants were some of the worst food I’ve ever experienced and they even have an “upgraded” menu that you can pay extra for… from that menu… the steak and lobster was awful. We actually ordered Dominos one of the nights because we couldn’t stomach the food any longer.

The pool staff (Armando and Danielle) were 10/10 amazing… without them and the pool time, our stay would have been completely miserable.

You will get aggressively approached each day by time share salespeople which also was extremely disappointing and ANNOYING.

We will not be staying at another Seadust property based on our week here.

We were a group of 13 and had a great experience . We can’t wait to go back again. The staff is one of the best. They were so amazing , friendly and helpful. We have traveled to Aruba , Punta Cana and Europe but at Seadust best service. The food was great as well.The rooms could use some improvements, but it didn’t bother us. We got partial sea view without paying extra, where can you get that . We loved that everything was so close from beach, to pool and water park. Highly recommend for families. See you in November !!

Definitely the property needs an update, it looks old, it is in a good area, staff is good but be carful with complimentary offers, when you accept them and go it is to sale you touristic plans and needs to wait for a conference, liquor is a low quality as it is all inclusive resort.

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Dust and felt very safe with the gated property. The room was clean with a nice ocean view. The buffet was well maintained with a friendly staff. We would highly recommend this property. So many activities to accommodate all ages.

Really good food, especially the little kitchen outside by the bar, had the best burgers, the once in awhile outdoor bbq was fantastic, the bartender named Armando was really good, provided us with excellent service, the rooms were spacious, quiet and comfy, wifi was good, really enjoyed our stay, there is one restaurant that I wouldn’t go back to which is the manhattan, lousy food, slow service, all the other restaurants were excellent, most of the staff gave us excellent service and were very friendly…… the only complaint I have is the elevator music they play will drive you insane …..we stayed 10 days

They charge me 2,000 pesos for a bed sheet stain.
My niece felt sick after eating from the buffet and vomited in the sheet and I was charge even though it was an accident something you can’t control. I felt that was unfair. I would rate the buffet food a 3/10

I liked how clean the resort was, along with how friendly the staff were. I wish the pool and the beach was accessible for longer. It’s very family-friendly and has lots of great food options for the whole family. My family and I will definitely be back in the future.

The staff were very kind and accommodating, some things are a little outdated, the handle on our shower fell off but it was still useable. Lots of people use the towels to “save seats” at the pool but if ur willing to be confrontational you can get around that lol. 4/5 stars it could benefit from some updates and a map, some amenities were tucked away in corners almost hidden and we had to ask where to find them

The staff was excellent. My only complaint was that unless you are a luxury travel member, there aren’t breakfast options especially on days where you have excursions. There is zero breakfast open until 8 and usually you are gone before then on the excursions. I do wish there were more seats around the pool and at the beach, but overall the drinks and dos were great. The staff was very happy to be there and happy to help.
