Rooms are great. Pools are great. Beach access is a little inconvenient but manageable. Drinks are great. Staff is great. Breakfast buffet was good and has fruit out. Lunch and dinner buffet could vary a little more and fruit needs to be served at these times as well. Overall a really good experience.

We had an amazing stay, and upgrading to Enclave was 100% worth it! The beachfront room, extra attention to detail, and exceptional service made our vacation feel truly special. The bartenders in the Enclave Lounge and Chala Sky Bar were fantastic and always made us feel welcome.

A very special thank you to our Vela Buffet host, Alex Diaz. He went above and beyond—from recommending amazing local spots downtown (which we loved!) to surprising us with a special breakfast on our last morning after learning it was our favorite. Having our fruit, yogurt parfait with honey, and chilaquiles brought to our table made us feel incredibly special.

Also, a huge shoutout to the wonderful women at the Vela buffet egg station. Even with long lines and nonstop orders, they greeted everyone with a smile and were so kind every single morning.

One last thing—please remember to tip the amazing staff if you're able. They work incredibly hard and genuinely go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable.

We can't wait to come back!

We had a great time at the Hilton and really enjoyed our stay. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. Our room was clean and everything was stocked. There were several restaurants and the food was good. Our favorite was La Luce and Daniel was an excellent server that took fantastic care of our party of 9. The pools were big so didn’t feel crowded and we had easy access to the beach as well. Overall, I would definitely recommended this hotel! Family friendly place to make unforgettable memories.

Overall, great experience just a little bit of outdated facility. The drinks could’ve been better as well. There were a little watered down but that’s how most inclusive are. Reservations are a pain in the butt for restaurants but overall it was really fun for the price point.

The front desk people were not very helpful, we were assigned an Enclave room but it took them until 4:30 to get the room ready and some of the perks were missing.

When we asked about those perks they told us they would take care but never did.

Nice staff, could have used some more information from check-in staff. (How to make reservation, possibility to upgrade for the day to try parts of the resort.) But they seem to not be as excited when they find you booked through Expedia.
Restaurant food was outstanding but smaller portions- suggestion- order apps and two entrees. Bring $1 USD FOR TIPS. No place to break bills.
Spa was fantastic!!! Would do the circuit again! Lovely!

This was our first stay at the Hilton Resort, and the first thing we noticed was how clean and well-maintained the property was. We were very pleased with our room, especially its spacious layout and the beautiful bathroom.

We spent some time on the beach, where waitstaff regularly stopped by to check on guests, but we spent most of our vacation at the pool. Reyes and his team provided outstanding service and helped make our experience even more enjoyable.

The buffet offered a good variety of options, and we especially enjoyed the Asian and Italian restaurants, which were excellent.

One of the highlights of our stay was the evening entertainment. A singer named Alexandra performed during our visit, and she was fantastic. She had a great voice, connected well with the audience, and created a fun atmosphere that everyone seemed to enjoy.

Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely return in the future.

Listen to the reviews! Unfortunately, our experience at Hilton Mar Caribe was pretty underwhelming.

The food was below average at best. While it was edible, I wouldn’t say it was good. The drinks were also just okay nothing particularly memorable or special. The bars primarily used bottom-shelf liquor, including the tequila. They did offer upgraded tequila options for an additional charge, but there weren’t similar upgrade options for other liquors.

The rooms looked nice overall, and the beds were comfortable, but there were several maintenance issues. The sink handle was falling off, the toilet seat was loose, and the room had a noticeable moldy smell. We were also surprised to find active construction in the building next door, which was never disclosed to us. Unfortunately, that meant waking up to construction noise every morning.

That said, there were a few bright spots. Robin at the main bar was fantastic! He had a great attitude and went out of his way to make specialty shots for our group that were actually very good. He was definitely a standout staff member and made our experience more enjoyable.

The staff also helped decorate our friend’s room for her birthday at no extra charge, which was a thoughtful touch and very much appreciated.

Overall, while the staff provided some memorable moments, the food quality, room issues, and undisclosed construction made this stay disappointing.

First experience at an all inclusive resort. Staff was great and it lived up to the hype. Sadly, 24 hours into the trip i was missing cash from my wallet after room service came. Kind of ruined the vibe. The hibachi and steak restaurants are a must. The rest of the restaurants were hit or miss depending on your food preferences.

오션뷰도 좋고 큰 기대없이 간 식당들의 맛과 서비스도 좋았어요. 식당 순위는 개인적으로 멕시코식당 > 스테이크 식당 > 뷔페 > 이탈리안 > 일식이었어요. 점심옵션은 뷔페 외에는 풀장 옆 바에사 파는 것만 있어서 차라리 룸서비스가 나았다고 느꼈어요. 체크아웃해도 카페 이용되어 좋았구요. 초등학생이 4일 머물기에는 풀장이나 놀이시설이 시시하다고 느낄 수 있을 것 같아요. 외부 액티비티도 포함한다면 굳이 올인클루시브로 있을 필요는 없다고 보구요. 유아동반 가족이 3박 정도 하면 좋겠다 싶어요. 저는 4박 했는데 모든 식당 이용해볼 수 있어서 만족했어요. 초3 아들은 키즈 클럽의 마지노선 나이같았구요. 다음에 간다면 조금더 물놀이 시설이 다양한 곳에 갈 것 같아요.

Felix was hands down the best bartender I have ever had at a resort and I’ve been to a lot. The drinks were delicious. The Enclave upgrade is totally worth it. The food is just okay. Nothing exciting. Pools are nice.

A nice resort with excellent staff, you couldn't ask for more attentive accommodations. The check-in process was the most professional and organized that I've ever encountered at an all-inclusive. The service from the bars and the waitstaff was fantastic, you couldn't ask for nicer or more helpful people. The negative reviews regarding the food here are off base, we never had a bad meal at either the restaurants or the buffet. It's not to say there weren't some negative aspects to our stay but not enough to complain about. The sargassam issue on the beach is real but there's not much they can do as it continously rolled in every day. None of the neighboring resorts were raking it from the beach because unfortunately it's a losing battle. We were unable to reserve a night at the steakhouse since we weren't Enclave but we ate at the other 3 restaurants and they were all excellent. An overall positive experience.

We really have a great family vacation in this beautiful resort On our first day I’ve complained about the noise of the construction/renovation that’s been going on near our room & the front desk lady was very helpful to transfer us to a quiet & better location & when we checked out, she even allowed us for another hour to use the facilities & restaurant, shout out to her, sorry forgot her name.

Them was dusty and had flies. That room was so dusty I was sick the entire trip. The room had no AC and was super hot at night I didn’t have one good nights rest. Staff was amazing and super helpful. Food was great at the restaurants especially the Sky Bar. Enclave wasn’t really worth it but I can’t imagine being there without it seeing as how it was the only bright spot for me at times. Never going back due to the dirty ahhh room.

Food was amazing (skip La Luce and instead go to Noriku twice), service and assistance outstanding. Rooms were well appointed and cleaned/restocked daily. Seaweed not a problem for us. With kids, we didn't make full use of the extra bars available to Enclave but the beach side room and balcony was well worth it (and the dedicated check in area). The Enclave 2 bedroom suite is actually adjoining rooms so plan accordingly for having two external doors if you have kids. Dance parties every night at Chama bar meant our room (and every room) had sounds of unreasonably loud music until 10.30pm. In June, we didn't have trouble finding pool side seats with umbrellas for shade. The hotel organized excursions were great.
Book your dinners by going to the concierge right after you check in. They will talk up the \"show\" at Noriko but keep in mind that had a set menu - we had a non-show reservation and yet saw the whole thing plus got to eat what we wanted. The folks working there were just so friendly and helpful. Hotel felt very secure.

This property thought of everything! There were daily hourly activities at the kids club, my som had a blast. It was safe and so innovative every day after breakfast he wanted to go, the staff was amazing! The area was clean! The daily activities and recreational things were also amazing for us adults, they had volleyball ball at the beach and in the pool. We met alot of people and had fun, they had a djay , and water activities like zumba. Every bathroom was clean in this facility! Housekeeping was amazing, they left our room spotless everyday. Room service was fast friendly and always so helpful. The bartenders were awesome! Shout out to Santiago in the pool area bar! This was a true all inclusive. Restaurants were amazing, the grill by the pool as well. The evening events were super cool. We loved it because kids were included so we danced all together . I can keep going about how great it was! Thank you to every single department and staff it was an unforgettable vacation.

The view was fantastic! Beds were comfortable. Pools were nice. Staff was pleasant. The shower leaked into the bathroom. Food wasn’t very good, restaurants were better but the buffet wasnt great and alot of the food was cold, ordered room service and my sandwich had a long hair in it. Nothing to do in the resort if the weather is bad.

Hilton Mar Caribe was a great hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Food was delicious - both the buffet and the restaurants. Everything was clean. The kids water area was perfect for all three of my kids ranging 6-12. Kids Club was great. My kids begged to go every single day. Pools were clean. Adult only hot tubs were beautiful. Pool bar was fantastic. Great drinks. You can special request alcohol you want. We were not Enclave members but didn't feel left out on anything. We had a floor level suite and it was incredible! Very spacious. Plenty of room for all of us with the murphy beds. It definitely felt like home, rather than a cramped hotel room. Shower was huge! Would definitely go again.

This was a wonderful stay. We had a few issues on the first day upon registration but the staff made up for it. I would first like to extend my gratitude to Cesar the manager. He is an excellent manager and very attentive to your needs. He went above and beyond with his kindness and generosity to ensure our stay improved and made us comfortable. He is great as a manager who takes accountability for his staff and they all work as a team to ensure your family gets the best stay. I would like to give a special thank you to enclave concierge Arely. She is amazing. Wonderful. Kind. She was helpful attentive and made sure our kids were taken care of. We celebrated our daughter's 7th birthday here and she made it very special. Guadalupe from restaurant reservation was also helpful. Nestor from the buffet restaurant as well as Gerry and chef Emmanuel and server Angel from La Luce were all fantastic and made excellent reccomendations that made our food experience once in a lifetime. The 2 ladies at the omelett station make amazing food and chilaquiles. The food at Maxal was tremendous. Quesabirrias is the go to here. The opportunity to stay hear beachfront is an experience ill never forget

The hotel is mostly to relax, but if you are looking to have fun with entertainment, either go with an amazing group of family/friends or go to another hotel

The food was delicious and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, we had a good experience, but the service was average specially in the buffet area. I often had to call to have the room cleaned and to get fresh towels. It would have been nice if these services were provided more consistently without having to request them.

Check in process took way longer than expected. Had reason to complain about a missed room cleaning day which was quickly fixed with no further issues during my stay. Steak house was excellent and staff is very friendly and willing to help. Not a fan of most foods served at the buffet which is not my criticizing the food quality/taste, may just be my personal palette. Hotel location is ideal if one is planning offsite trips.

We stayed at Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe All-Inclusive Resort with our family. The resort itself is beautiful — modern clean rooms, friendly staff, good food, and a well-maintained property.

However, there were some disappointing issues. The biggest one was the beach. We chose Cancun because of the famous clear turquoise Caribbean water, but during our stay there was a lot of sargassum!!!!and strong waves. We understand the hotel cannot control nature, but we expected better beach maintenance. We did not see the shoreline being cleaned regularly, while seaweed remained near the water.

The restaurant reservation system was also very frustrating. We wanted to visit the steakhouse but only got a reservation on our last night at 9:30 PM. With two young children (3 and 5 years old), this was very inconvenient. The front desk told us guests need to wake up around 6 AM to make reservations. We came on vacation to relax, not to wake up early just to book dinner. Surprisingly, we saw empty tables when we finally went.

Also, there are no easily accessible restrooms near the pool area. For a family resort, this is a big inconvenience with small children.

Overall, we enjoyed parts of our stay, but for this price level we expected a better beach experience and more family-friendly organization.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton resort and are extremely grateful for the staff and hospitality. Both my kids had a blast staying here and loved the entertainment staff! They are all so sweet and friendly, their energy never runs out and it made staying there so much more special. Special shout out to Chris, David, Antonio, and Santos They made our days so memorable. We had so much fun doing all the creative things that they had planned and are extremely great full for the amount of energy, effort, and time they put into making this trip fun for us! Thank you so much for making this trip 10 times more fun! We will always remember this!

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing.

Before arrival, I contacted the hotel about airport transportation. Instead of providing assistance, they directed me to a third-party service and required additional payment.

The hotel facilities are outdated and poorly maintained. Our ground-floor room had a strong musty smell, the bathtub shower leaked, and housekeeping often failed to replace towels without multiple reminders.

Cleanliness was a major concern. Around the pool area, we frequently noticed what appeared to be vomit that was not cleaned promptly, making the environment unpleasant and causing our child to avoid the pool.

Food quality and hygiene were also disappointing. We saw flies landing on food at the buffet on multiple occasions. Most of the specialty restaurants were below expectations. The Japanese teppanyaki restaurant was the only decent dining experience; however, my husband became seriously ill after eating there and suffered from diarrhea for more than 24 hours. We contacted the hotel doctor, and the incident was documented.

As a result, we had to cancel several planned activities and excursions.

A hotel does not need to be brand new, but it should be clean, hygienic, and properly maintained. Unfortunately, this property failed to meet those basic standards. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this hotel.

The room was very clean. We had to request additional towels and they brought them up very quickly. The entertainment staff is amazing. Always making everyone feel included. They would remember you and when they saw you around the resort would always say hello. The restaurants were all very good, the only down part is that you need reservations to every single one. If you didn’t get up early in the morning to reserve you were eating very late. The buffet and outdoor grill didn’t need reservations. However, we disliked the buffet. We tried it twice and both times the food was cold and not much variety. The grill restaurant is very good, I recommend that for lunch. Drinks were also good. For the most part all staff was friendly. I noticed the grill guys were in a bad mood most of the time. It seemed like any question they were asked was a bother to them. We tried to understand and blamed it on the heat but it would be nice if they would be more friendly.

The hotel is nice and accommodating for families with small kids.
I had issues with airport shuttle service. On my booking the property details says airport shuttle is available. When I call the hotel once I arrived at the airport I was told there is no shuttle provided by the hotel, but with another agency that should be booked by myself before my trip and it is extra fee as well. None of this wasn't mentioned or communicated till that moment. And I had to stay at the airport extra an hour and half just trying to figure this out because my calls to the hotel reception has been on hold and transfered to other parties when no one was willing to help. Finaly they told me to use a taxi or whatever I want.

We had such a wonderful 4-day stay at this hotel with our teenager! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The food was excellent with great variety and quality every day. Most importantly, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Everything made our trip relaxing and enjoyable. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel!

Close to the airport, plenty of pools and restaurants. The entertainment crew was amazing!
The only recommendation I can make is to add more shows at night time as we only experienced the circus and the other two nights was just a party like atmosphere which was fun but I wish they had more shows.
