We had 3 days in Cancun. We didn’t want to go too far down the the hotel strip. This hotel was about 20 minutes from the airport. The hotel was exactly what we were looking for. The room was very spacious. We had an ocean view which was a nice surprise. The staff, restaurants, market, and beach were all great. Made it possible to have a great relaxing 3 days in Cancun without having to leave the hotel.

Property is nice. Is quite old but pretty well maintained. Beds were very good. Large tvs are nice. Bathrooms really show their age. Staff are great. Food and drink quality is excellent. Pools are nice. Kids pool is very nice area. Beach is excellent ! Wish it was an all inclusive.

The Spa experience was wonderful along with the many pools and access to the beach. It is a beautiful property. Dinner at Sea and Stones was delicious! The buffet was also amazing with many options and something for everyone. My room was in building D with a balcony and ocean and pool view. Beautiful room. I was most impressed with the incredible Hospitality from everyone that worked there.

This property is a very old one and definitely needs updates. The bathrooms are very small. There is really no lobby bar to have a drink after dinner. The hotel is in a great location near a protected bay so that is very nice. The staff is great and all of our servers were very nice. Food was also very good. Just wish they would update the rooms.

I had an amazing trip overall and truly enjoyed my stay. February was the perfect time to travel — the weather was beautiful, the beach was super clean, and the water was absolutely stunning. The service throughout the resort was excellent. Everyone was so friendly, kind, and helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely come back again.
There were just a few areas that could be improved. Before arriving, I received an email from a staff member that made the experience feel very personalized and special. However, when I arrived, that staff member didn’t greet me, which was a bit disappointing. It initially felt like I was going to receive a more tailored welcome, but that didn’t turn out to be the case.
I also booked the luxury round-trip airport transportation, and unfortunately, that was a letdown. When I arrived in Cancun, I had to wait about an hour for the driver, and the vehicle was not the brand SUV that was shown in the pictures. After checking in, the agents had to call for the transportation, which caused the delay. Paying extra for a private luxury ride and not receiving the experience as advertised was disappointing.
Additionally, booking excursions through the resort was frustrating. I was told certain excursions were available, but after going back and forth, I was later informed they were already booked or unavailable. I wish availability had been confirmed before offering the options, as the back-and-forth made the process feel uno

Though the room was clean and the location was great, it was an old room that left much to be desired if you want modern conveniences like abundant lighting and electrical outlets and faucets that didn’t leak every single time you turned them on. However, the bed was soft, the A/C worked fairly well even though it was only February in Cancún, and the water pressure and hot water source was good.

There must have been some sort of repairs happening on the 5th floor because the smell was very strong. Besides that, the service was great and everyone was very friendly.

It was good but not great. The resort is at a great location and the surroundings are beautiful. The rooms were fair priced for the category, condition, and location from the main pool. The food; however, was way over overpriced for the quality and level of service. We don’t drink alcohol and we spent as much on food as we did the total cost of the room. The food, snacks and drinks at the onsite market were 3 to 5 times what is costs at the local convenience store. There are some really fantastic employees who work there. Make sure and throw them some extra cash tips when you leave. They earn every penny!

Staff were all so friendly and extremely helpful the entire week, especially our concierge, Bernardo. The rooms were very well kept and the housekeeping staff were so great at filling our requests for extra water bottles, etc. The beach was cleaned every morning and all amenities were amazing, including the restaurants on the resort. We have only good things to say about this resort and I highly recommend.

The first room I was in the cleaning was less than you would get at Motel 6. I had the manager come inspect the room and he apologized and sent chocolate covered strawberries to me the next day which was very sweet. I thanked him.

The following day my room was beautiful when I came in from the beach. I awoke the next morning at 4 am to go to the bathroom and my room was flooded with 3 inches of water from an ac malfunction in the ceiling. My phone charger and phone had moisture from the leak. and I asked 3 different people for rice to help dry out my phone, no help whatsoever.

I told them they better get me an upgrade they said they had no more rooms other than one just like mine. I told them I knew that was a lie. Later that day I had a little talk with the manager and was given an upgrade. I should not have had to demand an upgrade, it should have been given without me holding them accountable.

We were not looking for an all inclusive experience. This Hotel was perfect. Great location, exceptional dynamic between the restaurants, pools and beach. The resort restaurants were all very good and the staff was very courteous. The beach was gorgeous and very clean. Our room was generally comfortable except that one bed was very squeaky. Every movement was noisy. Beyond that, the remote to our TV only worked from a few inches in front of the TV, the floor seemed to not be swept every day as sand accumulated. But overall it was an excellent experience.

Room was in a completely different building in the back with no personality and the crappiest pathetic fountain outside. The employees inside sat at a desk and were cold and pretended you weren't there, they felt like security guards. Maintenance in my room for an hour without me asking for it or telling me they were going to be there. Atmosphere sucks. Food really sucks. Every interaction with staff seems transactional and they aren't friendly. They wouldn't let me work out because I was wearing crocs lol, I had to walk so far back to my hotel room. Location is the south of the hotel zone which is the worst. I could go on and on with how bad this place sucks. Literally go anywhere else, there are much better places this one is the worst of paradise.

Since we arrived, Mr. Abraham open the door of the vehicle and we felt right at home. EVERYONE was courteous, were ready to welcome you, offer any services and suggestions. Rooms were spotless and they offered to clean rooms or complementary waters every day. The installation is beautiful, pools the beach area, restaurants, lobby. Family oriented with games for everyone, but other pools in case you wanted to hand out with adults only. Will return for sure.

There’s many more resorts that included all inclusive services for better pricing then at Westin & there are other resorts that offer no inclusive at a more economic price. Expedia is also falsely advertising wrong info for some these resorts ! Careful guys

First room had water issues in the floor ie water came up thru flooring when you walked on it. Next room had an unbearable smell of paint fumes. Final room was good - taps leaked. Smell of steak house food fires oven was heavy. Do not recommend for anyone with any allergies.

Unfortunately, they put us in a room that was doing construction directly above our heads - starting early morning (hammering, drilling, etc) and lasting throughout the day. We were hoping for a relaxing stay so this was not ideal.

Heavenly beds are not heavenly .. large material creases because of so many mattress covers/sheets made sleeping uncomfortable .. pillows were shoved into small ill fitting pillow cases, too large hard pillows gave us neck aches .. they had no flatter or small pillows

Towels were thin and scratchy.

Otherwise the room was good.

One dinner at the Stone place .. both chicken meals, were dry and hard .. uneatable .. they still charged us full price

The staff were absolutely amazing .. we loved everyone. Other than the one bad meal the food was great .. salads and all the tacos were to die for.

Everything was Amazing BUT the room didn't have a smart TV so I couldn't watch streaming with my wife. The beach is amazing. The food in the more sports bar is the best over the beach side food or fancy hut. Overall enjoyed the place, would also be nice if they ran affordable shuttle to and from the airport. Real score is 4.5/5 I round to 5 as I would 100% stay again

Overall everything was good here. You could tell there were some tired parts to the hotel, but staff were very friendly on check in, everything was clean, many pools to choose from. We got upgraded at no charge to a suite upon check in, and it was great to have so much room! We ate on the patio of the sports bar one day. Food was good, but pricey. This is not a 5 star resort, but price was right, bed was comfortable, area was safe, fantastic view of the Caribbean Sea. Would stay here again.

Everyone on the staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. 10/10 service. Especially the concierge team who helped with excursion planning.

The hotel rooms, especially the bathrooms were old and had visible mould around the shower and on the silicone. There were rust stains as well. The tub area was very dated and looked like someone had quickly painted the tub to freshen it up.

The headboard looked like it had been replaced and was nice. Food and drink prices were much higher than expected for the quality.

Great location and outdoor areas with multiple pool locations.
