Truly a fantastic experience! The best hotel we had ever stayed at. Will be coming again.

Pros:
1. The property is beautiful with so much greenery. It feels very peaceful and never felt crowded.
2. The hotel rooms were impressive with large windows. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower felt luxurious.
3 The service is outstanding too. The staff were kind and helpful.

1. Food was tasty but overpriced.

We had one of our best stays there. All the staff, especially Christoper did an amazing work. All the resort is very well maintained and the service and food are excellent. Swimming pool was our favorite since the beach and the water weren't great. Highly recommended for relaxing with Family and kids. Thank you Nizuc for our wonderful visit.

We traveled as a couple for a relaxing, quiet getaway, and it truly felt romantic and peaceful—exactly the escape we wanted. We stayed in the Private Pool Villa, and it was incredibly private and made the trip feel extra special—especially with the butler service, which was such a nice touch.
If you’re visiting as a couple and want to keep things adults-focused, I highly recommend spending your time at the adult pool and dining at the adult-only restaurant. Overall, I honestly don’t have anything negative to say about the resort.
The only drawback was breakfast—the kids crying and screaming was literally every day, and it could be pretty distracting. There wasn’t an adults-only breakfast option, so if there had been another place to go, we definitely would’ve chosen the adult side. That said, we noticed when we sat outside at the restaurants, it seemed like there were fewer (if any) young kids around, and it felt much calmer. If you want to avoid kids as much as possible, stick to the adult areas and choose outdoor seating when you can.

This marks our seventh visit to Nizuc, and the experience was, as consistently, impeccable. We wish to commend Eduardo for the exceptional service he provided poolside throughout our six-day stay. Please pass my compliments to his manager.
I am, however, a bit concerned over the thinning out and removal of vegetation I'm starting to see along the main path we use to walk to our hotel room.
Nizuc, please keep the vegetation as thick and native as possible—it's one of the things that makes Nizuc so unique and beautiful compared to other hotels in Cancun!

We had the best experience at NIZUC. We enjoyed every part of the resort, every day and every activity. Staff is very courteous, and they greet guests every single time with no failure. NIZUC resort was maintained very well. It is a very well thought through resort with private beach, activities and restaurants. Suite was very spacious and well designed.
It got very good selection of restaurants. Wish there are a few more Vegetarian options for my wife.

The staff, I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Staff. But one person in particular. Hector was amazing! If anybody gets the meet Hector at the Havana lounge, you will not be disappointed! The live music at the Havana was also perfect!

Nizuc Resort and Spa is absolutely beautiful and the perfect place to relax. The grounds are stunning, and the atmosphere feels peaceful from the moment you arrive. The spa is truly world-class, one of the best I’ve ever experienced, and the service throughout the resort was nothing short of superior. Every staff member went above and beyond to make the stay special. The food was consistently good, with a variety of options to enjoy.

A special shout-out to Luis, who was especially kind and welcoming, his warmth and professionalism really stood out and made our experience even better.

Rooms are very nice and property is nice. It is just so far away from the action. Beach is nice but pool is situated far away and very boring. Service is good but can be better, either something was wrong but our room would not get cold enough and no one knew how to fix it. Service was good but you could tell from the way people react that they’re only doing it for a tip and not because they actually care. Last year we stayed at Solaz in Cabo and its much more advance and well layer out, and more tech friendly. Butler service had there own WhatsApp to reach out to. Getting a simple coffee here was hard, at least have a coffee stand or shop which is easily accessible for those not hungry in the morning. Overall it’s a good resort but hard to go anywhere from it since it’s so far away from everything.

We stayed at the resort at the end of March. When we arrive at the resort was beautiful and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, we had water dripping onto our belongings in our bathroom at 1 AM from the ceiling. We called and eventually after two hours, the situation was revolved in the meantime our clothes were soaking wet and we were exhausted. We were told the situation would be resolved the next day and the manager will contact us as clearly we didn’t feel appropriate that we should pay $1200 for the night and we had hoped that they would clean our what clothing. The next day no one contacted us. No one mentioned a thing later on our way out for dinner. We stopped by the front desk and asked to speak to the manager. A supervisor came out and told us he was aware of the situation and the manager would contact us the next day before we checked out. We heard absolutely nothing. I sent some of my clothes to the laundry as I needed to wear them on the plane assuming that that would be covered by the hotel. I check out we had not heard from anyone in regards to the situation. I asked at that point to speak to somebody as we were fully charged for the laundry, and there was no adjustment on the price whatsoever. The lovely girl at the front desk said there was a manager in the back and she would speak to him. He refused to come out and talk to us after she gave us a $20 discount on our food bill. We were shocked. The management at this hotel was horrible. We will never return

Overpriced and underwhelmed

This resort is a masterclass in how to ruin a luxury vacation. The front desk might as well not exist - calls go unanswered, requests disappear into the void, and they can't even manage simple tasks like scheduling taxis properly. Their recommended tour guide for Coba was embarrassingly incompetent.

The food? Overpriced airport-quality meals with fine dining prices. And in a country where you can't drink the tap water, they have the nerve to charge for bottled water - something I've never experienced at any other resort.

Need assistance? Good luck. The phone operator ghosts you and your butler is always mysteriously absent. At these prices, the complete lack of service is insulting.

Save your money and go somewhere that actually values guests like Le Blanc. This place is a scam disguised as a luxury resort. One star is too generous.

hands down one of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed at. The service was impeccable—easily the best I’ve ever experienced. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect.

The resort itself is absolutely stunning. The views were insane—tropical, peaceful, and just gorgeous everywhere you looked. Our room was spotless, beautifully designed, and felt super boujee in the best way.

The food? Incredible. Every dinner restaurant we tried was top-notch, and the breakfast buffet was great!

And the spa… easily the best spa experience I’ve ever had. Like, life-changing good.

NIZUC is worth every single dollar. It’s luxurious without being over-the-top, peaceful without being boring, and overall just a 10/10 experience. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

Beautiful and elegant property at the very southern tip of the Hotel Zone. It’s the most beautiful property in Cancun that accepts children so be prepared- most of the guests have kids which was fine for us. The service was exceptional. The beach was not the prettiest because it is in the bay and not the open ocean but the concierge arranged for us a day at a nearby beach club which was wonderful. Really loved this resort. Thank you again!

I loved my stay at Nizuc. Wonderful 6 stars experience. Huge room and bathroom. Wonderful bedding. Nespresso machine. Twice per day cleaning service and the turn down service with the treats <3 I look forward to that.

The amenities are great, and the workers are good. I loved the two pools and the two areas of the beach.

My only pitfalls would be the availability of golfcarts and the shallowness of the beach

Its a very private, self contained resort. The property is beautiful and very well maintained, the amenities including the gym, spa and all the restaurants are top notch. whether you're in the main building or not, its easy to get around , either walking or there are always golf carts to whisk you to your next destination. the adult beach and pool is terrific for relaxing, and you'll always find a great place to lounge.

I was extremely impressed with Nizuc Report and Spa. The views and the design aesthetics were absolutely stunning. Pictures couldn’t possibly do it justice. Every detail was thoughtful. Every staff member we encountered greeted us warmly and was eager to assist us with anything we could possibly need. The culinary experience was incredible. We tried the 12 course tasting menu at the Ramona which included some of the best food I have ever tasted. I literally didn’t know food could be that good, and we’re from New York City. Nizuc was not cheap, but it was worth every penny. It was heavenly.

A beautiful property with fantastic restaurants on site. The resort has a large family pool with a swim up bar where you could spend the entire day. Rooms are well proportioned and most have an ocean facing room. A great gym on-site however it did get busy in the mornings and at times, it was difficult to find an available treadmill. Overall, a great resort with friendly staff.

I ordered and paid for a round trip car service.
On our way back - they ordered us a taxi - why?
We had to pay again out of pocket so a total of $315 just for transportation.
They’ll claim misunderstanding etc but this is unacceptable.
Don’t stay here - book at a place where they have their logistics intact

Everything was great except the check in….
I met my wife in Cancun for a vacation. She flew in from Bulgaria and was on a plane for 17hours non stop. We landed and got to the hotel at 2pm.
That’s the back story

So prior to this I had been in contact with the hotel to make sure all arrangements would be handled and the room would be ready. I paid $300 USD for flowers and a chocolate to be waiting in the room and was told it would be ready at noon. (I have email to prove this)

We got to the hotel at 2 and when checking in the woman behind the counter was cold and rude(unlike the rest of the staff) she told me my room was not ready.
I explained maybe it’s a mistake I paid extra for it to be ready and I have an email to prove it. She didn’t care and told us to go sit down and wait until 3.
We instead walked around the property and looked at everything to kill time.
We came back at the and she said it is still not ready and it would be another 30minutes. At 3:30 still not ready.
We did not get our room until 3:50pm.

This really was not great and the woman’s attitude made it even worse. If she was nice that would be one thing but she was so rude.

I probably would not stay here again solely based on her and the room situation.

Great high end resort for those seeking tranquility and who are willing to pay $$$ for it.

Pros:
- convenient short flight from the US, located close to Cancun International Airport,
- well appointed spacious suites and rooms, with comfortable bedding and good twice a day housekeeping,
- nice room amenities with Espa products, a clothes steamer and a beach bag to name a few;
- does not feel crowded,
- nice spa (ESPA) with great availability of treatments and good service

Cons:
- expensive. Spa treatments are averaging at about $500 and they do not publish the prices ahead of time. Buffet breakfast is about $50 per person with additional cost for espresso drinks and service charges, so be prepared to pay about $130 for 2 ppl just for breakfast each day.
- the buildings of the resort are very spread out and a golf cart is needed to get from further buildings to the pool or to the lobby; wait for the cards is often as long as 20+ min so be patient;
- restaurants are well designed but the quality of food does not match the prices you will be paying;
- spa is good looking but basic with a sauna, steam room, watertherapy areas (indoor and outdoor, which are great) and an ice room (Espa signature). Something more unique would be great
- not a place for those looking for an ocean swim. The beach is great but is not very swimmable. The water is shallow and once you walk past knee depth you get either mud or seaweed.
