Segúnda vez que me hospedo aquí, esta última vez fue terrible el primer día del desayuno en el área del café y el pan había cucarachas, no volvimos a desayunar allí,no había suficiente jabón, shampoo ni papel en el baño, no había suficientes toallas tenía que estar llamando para que me envíaran y no lo hicieron solo asta el último día de que llame después de 3 horas me llevaron, no me hospedaré de nuevo

The hotel itself is great. We enjoyed the view from our room and the restaurant had excellent shrimp tacos. The breakfast was also very good.

Our only complaint is the shuttle service. First you must book 48 hours ahead of time, not earlier or later. So that was a logistical challenge. Arriving to the airport there was no direction given by the hotel where to get the shuttle, thankfully se of the airport staff were helpful. Once we found where to wait for the shuttle it was the heat of the day, with nowhere to sit, and we were told it might be a 45 minute wait. The next day to catch the shuttle back to the airport it was also very vague as to where to wait, what to expect. Overall the hotel is great. Shuttle service is a 1 out of 5…definitely could be improved.

Overall, the room was clean. There was a rattling sound coming from the AC unit. The whole time was there. There was also hair in the bathroom toilet. Also doing the course of our stay the water stopped working and when it came back on, it was brown and rusty. The food was not good at all. This area is not in the hotel zone. It is about 30 minutes away from the major attractions so keep that in mind there was a lot of construction going from one area to the next.

Great hotel overall, quiet and well-maintained with a lovely room and view. Breakfast was good, the staff was incredibly friendly, and having a kitchen in the room was a huge plus.

A few things worth knowing before you book:

Location: The hotel is in a federal zone, which means no direct beach access. The nearest beach is about a 20-minute drive, and the closest bus stop is a 30-minute walk. Ubers are available but cost more in this area, and groceries require a trip out, so factor that into your budget.

Food: Dinner was disappointing. The hamburger was tough and rubbery, the salad ingredients didn’t feel fresh, and the arrachera lacked flavor. Breakfast was a different story and much better.

Kids: The property has a kids’ pool but not much else for little ones. Families with children may find the entertainment options limited.

Room: Comfortable and well-equipped, but the fan/AC unit was quite loud, which may bother light sleepers.

If you go in knowing it’s a secluded, peaceful spot rather than a resort with amenities on your doorstep, you’ll likely enjoy it. Just plan your transportation and meals accordingly.

The hotel is nice and very clean, but we found it to not be well located. It is not close to a beach or any stores or places to eat. You cannot walk to anything, and if you do not have a car, you will have to take taxies everywhere. They do have a good breakfast each morning, and there is a snack bar by the pool on the roof.

We had a very disappointing stay. The air conditioner in our room was not working on a hot day, and despite repeatedly asking for help, the staff kept insisting it would “start working soon” Only close to midnight did they finally admit it was a technical fault and some other rooms have similar problem too. There was no maintenance available until next day, no alternative room to move to, and not even a fan provided. The room was fully insulated, so it became extremely uncomfortable and impossible to sleep. It was especially terrible coming back after a long, tiring day, only to find the room unbearably hot with no solution offered.
I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves its service for future guests.

I recently traveled with my 2 kids for spring break we loved the roof top pools both of the & the food & drinks up there at the bar were amazing. The room was nice and to our liking we visited for spring break and had an amazing stay. We still had a little time after check out and our luggage was held for us big help. Last but not least the breakfast included buffet style was good different menu daily.

Beautiful family experience in this hotel. Love it!

Big rooms, with all the amenities, fridge, microwave, tv, all you need in your room, very nice and quiet place.

Two pools on the roof, one for children and the other one for adults where you have a bar. Beautiful view.

Staff very friendly, kind and professional.
Breakfast complete, many options of meals.
Free parking with a lot of spaces. Security people.

This was a great hotel to stay at in Cancun if you plan to do activities and won’t be spending much time at the hotel or also a great option to stay a night or two for a quick stop in Cancun. The room was big and roomy with a living room area, kitchen, vanity area, and big restroom with good water pressure. This hotel definitely does not give you a resort vibe, but is very comfortable as far as the room. What I do wish this hotel had is a better convenience store with more variety as there isn’t any local stores walking distance. We needed a couple essentials and some snacks and we didn’t want to pay Uber round-trip so we ended up getting Uber eats for a Oxxo order which was the easiest option. I also wish this hotel had a better restaurant with more variety and better quality food. We dined at the restaurant the first night and everything on the menu was cafeteria quality with very few options to pick from. They didn’t even have coffee. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

1:- The whole property strongly smells of pesticide and sometimes urine. Not sure if they recently applied pesticide control, but the smell was unbearable. 2: There are no sliding doors for showers. That is crazy low standard even from Marriott standards. There is no full size mirror, no outside sink, looks like rooms are under construction while still charging full amount for stay. 3:- Staff is friendly. 4: Breakfast Menu is ok, eggs are bad and smell for sure. Coffee machine was broken. 5: Stay as far away from Rooftop bar. Extremely watered down drinks and very salty and oily food. Chef does not fundamentally know how to cook or make drinks at all.

The rooftop pool and bar had a lovely view of the ocean and the mangroves in front. Breakfast was good and the shuttle to the airport was efficient — but you have to book it 48 hours in advance. It is not beachfront but some rooms have an ocean view. Relatively quick trip to airport. Perfect for an overnight stay.

We stayed 14 days at the hotel and were very pleased with the size of the room. The breakfast was a buffet style with many delicious choices. Staff was very welcoming and informative. I loved that they offer a shuttle that drops you off at a few popular hotel zone locations. The only draw back is that they are located about a 6 minute drive from all the hotels; making it less attractive for guests that like to walk around and catch the public transportation.

Nice enough place, but not easy to walk to anything other than the lagoon. Tough to eat as there is no restaurant onsite, only a small snack place on rooftop in the afternoon. Two rooftop pools are nice. The views of the water from the room and balcony are awesome. Offer some shuttle one-way service to beaches and shopping and to the airport. 15 mins to the airport, which is a plus if looking for a stay before leaving. Basic breakfast with lots of mexican dishes but not international dishes for expats.
