My first time walking into the hotel I was stunned by the beautiful of the space! Absolutely clean and minimal aesthetic is so refreshing. The complimentary is always love to experience - a lovely variety of breakfast items, snacks, cereals, drinks etc. The pool is quite nice as well, always kept clean and well maintained. The only thing was the housekeeping that disappointed me - I would be gone for hours from morning until late afternoon and I'd come back to my room and it was never cleaned no fresh towels, no changed sheets, nothing was done and I would see the cleaning ladies on my floor working on other rooms, I would purposely not put a sign on my door so that they could come in but never did. Maybe I was suppose to ask for it or leave my door open, which is good to know for future reference.

The room was immaculate. We stayed one night only. We landed at 8:45 pm and despite booking the hotel shuttle in advance we were waiting outside the airport for about 90 minutes. The driver was very respectful. The hotel restaurant closes at 10 pm so we didn’t get there on time to buy dinner. Luckily there were a few last cold sandwiches. The buffet breakfast next day was included with the room and it was decent. I would return, provided the flight is not arriving after 8 pm, or we’ll just grab an Uber to avoid waiting 60-90 minutes for the hotel airport shuttle.

I would like to suggest that you find a way to lower the lightening in the restaurant in the evening, it is way too bright. Maybe add a table light like a candle.

Since there is no Uber at the airport, the hotel shuttle saves us time and money. We booked the hotel shuttle 24 hours before the time and the driver, Miguel, was friendly and was able to get to the airport earlier than the scheduled time. The hotel is very near to the airport which is great for morning flights.

If you plan on exploring Cancun downtown, go to other cities, or taking day trips, this hotel is great. It's possible to use uber from the hotel, and it's not far from both downtown and the hotel zone.

We booked this hotel because it was in close proximity to the Cancun airport and easy to get out for our departing flight. The hotel seems fairly new and is in great condition. The rooms are spotless, roomy and very comfortable. They offered a complimentary buffet breakfast which was very nice. For a short stay, this is a great hotel. It's off the expressway and parking is available in front of the lobby.

We made a last minute booking and were stuck at the hotel for three days due to the bizzard in the northeast that messed up our travel plans. The hotel is conveniently located within 5 minutes drive to the airport with free shuttle service. Hotel is very clean, hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included and the food is really good. There is a restaurant and they serve buffet dinner or you can order from the menu, and we like it. Overall a very nice experience.

Beautiful hotel only 4 months old, great room and breakfast. If you want to get the free shuttle from the airport, pre book by contacting the hotel beforehand. It is important to give them a phone number so the driver can call you if needed. We waited a very long time since our phone hadn’t got a SIM card for Mexico. In the end we managed to call the hotel then the shuttle arrived in 10minutes.
