I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pretty positive experience, especially considering the price point. The property itself is nice, though not particularly new or modern. It’s not one of those ultra-polished, spotless luxury hotels—but it’s also not run-down by any means. Everything was generally clean and maintained well enough to feel comfortable throughout the stay.
The room was quite comfortable and made for a relaxing place to unwind. While you can tell that some elements are a bit dated, nothing felt neglected or problematic. It struck a good balance where you’re not paying for luxury, but you’re still getting a pleasant and easy stay.
One thing that stood out in a good way was the staff. They were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which definitely adds a lot to the overall experience. It didn’t feel overly formal or stiff—just genuinely nice service.
The hotel also had a nice coffee bar area, which was a great touch. It was convenient to grab a coffee and relax, and it added a bit of charm to the property. In addition, the restaurant served very enjoyable meals, especially for breakfast and coffee. It wasn’t just a basic setup—the food was actually quite good and made mornings more enjoyable.
As for amenities, the pool area was clean and well-kept, though it wasn’t heated, which might matter depending on the weather. There was also a hot tub, which was a really nice bonus and a great way to relax after a long day.

We made the reservation last minute, when we missed our connecting flight out of Cancun. A lady at the desk of the hotel was able to walk us through getting the free shuttle to the hotel within minutes of making our reservation. We can't say thank you enough just for that kind gesture. Check-in was easy, our dinner in the hotel restaurant was perfection, the shower was wonderful. We had a quick, but nice layover stay.

Clean room, we had requested a baby crib and they helped us get one in the room, the transport shuttle service from the airport to the hotel is great since some supposed taxis are asking ridiculous prices, we had forgotten our baby stroller and they keep it safe until we could return to pick it up. In general great service, I highly recommend them.

Dinner menu and service were excellent. Rooms were clean. The free shuttle to the airport was unpredictable. We were told by two different staff that shuttle reservations are not available. We could stand in line, and hope for the best every 30 minutes. The shuttle, which has a maximum capacity of 10 people and serves two hotels (ours is the 2nd stop) would take us only if room was available. We were left out of the 8:30am shuttle, waited 30 mins and got on the 9am. Had we missed it, there’s Uber serivce available for about $20 to the airport.

Pickup service was terrible. I needed to wait for 90 minutes at the airport. When I called the hotel for pickup, I was told the car will arrive in 5-15 min. I called 5 times as I didn’t find the car, and they told me it would be 5 minutes, few minutes, etc. and after 1 hour past, they stopped taking the phone call. I should have been able to take taxi if I was told it would take long. My son started to cry as we needed to wait very long. It made our travel a bad memory.

I had food that went bad in the fridge, and I told them as such, none of the staff said they were sorry for things not working. When i asked the manager about a meal credit, he was very nice and comped my last 3 days breakfast. I am use to marriott top service, and the fact i had to ask for it was not how things are usually handled.
Also I paid taxes through expedia on my room. But when i went to check out they said I owed another $58. in taxes for 2 nights on top of the 40. I already paid? I paid it. But is this right? Thank You

We caught the shuttle both ways to the airport and had long wait each times - when I compare this to other countries (eg in Africa) where I have been to where the shuttle was much better organised I was very disappointed.

Room was good but showing some wear and tear. We arrived too late for the restaurant but were told we could do room service. Called down multiple times but no one answered the phone. Tried via the front counter staff but they did not get through either. Ended up going down in person to order food. The next day my husband suffered a serious eye problem and front staff did nothing to help us find a doctor, so we ended up figuring it out on our own. Cudos to restaurant staff and cleaners who were all wonderful.

Great hotel near the airport but waited over an hour at the airport for the shuttle. Need to have more frequent shuttle trips or risk losing business to other nearby hotels.

Bien pour une nuit!

Parfait pour une nuit avant la fin des vacances. La seule chose : la piscine était beaucoup beaucoup trop chaude et l'eau ne sentait pas bonne. Nous avons eu de petits boutons sur la peau quelques minutes après la baignade. Nous nous sommes donc rafraîchit avec la douche extérieure. Le jardin est magnifique et il y a plusieurs chaises longues autour de la piscine. Le lobby est superbe et permet de s'installer à divers endroits pour jouer à des jeux de société. Les lits sont confortables. Bien qu'il n'y ait vraiment aucune ambiance agréable au restaurant, la nourriture y est excellente.
