I just needed somewhere to clean near the airport to catch my flight in the morning and this was perfect.
The staff were helpful and friendly, and the rooms were clean. The airport shuttle was great. The breakfast was really good too, they actually used real eggs which is amazing! most hotels just seem to use a gross soy/egg mixture from a box, but comfort inn used real eggs 😍

My overall experience was great. I believe that each area exceeded my expectations. I took one star off because I requested a shuttle and I did not receive it. I understand that there is a 24 hour policy, however, since I have worked in the hospitality industry at a five star hotel, there’s always a way to make sure that the guest gets what they need and I didn’t even see an effort put forth. I sent a message to the property and never received a response, which told me that this was not a priority.

When we arrived check in was very slow and it took convincing to not get charged a fee for my Service Dog. Our flight was delayed by almost 5.5 hours so we were exhausted and just wanted to sleep.
When we got to our room we were given 2 queen beds instead of the king bed we booked unfortunately. Our shower was not able to get hot water it was luke warm at best unfortunately and the water pressure was so low.
We were hungry and the only option we had to get food was to go to the 24 hour Go Mart which was not very far away.

The entrance of the hotel was dirty with a big garbage container overflowing with garbage. Employees sprawled on the ground near the container. The young women at the front desk greeted me with a sucker in her mouth and told her college to take care of my reservation cause she didn't understand me. The room was clean but the furniture looked very used and old. The bathroom was nice and clean but didn't have any facecloths. When I ask the desk clerk for one he gave me a hand towel. There was a good variety for the breakfast and the chief was nice and polite. The airport shuttle driver was on time. They could do a lot better with the desk clerks, out of three that I saw only one was acceptable.

This property says it offers transportation from the Airport to Hotel, Hotel to airport, NOT TRUE. A week before our stay they message me saying no transportation from the airport to the hotel, at that point it was to late for me to cancel, the day of pick up at the airport they called me to say their Van had mechanical issues and no transportation was going to happen. Front desk offered no solution, nothing! No ice machine! Would definitely not recommend!

Scammed waiting for hotel shuttle
Terrible experience. We got scammed trying to get the “free” shuttle from the airport to the hotel. There seems to be some type of arrangement whereby you order the shuttle and it never comes. So, cab drivers approach you to say that the hotel works with them and that they will take you and the hotel will reimburse you. When you arrive at the hotel, they claim to not know anything about to and that the shuttle has been looking for you. Super fishy. HUGE PROBLEM FOR SENIORS like us. We got charged twice for the taxi ($57 each time) since the run the credit card twice. We had to cancel our card. Super disappointed and upset.

Unreal. I will NEVER stay at a Comfort Inn OR use Expedia EVER again. Zero accountability. Shocking customer service. 6 hours lost to be told I am being punished because neither of them think it’s their fault.

Very convenient for location, very close to the airport since we arrived very late at night. Friendly service, underground parking area very small and tight, becareful not scratch your car, just small cars enter here though. Once we arrived, the floor of the parking was partially flooded with smelly water. The room were clean overall just some of the furniture would need to be changed soon. Convenient for people passing by, so you get what you payed for.

The sheets were dirty, both days I stayed with my family. After asking the receptionist to exchange the bed sheets, it never got done. The TV was not working. Only one channel was working and it did not have any volume at all. The receptionist was told about the issue and I was advised they would provide new controls. First of all before going up to my room I was booked to a room that was booked already . I get to my room and it had a broken bed that was so noisy . I was moved to another room and I woke up with bed bugs. I was traveling with my 2 year old and I approached the staff and they offered no resolution or support . It was okay. The other reviews made it seem like it would be awful but it was significantly better than expected. The room was clean - no bugs and nothing that was outright dirty. The bathroom has some toiletries (soaps, tissues, shampoo, lotion) and was also clean. There was a small iron and ironing board which I appreciated. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked fine after I put it in a cooler setting. For breakfast, there was cereal, eggs, toast and some fruit - it was all okay. For a one night stay, this is fine and the hotel staff were very nice and helpful

We were told we could not change rooms. We asked for a refund so we could go to another hotel. Then they decided to give us another room which was just as dirty but had a toliet seat. I like to have a hotel phone in my room. I needed a wake up call and the man at the desk said he would come and knock on my door. The man at the desk when I left ...just after 5 AM was not the same man and I wonder if he passed my message re a wake up call to his replacement.

Clean, cheap hotel close to the airport in an industrial area. Hotel is fine, it is Expedia that you have to watch out for. I got sick on our last trip and Expedia wouldn't stand by me even though I notified the property within the time for a refund.

Stayed here for our 1st half of the trip... got to the hotel and no one speaks English so hard to communicate with the staff was told that breakfast was from 7 am to 11 am and pointed how to get to our rooms. Next day so excited for breakfast but was disappointed... got to dining area they only had 3 supposed to be hot items turned out cold, no bread, only few selections we tried to communicate and said something in Spanish that we didnt understand then other visitors came and same thing nothing for them to eat after a couple minutes they came out with rice thinking more food would come out but nothing else. How can you call that breakfast and it wasnt even 830 am and no more food for others to eat. Room was ok we just needed a place to stay and freshen up was hardly at the hotel... disappointed with the shower it was so slow and hardly any hot water and toilet didnt flush properly

We stayed because it was closest to airport. Plane late so missed the last shuttle. Complained about $40.00 taxi ride so they lowered it to $30.00. Still to much but free shuttle in the owning to airport so made up for it.

We arrived early for check in. They did not have a secure area to store our luggage. We put our luggage in a room next to the business center that was open for anyone to go in and out of. The free airport shuttle is non existent because the driver doesn’t start working until midday. There was no mention of free Wi-Fi and nothing in the room related to passwords. The walls are thin and there is a lot of noise from people outside in the hallway. The room is non smoking but clearly the room was a smoking room with a strong cigarette smell that made my eyes water. The safety handle in the shower was broken off and never replaced. Don’t stay here if you’re trying to save a few bucks.

Not a very safe area with limited dining options but they have free breakfast which a lot of places don’t offer anymore and a shuttle to and from the airport which is very convenient

For me, this hotel was the closest to the airport and very economical. For the price it was perfect. The property is in need of updating, but everything I needed was there. Elevator not operating. Shower door off track(broken). And a few other age issues. Again, it was a great deal for the price I paid. The staff was friendly and helpful I would stay there again.

We stayed on the first floor and the rooms are next to the front desk. That means that you don't sleep until the last guest arrives and you wake up in the middle of the night because of the voices of guest that have to fly early.

A taxi must be pre-arranged to take you to the airport as there is no shuttle. The cab charges $35 USD per person regardless of how many people are in the vehicle. It is a five minute drive from the hotel to the airport. This is highway robbery.

Place is 7 min away from the airport and that’s why we stayed there for one night as we had an early flight; we requested a taxi to take us to the airport at 3:30 am and the staff member who helped us with the check in said we had to pay 500 pesos cash to the taxi driver and that Uber’s were not allowed at the airport which was a lie. You can program an uber and pay 130 pesos instead of 500 It is literally 5-7 min away

I booked the hotel last minute and did not know how to go to the hotel. I called them and the front desk person made all arrangements necessary to provide me a shuttle. Big shout or to him and the Manager who did the trip for me and another family since the shuttle driver was out that night.
Amazing service at the check in. The only thing is that you could hear the noise from other rooms and hall, but nothing that a long day and a comfortable bed couldn’t solve.

Terrible area. No food within walking distance. I had a car but the hotel is situated on a major road that you can't turn around on for miles because of concrete barriers or road blocks. Was so frustrating. Room was ok. Clean. But there was no mini fridge or microwave. For over $100 a night I'd expect a mini fridge. No towels in the bathroom to take a shower. Only 2 small towels barely larger than face cloths. Bed was hard as well so not comfortable. Overall, I'd pass on staying here again. And no English soeaking which is obvious because it's Mexivo. Juat saying the language barrier made it difficult to communicate.
