I truly felt right at home during my stay at One Cancun Centro Hotel. The entire facility was comfortable, clean, and very well organized. The staff was incredibly friendly and went the extra mile to make my visit as pleasant as possible.
The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. I also really appreciated the private pool area, the spotless lobby, and the convenience of having reasonably priced snacks, sodas, water, and fresh sandwiches available at any time.
If you’re thinking about visiting Cancun and need a comfortable, welcoming place to stay, don’t hesitate to book here. You won’t be disappointed! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Where do I begin? This hotel was a shock from the moment we arrived. The room looked very different from the pictures on Expedia. We had to ask for an extra towel, and when we looked for a hair dryer, there wasn’t one in the room—nor was there an iron. When we requested an iron, they told us we had to leave our passport with management, which felt very uncomfortable.

The next morning at breakfast, I found a hair in the fruit salad bowl and immediately lost my appetite. The bathroom sink was also very dirty. There weren’t even any tissue boxes provided in the room. We ended up leaving as soon as we found a decent hotel so we could actually enjoy our stay in Cancun.

Great budget accommodation. Everything you would expect from a regular hotel. Everything was clean. The only issue I had was with the body wash and shampoo. I think the bottles basically had the same thing, and they were very low quality. Other than that everything was satisfactory.

Great stay! Loved the staff, food, and location! Transportation was easy to arrange when needed. Only downside was my early check-in request for 11 AM wasn’t met, my guest and I had to wait over 4 hours in the hot lobby after our flight. Closer to check-in time, staff suggested we relax on the rooftop and grab lunch, which was nice, but our room still wasn’t ready until after 3 PM. Other than that, everything was fantastic!

We stayed one night for a layover when travelling.

Small room but clean and friendly staff. Pillow was not great for my girlfriend and the water was not very hot for a shower, but other than that good experience.

It was very safe, but don’t permit to bring alcohol in to the rooms. But it was very noisy between the rooms. The shopping it is too far away and very poor option for dining. The transportation it is to expensive and shopping center not walkable.
I found bugs in the room!

Lamentablemente, mi estancia en este hotel no cumplió con mis expectativas. Desde el momento en que entré al lobby, me recibió un olor desagradable que persistía en el ambiente. Esto fue bastante incómodo y no generó una buena impresión inicial.

Al llegar a la habitación, me decepcioné aún más. La falta de limpieza fue evidente, con una capa notable de polvo acumulada en varios lugares. Las sábanas también presentaban manchas, lo cual me hizo cuestionar su higiene y calidad. Estas condiciones no son aceptables en un hotel de cualquier categoría.

Además de los problemas de limpieza, también encontré que algunas instalaciones necesitaban mantenimiento. Por ejemplo, había una lámpara que no funcionaba correctamente. Estos detalles descuidados contribuyeron a mi sensación general de decepción.

Es importante destacar que el personal del hotel fue amable. Sin embargo, los problemas existentes en las instalaciones y la falta de atención a los estándares de limpieza son aspectos fundamentales que no deben pasarse por alto.

En general, mi experiencia en este hotel estuvo muy por debajo de mis expectativas. Recomiendo encarecidamente al hotel que mejore la limpieza de las habitaciones y solucione los problemas de mantenimiento.

The rooms are small like an Ibis room . There is no safe in the room . The worse aspect is the thin walls and loud halls .Doors slamming all hours of night on weekend .When the doors slam your bed literally shakes . Horrible ! The breakfast is basically the same everyday . No toast , no bagels , no cereals , pathetic serving of fruit , the worse juice I have ever had in Mexico (orange drink ) pancakes or waffles are extra . Remote location . Poor value .

Kind of nice and clean, but small rooms, breakfast scrambled eggs had a bunch of egg shells in it which is disgusting to me, but no big deal. Within walking distance there's no attraction, shopping, or restaurants other than what's in the hotel lobby, so not a super great area.

I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and the ease of access to coffee and water. I sprained my ankle and they were very kind to lend me crutches. They brought me towels at my request and even accommodated for someone to COVID test us before our flight. The service was great and the hotel was clean, they could use a bigger elevator. I was sad i never got to try the pool.

The staff were very nice and helpful. They always showed care. The property was about 15 min away from airport so recommend this hotel if you’re trying to be there on time. They have plenty good food places near by. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Only downside they dint have a mini fridge in the room. I will stay there again.

My stay at this location was good. The property is clean, secure and the bed and room was comfortable and clean. The wifi was excellent. The pool area was fantastic as I had the pool to myself. Also, it is a 15 minute walk to Plaza Las Americas which is extremely convenient. The only issue I found was I could hear the tv/music from the room next door. It was enough to disturb me while working, but thankfully it was only for a short time. Other than that I would definitely stay here again. I came from staying at an all inclusive resort and this property was far superior to that resort, in my opinion. Plus I did not have to wait in line forever for breakfast or services. I also did see the sanitizing protocols being conducted which made me extremely happy.

I arrived early and went to dine in the restaurant and when I was done, I was able to check in and the room was very neat and tidy and felt very comfortable. Only a 30 minute walk to a major mall with many restaurants and stores, even though there were closer to places to dine. Staff very helpful even though they only spoke a small amount of English it was better than my non-existent Spanish.

The hotel is well located in a residencial area. I just to live there so I know the area. Very calm and safe. Close to the mall where you can get everything there. The location is convenient. It's next to the well know Galenia hospital. About the room it's ok. Just for me it is very important the bathroom. I found the toilet dirty. It would be good that before to give the room, someone check if it's OK.

This is not a bad hotel, its just dated and doesn't give off any beach resort vibe. The staff is super friendly, the breakfast does its job. The rooms are plain with no frills. I did have a hard time with the smell. It was that of old humid, musty air. This reason alone caused me to cut my stay short and go to another hotel. It is very reasonably priced and will do if what you want is simply a place to sleep. Had it not been for the staff, I don't think I would have liked it at all. Like I said, its not a bad place, just not what you may want for a beach vacation. It is a bit further out to any place that is within "reasonable" walking distance. Plain hotel, no frills, breakfast was decent and staff was great.

This property lacks the most basic hotel items that you would see in the most basic of hospitalities. No wash rags (use your hands only, ugh), no microwave, no fridge and worst of all, no hot water. They have luke warm but that's it. They tried at first to be accommodating, So I will give them.

Not enough table seats for people, especially in morning time when most of people wake up to have some breakfast and leave for tours. There is only ONE "washer" and "dryer' machine and works 9:00am -9:00pm when most of guys are out of hotel, and when you comimg back it's usually busy or closed. Also, please keep in mind they will charge you separately for cleaning service (for each single day)!!!

My son and his team stayed for a soccer tournament dor a whole week. Its a decent place im not going to lie, but they need to at least change the menu on the breakfast..for a straight week we ate the sameeee thing..not to happy about that..also not happy with room sizes especially the double beds rooms. The beds are way to small for 4 people to fit in. My WORST experience was only with staff member named Berenice. She has horrible costumer service, never smiles, never tries to help or even attempts to get up her chair to help the guest. Whenever we asked her for ice kitchen service, or any type of help she will immediately give us a straight face and gives super rude responses. All the other team members will always offer to help us and even if they couldnt they at least tried to help and apologize if they couldnt. But with Berenice it was a daily disappointment stay. When we talked to manager and she was super nice and understood our issue. But i would never stay again or allow my family to stay here just because of the horrible customer service

The hotel is new, however we lost power 3 times in 1 hour, the cable and internet wifi kept going out. The AC did not cool the room, only 2 pillows? No hot water and the breakfast was not ready at the scheduled time.. we stayed overnight due to an early flight and we left at 715am and breakfast was not served due to staff issues.. people gathered at the eating aerea wating for it. The room was new but the bathroom is extremely small and awkward. We will not be coming back. I do not recommend this hotel. Do not waste your time or money.

I was skeptical of booking a hotel not close to beach but had no issues st all. Staff was super helping in providing us info on best beach location and how to get there.
