When I walked into my first room room 150 it was trashed trash in the trash can no soap no towels no washcloths there was a turd in the toilet I think there was a drug crumbs and the dresser and no ice bucket no cups so he complained and he moved us to room 251 which was a little bit better but not really no towels no washcloths at least it didn't stink though

Room was in decent condition, but the shower had either not been cleaned in quite some time or had very poor cleaning. Old shampoo bottles were on the shelves, and hair was stuck to the shower walls. It was easy for me to quickly clean it myself before using. The beds were clean and nice, though.

1 big roach was crawling around. Tub wasnt cleaned you could see the dirt ring. Comet im assuming is used to clean since there was a pile of it dried on the sink counter. No tissues, 1 roll of toliet paper. Old school ac unit atleast back from 2008 lol some dated it. Lights very dim and 1 went completely out. Tv didnt have many channels and was set in energy saver and u couldnt charge ot so it was dark and low for the volume. Chair in the room was so dirty and the cushion was flat and falling through the chair. Dont sweep well. No coffee maker, no hair dryer, no ice bucket. It was ran down and very little but ir u r in need of a place in a pinch it's an option

The first room he gave us. There were no sheets on the bed. There was garbage in the room and it smelt like smoke when I said a non-smoking room. It was so disgusting. The second room was very dirty looking the comforters were disgusting. The shower was very difficult to turn on and then I couldn’t even get it to turn all the way off.

Worst lodging experience in my lifetime of nearly 63 years. No need to go into all the details- the place needs to be condemned. I learned from it- should have slept in my car and went a rest stop in the morning to freshen up. I stayed only for the reason to take a shower- no hot(or warm) water to shower with in the morning. Again, was my worst lodging experience ever. I don’t recommend staying there!

I liked the fact that you can check in like a drive thru and that the hotel was around several restaurants and stores. The hotel needs a serious upgrade! The furniture was old and had finger nail polish on it. Someone wrote on the walls. The side panels were coming off and there was hair on the towels and shower curtain. The shower curtain was also very dirty. People were barbecuing at midnight in front of the hotel. I would say never again!

The property was terrible. The toilet seat was dirty. The bedspreads had blood stains and holes in them. Most of the light bulbs were out. The smoke detector had a plastic bag over. Did not stay longer than 5 minutes.

In the first room they gave me, the beds were made but the carpet was dirty, wet washcloths were on the tub, all the soap was open and used, and there was trash that hadn't been taken out. Also my reservation was for 1 bed and it was 2 full. I called the desk and he immediately gave me a new room, but said he had no King rooms, just 2 fulls.

When I opened the new room it was cleaner, but the floor was very dirty and reeked of pot.(non-smoking room). I was stuck due to the cancellation rules but I didn't feel safe walking around barefoot.

Also the TV was broken. The picture had a vertical bar for about a third of the screen. Won't be back. Honestly, this isn't this kind of hotel that should charge by the night.

Decent but run down clean independently run inn

This is a low budget independently run hotel, they still offer smoking rooms tho, and allow pets. A lot of the rooms are run down, with dead bolts that won't latch or broken bathroom vent fans, but I've used it a few times and never seen a bed bug and the staff is friendly enough, just don't expect ANY extra. Also go online you can get the same room they want 80 a night for going for 55 to 65.

I arrived and had wait 20-30mins for someone to even come to office to check us in, finally got to a room and it looked like someone had danced on the walls and door. The carpet was stained, I went to use the microwave and a roach walked out of it. I figured I'd just take a quick nap and shower and get back on the road since the room was paid for and there's no refunds offered but the beds are extremely hard and the tub water was black. ( it did eventually run clear but I was scared to use it)

When we got in our room there was ashes in toliet, dead bugs all over floor in bathroom. On tables,the room floor and in fridge. Also live bugs too. When he moved us to another room there was more bugs that were all over dead and alive.
Sadly i lost $82 cuz it was non-refundable but it was beyond disgusting there we were there only 20 mins not even. And when i signed my recieot the checking account info wasnt mine but i figured because I booked thru hotel's that maybe thats why it showed up different. But now i dont think thats the case at all. I think it was probably a shady move due to how everything was there.

It was cheap and I definitely got what I paid for. I'm by no means a snob when it comes to hotels and motels but I was actually a bit shocked at the state of the room. The bed seemed clean enough thankfully, but the entire room needed A LOT of TLC. It satisfied what I needed, a bathroom and a bed for a night as I passed through, but I wouldn't stay again.

This place is a health hazard. Doors do not seal, so there are MANY cockroaches in the rooms, no faceplates over electrical wires, fixtures are mobile, there was exposed fiberglass on missing portions of the doorframe, and the bathroom was one of the most disgusting bathrooms I’ve ever seen. I had to go to two rooms due to the state of them and ultimately decided that I would be more comfortable sleeping in my car at a rest area. The man at the desk was very nice and offered to refund my stay, but I was going to sleep in the car even if he didn’t refund the stay.

There is very evidently drug use within the hotel and it is not a good area. Again, I wouldn’t be quite as concerned with this for a quick stay if the doors actually shut.

first impressions questionable location, slow service at check in, without a smile or welcome at the corner counter in the side reception room, key card in hand and minimal directions as to location of our room, we walked around the building to find a second floor room, skunk smell in the stairwell, and visible drug use left on the ground, on entering our room we're met with a damp cold smell, the room appeared clean, but on careful inspection we were met with other guests in the room, After a nine hour drive to Ohio, we were tired and just wanted to sleep, we cleared the ohio bugs and pulled back the sheets and were again dissapointed to see and feel the sheets were not fresh or clean, we adapted and made good a bad situation, stayed here for two nights got out very quickly and would not be going back, if you have to stay in this area be careful stay in after dark, better still don't stay in this hotel, sorry for the people that have to work here, but if you can't give a welcoming smile, a hello, or a good evening how is your day going, your in the wrong business

They are the most rude, disrespectful, scamming, dirty, fraudulent hotel owners/ staff I've EVER MET.
I found roaches in my room ( #150 ) so I asked for a refund.
At first they ignored me and said they wouldn't refund my night there. Well ultimately they ended up agreeing. Only to attempt fraud, theft ect.
They said they would then they wouldn't then they would smh
Then told me THE ONLY CARD I HAVE & USE A wasn't the one on file for my night there that was not there anymore. Now it was replaced with some off the wall card number, name address. even the date was wrong. They cussed at me, threatened me, harassed me. Do not book here

The non-smoking rooming reeked of smoke. There were bugs (we think small roaches) through out the room. Service desk had me waiting without acknowledging me waiting for them. Bedding was shoddy. Pillows were sub par. Not enough towels. Just not a space I would recommend to anyone.

Booked a two bed, non smoking room over a month prior. They gave us a one bed and said there were no two beds available. Blanket was crusty and full of burn holes. Room smelled terrible, carpet was sticky. The back board on the bed was covered in residue. A roach fell on one of your faces in the middle of the night. Asked for an extra pillow but was told they were all out.

5 yrs ago when I stayed here it was exact. Room was nice.BUT this year I was extremely disappointed. The first room had a thick smoke smell. The host was surprised. I'm like no way I'm staying in that room. I have asthma and absolutely hate cigarettes smell.
We got a different room. The 2nd room had door trim missing and you could literally see into the parking lot. The entire door trim on the top and side was missing. Big gaps on the side by the latch and you see sunshine and see out the door without even trying.
We probably won't stay here again. A shame. The last time I stayed there it was fantastic. Not anymore. Ugggh. I'll stay elsewhere even if my favorite local hotel is 30 mins away in Marysville.

They have roaches and bed bugs, the rooms are extremely old fashion, old half eaten Reese's on the floor, dusty everywhere, no garbage cans, lamps not all working, baseboards hanging off and stinks. The only positive was decent prices but now I see why smh. Then only refunded me half my money and I had to sleep in my car bc I can't get the refund right away! Stay away!

My friend and I asked to be moved to another room as the first room we were offered smelled very strongly of smoke even though i had reserved a non smoking room. It was also grubby with stains on the mattress covers and a dirty bed spread. The manager was very understanding and amiable and gave us a better room without a fuss. Over all the stay was pleasant enough but the accommodations need to be renovated asap!

I stayed 3 nights and 3 days. NEVER once was any type of housekeeping offered. I had to carry dirty towels to office in order to get replacements. Trash was never taken out.
I will not stay here again and advise others to think twice before booking this location

This hotel is OLD. The hot water took a half hour to show up, the need sheets didn't fit the bed and the bed was uncomfortable. My ribs hurt after sleeping on it. No early check in. Only 1 trash can in the room. The outlets were really hard to find. The only reason we stayed was because they don't charge deposits.

the accomodations were fine - average as far as how nice the room was, condition, amenities, etc.

2 major complaints - 1 is the $25 charge for early check-in policy. we were there about 20 min. ahead of our 3:00 check in time and were told about this when asking about possibly checking in a little early. We have never encountered this before and were very taken aback. It's not like we were asking to check in hours early - we just arrived a little ahead of schedule and thought if the room was clean/ready, we could drop off some things before heading to our event - even 10-15min early would've been helpful. We were not about to pay $25 to do so however and think that is ridiculous.

Secondly when talking with someone at the desk and he checked on our reservation, something must've gotten messed up in the computer system. Because when we arrived ~11pm to finally \"check in\", they could not find our reservation (that we were told was all set at about 2:40). My husband stood at the office window for over 10 minutes, possibly longer while they tried to find our reservation. Meanwhile a pizza we had picked up on the way there sat and got cold. : { Was about ready to leave and tell them to just cancel it.

For the price we paid we got what we expected. Especially the fact everywhere else was charging a lot for a room we only needed for the night to sleep and leave the next day. Already reserved and paid hotel stay turned into a little bit of a wait. Thought it would be quick. There were stains on some of the white linens. And the volume to the tv wouldn’t go any higher being the air conditioner was a bit loud to hear the tv. Still a decent room for the price and time we spent in it.
