Great stay complete with otters!

Second time staying here. Did arrive in time to use the pool this time but still a good stay. Room had all we needed, was comfortable and clean. Perfect for an overnight stay whilst travelling back to the UK from Spain with a dog. Nice walk with the dog around the two small lakes and spotted two otters! Really handy to have a well- stocked supermarket in the car park!

Great hotel with lots of nearby conveniences.

I stayed at Appart Hôtel Mer & Golf City Bordeaux Bruges for 16 days while recovering from surgery, and I really enjoyed the stay. The pond/lake behind the hotel is really just lovely to walk around and I enjoyed the ducks, turtles and beavers there! There is also a grocery store in the same parking a lot, which was extremely convenient. There's also a tram station a 5-10 minute walk away, which was also very convenient. The kitchenette in the room was a little more spacious than other hotels and completely met my needs. My fridge whined at first but they quickly swapped it out for another one and I had no further issues. The room was clean and its condition was pretty good. Housekeeping came by daily to take out the garbage and change towels if needed, and changed sheets and did a more thorough cleaning when I asked (just once for my stay). The staff at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Overall I became very fond of the place and was a little sad to leave.

I have nothing good to say about this hotel except that it was clean. The desk staff lady with red hair was really rude to me and my colleagues even though we spoke french. You have to rent basic things like irons even in the business rooms, the restaurant closed unusually early, fitness center is small/was full when I needed it, there is a kitchenette and coffee machine although no basics like oil/salt/pepper and no coffee or tea, they're constructing a third building and it's very loud construction early in the morning... I could go on but you get the picture

Our stay was good but we couldn’t have extra blankets. We stayed 2 nights and every night when my friends asked for an extra blanket they couldn’t provide it.

Comfortable and modern hotel

Away from the city centre in a very pleasant setting by the lake. There's not much within walking distance but great if you want a little peace and quiet.

The room has very good facilities with a sofa bed so the room can accommodate four people. There is even a small kitchen with a good size fridge freezer.

The staff were very helpful although check-in seemed to take an age. The restaurant had a limited menu, but the quality of the food was excellent and reasonably priced.

All in all, it was a good experience.

Bad management hotel

We stayed in the hotel 3 days. The swimming pool closed for 3 days. The worst that front desk could not tell us whether it would open. They said they did not know either when we asked them. Poor management. There was a 2nd stage construction processing just beside the swimming pool and our living blcok. We will not book this hotel if we know the condition is so bad. It felt like we are cheated.

We were driving back from the Algarve to St Malo, this was our last but one stop and a real shame we couldn't stay longer. We arrived at dusk, and although there was a kitchen in the room, the Bistro was open and cooked us a fabulous meal. The reception staff were helpful and spoke good English.
We also had the breakfast, my boys (4 & 9) really enjoyed boiling their own eggs in the special machine.

We chosen this hotel because it has a swimming pool, but when we arrived discovered the swimming pool doesn't not belong to hotel and it's charged at €22.00 per person per day. In additional the apartment they give us was facing so someones flat, so in the morning instead of having a lake view we had to see neighbors half naked in their balconies.
As an airline employee, I think this hotel should state very clear swimming pool at extra cost + not all apartments are faced to the lake. I think it was deceiving publicity.

Very Nice Stay

Very good first time stay here, the apartment was very clean and spacious and had a great view over one of the small local lakes from the large balcony where we sat and in the sunshine. The staff, were all very friendly and pleasant, especially the head receptionist lady, who helped us move rooms to the lake view larger apartment. The location is quiet yet convenient, with free car parking area (quite safe) at the front of the hotel. There are two tram stops about a ten min`s walk from the hotel (Line C) that take you right into the city, so we just left our car and went into Bordeaux on the tram to see the tall ships and the fete de vin and fireworks. The only slight downside was the cost of the buffet breakfast, it was quite expensive for what was available.

It is the second time that i'm staying at this apart-hotel and is a good choice, however the confort of the mattresses, at least for me is a little too hard. Clean, spacious nice balcony. Another small inconvenient is the Wi-fi that is not one of the best that I've seen.

The hotel is quite nice and clean but the location is far from the city. The reception opens until 7:30pm. There is no service and no emergency phone at night. Our room keys were reprogrammed and we were locked out of our room for two hours!

Terrible wifi. The restaurant which is in the hotel but not owned by it was not open on the weekend. I asked the staff twice if there was another nearby restaurant. Was told no but then stumbled upon one late that night 5 mins from the hotel around the lake. They obviously have no clue of the surroundings. The front desk is only open during the day. We had to leave for an early flight without checking out.

Stayed in an apartment on 3rd floor. Very clean and spacious. Great bathroom. Bed and sofa bed were comfortable. Quiet hotel. Great airconditioner. Small kitchenette with everything you need including small fridge and dishwasher. Supermarket downstairs and restaurant close by. Reception were very welcoming. Bit hard to find and the view from apartment not that great as there is a fair bit of construction going on in the area. Nevertheless a great place to stay.

Conveniently located Apart Hotel

The hotel was in a nice location near lakes but still very near to bus and tram stops to the centre of Bordeaux. The room was reasonable and quite comfortable but the outside balcony had not been cleaned for a long time and cigarette butts left by other residents were left where they fell. We asked a receptionist for second pillows as there was no spares in the room but they said they had none as they were full . On the second night of our stay we returned to our room late to find our bed unmade and no cleaning done but luckily we had not left it in a mess. When we left we told the Hotel about these problems and they apologised. There was a charge made on top of the Expedia price we paid for local taxes !!

The hotel is new, pretty basic but was all that I needed. Is very clean, has a beautiful view of a small lake and a nice terrace. The kitchenette is very useful for having coffee or a small snack. Something unusual look for the silverware on a drawer under the tv., the staff at the reception was very nice this guy Anthony was very helpful and also speaks very well Spanish, I stayed 2 nights and they don't do the cleaning of the room just when you get there, for two nights that was ok with me. There is a small supermarket very near, and you can buy everything there. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

we stayed for 4 days. It was 10 min walk to frequent trams, in a non threatening neighbourhood. Great place to use as a base. It has a supermarket below, which was handy for self catering. Generous sized and with plates etc, also a handy clothes horse on the balcony. Very comfortable.

Breakaway in Bordeaux

We had the lake view and it was a joy sitting on the balcony having lunch with a glass of wine in the sunshine and peaceful surroundings. Tram into Bordeaux was only a 5min walk. studios were spotless and comfortable. We booked for 3 nights but stayed two extra nights due to the comforts. We also discovered a quaint little french restaurant only 5mins walk away. We ate outside in a little garden with a fountain and surrounded by trees. The food was very reasonable and tasty and I would recommend eating there. It was called the La Ferme restaurant.

First class stay in this hotel, the reception staff were very helpful and informative.A ten minute tram ride in to the centre of Bordeaux. Hotel bistro was excellent for eating at.
This was a very good standard of apart hotel, clean and the room/apartment well man tainted to a high standard.A small supermarket on site was very convenient if required.
I would recommend this apart hotel if you prefer accommodation just outside the city centre.

Nice but a bit remote

This hotel is nice especially for longer stays. Don't use the laundry facilities if you can avoid it. The clothes took forever to dry (had to pay 6€) and didn't really smell clean. It is a bit far from town if you don't have a car. The breakfast was also overpriced for what you get. There is a grocery store right next door so breakfast is easy enough on your own. It's a newer facility and I think they are still ironing a few things out. The staff was nice and helpful. I would consider staying here again.

Location was great easy access to tram and bus into Bordeaux. The name suggests a golf coarse it is a long way away. The rooms facing the lake were very pleasant. There is a supermarket close by to buy supplies. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The building has only recently been completed but lacked final clean up process. Overall enjoyed our 10 day stay and would recommend.

Newly built hotel. Well equipped room and kitchen. Warm welcome. Relaxing atmosphere. Very close to supermarket. Located in an easily accessible area by bus, car or tramway. Found next to beautiful-looking hotels and spa. Great view from the balcony; relaxing atmosphere by night. The ONLY DOWNSIDE: The staff never put enough soap or shampoo for use in the bathroom. You have to ask all the time so that they get you some. Feels tiring having to ask frequently.

Apart hotellet er generelt sagt god sted til at bo. Det er god og gratis parkering. Sengen meget komfortabelt. Klimanlæg er velfungerende. Badeværelset kræver lidt kærlig hånd. Det er fint og stor altan med god udsigt.

Sejour en amoureux nous avions choisi la meilleure chambre tout confort vu sur le lac .. loin du bruit de la ville du stresss .. nous sommes venu du vendredi au lundi afin de bien profiter
dommage il n’y avait pas de restaurant ouvert dans l’hôtel le soir .ce wk ils etai fermer … ont a etais obligé à chaque fois de prendre la voiture avec les bouchons aller chercher a manger
Nous sommes tomber sur un wk ou il y avait un mariage dans la salle enba du coup bcp de bruit ont a dû changer chambre ont a dormi a 3 h du matin avec les invités du mariage qui parler fort musique …
La journée j’étais fatigué avec la canicule jai passer ma journée a essayer de récupérer mon sommeil a dormir au lieu de profiter de la piscine …jai payer ce sejour pour me détendre devan la piscine si je voulais dormir je serais resté chez moi !!
Je pense que je reviendrais plus … un peu decu la piscine dois etre plus protégé des personnes qui essaye de venir nager qui ne son pas de lhotel du coup sa causer des conflits une bagarre le gardien essaye ten bien de surveiller
Il ny a pas de douche pr laver cest pied avan l’accee a la piscine cela es pas hygiénique
Le personnel de l’accueil elles ont fait ce quil peut mes va falloir revoir des choses car les gens ce son plein…..

Buen viaje!!

Muy buena. Cerca del centro y cn todo tipo de accesorios en la habitación. Hubo un problema, habíamos pedido cn visitas a la piscina q anteriormente nos la habían aceptado y a la llegada nos dieron cn vistas al parking, tras un buen rato conseguimos que nos la cambiarán y todo fue genial.

Hôtel trop salle.

Hôtel trop salle, les chambres plein de poussière , si vous séjournez plusieurs jours il ya pas de ménage , le canapé lis trop trop salles , la literie on parle pas c'est la catastrophe .

Hotel convenable propreté pas top (couette et coussins cracra et poussière sur les meubles) petit dej copieux et bon . Bon acceuil mais pas tres souriant
Bemol apres 1ere nuit changement draps je supose nettoyage de la chambre mais pas lot fait pourquoi on sait pas ...????
Matelas bon mais déformé penche vers l intérieur

L'hôtel ainsi que son personnel étaient parfaits. Nous avons été bien accueillis dès notre arrivé et quand nous avons pris possession de votre logement, nous avons également aimé. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Nous avons passé une nuit. Nous étions une famille avec 2 enfants et le petit dej n’est prévu que pour 2 personnes. J’ai du payer un supplément de 28€ dommage!
La résidence est rénovée mais avec des points d’infiltration. Le studio est très mal agencé. Le quartier est accessible.

Hotel bien situé et calme
Cependant, c'est très sale et infesté de bêtes.
Appartement non nettoyé et parties tachées de partout ....
Malgré les signalements, les efforts pour y remédier sont minimes.
C'est décevant !

Pour avoir un café il faut passer par quelqu’un à l’accueil et dans la nuit, voir au petit matin ils te refusent un café si tu pars avant 6h, décevant !!

C'était le soir de la finale de l'Euro et on m'a cassé le camion sur le parking en bas de l'hôtel qui n'est pas je le savais sous la responsabilité de l'hôtel mais on m'a quand même cassé mon carreau là. J'étais à la fenêtre j'ai pu faire fuir le voleur mais je me suis tapé du Carglass et de la galère 48 heures donc forcément ça redescend la note générale de mon expérience
