The hotel staff was friendly, the hotel was clean and right on the river. Rooms are nice. Easy access to the Aztec Theater and other downtown spots. Recommend using valet if you plan to walk around and not use your car.

After checking in somewhat late Thursday night, we walked up to a dirty room. Not just a little dirty, there were used cups, towels, a messy bed, and feces covering the toilet. It was absolutely disgusting and set a bad tone for the rest of the night/trip. I felt gross about everything I touched after that. They offered a $50 credit toward breakfast, but that feels so minimal for spending $200+ on a room and the $18 location fee to walk into a nasty room.

The restaurant Domingo did not have a functioning card reader. I was told by the hostess that I would have to fill out a form which would be used to input the charge at midnight. I indicated to one of the servers that I intended to pay cash. I was told that would work until it didn’t. No putting it on the room, no cash. I gave my card to the server to be hand copied. I was asked if I was given a voucher. Was that the $300 put on my card on check in? Who knows. The next day still no card reader. Even in the small restaurants in Campeche they have more than one card reader. So, my card number was in a stack of other card numbers for anyone to read. No water in the room. It had to be asked for. No safe.

The restaurant and bars had their computers down, according to staff, for two days. Each waiter offered to write down my credit card information for processing if I chose to dine with them. Yea, no.

Front staff wasn’t 100% clear on the $18 credit fee and wasn’t aware it could be used on snacks at the front desk which would’ve been great since we didn’t have the time to dine in at the restaurant or order take out from there, so a lot of the daily credit went to waste. When I checked in for our short 4-night stay, I opted out to not have room service cleaning but upon the second day, we had room service done.
Overall the property was nice and aesthetic, the beds were comfy and the rooms served us really well. I would likely stay again if I ever revisit.

The beds are extremely hard. Floors are concrete with the exception of the hallways to the rooms. Food is very eclectic at the restaurant and not a traditional Mexican restaurant. Food is way overpriced as well.

Check in was really easy and quick. Corner rooms are really nice. No balcony but window views down to the San Antonio Riverwalk. Shower is huge with rainfall shower head and regular shower head also. Large tv. Bed was comfortable. Did not eat at the restaurant but had bar food and drinks at the outdoor portion of Otro Bar on the 3rd floor, drinks and food were really good. Hotel has easy access to street level and Riverwalk level through the restaurant on the RW floor. Valet parking is available but highly overpriced, no charging stations for EVs unless you are driving a Tesla. City Garage parking is 2 blocks down St. Mary’s Street and a very easy walk to for $10/day, and has EV chargers. Only hiccup we had was no hot water on departure morning, but we managed.

Ice maker on floor 6 was broken and shower diverter was broken or hard to dial in also the hot water in the shower, the handle had to be turned in like 3 complete circles to get it hot. Other than that fantastic stay.

Second time staying at the property. Front desk staff was excellent both times! 15th floor smelled like cigarette smoke when we arrived. Restaurant hosts leave something to be desired, service and food is above average for the area.

The property is located central to everything we wanted to take advantage of. For example, the Majestic and the Aztec theaters are within one block of the hotel. Easy access to the riverwalk and the on-site restaurant and bar were great. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The plugs by the sink had the only mirror that you could use to put on makeup..... and they were so tight, none of our American items (curling iron, shaver etc) could fit without possibly ruining the items because you had to force it. Also, the draw refrigerator (who does that???) didn't work so they had to bring us a small one to plug into and put ontop of the bureau.
There is no microwave, no real coffee machine except an \"espresso machine that hardly worked at all and 2 pods to use that weren't decaf.
The floors are concrete!! There is a rug under the bed area that barely sticks out so you HAVE TO wear socks or something on your feet or they will get filthy and cold. They give you $18 a day for their \"FREE breakfast\" but there's hardly any item (even 2 eggs, a meat some potatoes and toast) are $20. And coffee is not included for an additional $6!!!
TOTAL ripoff ... extremely loud with cars revving engines until 1:30 in the morning. We were on the nineth floor so good luck getting an elevator since one was not working and on Memorial Day weekend there were TONS of people. Never ever will we suggest or stay there again!! EVER. So many places to stay in San Antonio on the Riverwalk CHOOSE somewhere else!!

Amazing hotel right on the river walk. You don’t ever need to leave the hotel. Otro bar has a great rooftop view. Domingo restaurant has delicious short rib quesadillas. Lo Cura is right next door. All the staff is really nice. Nathan from the front desk was wonderful. I highly recommend this place.

All of the staff were great, very clean hotel, perfect location. They were a little skimpy with the toilet paper and we had to ask for more twice. Missed cleaning our room one of the days but the front desk was very apologetic and made sure they were there early the next day. My group was celebrating a birthday and we had balloons on one of the beds and when they were done cleaning placed them nicely back on the bed which was nice! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very nice experience overall. The staff all were friendly and helpful. The room was large and well laid out and the bed comfortable. Very nice third floor outdoor bar. The location is right on the Riverwalk and close enough to walk to the Alamo and other areas.

There are no carpet or runners on the hotel room floors! Walking bare foot on concrete is gross. Slippers should be provided to ALL guests.

The open-air bar was wonderful and very comfortable.

It was great! The restaurant staff was rude, and overwhelmed every time we dinned. The restaurant bathroom was also dirty. We had made dinner reservations 3 months in advance with plans for a celebration and the table and restaurant were not ready or prepared for us.

Great location, hotel has some nicely renovated rooms and common areas. But it appears the attention to detail during the renovation was not a high priority. Simple misses, but several: Sink faucets positioned too far back of the basin making it difficult the wash your hands; the mirror in the bathroom (with 2 sinks) is not wide enough while using the sink to see yourself, without leaning in to the left or right; room amenities- only 1 tiny waste basket for a full size suite; 0 luggage stands, 0 hooks and 0 towel racks in the bathroom (towels on the floor).
Also a bit of a hard pushy sale to upgrade to a suite.

Started out real good nice place friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay and the fiesta parade but when we went upstairs our bedroom was extremely humid therefore the Linens were half damp. The thermostat I knocked it down to 62 it said it got 64 in there but I never quit sweating I keep it 71 at my house and have to find a blanket half the time. The beds are hard as a rock and there is absolutely no privacy in the room at all. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom to damper any noise so it was extremely uncomfortable for some. Then this morning when we got in the shower after fighting with it for 30 minutes to try to get it hot we finally took a little warmer than cold shower because it never got hot but the sink would burn your fingers. I can't say anything about the staff everyone I spoke to was extremely courteous and helpful you have an amazing staff but for a $250 nights stay I would expect far more than this especially since I could have gotten better at a Motel 6 or Comfort Inn. Aside from the location being right where we wanted to be and the staff being awesome not much good to say about the place.

The staff provide excellent service. We traveled with our two dogs and everyone we interacted with was helpful and kind. We love staying here for the convenient location also, most things we had planned were within walking distance. The restaurant and the bars are worth visiting, good drinks and food. Location is very good, especially if you want to walk the river. That’s about it. Hotel is tired, staff is all over. Staff is traveling up and down with you with all the equipment for cleaning, which smells very strong. Main lobby is packed with linens and main elevators faces hotel storage/equipment and pretty much everything else door that was always open. Personal is alway talking to each other and making jokes, laughing as if they were in their own house. Restaurant that is attached was not bad at all.

The front desk staff was very welcoming. I was offered water and a beverage at check in. The room was very clean and comfortable. Very upscale vibe. The gym was excellent! All the equipment you need for a full workout. The Nespresso coffee machine made and excellent espresso for the morning with the right add ins.

The property is nice and clean and service is friendly and helpful. However we had to wait a long time for check in and our room had a weird buzzing noise all night and the elevators were making a weird banging sound all night. Since we were next door we heard that all night, which sucked.

We chose another property in the area, but decided it wasn’t a good fit. We found this place and we’re so glad that we did! This place is immaculate!! Very clean, aesthetically pleasing and friendly, knowledgeable staff (Especially John at the front desk). While this wasn’t our first choose, we’re glad that it ended up being our home away from home for 3 days.
