We didn’t notice the reception is not 7/24, we checked email when we arrived and found the code for the room key. That’s okay. Easy to access.

The room is clean and good for family. But no air conditioning, only with fans.
Has supermarket nearby in walking distance. Can buy and cook simple dishes in the room.

The breakfast is incredible.

Room itself was nice. Well decorated and had a kitchenette with sink. Had a balcony. However no air-con. Even in September i was too warm. I imagine its unbearable in the heat of summer.

The resteraunt only did breakfast. No option for an evening meal. Staff were nice at the breakfast meal. I did have a problem one day where my card wouldn't open the breakfast room door, so i had to wait for someone to let me in.

The hotel was in the middle of nowhere. 20 minute walk to the train station, and then another long walk into town, or a 10 minute tram ride if you want. Just a bit too far from things.

This is a great hotel if you are visiting the city with a car. It was 5-10 mins to drive to everywhere. We did , however, walked to town on our first day and it was about 40-50mins walk to the castle. It was a good walk. It was a nice hotel with a small kitchen. There is a small market downstairs. The hotel is also next to an movie theater that plays English movies. We did catch a movie one night which was great.

Our apartment was modern, clean, comfortable and equipped with everything that we could wish for. A great space for a family of four. We only stayed one night, but the apartment would have been very comfortable for a somewhat longer stay.

The location was a bit of a let-down: the hotel is miles away from anything interesting. That said, there is an excellent café only a few hundred meters away serving delicious breakfast and light snacks.

Hotel was good but there was a bad smell in the room when we first arrived. Smelled like overcooked cabbage, or sweaty socks. We opened the doors to air it out. Otherwise the room seemed clean and the beds comfortable.

Overall the experience was quite good. The room is really spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent, in spite of a fee, but I must say it is very reasonably charge, given the high quality. Since we drive on our own, the location is no problem and actually very close to get to the city centre. Two points for possible improvement. One is the late check-in system. The desk has been closed by then, so we need to take the card from a secured pigeonhole. We waited some time to get response from the sms message. Finally it was all sorted well, but the process was a bit anxious. There was no pre-information on this upon booking. I think the communication on this point should be improved. Secondly, we noticed some damp bugs (or slater?). The hotel should do some spray to get rid of them in general.

Overall our stay was very good. Guests should know that parking is charged at 10 € per day. The breakfast seemed a bit pricey, but was actually a great value. Scrambled, fried, and boiled eggs plus omelets, bacon, cold cuts, cheese, fresh fruit. The day we left there were fresh pancakes with blueberry filling. They also have croissant, pretzels, fruit and coffee for free in the reception area if you want a lighter breakfast. The room was comfortable with a small, but efficient kitchen area. The pillows were the worst aspect of the room. They were pretty flat. We were a bit disappointed in the cleaning. We stayed for 9 days and asked for cleaning on the third day. We didn't get fresh sheets or towels, only swept and dusted. Overall, we were happy with our stay and felt it was good value for the money.

I enjoyed my stay at the sevenDays hotel. The reception staff was friendly. The breakfast was varied and plentiful and good. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. The room was spacious and modern. The wifi was steady. The moped rental was inexpensive. The locale was convenient to get to from the train station. It was easy to walk to the train stop and travel into the old town area. There is a great deal of construction in the area of the hotel at the moment, but that did not interrupt my stay. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is within walking distance to the train station; however, it is located away from the city center. The facilities are relatively new and the room was comfy. I appreciate the fan that was accessible in the room as it was a bit warm during my stay. I did not purchase the breakfast or stop in for breakfast during my stay; so, I cannot provide insight into that service.

I really liked the SevenDays Hotel: it is modern, sparkling clean, and comfortable. Everything is very thoughtfully organized. I was pleasantly surprised to see wooden floors in the hotel, it definitely adds to the fresh feeling.
The staff is very friendly. There is always coffee/tea, fruits and a big spread of pastries at the reception area. I have to admit, I was coming for the pastries more often than needed, but these pastries were too good to resist.
The train station is 10 min away, and the supermarket is 5 min away.
Overall impression - perfect hotel for both short and long stays.

Good quality room, large bathroom, well-equipped kitchenette including a coffee maker, fridge, microwave induction hob, dishes, pots etc.

Comfortable bed, a little balcony, large TV with many channels, fast free wifi connection.

10 minutes walk from the man train station and 20 mins walk into the city centre. Bus stop 2 minutes walk. No shops in the local area except a large turkish supermarket. Breakfast can be purchased separately for 10 euro.

Definitely good value and would stay again especially for a long term stay.

Nette Dame an der Rezeption
Zimmer war okay, kleinere Mängel die ich bei diesem Preissegment eigentlich nicht erwartet hätte, aber grundsätzlich nichts weltbewegendes. Es war größtenteils sauber, gab frische Handtücher/ Bettwäsche. Man hat nichts von anderen Hotelbesuchern mitbekommen. Generell ist die Gegend sehr ruhig, auch das hätte ich bei der Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof nicht erwartet.
Würde für einen Besuch in Heidelberg also jederzeit wieder hier einchecken:)

Överlag bra! Ligger väldigt nära tågspåren så det är omöjligt att ha balkongdörren öppen på natten, vilket hade behövts för det var varmt! Det ligger en bit från city men vi lyckades ta oss ner med spårvagn och buss. Rymligt och fräscht badrum.

Nettes Hotel

Nettes kleines Zimmer sehr sauber mit tollem Bad und Balkon, sehr gutem Frühstück und bequemen Betten. Für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise sehr angenehm, nur bei geöffnetem Fenster konnte Mann nicht schlafen weil dauernd Züge vorbeigefahren sind. Aber alles in allem sehr angenehm.

Wer auf Service weniger Wert legt , ist hier richtig . Der Zimmerpreis ist deshalb vergleichsweise günstig. Die Sauberkeit zumindest im Treppenhaus lies zu wünschen übrig. Unser Zimmer hatte beim betreten einen komischen Geruch. ( Möglicherweise von der Toilettenbelüftung) . Die Umgebung und Aussicht ist wenig einladend. Viele leerstehende ehemalige und ramponierte Firmengebäude.
Relativ wenige Hotelparkplätze , welcher auch noch recht eng ist . Individuelles zubuchen des Frühstücks nur mit Voranmeldung.
Wenn das nicht stört bzw. tagsüber eh außer Haus ist , kann hier sicher vernünftig logieren.

역에서 거리가 조금 있긴 하지만 못 걸어갈 정도의 거리는 아닙니다. 역에서 나와 직진으로 평지길만 걸어가면 되어서 어렵진 않았어요.
무엇보다 숙소가 정말 넓고 깨끗해서 이동하며 다녔던 여타 유럽 숙소들 중에 최고였습니다. 특히 주방시설이 좋았어요. 화장실도 깨끗하고 좋았구요. 다음번에 간다면 다시 머물고 싶어요 :)

非常糟糕的體驗
1.床單有大片污漬。
2.冰箱無法正常使用。
3.房間不通風，電風扇很小台，如果開窗會有許多蟲子。
4.洗衣服務很糟糕，將未完全烘乾的衣服折在一起。
5.第二天房卡無法感應；撥了至少十分鐘的緊急電話才有人接。
以上糟糕的體驗補償是免費停車2晚和免除洗衣費用。

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das einzige was uns genervt hat: wir haben für 15 Euro die Nacht eine Parkmöglichkeit gekauft. Leider funktioniert die Schranke zur Tiefgarage nicht zuverlässig. Demenstprechend mussten wir doch auf dem Hof, der für jeden zugängig ist Parken. Ansonten waren wir mit allen Leistungen sehr zufrieden.

Aufgrund der zahlreichen guten Bewertungen haben wir das Sevendays Hotel gebucht und wurden wahnsinnig enttäuscht. Erstaunlich wie solche Bewertungen Zustande kommen? Die Zimmer in der oberen Etage werden gegen Aufpreis als Penthouse vermarktet. Nicht erwähnt wird allerdings, dass durch das Flachdach die Räume extrem aufgeheizt sind. Das Hotel hat keine Klimaanlage, es war unerträglich warm im Zimmer. Ein Zimmerservice wurde unerklärlicherweise auch nicht durchgeführt. Das Bett ist mäßig, das Kopfkissen eine Katastrophe. Aufgrund der unmittelbar am Hotel vorbeiführenden Bahntrasse war aber an Schlaf sowieso nicht zu denken.

Super Einrichtung des Zimmers. Sehr nettes und kümmerndes Personal. Parken kostenlos. Nur kurzer Fußweg zur Straßenbahn um in die City zu kommen. Einkaufscenter ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen. Dort kann man auch essen, aber auch einige Lokale rundum.

Sauberes Hotel direkt an der Bahn, insofern etwa laut. Aktuell (Juni 23) ist dort eine größere Baustelle mit Straßensperrungen. Eine Vorabinfo über die mögliche Zufahrt wäre hilfreich gewesen.
