Impressed with our stay

A very nicely appointed hotel with comfy rooms and a good shower. Nice balcony.
Our meal in the restaurant was tasty and the ambiance was nice. Nice coffee shops nearby for breakfast.
No electric car charger in the car park under the hotel.
We had a noon checkout but the room key deactivated before this. Getting it reactivated took far longer and more attempts than it should which was frustrating.

Very nice hotel near train and trams. Spacious clean rooms with plenty of towels. Easy access to old town area. Free coffee on each floor. Safe and walkable area. Would stay here again.

The hotel is relatively new, and the staff very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately the hotel is overly warm and stuffy (by our standard anyway...and I notice others commented as well), the lobby, restaurant, hallways and especially in the rooms. The AC makes some effort, but is effective only to a degree. The rooms are very small (at least for 2 people). There is no bathroom vent/fan, so when taking a shower the main area gets even hotter from the steam. The beds are ok, but nothing special, and the bedding consisted of 1 comforter more suitable for winter. The restaurant and bar were nice. The web-site pictures of the rooftop terrace (which include S&P on the tables) might give you the impression that it is open for food or drink, but that was not the case when we were there.

Loved how the windows fully opened. The view of the courtyard is nice. The shower was amazing. Great water pressure, great volume and all the hot water I could want. The worst part of this hotel was we somehow missed that there was a rooftop patio, and it was gorgeous with a stunning view of the city! The location is perfect too. We really enjoyed our stay.

I asked at immediately after check in if i could move room as I was right next to the elevator and the noise would disturb me. I was told the hotel was full and that I couldn't be moved but I went on to the hotel website straight away and found that I could book a room of the same type at that time as they had availability. This really annoyed me but I didn't challenge as I was in the wrong frame of mind.

Good, short stay

We had an unexpectedly long travel day and got to the hotel well passed check-in time but our room was waiting for us. Bleary eyed, we went strait to our room and crashed. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We were disappointed about not have a coffee service in the room, but found it in the hall for our entire floor. Only wish it had to go cups since we didn’t find it until we were on our way out.

We loved our stay at Qube! The reception staff were helpful and friendly, the room was really clean and well thought out. Our favourite thing was the bed was soooo comfy, we slept so well. The local area is nice and there is a beautiful plaza nearby where locals sit outside and drink wine and eat into the evening. Will definitely stay there if we visit Heidelberg again.

Das Qube Bahnstadt ist ein modernes, sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem Ambiente. Die Zimmer sind ansprechend eingerichtet, das Badezimmer ist geräumig, und man hört weder Geräusche von der Straße noch von anderen Gästen. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist nicht weit entfernt und man ist schnell in der Stadt. Der Bahnhof ist fußläufig erreichbar. Kann ich absolut empfehlen.

Bahnstadt ist ein komplett neues Quartier, fußläufig vom Hbf. Das Hotel passt elegant-stylish und praktisch gut dazu, Schönes Bad, Zimmer nicht wirklich groß aber alles da (Platz zum aufhängen, Safe, Minibar, guter Schreibtisch, Sessel) und sehr gute Matratzen. Das Frühstück war von der Auswahl gut - viele gute Brötchensorten, viele Weich- und Hartkäse, Wurst, Schinken, Kuchen, Pfannkuchen Obstsalat und Müsli etc. - nur bei den warmen Speisen (Eierspeisen gut) waren mir Würstchen und Bacon deutlich zu wenig gebraten. Ich bin da aber sehr pingelig.

Leider war der Aufenthalt etwas ‚holprig‘: Zuerst mussten wir sofort das Zimmer wechseln, welches allerdings recht problemlos geklappt hat. Beim Ein-checken wurden wir danach gefragt, ob wir am folgenden Tag die Handtücher gewechselt haben möchten, welches wir bejahten. Als wir aber am darauf folgenden Tag nach einem anstrengenden Tag abends ins Hotel zurückkamen, fanden wir unser Zimmer ungemacht, ungereinigt und ohne neue Handtücher vor. Der Zimmerservice war GAR nicht telefonisch zu erreichen, der Concierge nur einmal, trotz mehrmaligen Anwählens, welcher mitteilte dass eine Reinigung des Zimmers um diese Uhrzeit nicht mehr möglich sei, das Bringen neuer Handtücher schon, was allerdings mehr als 30 min dauerte. Beim Aus-checken wurden wir weder nach Zufriedenheit noch einer evtl Vergütung wenigstens einer Nacht für die Parkhausgebühr gefragt, trotzdem ich bereits am Vortag meinen Missmut geäußert habe. Leider war das gesamte Handling nicht wirklich zufriedenstellend.

Das Hotel ist neu und liegt in einem neuen schoenen Stadtteil. Die Zimmer sind groß und haben einen guten Zuschnitt. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und sauber.
Auf dem Flur steht eine Kaffeemaschine und ein Wasserkocher für Tee und das kostenfrei.
Das Personal ist aufmerksam und freundlich. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind gut erreichbar. Es gibt in unmittelbarer Nähe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bäckereien.
Die Bar im Hotel ist gemütlich und das dortige Personal einfach Klasse. Nur die Mixgetränke sind preislich im oberen Bereich, aber sehr gute Cocktails.
Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

Tolles Hotel, sehr sauber, freundliches Personal. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Innenhof hin mit Balkon. Es ist alles in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Gegend ist ruhig. Bieten Frühstück, Abendessen und eine Bar. Tramstation gleich um die Ecke, ebenso andere Cafés, ein Kino, weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Parken kann man gut in den umliegenden Straßen ohne große Parkplatzsuche. Mit der Tram ist man in wenigen Stationen in der Altstadt. Waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Schickes Hotel! Wir hatten ein Superior Doppelzimmer, das schön geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet war. Parken kann man gegen Gebühr in der Tiefgarage, wenn man sie findet 😉. Das Schild zur TG ist sehr klein und vor allem bei Dunkelheit fast nicht zu erkennen. Dennoch ist es super, dass es eine gibt, da es an der Straße kaum freie Plätze gibt.

schönes Business/ Privat Hotel. relativ kleine aber günstige Zimmer. Frühstück habe ich verzichtet- 22€ finde ich überzogen (hab es aber nicht gesehen). Es gibt Kaffemaschinen auf jeder Etage. Das Zimmer zur Straße war ruhig - gut verglaste Fenster.
Es ist leider sehr weit von der Innenstadt entfernt- das war mir aber klar.

Das Hotel liegt in einem tristen, neu geschaffenem Wohngebiet mit hässlichen Mietshäusern und nur spärlichen Parkmöglichkeiten. Der Hauptbahnhof ist allerdings in knapp 20 min. zu Fuß erreichbar, während man in die Altstadt deutlich länger als 1/2 Stunde läuft. Dorthin kann man auch mit einer Straßenbahn fahren.
Der Empfang war freundlich. Unser Zimmer war ausreichend groß und absolut sauber. Ablagemöglichkeiten knapp; Kleiderschrank und / oder Kommode nicht vorhanden. Positiv fiel ein sehr großes modernes TV-Gerät auf. Und traumhaft gute Matratzen - wir haben besser als zuhause geschlafen. Neben den Betten gibt es Steckdosen für 220 V und USB!
Im Bad gab es für jeden einen Waschlappen und zwei Handtücher. Die Dusche funktionierte sehr gut. Positiv fiel auf: ein sehr guter Föhn. Negativ: Die Funktionsweise der (Handtuch-) Heizung ist intransparent, und sie wird nicht besonders warm.
Flur: es gibt einen gratis Kaffeeautomaten zur Selbstbedienung. Eine Schuh Putzmaschine hingegen fehlte.
Frühstück und Restaurant können wir nicht bewerten, da wir sie nicht in Anspruch genommen haben.
Zusammenfassend könnte man sagen: eine ideale Unterkunft für einen kürzeren Aufenthalt - wenn der Preis nicht wäre! Der Übernachtungspreis ist zu hoch.
