Perfect for an over night stay on our way to Bruges and the tunnel en route back from the alps and Switzerland.
We booked and checked in 10 minutes later and Khalid at the front desk was very efficient and attentive.
We actually booked another place but neither me nor my daughter felt safe there so staying at the Comfort Hotel was a great decision for a good night’s rest in a comfortable bed.

It's located far from the city, with nothing of interest in the area except its proximity to the motorway, which only adds to the noise. The one positive aspect is the availability of parking, but that's where the good news ends.
The room was not only dirty but also unbearably noisy throughout the night. I could hear every little sound, from the flushes in the neighboring bathrooms to people walking and talking in the hallway. It felt like there was no privacy at all.
Room had no AC, which made my August stay miserable. The room was stiflingly hot, and it had mosquitoes and bugs. The only small window didn’t have a screen, making it impossible to get fresh air without inviting insects inside.
The worst part was when the housekeeper entered my room in the morning without knocking. Overall, this was an unpleasant stay.

Booked as a convenient stop over on route as just wanted somewhere to sleep without too much expense....and that is what you get! Cheap but not cheerful....dirty, smelly, beds uncomfortable and not a very nice experience. Quite easy to find, as quite close to motorways, which in hurry to exit the hotel we unfortunately hit the rush period around Lille......if not have the (expensive) offered breakfast, I would say make an early start and get away from this area!!

It was clean and comfortable, if a lttle tired in decor, rooms need a makeover. Limited choice for dinner, buffet for starter, or for main meal, other 4 choices were 'dishes of the day' 1st time I've had cod, in lemon sauce, with rice and red cabbage !

Wasnt sure what we was going to get for the price we paid but pleased to say we had a lovely experience. Nice clean hotel on edge of city. Ideal for our weekend away. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Couldnt hear traffic even though so close to the motorway network. Didnt try the breakfast as we wanted to sample the local food/cafes. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Would recommend x

We used the Mister Bed hotel next ONCE... enough said, so we tried the Kyriad several years ago and we were well pleased. We have since returned about four times but this last occasion will probably be the last. The room was OK ish but the matresses were filthy despite clean sheets etc. There were places where the ceiling had been pulled down to make repairs and overall it would seem that there was little money being spent on maintenance

On arrival we found a mistake with the booking and only had 1 room booked instead of the 2 paid for and due to being fully booked were unable to rectify for the 1st night, the staff were very good and rectified the error for the 2nd night.

Let down by no restaurant opening
Our stay at the hotel was okay but was spoilt when for our last night we were told that the restaurant was closed. After being out all day this is not what you expect to hear.

Not 24 hour and a very high fence.
Despite stating that it had a 24 hour reception, I turned up at 12:30am to a 10 ft closed chicken wire gate and an equally imposing fence all the way around. There was no intercom and no way to contact the hotel so I ended up checking in to a Formula 1 hotel around the corner, which was €34, clean, and most importantly accessible. For all I know the hotel may be fine in the daytime, but don't book if you're arriving at night off the ferry as it may leave you in trouble.

2nd time staying at this hotel .Its quite a long way out of the center off Lille but the metro station is a short walk away with frequent cheap trains to the city centre. The hotel situated near a retail park with plenty of restaurants.There's a IKEA store close by where we went for Breakfast at the bargain price of 1 euro .Overall the hotel is great for the price .

This hotel is conveniently located off of the interstate, if you can find it. It is tucked in an alley, out of view of the main road. It is good for passing through the area, but not to explore the city. The rooms are small, uncomfortable, old, and stuffy. There is no air conditioning or airflow throughout the room or the bathroom. The first room we were assigned was so stuffy and smelled of mildew, so we opened the window to air it out. Since it was on the first floor, it opened (with no screen), directly into the parking lot and we felt unsafe. We moved to a higher floor, which helped slightly. The wifi was slow and problematic.

Apart from being let down by poor quality sealant round bath, which showed black stain from mould, the room and amenities were clean, comfortable beds (memory foam mattress?) and WiFi and tea/coffee in the room. This easily equates with accommodation costing at least 50% more. Highly recommend whether one night stay or longer.

We stayed the previous night at the Kyriad Amiens and the contrast in hotels you wouldn't believe. Friendly, professional staff who care about their hotel and customers.
The only criticism I would have is that they weren't prepared to keep open the restaurant for 15 hungry cyclists who had been delayed arriving. A visit to the local KFC made up for that and the hotel lost the revenue.

We came to northern France to visit the site of two Canadian/Newfoundland war mhard emorials, Vimy Ridge and Beaumont-Hamel. Lille is close (45 minutes to Vimy; 90 mins to Beaumont-Hamel). For our purposes this hotel was fine. Our room was small. The bed was comfortable; the bathroom was small. but clean.
The wireless worked well and the free parking was really nice. The service throughout our stay was good. There was an electric kettle in our room with some coffee supplies, but what we were able to produce was dreadful. While on the subject, coffee over here is incredibly hard to find. Our best cups have been at gas station complexes at the side of the highway (which appear to be uniformly terrific). There was only one electrical outlet in our room, one other in the bathroom. Both were recessed so that many converters won't fit.
Whether or not you have the right device, with so many things that need charging these days, the task was not easy. But there is *nothing* around here of interest to visitors, no restaurants, bars, shopping, unless you count a mall. there is a large shopping mall, anchored by Ikea and Carrefour, 5 minutes walk away. The hotel is conveniently located for arriving by car as its on the main ring road and close to t'Zand which is easy to find. Parking is close by in the huge underground car park and is 9 euros per 24 hours.

The city is a real gem and was less crowded than I was expecting. A delightful location for a city break, countless restaurants and bistro's, something for everyone.

Used this Hotel as base for visiting WW1 sites in Flanders and the Somme. Rooms were clean and had usual facilities. Good WiFi connection also in rooms. Whilst no bar area drinks could be obtained from reception with no hesitation. Overall, very satisfied with Hotel during our 3 night stay.

Budget hotel, not sure value for money.
I saw three rooms. All three had a problem with a nasty smell I think came from the paint. The hotel staff indicated the hotel had been redecorated about 6 months ago so more of a problem than just recently redecorated. With the windows open the rooms were bareable but the road noise was quite annoying.
The hotel otherwise was pleasant enough. I chose to terminate my stay early because of the above problem. I was irritated that the duty manager assured me that I would be refunded (though the stay was prepaid) and then the hotel reneged on this after I Ieft.
I was impressed that expedia nevertheless took it upon themselves to refund the partial stay.

really comfortable & very friendly
We thought the hotel was very welcoming and comfortable. The room was very spacious and warm. The bed was very comfortable and slept very well, but they could do something about the pillows. The bathroom was very spacious and very clean, with a hairdryer and even a pair of disposable sandles to use in the bathroom. It had a good size tv, also tea making facilties. The room had a shutter so you had the option of totally darkening the room, keeping the heat in and the noise out. It is close to all amenities with a huge Aachen and resturants close by. The main road is close by, but you cant hear it in your room. It only took us about 15minutes tops to get to the centre of Lille. The staff were very helpful and friendly, for two not very well spoken french people. We have agreed we will be using this hotel and chain again in the future.

I liked this hotel compared to the previous to Campanile ones from same group. the staff was friendly and welcoming. Room was decent, small but clean and good value for money. Hotel is bit far from Lille center but metro station is close by.

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The only real disappointment was that the hotel restaurant was closed Saturday and Sunday nights. This I found incredible as the hotel was full that night.

A typical economy class chain-hotel. Not too far from the center of the town. In a commercial zone, with large retail stores. Clean and comfortable room. Coffee pot and the sweets were a pleasant treat.

The Kyriad at Lomme may have 3 star facilities but it certainly does not have 3 star rooms.
Room 314 is small as is the double bed, it is generally dingy & grubby with inferior furniture that has had years of wear & needs replacing.
The bathroom even has mould around the bath.
We've not used a Kyriad before, nor will we use a Kyriad again.

This hotel is out of the way of pretty much everything, my stay I cut down due to noise of the hotel and the door looked like someone had tried to get in. Of course the language barrier was an issue in this hotel and the wifi was also not as good as they say.

we found it hard to find as there are not very detailed instructions .when we got there at least the staff could speak english some better than others but all were helpful. as this was a budget hotel we did not expect anything to fancy but in fairness we thought it was ok,the room was the sort of size we expected and the bed was to our suprise extremely comfortable,the bathroom was large and had a shower over the bath as we expected which we thought was adequate,it did look a bit tired but we expect that,the sink hadn't got a plug which is difficult when you wet shave but overall was acceptable.it was nice to be able to make coffee in the room as this is not always available.it is next to the motorway and so it was noisy when you have to have the window open as there is no air con and the carpark for the hotel at the back could be noisy(this depends on were your room is).

Ok - clean and comfy, but has a few drawbacks
This hotel felt much more American/Canadian than any other hotels we stayed in during our touring. The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable - in fact, we had extra pillows and blankets, which we loved having. The room was also equipped with a kettle and plenty of coffee/tea/sugar/creamers which were replenished every day.
Right near the highway, it's easy to get in and out of. It's also near a shopping centre with grocery stores, which was handy.
The downsides were that the WiFi was extremely slow and connectivity was poor, no matter where in the hotel we wandered trying to make a decent connection. There was also no high-speed wired internet in public places, as was advertised.
There were only two power outlets in the entire room, and one of those was in the bathroom. This made using our computer and any other gadgets awkward, as one person had to go to the bathroom to use the power outlet there.

Le personnel fut accueillant, gentil et prêts à répondre à chaque questions. Ils ont deux petits lapins dans l'hôtel qu'ils nourrissent au quotidien : c'est charmant surtout pour les enfants malgré qu'ils se sauvent lorsqu'on tente de les approcher. Hôtel sympathique, et très bien tenu. Les chambres étaient propres et agréables. De bonnes températures, nous avons bien dormis avec ma petite fille. Petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner au niveau du prix et des choix de produits mais cela restait dans la mesure du simple et correct. Nous avons pris cette chambre la veille de notre départ pour Bellewaerde le parc d'attraction qui ne se trouvait qu'à 30 minutes donc ce fut très pratique.
