It is a bit far from the city center, located in an industrial area. I recommend that the reception staff try to speak at least one language in addition to French. Communication was very difficult, and there were many misunderstandings for both Expedia and the guests.
At a minimum, English or Spanish would be helpful, as they are the two most widely spoken languages in the world. This would prevent many problems.

Do not recommend for more than one night

The room was very warm and not entirely clean as there were surfaces covered in dust. It was very noisy outside in the evenings/nights due to other people hanging around outside of the hotel. The service was not the best and it took a long time to check in. The positive (other than the price) is that it is easy to walk to from the Metro station and the Metro takes you directly to Lille Flandres or Lille Europe.

It’s ok

The hotel is what you would expect from an inexpensive option. Tiny, dates rooms that are hot all night. You can hear everyone either side. My bed had a cigarette butt in it when we arrived. Room clean otherwise.
The hotel is handy for the metro but walking around the back of a shopping centre car park at night didn’t feel safe.

Good value for money for a stay in Lille and only 30 mins into town on public transport. Not high quality but is a decent enough bed to stay a few nights. The breakfast is basic so would not recommend as there is a supermarket and bakery 5-10 min walk away.

Rooms are very small and cramped and are the same size whether there are 2 or 3 people sharing, I think it would be difficult for 3 people to share a room purely because of the size of the room and the door to the bathroom did not close fully making total privacy very difficult

On a plus point parking outside is secure and the gate is locked at around 11pm and the metro is only a 10 minute walk away

The staff were friendly and helpful

To help improve the stay I would recommend putting a kettle in each room

The hotel is on a retail park so there is not much to look at around the location but I did feel safe and the carpark was secure and mentioned previously

It is budget accommodation so if you are looking for somewhere to dump your things and got put it is ok

I made reservations through Travelocity for the hotel at 45 euro per night, with breakfast. The manager tried to charge me 368 euro which was a bit much for a room so small, with no toilet paper as well. Very bad place.

Our Ferry was delayed therefore we arrived later than we planned, 02.45. The gates were locked upon arrival and the advice to use the intercom didnt work. We had let the hotel know via the chat service the time we would arrive. The reception was closed, and i tried calling the number for the hotel with no answer. Eventually worked out another number and the receptionist came and let us in.
Thankfully was just a base room, however cramped and smelt of smoke, despite the signs saying no smoking. The bedding had lots of cigarette burns in it. As others have said the bathroom was interesting, and a very small shower. The stay served it's purpose but wouldnt want to stay there for long. The view on the morning was a nice surprise though, as we'd arrived in the dark.

Reasonable priced A25 stop-over

Fairly convenient location for a stop-over when travelling along the A25 but a lot of confusing signs about 2.1m and other vehicle hight limits which concerned me as I was travelling with a roof box and not on a main route. But I got through with the box at 2.3m. Small room and fairly clean but a few afew dead flies on floor and a few marks on paint work. Fairly friendly staff and hotel near restraurants and hypermarket. Would stay again.

It was ok. We knew what we were likely going into for £25 and in that respect it didn’t disappoint. Very basic, but clean bedding (quite comfy) and workable shower. We only stayed 1 night and left early the next day to catch a ferry. Centre of Lille is approx 20 minutes in the car. The hotel is located in a nice business park with lots of restaurants and entertainment etc. Go with an open mind, it’s cheap, cheerful and serves a 1* purpose.

Thee reception staff were very helpful and changed our rooms to accommodate us on the ground floor. The room was clean and the bed comfortable but the whole room was sparse and in need of redecoration. There is no soap or shower gel provided. There is a terrace at the back to sit out on and a fishing lake nearby to walk round

No complaints.

We only stayed here for 1 night when looking for something cheap. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, the shower was adequate. The vicinity is very good being close to a Carrefour, Ikea, restaurants and a bowling alley. We were at the end of a 2 week trip and wouldn’t have minded staying at other hotels in this chain, we had been paying far more. If you only want somewhere to rest on your travels you won’t go far wrong with this.. secure parking and very good WiFi.

The Lomme Premiere Class is very basic. Situated beside a huge shopping mall, it did have access to eating places and, in particular, one called 'Salad Bar' which was exceptionally good. However, within the 'hotel' the rooms were very small, the 'en suite' so small that it was difficult to use. Breakfasts were basic but did only cost 5 euros but one experience of that was enough. We discovered too late that immediately next door was a Campanile where the standard is higher and only marginally more expensive. Love Premier Classe was depressing.

The room was extremely small with a tiny bathroom. The cover over the bed had a hole in it from someone's cigarette. The air conditioning made noise but did not work so we opened up a window. People smoked outside so we had to close and open depending on their smoking. The internet was worthless. I needed to make plans for the next day and it was so slow I was not able to. It is very close to some restaurants and a mall and the price was appealing but other than that it is was the worst room we stayed in on our 3 week vacation...hands down! You get what you pay for but in this situation it still wasn't worth the price.

We booked this hotel for 1 night that coincided with a bit of a heatwave. The room was clean but the air con didn't work at all, the two power sockets seemed to not want to accept an adapter and had long studs that stopped you from plugging anything in. We had one of the most uncomfortable nights of trying to get to sleep ever, I don't think I did manage to sleep in the end. Definitley wouldn't bother to book again as I will pay a bit more next time and stay somewhere that the aircon actually works and I don't feel threatened when leaving my room after dark. You live and learn.

The hotel room is smaller than an average hotel room, more like a college dorm, Our room #48, smelled of stale cigarettes. We were there for 2 nights and had to borrow an air freshener from the front desk to keep the smell at a minimum. the room had no phone or hairdryer. Also, Hotels.com has their address wrong on its web site. (hopefully this has been corrected)The address took us to another hotel and this caused us to waste an extra hour to finally get to this hotel. The only positive is its very close to Lots of restaurants within distance.

Perfect transit hotel for channel crossing.

Stayed for one night only after tunnel crossing from UK. Hotel is within a shopping centre complex with large supermarket and lots of restaurant options. Hotel itself was basic but adequate - more like a motel. Small room, very small bathroom but clean and comfortable. Perfect for a one night stop in transit within an hours drive of Eurotunnel.. Secure free onsite parking was a bonus.

It was only 1 night as a stopover. We have stayed here before, it is quiet enough but has plenty of places to eat & shop within a couple of minutes. There was only one pillow per person so I had to use my coat to gain height as I have a lung condition. The sheet looked clean but had obviously been drawn on previously & it had not come out in the wash.Overall, it was warm & comfortable & all we needed for the night.

I could have been locked out....!

The Hotel is basic but cheap.
Main issue was the lack of staff late at night when my room card de-magnetised. I got back at 11pm. No one was in the Office. A notice said 'Go to Office at Campanile next door' I did and there was no one in the Office but a telephone number to ring! Fortunately a french couple had arrived at the same time, so I had no problems speaking French and making clear my problem!
My room card de-magnetised the following day too. I advised othe English folk to keep the room card away from any metal, eg money, keys, phones, etc. Perhaps the Hotel could do the same....

Room stunk of smoke despite being a non-smoking room. Walls paper thin with noise and smoke fumes coming under dividing door from next room. No staff at night complain about noise. Over €45 taxi ride. Although good metro quite close.

OK for my overnight stop to/from Calais. Room was clean, big enough. Lino flooring, but I prefer this to the stained carpets of another chain of cheap hotels nearby. Only criticism is the paper-thin walls: although the neighbours chatted in low voices during the night, I found it disturbing. The bathroom (loo, basin, shower) was just adequate in size, a larger person (I'm slim) might find it cramped. Surrounding area great if you want to eat out as there are MacDonalds, Subway and steak houses in the local area. I didn't make use of the breakfast (5€ more if you don't reserve in advance), but it was in a nice-looking room in the adjacent hotel. I will definitely stay there again.

Tired but maintained in a clean condition. Good for an overnight stop. On a shopping centre estate, variety of places to eat, but still quiet at night. Beds were comfortable. Don't expect more than a towel and a plastic glass in the room though, but coffee is available for a price from the small reception/food bar area.

Cheap, but dismal location

It's in a dismal situation on the edge of a huge retail park. While the back looks over a lake, it's separated from it by chain link fencing, and it's on the wrong side of a major motorway junction, so hard to access without a car (there is a footbridge tucked away on the other side if the site if you look hard). The room was fine and it was cheap, but that's really the sum total.

I have used this chain many times before, but unfortunately this hotel experience was the worst one. The room smelled like a chain smoker lived their for a month, it would have been nice if the room was aired. The air con was so loud, you had to switch it off to get some sleep.

This hotel is located on a retail park with lots food outlets and a small shopping centre, a big Carrefour supermarket and Ikea nearby. It's also near the Saint Philibert metro (about 10 min walk) which will get you into the centre of Lille. The hotel is very basic but cheap, clean and comfortable. Ideal for an overnight stopover.

Nice place for a base

We really enjoyed the locality of this Premiere Inn. There's plenty of food outlets around, including McDonalds, plus a cinema and huge supermarket all within very close proximity. The staff were all very helpful, but a special mention to Carole who really made us feel welcome and was very helpful in finding out where we could eat mussles in the locality. The bathroom is on the small side but it's useable and it was very clean.

Après un retour a accueil on m'a attribué une autre chambre, le lit était fait mais le sol sale. Porte de douche cassé. Moisissure sur la paroi de douche. Oreiller minuscule.

Brûlures de cigarettes partout dans la chambre y compris les draps. Les odeurs de cigarettes des voisins de chambre parviennent jusqu'à nous même quand tout est fermé. Le petit déjeuner est très médiocre et quasi inexistant... Beurre dur inutilisable, confiture qui gicle partout quand on tente d’utiliser le flacon pompe, à 10 euros par personne le petit déjeuner... La salle est minuscule... Bref, à fuir.

J'ai été déçu de voir la chambre qui ne correspondait pas à l'annonce. Dans l'annonce, il était stipulé que c'était une chambre pour 3 personnes, hors à notre arrivé dans la chambre il n'y avait qu'un seul lit double. Ce qui est dommage se sont les photos mensongère sur la chambre. Le plus gros inconvénient est l'insonorisation, on entendait tout ce que nos voisins disaient. Le point positif etait la propreté de la chambre, pas de poussière.

J'ai effectué une réclamation et demande un remboursement, la chambre était sale, vétuste , présence de cafards et d'insectes. J'ai quitté l'hôtel aussitôt arrivée !
