The rooms are very, very small. One bed was right up against the window A/C unit. And this is a very old traditional window unit that was very, very noisy. Window in the bathroom did not open so it could not be vented during a shower. Ants in the room. Asked twice during a week-long stay to have the room cleaned, but it never was. Had to get our own towels and toilet paper from the linen area. No elevator. Ice machine was not working. TV did not have cable or any streaming service. Had to use personal account, but was able to use YouTube TV with a previous guest's account. Parking is very limited on the weekends. Shower leaked. Shower door did not close properly and was not on the track. Flies all around the hotel because the staff often left windows and doors open in the common areas. Not even a vending machine available. Is convenient to the Wildwoods Convention Center. I guess that's a positive. Very humid inside the hotel making the doors often hard to close due to swelling.

The room didn't have what was advertised. We booked the room with two bedrooms and the kitchenette but instead got a room with just three beds in one room and a couch and small table in the other the place was unkempt there was water damage that was never fixed the bedroom door didn't shut and was falling off the hidges. The bathroom had old and broken tiles the light fixtures had no covers on them. There was just a fridge in the living room with no microwave or kitchenette as advertised for 800 dollars for one night experience was horrible and definitely not up to oar at all. When we spoke to the front desk all he sed was we can speak to the manager and that was when we seen the room the next morning we waited at the front desk for 30 mins waiting on someone and no answers were given on what was gonna be done even after we showed him the issues with the room when we seen it.. Instead got told to email the manager

After reading recent reviews I was nervous. We had two rooms. One room was in good shape. The other was small, the bed was broken, and the shower made a loud ringing sound when in use. The pictures are deceiving for sure. There are only window units and no air conditioning in the main areas of the inn. The staff is nice. And overall the rooms were clean. There are no amenities. They said they had room service, but they didn’t even have a working ice machine. The parking was terrible on 4th of July weekend. My dad got a call after midnight to move my car over a couple inches because someone got a ticket because of where the inn had them park. We parked slightly off because of where the person on the other side had parked. Anyway moral of the story…stay somewhere else if it’s an option. It’s super over priced and you can stay down the street for cheaper or relatively the same price.

I had a pool view I had amazing stay experience. room was huge they had a small fridge and microwave I like that . The room was clean and the sheets were very clean. The room smelled good. Also the staff was so friendly. The location. Was parent near Lido beach and Siesta keys beach near the Sarasota Jungle where you can feed the flamingos with your hand it’s also bear Myyakka park beautiful largest park where you can rent bikes for $15. Oh parking was plenty and it’s free.

The only thing that woks on this place is the proximity to the boardwalk.
This hotel has no owner. The only person that I saw working in there doesn’t care about anything. The garage is never picked up from the rooms or the public spaces. The pool is never cleaned or treated with chemicals. THIS PKACE IS LITERALLY FALLING APART. It’s definitely not worth the money. If you end up in this place, you’re on your own. This is the worse place in all of Wildwood and the worst if that I have ever stayed anywhere in the world. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.

Property wasn’t horrible, walking into the room it reaked of bleach I’m assuming they put it in the fan to “clean it” parking was a disaster at night so get your spots early. Pool was freezing cold, staff was pretty nice tho try and get a room as close to the ground floor as possible walking to the 4th floor (no elevator kinda sucks) Now for the positive great places to eat walking distance and the beach is maybe a 10 min walk Overall not horrible

I would say I would give this place either a 5.9 or a 6. Only because the cleanliness of it wasn’t good at all. There was bugs in the room almost every day plus there was a big bug on the wall on the day that we checked in, the second we walked in our room. Then it took them most of our stay for them to clean the pool and then we couldn’t get in it until our last day there and then the pool table really needs a refurbished or they need to buy a new one because one of the holes kept falling out as we were trying to play the game and the balls rolled all over the room. Also it looks so badly beat up as well.
Then there cracks all over the room so bad It looked like the room could have used a make over or get repainted. We also had to buy a Zevo bug trapper because there’s flying bugs everywhere trying to get in our faces and in our food. The zevo actually managed to catch four of those bugs, it was not pleasant.
The only reason why we made it through that week and stuck with that hotel was because one girl that worked there, I didn’t catch her name, but she was wonderful to us and she did everything she was supposed to do so we thank her for that. Everyone else that worked there were slightly rude and the maids there were not so nice either because they always came at the wrong timing and plus one time when I was in the shower they were trying to rush me out because they just had to get that room clean right then and there instead of coming back at little a later time.

Room wasn’t what was post in descriptions. Ac didn’t work. Room was dirty and small. Not once was my room cleaned. No room service. No housekeeping. Room had dirty pillows/bedding. I had to take out my own garbage get my own trash bags, get my own clean towels, got my own toilet paper. No elevator and my room was in the fourth floor. No lock on the door it had been removed. Door wouldn’t shut all the way had to put my suit case against the door to keep it closed.

The hotel is located in a prime location, easily accessible to a lot of different things walking so I would say that’s a pro. I wish the property would use pictures for their rooms that are just 1 bed because the size of the room was extremely small. There was NO TOILET PAPER (we had to ask for toilet paper). The TV was stuck on Spanish, tried to get help from the front desk, they claimed it was the cable company. I figured out how to switch it to English myself so it wasn’t the cable company. We also found a bed bug in the bed. The room smelled terrible if the AC wasn’t on. Obviously, our expectations wasn’t super high because of it being an “Inn” BUT we wasn’t expecting it to be like this.

The only good thing about the property is the location. The pool was ok. Room was not clean, the bathroom smelled like urine. The hallways smelled like marijuana. The outlets in our room did not work. No space in the bathroom to hold toiletries. No table or luggage holder to hold bags. We had to store stuff under the beds in order to walk in the room. I’ll just start by saying thank god we only stayed two nights. Please do not look at the pictures on Expedia. The property doesn’t look like that at all, the property is run down. Check in was fine. The hallway stairs are full of filth. Paint chips dirt trash ect. The rooms are by far the smallest rooms we have stayed in. There’s no place to put luggage or spread out. The bathroom is hardly big enough to stand in, with the sink in the main room. The electrical is tape together with wires exposed. If you have kids this is a concern. To top it off the hall way windows were wide open no screen or anything to stop someone especially a child from falling out. By far the worst place to stay.

The property was very poorly maintained, both inside and out. As a smoker, there was no receptacle to place cigarette butts, had to dispose in the street. Carpets were very dirty all the way from the lobby all the way up to the 3rd floor. Got to the room, it was very small with no hanging space to be had. There was also no shampoo or conditioner in the room. A pillowcase was disgusting with stains. Went down on day 2 to get some coffee. Full pot of coffee, but it was cold, and the coffee machines was off. Went out to the common area down from the pool and nothing was arranged nice or welcomely for people to want to come and enjoy that space. There were hazardous chemicals stored outside next to a guest's room.
Some good things about the motel, nice that it had a good size refrigerator int he room. Rooms were ample size as well as the bathroom. Great proximity to the beach and boardwalk.

I’ve truly never heard an air conditioner as loud. I’m not exaggerating when I say we had to yell at each other over it. It kept me up all night. Anything else - I wouldn’t have cared. A last minute cheap room is just that. But at 2, 3, and 4 am when I couldn’t sleep over the noise, all I could think about was the money I spent, and how I just should’ve driven home.

Never sent reservation confirmation. Had to search cc bill and call for name of hotel. Gave us 3rd floor room and no elevator. Said I hadn’t confirmed yet I had 2 days or saying check is at 3.Cubicle room, broken fixtures in bathroom curtain rod, medicine cabinet, no toilet paper rod. Lamp in bedside lamp broken. They gave us another room with black mold on ceiling and clogged sink drain. Hard to park with tiny lot. Room barely fit 2 double beds with no room on one side and 1 foot between beds.

The first room they tried to put us in was on the fourth floor inside of the building with no elevators. The room smelled funny and the door frame was damaged as if someone kicked in the door and maintenance used cork glue to reattach the chain lock. They moved us to a second floor room which was TINY. Start to finish absolutely horrible experience! Staff wasn’t friendly at all. Room was practically bare. A/C is inefficient window units that have to run all day just to keep the room cool. You get a TV but no remote. No hair dryer. Shower rob was barely attached to the wall. Wear socks or slippers at all times because they don’t believe in mopping the floors. If I could rate in negatives I would! For a cost of close to $1000 for 3 days 2 nights, I absolutely feel I was ripped off, never using this establishment again!

This was one of the most frustrating check-in experiences I’ve ever had. The lobby was uncomfortably hot—over 90 degrees—and communication was extremely difficult as I could barely understand the front desk staff. The process itself was overly complicated, requiring multiple steps like submitting credit card authorization forms for each guest, re-verifying IDs, and even paying again despite having already prepaid for the booking.

The rooms were a major letdown—small, cramped, and nothing like the photos advertised. The first room I was given had a strong musty, moldy odor, and I had to request a different one immediately after checking in. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations and was a disappointing experience.

The pictures aren't accurate of this property. The rate I was given on here was less than what I had to pay at property but was definitely not worth what I had pay. This hotel is like a frat house partying, running up and down the halls n stairs, banging on the walls. I was originally given a closet room with a door frame that looked like it was kicked in after I called and asked for a normal sized room due to previous reviews. Rooms weren’t cleaned properly. I liked the location only a short 5 min walk to the boardwalk. The hotel conditions were beyond terrible, seemed like it was under construction and had a terrible smell in the hallways. Our first room had dirty sheets, a busted door, and light bulbs out. We asked to have them change the sheets while we were out and they claimed they did. We walked up the four flights of steps to realize they hadn't. We requested a new room and that one also had light bulbs out so it was very dim. And holes in the wall near the window. For the amount paid, i would have expected a much better experience. I would like a refund.

First off this hotel was my last resort. Second buyer beware. This place reminds me off a frat house. It seems rundown and old. All they did was a bunch of patchwork when it comes to renovations. Nobody was happy. Everyone complained about the hotel and room layout. We had footprints on our headboard and that was weird. I’d a been better off sleeping in my car honestly. They should’ve paid us to stay there. That’s just how I feel. If you waste your money here good luck.
