Only one elevator in the main hotel, which took awhile. We opted in the stairs a handful of times. Friends of ours were on lower floors (3rd) and they complained that the music from the restaurant on a Saturday night rattled the windows and kept them up. On the 6th floor we did not experience that. Restaurant gives 10% off to guests but beware they don’t warn you but they only accept cash when you use the coupon. So basically it’s a coupon to pay in cash. Seems like a lot of wildwood boardwalk also preferred cash and had fees for using credit cards. Pool was nice and restaurant food was good plus pretty reasonably priced.

Everything I would give 5/5, however I do think they have to upgrade their elevator. It’s so out of date . It takes 5 mins a floor. But besides for a short wait, everything is all you need, and only a block away from the board walk. Almost in the center of it .

The rooms are so paper thin you hear everything I mean everything.only had one elevator witch made it very hard. we were there for a football bash. this was very noisy place. for the price of this place it wasent worth it. I'lllet never stay again. My son's coach was there last year n never came back. when he found out where I was staying then he told me the horrible stories.

Rooms need updating. Our room had a huge gap under the door to the outside. The couch in our room was gross, very warn and dirty. There was no top sheets on the bed, just direct blanket and then a sheet on the very top that we ended up flipping over to use as a sheet. Linens felt like sand paper, outdoor pool was peeling white paint chips in the water. Location was good. Parking was rough, finding spots that could fit a large suv was hard. Garbage everywhere in the parking lots taking up parking spaces.

Very good location in proximity to the boardwalk, rides, activities, etc. Loved the pool bar. Has both an indoor and outdoor pool with a DJ in the afternoon. Rooms are spacious and have been remodeled with modern decor. We stay here every year.

Room was clean… only complaint is they need to add more decor in walls or furnishings in room it echos horribly that even a whisper sounds loud.. can also hear all the music from outside tiki bar until it Closed(stayed in room 6003). Wasnt a problem for us though! Staff was friendly, close to boardwalk, parking is convenient!! Shower is short so a tall person would barely get wet. Would stay again!

We think that the property needs to verify that the lights and outlets of the rooms work properly. The staff was very helpful and the restaurant Blue Water was great with an excellent service. We like the bed and the pillows as well so very comfortable and the quote for the place we were. Love the 7th floor with the pool, the hydro massage and vapor room.

The pools were great. The daily DJ was fun. The elevator was super slow. The bartenders are super picky about no outside food or drink at the pool. That’s tough when you have little kids and all they want to eat is snacks ! The location is great for the boardwalk and beach and it’s very accommodating for a large group. The front office staff were exceptional.

This place was great. It's super close to the beach and the boardwalk. There is an indoor pool as well as an outdoor pool. The staff here is super friendly and accommodating, and the property is great. There isn't a ton of parking right at the property but there is a big overflow lot across the street which is convenient. It's nice to be able to have a place to park and get in and out when you need to. The rooms are well taken care of and nice and big. It's a wonderful place to stay with your family and we will definitely be staying here again if we come back to the area.

Overall this hotel was great! The pool and outdoor bar were AMAZING! The location was excellent and just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Staff was friendly. The room could have been cleaner. The floors were pretty dirty and the pull-out couch wasn’t very clean. Would still stay there again.

Bolero is a much better stay than other places I’ve been to. My main issue was I requested first floor, or handicap accessible. Myself and mother gave difficulty ascending stairs. We were put on the 3rd floor with no elevator access and was told I’d have to pay more for an upgrade room.

I LOVED the indoor pool there was no kids there! They should keep that an adult only area. Our TV didn't work the first night because the cable wasn't hooked up but when ai told them the next day they fixed it right away. The hotel is wonderful but regretfully the breakfast we had in the downstairs restaurant was horrible. We will definitely be coming back next year though!

We arrived early understandable at the room wasn’t ready so we went out for breakfast and went on board walked away. Some time I called around 1 PM. He said it should be ready between 30 and 40 minutes so we went up and waste a little more time than we walked over to check in the guy at the desk was very rude. Not very nice. I was like I called you and you said we were ready and he was like I don’t know why I talked on the phone when checking out the other gentleman very nice and accommodating when I asked if we could have a later checkout.

We had a room that faced the ocean - 5th floor. It was wonderful. Everything was good. Not a fan of containers for soap, shampoo and conditioner. The shower looks aged but the shower felt wonderful!! The hair dryer needs to be updated. The bed was great. Good stations on tv. Clean. It was a great place to stay on a cold night and day in Wildwood.

Very retro and unique, yet indoor pool is tiny and sand filled Jacusi. Nice restaurant with great live music on Saturday night was best feature.

Staff was top notch. The pool area was awesome. The room was nice and clean. Only trouble area for us was the heat in the room the split unit was not holding consistent temperature and the floors were freezing!! They also didn’t have a shower liner in the curtain so the floor would get very wet and slippery after each use but they offered plenty of towels in the room so no big deal.

The heat in the rooms could not keep up with the cold weather. We were cold both nights sleeping in several layers of clothing to stay warm despite the heat being set at a max of 82. Multiple families complained. The hot tubs were small, one was out of service for the entire stay. We had hundreds of wrestlers staying in the same place. The heat in the pool area did not work. I had to sit at the table in my winter coat to watch my children. The kinds female worker said the heat kept malfunctioning because of the cold weather and there was nothing she could do over the weekend.

The hostess and waitstaff were terrible in the restaurant. Rude and slow.

The food was decent but due to the wait staff, we only ate there one time.

I only wanted to at his hotel because it had a jacuzzi. When I went there with my fiancé the water to tak shower and to use the jacuzzi was brown.

The room was small and the beds were not comfortable. There was hair in the bathroom and on the bed. I was expecting something better for the price of the room. While it could be an okay place to stop in for the night, it is not a place you would want to spend time in.

Didn't get breakfast from hotel so I can't say anything about that. Room was ok ,I got some towels that had hair and spots so with that I wasn't so happy. The cleaning was ok but it could be better.

The jets weren’t working that’s the main reason we got that hotel in this winters. The microwave wasn’t connected and it was hard to even plug it in so we had to move the microwave to another spot.

I didn’t realize they didn’t have daily maid service. I prefer fresh towels each day. Other than that, it was a nice stay. Prime Rib dinner at on site restaurant was excellent!

Chose this hotel on line because it had a hot tub and on site restaurant and bar. None of which were available for us. No coffee in room not available in lobby. When I inquired I was directed two blocks to a Wawa. Room was fine.
