Me encanto tiene cocina cerca de playa, tiene piscina, cerca de todo, muy tranquilo el área .

The Beach Colony Motel is very clean, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. It’s just one block from the beach and also pet-friendly, which is a huge plus. The only downsides are that the bathrooms could use updating and the HVAC could be improved. Overall, a great spot for a comfortable stay in Wildwood Crest.

Needs some cleaning behind the drawers where the TV is and also the lights were not great. Had difficulty of turning on and off

I stayed in a room with beautiful new bed coverings. Leslie and her family are hands down
the best thing about the place, they are so friendly and welcoming. Being so close to the beach and being dog friendly are also very important to me.

For the money, this is a clean, safe, classic motel. For people whose priority is to be at the beach, or the pool. Plenty of restaurants around but the area is quiet. DoorDash can get you whatever you need.
Melissa
This little hotel was perfect and very clean!! My daughter absolutely loved the pool slide, and only a short walk to the beach. We had a pool side room on the first floor which was very convenient. The bed however was not comfortable it was very hard. But other than that it was perfectly pleasant and the staff are very nice and friendly!

We loved our stay there! Would go back! The pool as really nice and your steps to the beach. Everyone was friendly and Leslie is the office was super nice! Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

At 7:15 am when I went to open the window someone from the maid service was peeping inside my window invading my privacy. I felt violated and made me believe that at that time with no clean-up equipment or identification, something strange was going on. Never again.
Patricia
The room was clean and the view was beautiful.
Deanna
Was very disappointed with room. They put us in a room facing the wall with no view. The hotel was pretty empty so I'm still not sure why I was given the room I was given. Also, the refrigerator was unplugged as well as the lights. It took nearly 24 hrs for the fridge to cool off. The bed and floor also appeared to have sand on it which made me concerned that the bedding wasn't cleaned prior to arrival.

Good Stay with lots of Dogs!
I had a very nice stay at Beach Colony Motel. I had a nice room, which was very clean. The pool was very nice, and also very clean. There were lots of dogs there. Everyone was friendly. I would recommend this motel.
Mariza
Furniture could use some updating. The top drawer to the dresser in our room kept opening on its own. Otherwise was nice place.
Frank
Not happy
The hotel was not what it appeared to be online. It presented to be more then it was . Was not worth the money we paid for 1 night. Too small
Mark
Dog friendly, but not dog smelly, clean. Priced well. Right near the beach. In walking distent to restaurants and Ice Cream. This property had some pretty bad reviews. But we believe they were lies from the old management and issues that they made up. We had a great stay.
Richard
It say is was remodeled. Didnt see anything of that sort. Had a huge hole in wall covered by a picture. Alot of fees what i thought covered the dog no that was an additional cost. Staff was nice not
Ginamina
Practically on the beach. Huge heated clean pool with a slide. Park was two blocks and we even caught a concert there. Very clean and great outdoor picnic area for grilling
DANIELLE
Less than a block away from Shore access. Office personnel was extremely sweet and helpful upon check in. No complaints!
Angela
Heated pool provided entertainment for kids.
My room was lacking in hot water for showers and hand washing. I let management know for next patron.

I would never stay at this property again...$300 for a very basic room with only one light, lumpy beds, no hair dryer or shampoo or extra chair. Very disappointing.
michele
Good for a motel I suppose, was extremely clean but smelled like bleach. The motel only had hot water one of the three times I showered. The rest of the time it was lukewarm. The bath towels provided were ripped. Location wise it’s ideal but the railing height can’t be up to code and are a safety hazard if you have children. Parking is always available. Ice machine and grills on site.
Courtney
Clean and close to beach
This is our second time staying at Beach Colony and it was great! Clean rooms, close to the beach, and able to bring our two dogs! That's all we wanted! The owner is very nice and accommodating.
Joel
Our stay was exceptional. We had our dog with us, which made it a real family vacation. The room was very clean and the staff couldn't have been nicer. Highly recommend and will return if and when we can.
michelle
Perfect beach motel
The motel is a cute little place close to the beach that is dog friendly. Pool was nice, rooms were clean but could use some updates. Front desk was super helpful and friendly. We had a partial view of ocean from our room. Will definitely stay again.
Patricia
When arriving at the property, we were changed a cash only pet fee per pet. This was in addition to the pet fee included in the rooms fees. In the middle of our stay it was claimed that our dog caused damage to the already damaged room. We were told that if we didnt hand over cash immediatley then we would be evicted. The property manage leslie had the police come to our room twice, in addition to charged my credit card $625.00 dollars, without my permission, for a comforter and curtains that were already damaged and from the 70s. This was supposed to be a 4 generation trip filled with good memories
We ended up leaving early due to the hostile and uncomfortable environment. Please, dont give this motel your money.

This was a very nice family motel to stay at! Simple, but very clean, awesome pool, and a very nice staff! Thank you…

Room comfort.
It’s a good place to stay if you plan to just use the room to sleep. There’s a $34.10 CASH fee if you have a pet. The room seemed clean but the layout was very awkward. The bathroom was blocked by one of the beds and the room furniture was very outdated. There really isn’t any room for comfort just beds, no chairs or table to eat on. I did go with their least expensive room. It had 3 beds (I only needed 1), but if you plan on spending anytime in your room I suggest you go with a bigger room. I paid over $200.00 which to me isn’t such a great value, but it was a last minute decision.
MAUREEN S
Spent 4 nights room was never cleaned while there never found parking when we came back at night although they say each room is guaranteed a parking space
Very outdated room
Bathroom very small

The property manager was very helpful and accommodating.

Very friendly property manager. Room was a little dated but as expected and decent value.

Unfortunately we had a family above us stomping on the floors. hotel was behind another hotel and was not on the beach like stated. There is quite a walk to get to the water. The Wi-Fi didn’t work the whole time we were there. Breakfast was fairly close to us.
Verified traveler
It’s so pet friendly!! And so clean! Loved the tile floors to insure the cleanliness!! It is a little gem tucked in all the new high rise condos ! Cats, birds, dogs of all sizes all welcome!! Next time I’m bringing my dog.
sue
The hotel itself was clean ne nice, however i pid 414$ for 1 night, it was not. 400$+ worthy hotel..
Noor
Leslie at the front office was super nice. The only problem is that there were no utensils but pots and pans. We brought our iwn stuff but there were no cups, plates or utensils utensils. Also soap but no shampoo.
Didn’t affect me because I always travel with my own but every hotel should provide.
