Only suggestion to management is to consider changing your pillows - they don’t provide any support regardless how many you stack together. saw others leaving similar feedback.

Excellent location, not too far from the main downtown area of Marienplatz. Bus stop is few minutes away from the hotel and will take you directly to main downtown shopping areas in 25 minutes. Bus pass may be purchased at hotel reception. Room with king size bed is spacious, bathroom has heated floor. Complimentary Minibar was fully stocked daily with beer, soda, juice and sparkling and still water. Housekeeping is automatically performed daily.

Stayed here during Oktoberfest and absolutely loved it. The hotel is fantastic — modern, spotless, and very well run. Even though it’s a bit outside the city center, the location in Bogenhausen is great, with a tram stop literally right in front of the hotel, so getting around is easy and quick.

Everything runs like clockwork, and the staff are efficient and friendly. The bar deserves a special shout-out — great atmosphere, excellent drinks, and the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the Wiesn.

Loved my stay. Highly recommend the Hyperion Munich!

The hotel and the property was very nice. We came with 2 small children and were given 2 non connecting doors which made things a bit difficult. Bar staff was also slow at times.

Hotel has pretty much everything you want, comfoy rooms, clean, great breakfast, and gloriously fast Wi-Fi. This hotel was part of a 10 country roadtrip and was easily the best hotel we stayed at in any country and city. Bravo HYPERION.

Told we had breakfast included as we checked in, only to be told by the restaurant it wasn’t and it would be an additional €30 each, per day! The main restaurant also has hardly any food options, and the random meals such as beef cheek or pasta were incredibly over priced (in my opinion). Other than this, the staff were super friendly, rooms and hotel was always clean, nice little gym on the top floor and the mini bar was included which was a nice touch!

I booked the panorama king room for 3 nights following a pleasant stay at the Salzburg Hyperion Hotel. The hotel is clean, comfortable and the breakfast offers a good selection. Tram number 19 is located just up the road from the hotel so it is simple to get in and out of the city. There was a huge suspect stain on the bedroom floor and the quality of toilet paper was poor.

I enjoyed a lot my stay! The fitness center was really wonderful!! My best gym experience in a hotel so far... The neighborhood was also quiet and a great place for me to work remotely between two business events. The view was nice and the room quite comfortable. Would have been great to have body lotion and hair conditionner in the room. If not, would also have been nice to have the minibar (especially coffee) replenished daily. There is a convenience store very nearby however.

Asked to do a Room Service cleaning while been gone from 10am till 7:30pm and wasnt done, when came back asked the Front desk for fresh towels at least, again 20min later the service came with 2 mini soap's/conditioner ...I asked for fresh towels...again 1 hour nearly passed went directly to front desk personally and asked for fresh towels at least that was arrange after 5 min finally. Service very disappointing, executives lounge no food/no snack after 7pm.

Rooms are ok but would have liked better carpet vacuuming and clothing space. Hand soap remain at almost empty most of my stay. No iron or steamer in room as per other hotels. No voltage adapters available for iPhone charging or curling iron/ such stuff. Staff were pleasant. Coffee maker was nice to have but instruction would have made it easier. Didn’t know they had a sitting area in the back til the last day. Poor property management. 2nd time stay not sure if it will be a 3rd time.

The rooms felt new and modern. Bathroom had enough room for 2 people to get ready at same time. Great shower, pillows and bed were comfortable. Breakfast buffet was well worth the money. Not in the heart of Munich but was quiet and about 10-15 tram ride. Front desk very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

The room was very nice with lots of little touches, like heated bathroom floors, that made the stay quite enjoyable. Id definitely stay here again.

Well, the hotel has a good upkeep, nice spacious feel, a bit of bavarian charm which blends with the modern look. Pleasantly surprised with the gym setup which although smallish has everything you need and nothing you don't :) good parking and public transport connect. DId not have time to check out the restaurant

Beautiful and very modern hotel with easy access to the center of Munchen. Staff in the front desk were very helpful and accomodating. We just stayed one night but will stay there again on our next visit. There's parking under the hotel for 18 euros a night.

I’ll start off by saying this hotel is brand new so try facilities are brand new and clean. I’ll add the staff is very friendly and the two bartenders were excellent. Great drinks and snack food.

However, there are two main reasons I would never stay here again. One, as a tourist, this place is not really convenient. Yes, it is across from a tram station and a 10 minute walk to the S-Baun, but you wouldn’t want to stay here if you wanted to be in a place where there were restaurants and bars and such in walking distance. Which would be fine as I think this is more of a “business hotel”.

What is unacceptable though is the horrible WiFi. The WiFi constantly shuts off. And it is literally not powerful enough to be accessible in the whole room. Near the front door or in the bathroom, you could connect fine, though it would disconnect each time my phone went to screensaver. But walk into the room and I could almost never connect to the WiFi on the bed, desk or chair. To me, this would be unacceptable for a tourist hotel, let alone a business hotel. Like, how can you serve a business clientele with poor, inferior WiFi service. For that reason alone, I would never stay here again.

Positives: close to trains, bed was comfy and shower / water pressure was stellar.

Negatives: no wash cloths (yes Americans still use them), toilet paper that feels like sandpaper, the bed comforter was thick and hot for this time of year, hand soap was almost empty and never replaced in 4 days, cleaning service was terrible (left dirty coffee cups and didn’t really clean) and the elevators were broken one day. Being on the 8th floor was quite a hike.

We arrived to be told that we had to move to another hotel. Not good when we had booked well in advance and had planned our time around being in this hotel.
We were told that there was no water in the room. We were informed by the taxi driver who transferred us that this happens all the time with this hotel. They use the same reason .
NOT IMPRESSED. The receptionist was totally unmoved by our situation and was quite indifferent.

The negative thing I have about the hotel is they advertise they have a gym but I was unable to access the gym due to renovations. If you are a fitness fanatic, think twice before booking this hotel because the gym is there in name but not functioning at this time

Nice hotel but panorama room rip off

The hotel is brand new and finished to high standards with a floor heating in the bathroom. Super clean and actually ok prices for Munich. Location wise it's ok but there are far better locations to explore the city. Car parking is available but in my opinion quite expensive for this location. Some more critical things (and I am staying in a lot of hotels). Nice staff but unfortunately not enough staff members. The breakfast buffet looked very empty most of the times since they couldn't cope with all the guests. Worst part was the way they sold the panorama room. According to their website with mountain or city views over Munich... well our panorama room was in the second floor and we could see a fuel station and a main road. Curtains had to be closed all the time otherwise people could see in the room. Having paid more money for a room like this it was a disappointment and since the hotel was apparently fully booked the friendly lady at the reception couldn't help me. Overall a good hotel but because of this panorama room experience I will never stay there again.

Sehr schönes Hotel im Osten von München.
Tolles Frühstück, tolle Zimmer.
Mit 24 € pro Nacht langt man für das Parken genauso zu, wie mit der Pauschale von 30 € für das Laden, ausser man kommt mit einem fast leeren Akku und kann mehr als 40 kW laden.

Trotz später Anreise durften wir per Telefon Essen bestellen dies wurde bereits aufs Zimmer gebracht somit hatten wir direkt nach Ankunft in der Nacht doch noch unser Abendessen und zusätzlich konnten wir an der Bar direkt noch Cocktails dazu bestellen einfach perfekt wie immer herzlichen Dank. Auch an die Frühstückschefin so herzlich und hat uns extra den Platz in der Lobby bereit gemacht wir freuen uns aufs nächste Mal.

Wir waren jetzt schon das dritte Mal in dem Hotel und wir haben uns auf den Aufenthalt gefreut. Leider wurden in dem Hotel der Zugang zur Executive Lounge komplett gestrichen. Heute Früh gab es ein technisches Problem und das Wasser war kalt. Im Frühstücksraum war das Personal völlig überfordert, und das Frühstück war bei den letzten zwei Besuchen wesentlich besser. Es scheint, als wäre das Hotel unter einer neuen Führung und es wurde an gewissen Stellen die Sparschraube angezogen, sehr schade wir fanden das Hotel in dem New York Stil in der Vergangenheit wirklich toll.
