Der automatische Check-In hat gut funktioniert. Zimmer war nicht sauber. Abgesehen von den Haaren, waren Fugen im Bad verschimmelt, die Duschablage voller Kalk und das Geschirr in der Küchenzeile nicht richtig gespült (man konnte noch leichte Essensreste auf den Tellern sehen, Besteck habe ich selbst nochmal nachgespült). Der Fön war fettig und obwohl ich wirklich nicht empfindlich bin, wollte ich nichts so richtig anfassen.

Super Aparthotel mit völlig unkomplizierten Online Check-in, bei dem man direkt zahlen und die Rechnungsadresse angeben kann. So Betrug die Wartezeit bei Ankunft und Abreise jeweils nur wenige Sekunden. Das Frühstück in der super stylischen Skybar ist von exzellenter Qualität.

Direkt an einer Hauptstraße und gegenüber des Hauptbahnhof gelegen, befand sich das kleine Zimmer. Auf der vergeblichen Suche nach einer Fernbedienung fand ich unter dem Bett neben Staub ein gebrauchtes Zahnseidestäbchen :-( Auf meinen Anruf hin, mir doch eine Ersatz-FB für den Fernseher zu bringen, gab man mir zur Antwort, ich solle doch zur Rezeption gehen und mir eine holen, wenn die überhaupt vorrätig sei. Ich kann dieses Hotel aufgrund meiner gemachten Erfahrung nicht empfehlen und hatte einen sehr schrecklichen Aufenthalt.

The hotel is nice and quiet with a comfortable bed and a little kitchen. Everything was clean and in good shape.

The hotel is right next to a train station, where there are lots of trains, that will take you to Hamburg central station in about 15 minutes. All though the trains are near by, you don't hear them in the hotel room, when the window is closed.
Check in and check out is self service, but it's very easy, and the staff in the restaurant can help you, if you are having troubles.
Cleaning is every third day. The cleaning person came at 9.30, which was a bit too early for me. I prefer, that cleaning happens after I leave for sightseing. I just told him to come back later though, which he did, so it wasn't a big problem. Just a little annoying.
All in all I was pleased with my stay and will definitely recommend to stay here.

No parking on site but easily remedied by the nearby P&B parking garage. A quick and short walk thru the train station and all was awesome! The rooms are really great as is the roomy lounge! Construction is underway and blocks the entire entrance to the hotel. It has also created a hazardous and muddy mess! Definitely cannot be physically impaired/disabled to stay here until construction is completed! This is not the fault of The Phoenix and I’m sure the city will eventually finish this project! I feel the lobby staff was nice but not very helpful or accommodating to the guest, but I will chalk that up to youth and poor professional training. We had drinks in the lounge and while tasty, we waited for quite a bit for service and even longer for the drinks. Overall it was a great stay for my family. Will definitely check in advance for construction updates next booking. Super close to the train station and mall! 8/10 simply because of the horrible construction site at the fault of the city.

We had a perfect room for the New year celebration in Hamburg. Top floor balcony with nice views. This last minute booking gave us everything we needed for our stay. The staff was pleasant and very friendly. The stay was close to all our shopping needs during our stay.

Eigentlich ein ganz witziges Konzept in einem alten Industriegebäude; recht einfach gehalten, aber neu & sauber. Dass der Lobbyraum um 22 h schließt ist etwas ärgerlich, zumal Zimmer doch etwas klein.

Eigentlich sehr schönes Hotel. Einrichtung gefiel mir gut. Jedoch war fast jedes Teil in der Küche schmutzig. Nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung wurde nachgebessert. Jedoch musste ich mich damit eigentlich fast jeden Tag beschäftigen. Wirklich Schade.

Das Zimmer war zwar sehr klein, aber in Ordnung, da ich ein Einzelzimmer gebucht hatte. Allerdings wirkt das Gebäude wie eine umfunktionierte Kaserne, die Gänge sind sehr lang und trist, auch das Zimmer war relativ dunkel. Praktisch war die Küche im Zimmer, sodass es für längere Aufenthalte sicherlich lohnen, wenn man anspruchslos ist.

Es wäre schön, wenn das Frühstückspersonal ein wenig auf die Belegung abgestimmt wird. Eine Kraft gegen eine deutsche Rentnertruppe ist mehr als unfair. Wer später kommt findet recht gähnende Leere vor, wofür die Einzelkämpferin wirklich nichts konnte. Ansonsten, alles sehr gut 😊

Un hôtel propre et simple à Harburg
L'hôtel est dans un immeuble industriel assez joli. Le check-in n'a pas été facile. Les machines de self-check in au rez-de-chaussée ne fonctionnaient pas (il ne restait plus de cartes vierges à insérer) et il a fallu monter à la réception au 4e (qui ferme à 22h). La première chambre qu'on nous a donnée (pourtant explicitement non fumeur) sentait fortement la cigarette. Heureusement, on nous a gentiment donné une autre chambre.
Après ça, tout s'est bien passé. La salle de bain et la chambre sont confortables. Le lit est suffisamment dur. Tout était silencieux. La localisation, proche de la gare de Harburg est pratique si vous avez un train à prendre le matin tôt.

Et is modern gehalten. Auf der 4 Etage hast du ein Bar wo du zu essen und trinken bestellen kannst, Rezeption befindet sich auch dort, kannst dich dort mit Freunden treffen und chillen, viele Entertainment Möglichkeiten hast du zudem in Form von Brettspielen, Switch Konsole, Bücher etc.
Raucher Zimmer gibt es, also mit Balkon, die befinden sich im Untergeschoss. Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie ein Raum für Müll Entsorgung ist auch im Untergeschoss.
Die Lage ist perfekt fürs einkaufen und zu bummeln.
Parkplätze sind Ebbe.
Auf der 5 Etage hast du zum Rauchen eine Terrasse mit zwischendurch einem schönen Aussicht.
Früher war wohl der Laden ein Teil von dem Phönix Werk der sich direkt dahinter befindet, dass heißt du hast Paternoster Aufzüge was außergewöhnlich ist, was dem Ganzen eine Art von Charme verleiht.

Grillen kannst du auch falls du Bock drauf hast.
Kommen wir zu den Mitarbeitern, die sind phänomenal, hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend, nett und freundlich.

Älteres Gebäude, direkt gegenüber vom Hauptbahnhof. Die Lage ist gut, jedoch geht eine gewissen Lautstärke mit der Lage an einer großen Straße und Bahntrasse einnher.
Die Sauberkeit war so mäßig. Die Fenster waren total fettig verschmiert und im Bett waren bei Einkunft noch lange Haare auf dem Bettlaken. Frühstück für über 18€ zu teuer.
Alles in Allem nichts besonderes, aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt okay.

Mein Partner und ich waren sehr zufrieden, besonders mit dem kontaktlosen Check-in und Check-out, alles sehr unkompliziert und schnell. Sobald man die Fenster schließen herrscht in dem Zimmer eine ganz andere Welt der Harburgerlärm wird sehr gut gedämt.

Leider hatten wir eines der Zimmer, was zur Fabrik nach hinten rausgeht und man konnte wegen der Geräuschkulisse (permanentes Rauschen) nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen, aber es gibt ja auch Zimmer nach vorne. Doppelbett könnte auch größer sein. Für große Menschen eher schwierig...

Genoten van een prima bedroom met kitchenette in de kamertjesfabriek PHNX. Badkamer niet top schoon. Gebouw is behoorlijk gehorig, en buiten wordt er in een echte fabriek gewerkt (of deze wordt gesloopt). Industrieel erfgoed met een echte paternoster. Dichtbij de winkels (Mall) en P garage. Dit was mijn eerste ontbijt zonder personeel. Niet super, wel compleet. En daarom aan de prijzige kant.

Wir waren mit mehreren Personen in 2 Zimmern übers WE dort. Wichtigstes Plus des Hotels, die Lage direkt gegenüber des Bahnhofs Hamburg Harburg. Leider deswegen auf dieser Seite auch sehr laut, was das Lüften nachts erschwert. Das ist aber wegen fehlender Klimaanlage zumindest im Sommer nötig.
Check in am Automaten ist ok, lief problemlos.
Was aber schlecht war, war der Service in Restaurant und Bar, zumindest Abends. Beim Frühstück war eine sehr bemühte, nette Dame, das war gut.
Abends hingegen gab es im Gegensatz zu dem was in der HP zu finden war nach 21 Uhr nichts mehr zu essen, auch nichts kaltes. Und wenn wenigstens die Bar dann wie angekündigt bis 23 Uhr Betrieb gehabt hätte, und nicht um 22:40 Uhr schon keine Cocktails oder Kaffee angeboten wurden (Ich hab schon alles sauber gemacht),
dann fehlt da doch einiges. Um dann um 23:00 Uhr mit den Worten: Sie müssen jetzt gehen! Hinaus geworfen zu werden hat mir dann etwas dien Sprache verschlagen.
Zusammengefasst, für Herbst, Winter, und vielleicht Frühling eine für Bahnfahrer gut Gelegene Übernachtungsmöglichkeit mit Frühstück. Abends definitv lieber woanders hingehen!

Bin zum zweiten und sicher nicht letzten Mal hier eingecheckt. Die Lage ist für mich perfekt, da man sein Auto wunderbar im P&R abstellen kann und Hamburg selbst dann easy mit der Bahn erkunden kann, da der Bahnhof direkt zwischen Parkhaus und Hotel gelegen ist. Mag die Zimmer optisch und in ihrer Funktionalität sehr. Kleines Manko, der Kühlschrank brummt halt immer wieder mal, aber daran gewöhnt man sich. Bei beiden Aufenthalten war das Bett sehr gemütlich und bequem. Die Fenster sind gut Schallisoliert, sodass man vom Bahnhof gar nicht so viel hört. Kann hier immer hervorragend schlafen.

Zu viele Mängel: erst Zimmerzuweisung zu belegten Räumlichkeiten im 3. Geschoss, Fernseher funktionierte während der gesamten Dauer nicht, Doppelbett zu eng für ältere Menschen, kein Parkplatz vor Hotel bei Schneefall, Zimmerservice erst nach 3 Tagen (kein ausreichendes Toilettenpapier) etc.

Personal leider sehr unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit. Wollten für ein Doppelbettzimmer eine 2. Decke haben. Leider musste man dann lange diskutieren und bekam dann eine Decke mit schmutzigen Bezug. Bett war 140cm x 200cm. Fußboden war leider nicht sauber( als wurde nicht gewischt) und sehr laute Lüftung im Bad. Leider auch zu hören von den Nachbarzimmern.
Der Rest des Zimmers war aber gut ausgestattet. Online Ein- und Auschecken hat gut funktioniert.

Check in und check out online erledigt, daher sehr diskret und unpersönlich. Ich würde dieses Hotel bei meinem nächsten Hamburg Aufenthalt wieder buchen. Ich hatte alles was ich brauche. Es war auch sehr sauber. Zimmer klein aber ausreichend. Preis unschlagber günstig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten rund ums Hotel gibt es zu genüge. Verkehrsanbindung nach Hamburg ist perfekt sowohl mit der SBahn, als auch mit dem Zug.

Mein Freund und ich haben drei Nächte in dem Hotel verbracht und sind sehr zufrieden gewesen. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Größe des Bettes reicht für zwei Personen vollkommen aus und die Lage ist wirklich super. Der Bahnhof ist einfach zu erreichen, daher ist man auch schnell in der Hamburger Innenstadt und neben an gibt es ein Einkaufszentrum. Zum Frühstück im Hotel können wir nichts sagen, da wir keins gebucht hatten. Die Küchennische bietet eine eigene Möglichkeit sich ein Frühstück zu machen, wenn man selbst entscheiden möchte um wie viel Uhr man essen mag. Zum Personal gibt es unsererseits auch nicht viel, da es ein Self Check In/-Out gewesen ist. Sollten wir ein weiteres Mal nach Hamburg fahren, ist ein Besuch im PHNX nicht ausgeschlossen.

Harburg self was a bit dissapointing the bed in the hotel wasn’t great, parking tip: go behind the trainstation and find the parking garage for only 2 euro per 24 hrs. It is a 15 min walk back to the hotel, but it’s the cheapest parking available, at the shopping centre next door it’ the 1st 2 hours for free…this is a smaller walk if you have many bags to carry

Für junge Leute mag die Breite des Bettes ok sein , aber Ältere brauchen etwas mehr Platz. Auch die Anordnung in der Ecke an der Wand, also Ausstieg über den Vorderen oder runter rutschen zu den Füßen- da muss man sportlich sein!! Da das Zimmer für 2Pers. gebucht , haben wir den 2.Stuhl vermisst , der Hocker war unbequem . Man sollte schon etwas auf das Alter der Leute achten , die das Zimmer buchen. Haben uns arrangiert, da der Aufenthalt nur kurz war. Sonst waren wir zufrieden!!

An sich schöne Unterkunft. Aber wir sind bei den Temperaturen gestorben ohne Klimaanlage. Morgens bei über 30 Grad aufwachen ist furchtbar. Das Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen, weil vor der Tür eine Baustelle ist. Nachts haben die Bahn gehupt, weil dort eine Baustelle war.

Haben diese Unterkunft für ein verlängertes Wochenende ausgesucht. Liegt sehr zentral, Bahnhof in der nähe, auch einkaufmöglichkeiten sind nur ein paar gehminuten entfernt. Es gibt ein Center, wo man shoppen kann, Edeka und Rewe sind ebenfalss in der Nähe. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer waren sauber, wer aber einen leichten Schlaf hat, wird hier nicht gut schlafen können. Aussicht entweder auf die Straße bzw. Bahngleise oder auf eine große Fabrik, die vermutlich auch nachts in Betrieb ist. Frühstückauswahl war sehr bescheiden, gab teilweise Sachen vom Vortag. Nach telefonischer Anfrage, ob sie glutenfrei anbieten, wurde dies zwar bejaht, aber vor Ort wusste da keiner bescheid:-( Gut das dann ein Edeka in der Nähe war.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und mondern. Man hatte eine kleine Küche zur Verfügung, wo das nötigste vorhanden war. Im Zimmer ist zwar ein Fernseher vorhanden, allersings hat unser nicht empfangen und war aich nocht mit dem WLAN gekoppelt. War für uns für eine Nacht aber nicht weiter schlimm. Schade wäre es nur bei einem längeren Aufenthalt gewesen. Das Hotel hat selbst keinen Parkplatz und in der Nähe ist leider schwer was zu finden. Als wir dort ankamen war leider kein Personal mehr vor Ort, das man Fragen konnte. Laut der Mail und dem Aufsteller vor Ort sollte dieses bis 22 Uhr besetzt sein. Leider war bereits um 21.30 Uhr keiner mehr am Schalter. Bei Anreise mit dem Zug ist das Hotel durch die direkte Lage zum Bahnhof ideal. Mit dem Auto eher schwierig.
