the bathroom had a strange scent. checking in was a nightmare. calling the second floor the\"first floor\" is apparently the \"way it is done\" on Germany. The employee knocking on my door telling me (in German) that I need to leave at 11. Even though it was only 10? I would recommend staying somewhere else. the price was not worth the experience

This is like a fancy hostel. It has false advertising. Let's get into it... To start with, when we got there, they say that their office is opened everything day with staff, but it's not. They keep the lights off to where you don't see anybody in there and the door locked, you use a lock box up front to get your key. They send a message saying to call to get a code for your key, but then when I called I was met with the rudest man. He tells us to come inside, but the office door was locked and the lights were off, so he bursts open the door and tells us to check in with the box in a demeaning tone. I explain that he doesn't need to be rude because the message said clearly to call and get a code, but alas, he continued rudeness. There's false advertising because the office is never truly open, the lobby area is not available for guests to use, and no friendly staff in sight. I believe the man was sexist against women because he gave condescending tones towards me, the woman who reserved this, but was friendly towards my husband. It's 2024, not 1902. Anyway, we were given the room Las Vegas and we walked to it and found the bathroom was booming with Silverfish (bugs) which is so GROSS! They can eat clothes, too. We stayed in that room for one night and honestly, this was the first time I ever considered a refund and leaving, but they told Expedia they wouldn't do any refunds ever (SO BEWARE)... We were changed to the Istanbul room. I don't recommend this place, clearly.

It wouls be great if they can mark in the hotel description that no staff will be at the check in counter after 8pm and customer who check in after that has to contact the staff in advance. My confirmation letter just mentioned tht check in starts at 3pm and till mid night. I missed the email they would like to check my check in time and i was stuck at the lobby with closed door. Not untill I call the hotel and someone gave me the passcode to get the room key from the mailbox.

Very nice hotel experience better then I though, needed refreshments like coffee or bottled water in hotel room only down side other then that very pleased with are stay. Staff very helpful, would go again.

The hotel reception is not open past 8pm and only reopens 8am. I arrived past 8pm and it was then not so easy to enter the hotel and get my room key card. These premises are best described as studio apartments, as there are no facilities, no breakfast on offer, and limited reception hours. It’s not a hotel! The room was clean and tidy. However the surroundings of the ‚hotel‘ are below standard, noisy for most of the night, people drinking and shouting in front of my window so that i had to call security twice. The guard explained that this is ‚normal‘ here. A taxi ride to the city is 30 Euro. Next time I will stay in HH City, not at this ‚hotel‘ again.

The room was a sauna

The hotel itself is adorable and has beautifully painted walls with various designs in each room. Though on the smaller side, I really loved the room's and bathroom's design, and the bed was comfy. However, my husband tends to struggle with heat (and by contrast, I'm almost always cold). Not only is there no A/C--this would have been fine with better circulation in the room--but there were no fans available and the room legitimately traps heat. We cut our stay short; the one night we were there, we struggled to sleep because the room was so humid, both of us were covered in sweat, and we took multiple showers over the course of the night just so we could try to get a few more hours of rest. My husband also developed heat rashes all over his body. Ultimately, I think this hotel would be wonderful in the Fall or Winter months...but it's brutal for late Spring/early Summer. The staff was very nice and spoke excellent English.

Ich habe hier eine Nacht nach einem Konzert in der Inselpark Arena übernachtet. Die Lage ist dafür gut. Einchecken ging gut. Das Zimmer ist es k. Sauberkeit ist definitiv verbesserungswürdig. Die Gegend ist nicht die schönste, aber Supermärkte wie Edeka etc sind in circa zehn Minuten zu erreichen. Tagsüber etwas laut, aber nachts doch erstaunlich leise.

Room was clean and spacious.

Unfortunately there was only one chair in the room and the showerhead would fall off if the water was turned completely on.

We were unlucky to get the Venedig room, which is on street level. People on the street would talk and smoke right by our windows and that made the experience rather unpleasant. In addition to that, one of the windows was broken and wouldn't completely close.

As I sat by the window one afternoon someone called me out from the street to ask for money.

Not for me.

- sowohl der Flur als auch das Zimmer haben gestunken
- über ein Loch an der Decke wurde ein Blatt Papier geklebt
- Schimmel um die Fenster und ein ziemlich großer Wasserfleck an der Wand
- nachts war es sehr laut
- nachts würde ich als Frau in der Gegend nicht alleine unterwegs sein

- Positiv ist die gute Busanbindung. Wir konnten super zur Veranstaltung in der Inselpark Arena gelangen.

Die Gegend der Unterkunft ist schrecklich, die Sicherheitskamera am Self-Check-In war abgerissen.
Das Zimmer war oberflächlich sauber, jedoch gab es im Bett und auf Kissen mehrere weiße Flecken.
Den Zustand des Zimmer kann man als \"sichtbar gebraucht\" bezeichnen.
Durch eine schlechte Isolierung ist die Straße vor der Türe stark zu hören.
Wir sind nicht geblieben und haben uns ein anderes Hotel gesucht zum gleichen Preis.

Schöner Mädelstrip

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Hamburg. Das Hotel war super, die Lage ist wirklich gut und der Service sehr nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Überall Spinnenweben, der Schrank war staubig, was wir erst gesehen haben als wir die dunklen Kleider anziehen wollten.
Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig.
Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr unwohl gefühlt und würden auch nicht nochmal dort nächtigen.

Gute Lage und moderne Zimmer

Bei einem Schlüsseltresor stutzt man erstmal, aber alles gut und problemlos. Das Hotel sieht nicht aus wie ein Hotel, ist eher ein normales Haus mit vielen Zimmern, die aber sehr chic und sauber sind. Sehr ruhige Lage, schlafen mit offenem Fenster und Restaurants, Kiosk usw. in Laufweite

Zum übernachten reicht es vollkommen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind sauber. Türen und Tv sind voller flecken. Da sieht man die Abdrücke von den vorherigen Gästen.

Det var deprimerende sted, mørkt som fengsel. det var ikke billig heller i forhold til prisen. Var ikke bra sted, mye lyd fra naborommet. Uten heis på bildene så fine og store rom, men vi fikk en annet rom!

Moderne saubere Zimmer

Das Zimmer war sauber, modern und ordentlich, wenn auch etwas klein. Die Rezeption ist nur zeitlich begrenzt besetzt, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Allerdings ist das Hotel nicht in bester Lage und auf der Straße war die ganze Nacht Lärm. Bei geschlossenem Fenster war es erträglich.

Quick stay at serviceable hotel

We stayed here for one night. Checking in after 17:00 was a bit of a hassle, but otherwise everything went smoothly. The room was a bit cramped, but the bathroom was very spacious. The only ventilation was by either keeping the window slightly open, or keeping the bathroom door open. Everything was clean and tidy, buy quite basic.

Sehr sauber, sehr nettes Personal. Es gab keine zimmernummer sondern Städtenamen. Dementsprechend waren die Zimmer bemalt. Wir hatten Berlin und es waren tolle Graffitis vom Brandenburger Tor an der Wand.
Weg zur Bushaltestelle 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Perfekt. Zwei Stationen bis zur s Bahn.

Hotel liegt nicht sehr zentral, aber ist leicht zu finden. Die Gegend ist voll in Ordnung. Es ist ein kulturell sehr vielfältiges Viertel und gibt total viel in der Gegend (Williamsburg) zu entdecken. In die Stadt oder nach Hamburg HBF braucht man ca. 25 Minuten (Bus und S-Bahn). Gutes Essen und Frühstücken kann man zb.in der Veringstraße (5 Gehminuten entfernt vom Hotel)

+ Einchecken ging problemlos auch in der Nacht, sehr kleines (Einzel-)Zimmer aber sehr gemütlich, Badezimmer dafür sehr groß (+++), sehr viel Platz für Garderobe, Zimmer ist insgesamt sehr hübsch und modern eingerichtet; das die Zimmer nicht nach Nummern sondern nach Ländern benannt sind hat mir gut gefallen.

- kein Mini- Kühlschrank, unterm Bett etwas staubig
Mein Zimmer lag direkt im Stiegenhaus, dadurch ist es etwas hellhöriger (v.a. in der Früh oder wenn Personen laut sind), Kaffee aus der Kaffeemaschine war ok (1,50)

Während des Aufenthalt, wurde regelmäßig vom Personal probiert gegen 9 Uhr (+- ein paar Minuten) das Zimmer zu reinigen, was meines Erachtens ein bisschen früh ist, aber das liegt ja im Auge des Betrachters.

Des weiteren war von Mittwoch bis Freitag immer in den Morgenstunden 7-8 Uhr extrem viel Lärm, keine Ahnung, ob die am renovieren, sich am vergrößern sind oder ob es evtl. vom anderen Wohnhaus kam, weil mein Zimmer zur Hofseite ging, konnte ich es nicht einschätzen, woher es kam.

Personal war so wie letztes Jahr sehr freundlich, wenn man es gesehen hat.

Unterkunft 1, Service 1, Sauberkeit 1,Frühstück beim Bäcker um die Ecke 1 *, Parkplatz Nachts um 1.00 Uhr 4-, Wir haben das Fzg. bei Bekannten abgestellt. Auf den kleinen Parkplatz passen etwa nur 6 Fzg. Mit Bus und -Bahn z.Z. sehr schlecht, da Bauarbeiten auf der Strecke.
Von der Innenstadt mit dem Taxi etwa 30 € in 20 min bis zum Hotel .

PS. Wenn Ihr das Parkplatzproblem noch lösen könnt -WAU ! Wie weiß ich aber leider auch nicht .
Frühstück gibt es nach Empfehlung am Empfang> beim Bäcker - Da wird Service GROSS geschrieben .
Ansonsten Preis Leistung geht voll in Ordnung, Ich würde gerne wieder zu Euch kommen ( mit der Bahn ;) und kann dieses Hotel unter den genannten Parkbedingungen trotzdem empfehlen.

Witzig ist das es keine Zimmernummern gibt sondern Städtenamen. Zimmer sind moden eingerichtet, alles piko bello sauber. Schade das kein Frühstück angeboten wird, aber man kann sich Kaffee aus einem Automaten kaufen. das Hotel kann ich mit ruhigem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
Einziger Manko \"Parkplatz\", da muss man schon Glück haben in de nähe einen Parkplatz zu finden.

Alles sauber, aber in unserem Zimmer war ein beinah unerträglicher Geruch nach Kanal. Da der Mitarbeiter direkt vor Benutzung mit Raumspray aus dem Zimmer gesprintet ist, war der Zustand bekannt und wurde toleriert. Da unser Zeitplan sehr eng war, konnten wir vor Ort keine Beschwerde abgeben. Obwohl ich es um 8:20 versuchte, war kein Mitarbeiter anwesend, obwohl dies um 8:00 vorgesehen war.
Abgesehen vom Gestank war alles andere Tip Top. für den Preis.

Das Hotel ist in einem quirligen, multikulturellen Stadtteil etwas außerhalb des Stadtkerns. Das Design ist sehr chic und jedes Zimmer ist nach einer Stadt benannt, die dann auch Wahrzeichen an der Wand aufzeigen. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Dusche ist recht eng, es geht aber trotzdem. Alles in allem ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr zufriedenstellend.
