We were not told of the requirement that we were supposed to read a door hanger that was hanging on the wall behind the door. How did we find out? When we came back to find out our room had not been refreshed. So because it was our fault that we did not this requirement were we’re only given tiny towels for our shower the next morning.

Friendly receptionist on arrival but was made to wait before we could check in. The family room was cramped where we couldn't even use the chair as it was trapped between the pull out sofa bed and the desk. We couldn't even get to the window because of this without climbing over the sofa bed.
The pillows were not very comfortable but the bed was. The lighting was not very well thought out. Other than this it is a nice modern hotel with breakfast included. Not a huge range of food but was sufficient. Was told that breakfast finish at 11 am but during the weekdays I noticed they closed earlier.
Was not particularly pleased with the cleaning staff harassing us on our last day. They knocked on our door several times and when I checked with them what the check out time was they still returned before check out to see if we were done. My son has medical issues and did not appreciate being rushed.
The hotel is close to a supermarket but other than that it is a bit of a distance away from everything so expect a lot of walking!

We had a single nights stay with our son who has a severe peanut allergy. It happened to be a long weekend so the entire hotel was really busy which was very evident at breakfast time. However, despite the very busy breakfast area a member of staff from the kitchen Marita was amazing. She assisted us in identifying safe foods, for us the allergen menu folder from the kitchen we were able to keep with us to check everything ourselves and she even got us a bowl of strawberry jam from the kitchen to avoid any cross contamination. And despite being in and out from the kitchen she took the time to keep checking on us and met our son and was so wonderful! So thank you for everything! It made all the difference for us.

Really nice hotel. The rooms were all clean and modern. The bed was a little uncomfortable (very firm) but not too bad. The shower room was clean and modern. The shower only gave us hot water once and then it varied from luke warm to cold (this was the only slight downfall to the hotel), maybe they were having a few problems that week. The breakfast had a good variety and was delicious. The location was a short walk from the centre and train station so again very good.

Good choice if your looking for site seeing trip

Lovely modern hotel which was clean and close enough to the city centre (10 minute walk) breakfast was good if you want continental, cereal or fruit.

Disappointed with hot breakfast. crispy/fat bacon that looked like it has been recooked 5 times, cold scrambled egg, no tomato or mushrooms.

Apart from that no other negatives.

While google maps make it look like the hitel is around the corner from the train station, it isnt. The way the streets are laid out we would have gotten lost if we had tried to find it walking from the station we would have become really lost. . Also the location is in kond of an isolated area, at least thats how it appears.

Good value superior budget hotel.
Comfortable quiet spacious modern room. Excellent full breakfast included in price.
Friendly helpful staff.
The hotel is some distance from the main tourist spots. But these can easily be reached either from the nearby ( 5 minutes easy walk) Hambrook Sbahn station or on 211 bus ( stop to downtown is across road from hotel).
There is a new supermarket two minutes away.

No air, no shuttle

The description of this hotel is made up of lies. There is no air conditioning nor is there an airport shuttle. The hotel is a 30 Euro taxi ride from the airport and is a 20 minute walk (more if tugging luggage) from the nearest train station. Avoid unless you have a car. The money “saved” by staying here is not even enough to cover a cab to the airport.

Staying at this hotel was a pleasure. The staff were great and the breakfasts were lovely and lots of things to eat and drink. It's about 10 minutes walk to the main train station and city centre.

By the way, I stayed here from Sunday 18th June to Thursday 22nd June and not Saturday 17th to Wednesday 21st June.

Really solid experience and enjoyable stay

Staff were friendly and the bundled breakfast was pretty good, there's a PopCake pancake printer (pancake machine) plenty of cold meats and cheese, a hot breakfast with sausages, eggs, bacon, beans etc. The fruit juices were a let-down, they came from a dispenser and tasted like squash / cordial. The coffee machine was decent. It was a busy weekend my stay, but things didn't fall apart because of that so I think it proves its a good hotel. The hotel's relatively close to the HBF and city centre and there's an Edeka supermarket just around the corner for snacks etc.

The hotel was solidly ok, would I stay there again? Probably not The service in the bar was lackluster and I had to go to the staff after waiting 30 minutes for a meal that was promised in 15 minutes. Breakfast was nothing to write home about and the area was too small for the number of people it was supposed to serve.

Super hotel in quiet part of Hamburg.

I loved the hotel. It was Very clean and modern. The room was well appointed, with a comfortable bed and attractively decorated. It was lovely and warm when it was cold outside. The breakfast was lovely, good quality with a selection of hot and cold fayre and lovely coffee, however it was the same every day so a bit more choice would be welcome. I liked the fact that the times were very flexible being from 6-11am. Even though we didn’t travel with our children I liked the way that the children’s breakfast items were placed at children’s height with brightly coloured plates. Nice touch. The only negative I can think of (and it’s nit-picking) is that although only a 15 minute walk from the main station it did seem quite a way from the main city centre. It didn’t bother us as we like walking, but could be a problem for some especially as when we traveled it was very wet weather.

This hotel was about a 15 minute walk to the town hall. Although there were buses, within walking distance the number 112 and the number 3. The room we had was a queen sized, although it was clean and had a seating area, there was not a lot of cupboard space or hangers if you were staying more than a couple of nights. The breakfast was okay but the cooked breakfast was always cold.

A group of 8 , some stayed for 2 nights we stayed for 6. I had emailed the hotel before we travelled, they arranged our rooms close together on the same floor.
There is a bar but no restaurant, there are plenty of nearby eating alternatives .
Rooms were good, staff friendly ,it was easyto walk into the city.
A nice clean hotel, which was good value.

Only downside, although not a long walk to centre, not very attractive, obviously building works can't be helped, but nothing to catch your eye on the way in, eg shops etc.

It was handy for walking to the train station and the shopping area especially the Rathaus Christmas market. It was rather further to Hafen City but we enjoyed the walk. Found a super beer cellar on Willy Brant street. Well worth a visit. Plenty to see and do: St Pauli Museum, the wax works, art galleries. Lovely city.

Be Careful while staying at Hampton by Hilton!!

Cash got stolen from my room - The house keepers have came in my room and took out some cash leaving some behind. When reported to the hotel, the management were not able to substantiate that their investigations were done rightfully. They only said no cameras were covering the walkways of each level, hence unable to track movement of housekeepers. Also questions were thrown back at me, asking why i have not made use of the safe locker instead! They also said the housekeepers are newly hired and they denied stealing the money.
Also, my room door was faulty. It doesnt lock on its own when you leave the room. It closes gently but doesnt lock. They have given me a faulty room which also enables room attendant to leave it unlock to come back again! This was shown to the housekeeping manager.
The police were also called in but they too have disregarded the case as a petty matter and closed it.
The hotel then, after a few times confronting, decided to reimburse 6 nights stay (i stayed for 7 nights and my colleague in another room for 7 nights).
Then we had to argue that the amount reimbursed is not even equal to the amount stolen (800 Euro) and then after a lengthy conversation, they decided to reimburse the fully paid amount of SGD 1300 for the 7 nights stay! It was a nightmare! We trusted the brand Hilton and we were welcomed with such unacceptable behaviour! Will never go to Hilton esp this hotel ever again!

Frühstücksbuffet gab es für jeden etwas, selbst veganen Käse und für mich wichtig glutenfreies Brot sowie gf Cornflakes.
Zum Zimmer: Sauber, bequeme und breite Betten (Zweibettzimmer), begehbare Dusche, Schiebetür, Schrank, Bügeleisen und -brett. Fenster konnten gekippt werden, jedoch sehr laut, auch nachts durch Straßenverkehr. Leider kein kostenloses Wasser, sehr hellhörig und ich konnte das WLAN nicht einschalten (Name und Zimmernummer = stimmen nicht überein) hatte aber genügend eigenes Datenvolumen. Würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Lage in Ordnung. Bushaltestelle vorm Haus, U-Bahn in der Nähe. Hauptbahnhof 15 Minuten zu laufen

When we arrived in a so called family Room ( Double bed and sofa bed with no more or limited walking space around the room ). There was only towels for one person was promised they would come at 8am had to go down and get them myself in the evening. The could of given it to me when I asked at 7am. Breakefadt was cold bacon over cooked and total chaos in being seated was offered a table for two a couple of times when they knew we were a party of three

Mükemmel bir deneyimdi. Resepsiyonda kayıt yaparken başlayan iyi ki hissi eve dondugumuzde de devam ediyordu. Otel temiz çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Kahvaltı puanını hak ediyor. Merkezi, ulaşımı kolay ancak kalabalığın göbeğinde değil. Hamburga tekrar gidecek olsam hiç düşünmeden aynı oteli tercih ederim.

Venlig personale, parkering i kælder var fremragende, nu med alt det sne vi fik mens vi var der. Belligenhed var fin, 25 min gang fra shopping, spisesteder I nærheden, eller 30 min gang væk, 8/9 min kørsel.
Morgenmaden var rigtig fin, havde det grundlæggende og lidt ekstra.
