Rooms are immaculately clean. Mini fridge ok but not cold. On arrival the lady on the desk was moody but all others have been lovely. Evening food at the restaurant was lovely but not a lot of choice on food or drinks and there was the 2 of us and 2 other people in there to eat. Such a shame as breakfast is amazing with lots to choose from, good quality and a completely packed out restaurant.

The hotel is always great. The location is perfect and the beds are comfortable. I love the shower, the small mini bar and the amenities. I think this is my favorite little hotel.

However, this trip was irritating. I stopped by at 11am to drop my bags. I had a show at 1pm. A security personal stopped me saying the hotel had been reserved and I could not enter. Even to just drop my bag. I asked him if there was somewhere nearby I could leave my items and he said ‘I don’t know’ very rudely. Nowhere in my booking information did it say the hotel was not accessible until 2. I did an online check in, it asked what time I was arriving, I selected 11am and there was nothing mentioned. I luckily had stayed at another hotel in the area the nights before so I took my bags all the back to my former hotel. I would have actually left them there to begin with, had I known. They could have at least offered to tag my bag and take in on to the luggage room when I came by. Or apologized that I could not enter. I was met with hostility.

Now, the person that checked me in was kind, the room was still fine. But the way I was treated was not fair. I usually get in before noon, and now I wonder if there will be more instances like this. Due to this, I will probably go to the hotel next door instead.

I have stayed here before and had great experiences. However, the hotel’s restaurant was closed for renovations, and there aren’t many restaurants close by. The neighborhood is sketchy at night. Lots of homeless people. Also, the refrigerator didn’t work when I checked in… and wasn’t repaired. I still like the hotel and the staff, and most likely come back.

I have been to Hamburg a few times, and this hotel always catches my eye. The name is actually special to me. This trip, I decided to spend a few nights here. The stay was amazing. The check in was quick and the receptionist was super helpful with the layout of the hotel. I had help getting my bags to my room, which was more than helpful. I love the mini bar, well stocked. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. I loved to wake up and see the city, before heading out for my day. I felt safe the whole time too. It was walkable from the train station and to the city for shopping.

Next time I am in Hamburg, I will be sure to book here again.

Unfortunately not a great and pleasant experience as far as I am concerned. As soon as i arrived by Taxi the porter guy just ignored me and ran in side back into the hotel (maybe they were not expecting someone that looked like me). The location and cleanliness was average. The toilet had a bad odour and smell throughout my stay. Room was very hot and even when i complained the engineers looked at it but nothing was done and it was still the same. I asked for an iron when i arrived but i had to wait a very long time and had to phone the reception several times until it finally arrived. Cleaning of the rooms themselves was not very good, there was hair on bedsheets, pillow cases were not inserted properly maybe done in a rush but the actual pillow were still hanging out of pillow case. In general i was expecting something better for a 4 star hotel.

Wir kamen um 12 Uhr mittags im Hotel an und bekamen sofort ein Zimmer. Das war hervorragend! Unser Zimmer war auf der 8. Etage gelegen und sehr ruhig.
Erst beim Check-in fanden wir aber heraus, dass die Business-Lounge des Hotels seit Jahresbeginn geschlossen ist. Das war weniger erfreulich, da diese Lounge für uns immer ein wesentlicher Grund zur Buchung dieses Hotels war (wir waren jetzt zum vierten Mal dort). Zwar bekamen wir für die böse Überraschung eine Erstattung, wir hätten uns aber mehr über eine Benachrichtigung vorab gefreut, um uns auf die Situation einstellen zu können.
Dass das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen ist und unser Zimmer an einem Tag nicht gereinigt wurde (das Bett war bei unserer Rückkunft abends nicht gemacht, leere Flaschen standen noch immer auf dem Tisch, benutzte Gläser waren nicht ausgetauscht und frischen Kaffee gab es auch nicht), sind zusätzliche Faktoren, die uns die erneute Wahl dieses Hotels überdenken lassen.
Positiv ist die Lage in Hammerbrook. Sie ist günstig für Ausflüge zur Speicherstadt, zur Alster und auch für einen Theaterbesuch.

Ein großes Manko der Unterkunft ist das sich im Hotelzimmer kein Fenster öffnen lässt. Uns hat das sehr viele Probleme bereitet. Bitte weisen Sie auf solche Tatsachen in der Beschreibung hin. Ich glaube das ist auch für andere Menschen ein Ausschlusskriterium.

We had a wonderful stay at Hyperion Hotel Hamburg. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The hotel was very clean, and all areas were well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made us feel comfortable throughout our stay.

We also really enjoyed the complimentary minibar, which was a nice extra touch. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Das Hotel insgesamt, die Lage, die Zimmerausstattung mit Minibar und das fantastische Frühstück haben uns sehr gut gefallen.
Schade ist, dass die Bar etwas klein ist, sodass wir dort leider keinem der Abende Absacker trinken konnten, weil es zu voll war. Reservieren kann man leider nicht.
Eine Vollkatastrophe war der Zimmerservice. Ein Kissen hat nach Erbrochenem gestunken und musste ersetzt werden. Ein Duschhandtuch wurde einfach entfernt und nicht ersetzt und das schlimmste war, mit den benutzten Handtüchern wurden die Tassen und Gläser gereinigt und wieder zurück gelegt. Dort konnten wir die Kaffee Flecken aus den Tassen finden.
Wir haben es mehrfach gemeldet, das Personal an der Rezeption war nett, allerdings gab es auch keine Entgegenkommen. Wir haben dann auf jeglichen Service verzichtet.

Wir waren gut zufrieden während unseres Aufenthalts. Das Zimmer war großzügig und modern. Die Fenster ließen sich leider nicht öffnen. Ja das Zimmer war im 10 ten Stock aber zumindest kippen wäre schön.
Die Fugen an der Wand im Bad waren rot verfärbt (Rotschimmel) außerdem waren die Amaturen angelaufen und an der Duschamatur fehlte die Raste am Temperaturregler. Außerdem war die Duschwand ziemlich verkalkt. Hier sollte dringend nachgebessert werden.
Positiv fällt auf, dass die Minibar ( Getränke) inklusive ist. Diese wurde von den Zimmerdamen bei der Reinigung auch wieder aufgefüllt.
Außerdem war das Zimmer ruhig.

Die Bar im 11ten Stock war super um den Tag abzuschließen. Leider standen Getränke in der Karte die es nicht mehr gab. Hier würde ich mir eine regelmäßige Aktualisierung wünschen.

Das Frühstück war großzügig mit reichlich Auswahl. Omelett und Spiegelei wurden auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet.

Insgesamt ein schönes Hotel für eine Städtetrip nach Hamburg. HBF und Theater am Großmarkt sind Fußläufig gut erreichbar.

Ich war insgesamt leider nicht zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt. Die Einziehdecke war bei meiner Ankunft schmutzig, was einen sehr schlechten ersten Eindruck hinterlassen hat.

Zudem war das Zimmer extrem hellhörig, sodass man Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern und dem Flur deutlich hören konnte, was die Nachtruhe stark beeinträchtigt hat.

Auch beim Frühstück gab es Einschränkungen, da keine normale 3,5 % Milch angeboten wurde, was für mich persönlich ungewohnt und unpraktisch war.

Zusätzlich war das Reinigungspersonal sehr früh und laut unterwegs, wodurch man morgens häufig geweckt wurde.

Insgesamt entspricht das Hotel aus meiner Sicht nicht dem erwarteten Standard, vor allem im Hinblick auf Sauberkeit und Ruhe.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die mit inbegriffen minibar die täglich aufgefüllt wird und Annehmlichkeiten wie der Kaffee to go beim Frühstück.
Auch die Lage ist gut. Man ist schnell mit bus und Bahn überall in Hamburg.

Meget dårlig hygiejne ved morgenmaden. Ingen sprit hverken ved indgang eller ved de enkelte madsteder. Ingen servietter at tage maden med de steder (brød, kager) hvor der i udpræget grad manglede tagtøj. Så man skal huske sin egen sprit og sine egne servietter. Noget langsommelig opfyldning og oprydning. Alt for mange mennesker, der sad alt for længe i restaturanten, så svært at finde plads. Maden i øvrigt som forventelig.

Sehr freundlicher Service, hervorragendes Frühstück. Leider war mein Zimmer sehr kalt und es wurde trotz entsprechende Einstellung der Klimaanlage nicht wärmer.
