We enjoyed our stay here, we arrived Saturday afternoon and we are not used to stores being closed on Sundays. A quick mention from the staff at check in would be helpful as we would have gone straight to the grocery store across the street. It is safe and convenient location. Parking is expensive, but also convenient.

Great location. Just at the newly opened Westfield Mall. 3-5 mins walk to the metro. Front desk are helpful for any questions you have. And the best part for me was the free access to Prime Time Fitness which they have partnered with. Will stay again.

comfortable & very convenient for Hafen City and easy walk to the old town. Service was friendly & attentive - Christina is a great host at Heimat. Rooms comfortable however bathroom only good if you don't want to shave, apply make-up or look at yourself in the mirror - lighting is shockingly bad / unconsidered! 25hrs Hotel - please sort this out!

The hotel had a unique vibe and decor. I enjoyed it, but it might not be for everyone.

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet greatly. There was a nice variety of food available and they would cook an omelet to order if you wanted one. My omelet was very good.

This hotel did not meet our expectations during our recent stay. While the hotel's location was convenient for Oktoberfest activities, the cleanliness of the room was a significant disappointment.

The room, which we booked through Expedia as a \"large\" room, was far from clean. Given the high rate we paid due to the festival, we anticipated a higher standard of cleanliness. However, the room was noticeably dirty, with visible stains and dust. The lack of adequate lighting made it difficult to get ready in the morning.

The bathroom was particularly concerning. The towels were worn, and the overall state of the bathroom was unsanitary. We felt compelled to wear shoes both before and after our showers. Our concerns about bed bugs were heightened due to the poor cleanliness.

While the hotel staff was friendly and the breakfast was enjoyable, the cleanliness issues significantly impacted our stay. We ultimately decided to cut our stay short and relocate to Salzburg to ensure a more comfortable experience.

Amazing hotel! The roadworks outside through our stay were very loud and they started from 7am!! But that is nothing the hotel can control and will no doubt be done soon.

Location was good for use of subway and walking to attractions. Bed comfortable and excellent shower. Helpful to have a fridge.
Lack of storage in room for clothes and hangers. Limited local amenities in area but was a bank holiday and a Sunday during stay which I now understand they close for. Breakfast wasn't a great selection in our opinion and found the dining area too dark. Not our kind of hotel so wouldn't stay again.

The style and comfort of the hotel are very good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The location allows for easy walking to many attractions and there is an underground station U4 close by.
We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel as we thought it was too expensive. There are several cafes nearby. We ate at the hotel restaurant one evening and the food was excellent.
Unfortunately the record player in the vinyl room wasn’t working which was disappointing as we were looking forward to chilling out with some good music.

One of the most flawlessly designed hotels I’ve ever seen. Everything from the room and facilities furniture and decor down to the cutlery in the restaurant is consistently inspired by the industrial maritime theme that sets Hamburg apart. The atmosphere and the setting are so unique and so beautifully implemented as to be an experience by themselves. On top of that, the service is impeccable, the location as central as it gets, and many thoughtful details — from the jogging kit to the free minibar — make the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended.

An unusual hotel, decor somewhere between a ship and a loft! However very comfortable, staff were good and an excellent restaurant. Conveniently located for Miniatur Wunderland, the Maritime Museum and the harbour and a Ubahn station just opposite so very easy to get into the city centre.

This hotel is very quirky and fun, in addition to offering good accommodation in a great location. It is in the newer part of the city, very close to the Maritime Museum and a comfortable walk to the Altstadt. The hotel restaurant is excellent. All staff were friendly and helpful. There are great cafes and bakeries near by that offer less than half that price. We walked everywhere most days, it was very well located in a quiet area. Would definitely go back.

Hafencity is a great location and in my opinion a nicer area of Hamburg than some other with plenty of places to eat etc.

This hotel was nice and fairly new, bedrooms OK size wise and nicely equipped too (hairdryer, large shower). I didn't eat at the restaurant at all because too many good places near by to chose from.

Positives, mini bar with beer and water free of charge and restocked daily. Other extras include a kit for the sauna from reception which gives you dressing gown and slippers. Also for me windows that open are a real plus. Good underground parking, nice and clean hotel and location is great.

Negatives - no USB charging sockets in room, sauna was crazy hot, check in was very slow and sign posting to car park confusing as only main car park seemed signed, but hotel parking floor was not. So spent time looking for my car on wrong floor.

Had a 4 night stay for Christmas Markets, location was pretty good with main market a 20 minute walk. The room was a good size double. Bed was comfortable only minor niggle the quilt could have been a little bigger (an extra 30cm wider) as a couple of times we woke with one of us only partially covered but not a real problem. Nice shower and decent sized bathroom. Nice touches included some free mini bar stuff and something we missed until we were checking out was that we could have borrowed a mobile WiFi hotspot while we were out and about (didn't read the info in with the key cards) would have saved us some roaming charges, know better for next time.

Does a hotel room have to be like a ship cabin?

Desire to make it a boutique maritime-themed hotel means some compromises on comfort and functionality. For example the desk area is very small, the desk chair is made of metal and fairly uncomfortable and this was the only chair in the room.

Also, supposedly because of Covid, there was no room service during my stay.

Otherwise my stay there was OK

This hotel has an interesting concept during COVID times: no one enters your room daily – there is no daily cleaning and product stocking. When you want something done to your room, you ask for it. I like the concept. I don’t need or want strangers in my room. Everything in the minibar was free (waters, cokes, beers, chips, chocolate). If you want more, just ask them for it. Room was clean and comfortable. We would have liked to have a coffee maker with coffee/milk/sugar in the room, and would have liked more places to unpack and hang clothing. There were 2 of us in the room, but only 1 chair. I loved the décor, loved the wallpaper, loved the bath, shampoo, handwashing, lotion products.

The hotel was decent for the price, but the condition of the room was a little disappointing. The walls had scuff marks and stains on them, there were holes in the bed sheets, and there was mold on the floor of the shower. I wanted to love this hotel, but it needs some serious updates.

Fantastic hotel in good location. Very warm greeting and check out. Comfortable room with thoughtful design and quirky extras like a canvas bag to take out with you to prevent you buying plastic bags. They sell lots of quirky gifts in the reception area too.
Breakfast was good and we had a lovely dinner in the restaurant. Only negative is that they don't have their own bar.

What a pleasant surprise

I was pleasantly surprised when I checked into the hotel. Stayed only for 1 night but I must say it was great. Loved the concept and design of the rooms and Lobby etc.
Room was large, plenty of space.
Area around the hotel has a lot to offer. Nice restaurants, sights, shopping etc.

Very cool hotel, lots of personality, from the design of the room to the amenities and common areas. Is really an enjoyable place to stay. The location is fantastic. Only area for improvement is food and beverage. At breakfast there are not enough tables for all guests so waiting lines are to be expected. For dinner the menu is of very few dishes and not for everyones taste. Staff is great. Would stay there again.

Wonderful Hotel

My fiancé and I were at the hotel a bit early and the wonderful people at the service desk were incredibly helpful at getting us checked in and explaining the surrounding area and sights we might enjoy. They were incredibly accommodating when it came to printing out our lost concert tickets for the Elbphilharmonie, the same goes for our flight tickets home. The check out process was quick and efficient, and the on premises restaurant was fantastic. One thing to keep in mind, the restaurant stops serving food at 10:30PM. And the surrounding area also has many of its restaurants close around the same time. Should you be looking for late night eats, expect to do some traveling. Also, many of Germany’s stores are closed on Sundays in the major shopping districts, and Museums are generally closed on Mondays. Keep those in mind and you will have a wonderful time. Hafencity is a beautiful section of Hamburg to explore, but the entire city was a pleasant experience.

Comfortable and conveniently located for walking to the International Maritime Museum, Miniatur Wonderland and Elbphilharmonie. There is also a metro just across the road.

The hotel and room had quirky nautical-themed decor. Mini-bar in room. Big bottles of orange and lemon scented soap, shower gel, shampoo and moisturiser - less plastic waste, which I am all for. All the staff I met were friendly and helpful. Great range of facilities, which I never got to use, including sauna, restaurant, bike hire, gift shop. I did use the restaurant Neni at the sister hotel around the corner and the food was lovely.

Quirky stylish hotel

What a very stylish hotel - unique and bit quirky and reflect the local heritage. We stayed in two rooms, a twin (bunk beds) and a single (double bed). Both rooms were well kitted out. The twin room, despite my initial reservations, were great and the beds themselves were large and comfortable. The area is currently being redeveloped but the rooms are well sound proofed and provided a great nights sleep. Easy access to public transport but there was so much within walking distance we didn't use it much. We didn't have breakfast as there were plenty of local cafes nearby, so can't comment on the breakfast. Would definitely stay again if I were to visit Hamburg.

Unser Aufenthalt im 25hours Hotel war leider enttäuschend.
Unser zuvor schriftlich geäußerter Zimmerwunsch konnte zwar nicht erfüllt werden – was für uns grundsätzlich in Ordnung ist, da solche Wünsche unverbindlich sind. Bei unserer Ankunft am Abend war das Hotel jedoch nahezu ausgebucht. Zunächst wollte man uns ein Zimmer mit Hochbett geben, was für uns nicht infrage kam. Stattdessen erhielten wir ein Zimmer, das extrem stark nach Rauch roch, obwohl das Hotel offiziell keine Raucherzimmer anbietet. Gleichzeitig befinden sich auf den Balkonen Aschenbecher, was diesem Konzept zumindest widerspricht. Zudem war das Bad nicht sauber (Schmutz und Haare auf dem Boden). Erst für die zweite Nacht konnten wir in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen.
Beim Check-out zeigte man wenig Verständnis und verwies nur darauf, dass man nichts dafür könne, wenn Gäste im Zimmer rauchen und das Hotel ausgebucht sei.
Positiv: Das Frühstückspersonal war trotz großem Andrang sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und professionell.

Sind öfter in dem Hotel, fast monatlich. Bei jedem Besuch gab es mit mindestens einem Lift einen völligen Ausfall, so dass nur ein Lift nutzbar ist. Trotz dieser Tatsache wird der einzige Lift auch durch das Personal genutzt, obwohl der Personallift immer einsatzbereit ist.

Ich glaube ich war selten so positiv überzeugt von einem Hotel, wie das 25hours in der HafenCity. Die Lage ist super, insbesondere wenn man Stadt und Hafen City miteinander verbinden möchte. Es gibt unglaublich viele Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten. Der Weg in die Innenstadt zu Fuß sind ca. 20-25 Minuten.
Das Hotel ist modern und die Zimmer haben eine angenehme Größe. Auch das Badezimmer ist gut ausgestattet.

Zimmer ok, Frühstücksservice sehr zu empfehlen, auch wenn es mal etwas gedauert hat zur Stoßzeit einen Tisch zu bekommen. Trotz das es zur Stoßzeit sehr wuselig war beim Frühstück, so waren doch die Servicekräfte auf Zack, selten erlebt man dies noch. Meine Empfehlung an das Hotel, die guten Servicekräfte auch belohnen und halten!

Super dejligt hotel, med fine store værelser. Rigtig god, smilende og imødekommende service, både i receptionen og restauranten. Dejlig parkering hvor vi kunne lade el bilen og gå direkte ind til hotellet. Vi kommer tilbage.

Tolle Lage in der Hafencity, alles war vom Hotel aus bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Originelles Interieur und sehr freundliches Personal. Die Beleuchtung ist teilweise sehr dunkel und in den Gemeinschaftsräumen im ersten OG lies die Ordnung und Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig.

Erst das falsches Zimmer bekommen, dann wurde uns im Restaurant am Abend eine Handtasche geklaut und morgens beim Frühstuck saß man so eng mit Fremden zusammen im viel zu überfüllten Frühstücksraum, dass es echt unangenehm war.

Veldig fint rom. Stilig innredet. Sentralt plassert, kort avstand til kollektiv transport og bysykler.
Vi spiste ikke på hotellet, så vet ikke hvordan frokosten var.

Hipp aber düster: Zimmer sollen wohl schick sein, sind aber nach meiner Meinung eher unpraktisch.
Frühstück entspricht nicht dem was ich in dieser Hotelkategorie und für den Preis von immerhin 26€ erwarten würde, zudem keine nennenswerten veganen Optionen. Ungefragtes Duzen der Mitarbeiter soll wohl jung und dynamisch wirken, ist für mich aber eher respektlos. Wer Wert auf einen Hipster-Stil legt wird sich wohl fühlen; ich stehe mehr auf Substanz statt Deko.
