All the staff were amazing! I don’t remember the names for everyone - I can’t remember his name but the Argentinian man working those nights was amazing! The bar is 24hrs which I was pleasantly shocked by. Nina was super helpful - had a little issue with the TV & she came & fixed it no problem. Luna was also great on check in!
Amazing all around - would recommend!

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Alles war sehr lieb und freundlich, und ich habe mich sofort willkommen gefühlt.

Die Aussicht aus dem Hotelzimmer war wirklich schön. Das Personal war sehr, sehr freundlich und das Zimmer sauber, nur ein bisschen kalt war es.

Loved the property, area was good and within 10-15 minute walk to most attractions, public transport is excellent. Only concern was the room size so be sure to check before booking. Or room was quite small and had an “interesting” shower/bathroom layout. But was clean and nice (also provide a bluetooth speaker which was a nice touch). Like the hotel though and would stay again

This hotel room is not spacious. No storage space for luggage, or clothes. Very small ledge that only glasses fit on. Only walking space around bed. We booked 3 nights and this was not a good fit for us! Would not reccomend!

As a non-German speaker, this was a super easy and welcoming hotel. It has more hostel vibes (the check in is at the bar, offer for a free drink in lieu of room cleaning) but the rooms are totally luxurious. I got a canal facing room and highly recommend it.

Terrific location! Walkable to so many of the things you want to see & experience in Hamburg Central. Also walkable (25mins) to Central Train Station.
Room was modern, clean, efficient. Shower was the best - hot water immediately & good size.
Bar & staff were incredible. Bar is 24/7 with snacks late, so no matter when you check in (at the bar downstairs ) staff is there to great you & you can have a good pause & a drink after.
Bed & pillows are on the firm side, but cozy & don’t prevent a good night’s sleep.
Really well done. Everything is guest centric & you want for nothing.
Highly recommend!
Would go back in a minute!

The location of the property was superb. All main attractions were within walking distance. The Nest rooms are quite small and it was not clearly made aware when we booked 6 rooms. Otherwise a 5 star stay ✨️ 👌

The dirt in the room. It’s not clean from blankets to surfaces - all dust and patches on the wall which partly looked like stool. I was disgusted to touch anything in there . The property and furniture , decor looks nice but super unclean.

Do not hesitate to book!! Honestly, out of 31 different countries this was such a perfect balance of convenience price atmosphere etc! It’s got a really really good vibe. You check in to the hotel in the bar.😂😂

The fire protection system of the entire hotel suddenly reported a false fire alarm, and all the guests left in a hurry. The government fire brigade and vehicles came, but no hotel staff came out to deal with the guests' problems. We will never choose to stay in a hotel like this in the future

Let's get to the import stuff: Great location and in the center of everything within the city. Staff was great and it was an unusual set up when you do the self-check-in at the bar of all places, but it was a very cool concept. Great rooms but a suggestion for them is to get some carpets on the floor as it was cold this winter and no slippers provided. The bed was extremely comfortable and nice to sleep in. The view of the river was great, LOTS of windows with nice views and the area was quiet at night. I like that that the TV was \"unlocked\" and I could hook up my tablet to it to watch some of my local shows & movies since EVERYTHING on the channels was all in German, nothing in English. I like that they had an Ice machine at the end of the hall but a minifridge in the room for convenience would have been nice for snacks and sodas. They had a really nice clean room and included a nice Bluetooth speaker to play music with or as I connected my tablet to it while streaming shows to the TV. The staff was nice and friendly, and the room was cleaned for the 3 days I stayed so that was nice. When I return next Christmas, I will definitely be staying here again.

This property was incredible! I loved the outdoor patio open to all, the 24/7 bar & restaurant. The location was ideal. The rooms were clean and contemporary. The beds were comfortable and the shower amazing. The staff was kind and all spoke English! I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel and, in fact, already have to local friends who have guests coming to town as well as other friends traveling to Hamburg in the future.

Für mich war der Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend.
Podestzimmer 102 mit Treppe um den Vorhang zu zumachen.
Podestzimmer 357 mit Treppe. Bett in Erde eingelassen. Wie kommt man da rein und wieder raus?
Dann Zimmer (034) kein Sichtschutz an der Dusche, so dass man vom Bett aus seinen Partner zuschauen kann.
Hindernisslauf, um den Vorhang zu zumachen.
Schreibtisch, den man nicht wirklich nutzen kann.
Wer denkt sich so einen Schwachsinn eigentlich aus?

Aircon bar lidt utilregneligt, så temperaturen var lidt skitsofren om natten især. Og så var der ikke specielt lydisoleret, men vi kunne tydeligt høre folk på gangen og måske også ovenfra (vi hørte høje bump, men måske var det håndværkere). Men generelt et meget fint ophold.

Das Personal im Hotel war total freundlich und zuvorkommend, ohne aufgesetzt zu wirken. Alle waren total hilfsbereit und haben zum Beispiel abends in der Lobby einen guten Blick dafür, dass sich alle wohlfühlen.
Das Zimmer war gemütlich und schön eingerichtet. Ich hatte ein Zimmer der Kategorie „Nest“ mit Blick aufs Wasser und fand es echt gemütlich und nicht so ein 08/15-Zimmer.
Man sollte nur wissen, dass die Dusche eine Glaswand hat, sodass die Person, die mit im Zimmer ist, freien Blick in die Dusche hat…
