The stuff was good and the area is that is nothing around the area. It’s quite good. We didn’t book the breakfast with package but one thing I think it’s a book that was in the room. My children was bite so many different places in the body that’s why I give to the Hotel rate low.

Not what I expected.. I paid for a double comfort room, at first they put me in a disabled room, I complained and they moved me to a room with 2 single beds. Over priced and totally out of the way, nothing near. I even got charged for a car which I never had. Never again

It is in a pretty setting, the village is beautiful, the location is not the easiest with one bus trip per hour but the service was spectacular!
Our only regret was that there was a problem with the hot water for the showers a few of the days. But the customer service and breakfast and dinner buffets helped us to forget any inconveniences we experienced.
I would love to go back and stay on vacation.

Falsely misleading room, disrespect Expedia

The comfort triple is falsely misleading, with a double bed, plus a sofa bed lying low, unfit for elder people. Our request to have a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor was intentionally ignored, assigning us a first level room. We wanted a quiet room, instead our room faces to the side where main highway traffic gives constant noise throughout the night.
Apart from these, the hotel itself is not upto the 4-star category. The facilities are dated. There are no amenities in the room. Even toothbrush and razers have to be purchased.

Good for a cheaper hotel option close to Hamburg

The room was fine, and served its purpose as a comfortable, cheaper overnight option before we headed into the city in the morning. The breakfast buffet was quite good.
However I was a bit disappointed by the dinner options for my family. We did not see any info in the hotel binder that the restaurant downstairs was actually open, or we would have eaten there; we only saw the limited room service menu. The room service food was overpriced for the quality, meanwhile 3 EUR was added to the cost per dish for the room service delivery. Hotel staff spoke very limited English and it was difficult to order the food.

There are no mini refrigerators in the room. I am diabetic and have no where to keep my insulin. When I reported to staff, they wanted me to allow them to keep my insulin in some general refrigerator. When I declined, I was told they will try and find me one. Stayed 7 nights but nothing happened and that upset me that a hotel of such caliber had no fridge in the rooms.

Helpful and friendly

Had planned for a family trip to friends wedding. However little one got chicken pox so ended up just being dad on his tod! They had made the cot up and place a little bunny in the cot with extra towels. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was quiet and clean and had great parking with easy access to the autobahn and Hamburg train station was about 15mins by car.
I would highly recommend them to anyone with children or solo.

Nice hotel, with nice rooms, good beds. But if you use a sleeping couch, ask for the mattress, otherwise you sleep on wood.
And what is missing during hot days is an air conditioning system in the rooms.
Breakfast is good. People are very nice.

Accommodations were great! Hotel has easy access to the autobahn but with double windows, you couldn’t hear a thing. Room was nice, bed comfortable and a breakfast buffet that had everything you could want. If we ever find ourselves in Hamburg again, we will definitely return!

Hotel on the Outskirts of Hamburg

We used this hotel because it was reasonable close to the Intelparc where a wheelchair Basketball competition was taking place. Generally we found all the staff helpful and friendly except for one barman who seem to carry the weight of the world on his shoulders but even he became happier when I ordered Beer and Ice cream together and he felt it was a wonderful combination.
The Hotel is very close to a motorway and suffers from the noise from it but if you were travelling it would be an ideal stopover which I think is it's primary function. This meant that the evening menu was a little restricted for us staying 10 days.
It doesn't have air conditioning which made the rooms a bit hot with our current warm weather and with the window open the motorway noise was more obvious. Breakfast was excellent with a very big choice but pricey at 12 Euros per person.

This is a high quality hotel and the location is brilliant for travellers passing Hamburg at the right time. It is really close to the A1 autobahn but the expected noise is almost eliminated by quadruple glazing.

Hmm .. 4 stars? Very questionable

I have to admit I was disappointed with my stay at the hotel. All I want is a comfortable double bed in my hotel room. Oh’ a sweep of the carpets would be nice. I like to read when I’m bed, lamps that ACTUALLY work would been a kind gesture. I appreciate the kettle but maybe one that doesn’t take 10mins to boil? Sorry for the waffle but yeah, you get the picture !

Hotel is far from city center 10-15 min by car.
Located closed to highway.
I reserved room with king bed but I surprised doesn’t have this type of bed, they gave me wit two single beds.
You mentioned that there is free car parking but it was not. They charged me 8€ per night.
They put free gas water bottle in the room, I requested to replace it with still water but they said not available in the hotel !?
I will not repeat this practice again.

Nice renovated room even it is not in city center.

Arrived at 1pm. Receptionist made us wait for 2 hours to check-in even though the hotel was almost empty. We checked out 3 hours earlier. No refrigerator in the room and no ice machine on the floor. To get ice you have to order it.

waited to be accepted till 21:30 because of a group in front desk and only one receptionist.
after getting the room the kitchen was closed.
need to take a taxi to downtown (30EU each direction).

Die Lage vom Hotel war super für uns, wir haben nur 1 Nacht vor einer Kreuzfahrt hier verbracht. Das Hotel hat insgesamt eine tolle Lage und ausreichend Parkplätze. Die Zimmer waren zweckmäßig eingerichtet, die Matratzen waren allerdings eine Katastrophe. Man merkt im Großen und Ganzen aber schon, dass hier eine Renovierung erforderlich ist. Für eine Nacht hat Preis-Leistung gepasst und ich würde auch wieder hier herkommen. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich mir aber ein anderes Hotel aussuchen.

Die Zimmer wirken schon etwas abgewohnt. Der Teppich hatte Flecke und an den Wänden konnte man genau sehen, dass da mal irgendeine Flüssigkeit an der Wand heruntergelaufen ist. Und das an mehreren Stellen.
Das Personal war sehr fteundlich. Das Frühstück hätte auch besser sein können, da die Speisen teilweise leer waren und es einfach zu laut war. Es ist keine Struktur beim Frühstück. Man sollte vielleicht eine Zeiteinteilung vernehmen, wann welches Zimmer frühstücken kommt. Es kam vor, dass Paare wieder gehen mussten, weil kein Platz mehr war. Und die Geräuschkulisse ist aich nicht sehr schön.
Also wir würden aller Wahrscheinlichkeit nicht mehr bei Leonardo Hotels buchen.

Ren och fin hotell men jättelätt att gå lite vilse :)
Antingen saknades rätt skyltar eller så missade jag.
Fick chansen att utforska de långa korridorerna.
Rummen var rena men jag är väldigt emot heltäckningsmattorna.
Supersköna sängar med härliga kuddar som inte försvinner under natten.

Ren badrum men tråkigt att det inte fanns någon avrinning för vatten som hamnade utanför badkaret. Samlades vatten som fick sugas upp av handduken som fanns tillgänglig.

Frukostbuffén var väldigt bra och god. Ännu bättre när vegansk mat separerats från övrig mat.

Bra med parkeringsplatser och bra isolering även om den låg lite nära stora vägen.

Vi hann inte se mycket av hela hotellet då vi spenderade bara en natt. Men värt fler besök alla gånger.

Godt hotel tæt på motorvejen

Hotellet ligger rigtig godt ift motorvejen. Værelserne er meget fine med mulighed for at lave te/kaffe på værelset. Den helt store ulempe er, at restauranten og baren er lukket søndag, hvilket gav en udfordring ift. aftensmaden, som man bliver nødt til at køre til. Derudover har hotellet kun Tesla el standere, hvoraf 2 kan benyttes af andre biltyper. Desværre virkede den ene af de 2 standere ikke og den anden var optaget af en Tesla, som lige så godt kunne have brugt en af de 7 ledige Tesla standere. Dårlig stil. Glad for at vi har en hybrid bil.

Vi har overordnet set haft en dejlig overnatning.

Plus + for fint værelse og lækker morgenmad, som også kan imødekomme en baby på 11 måneder.

Minus - for manglende babyseng (trods der står det er muligt og gratis uanset værelsestype) og ventetid på barnestol til morgenmaden (blev glemt).

Freundlicher Empfang, geräumiges Zimmer, im Zimmer gebrauchte Kaffeetasse, 1 Leselampe und Lüftung im Bad funktionierte nicht. Frühstück super, Abendessen dürftige Auswahl, im Rotwein 1 tote Fliege, die ich beim Trinken im Mund hatte. Es gab mit dem Personal Diskussionen, ob die Fliege vor oder nach dem Servieren im Glas war....letztendlich gab es ein neues Glas Wein. Wegen der benutzten Kaffeetasse im Zimmer wollte man uns die Parkgebühr erlassen. Die hatte ich schon beim Einchecken bezahlt, so dass sich keiner animiert fühlte, uns das Geld zu erstatten. Hinter dem Hotel befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, der Bus fährt nur 1x stündlich, von guter Anbindung kann keine Rede sein. Das Personal trug keine einheitliche Kluft, so dass man nicht auf den ersten Blick erkennen konnte, was Personal bzw Gast ist.
