The only thing that was good about this Hotel is the fact that it was on the beach and had a nice view from the balcony. The only reason that we actually stayed the night without going to another hotel is when I pulled the covers back off of the mattresses they were fairly new mattresses, and I did not see amy bugs. It was probably the most rundown, disgustingly dirty hotel I have ever experienced. Screaming outside all night could barely sleep. The floors were disgusting. Could not take shoes off. The bathroom had mold all over. The air-conditioning unit was falling off the wall. We saw roaches in our room on several occasions.

The whole place was dirty, it looks nothing like the pictures online. The beach view was nice but other than that it was terrible. The door looks like it had been kicked in before, there was a hole in the wall by the front door, the bathroom door and all the walls were dirty. There was water dripping from the A/C and there were stains on the couch and bed sheets. Our mini fridge was rusty and not to mention there was a giant COCKROACH running around our room. we paid well over a grand for a few nights but we ended up leaving after one day because we didn’t even feel comfortable walking around without shoes on. I don’t even understand how this place is still open or how they’ve gotten away with having ANY decent reviews.

The pictures do NOT look like the property. We booked last minute for my birthday so it was convenient. There was not enough parking for the hotel. If the lot was full you had to park across the street which was VERY busy. When we got into the room there was holes in the walls and the shower/floors was disgusting. The mini fridge was also leaking and didn’t keep anything cold. They never came to check on us or give us more towels/toilet paper. Thankfully we brought our own. When we first got there, the front desk lady was very rude and bland. The only thing we liked about this hotel was the fact it was beach front. Definitely not worth $500 for 2 nights.

The room was clean. 1st floor. Patio. Ocean view. The view is amazing. The private beach, wow! The ability to watch the sunset from your patio is incredible. On day 1, the room smelled of clorox cleaner. Loud. I opened both doors and caught the ocean breeze to air it out.

The bed was comfy. The linens smelled nice. The AC worked, a little too well. So well in fact, condensation builds up in the room every few hours, requiring another air out. It lessens if you keep the AC on 77°, but set at 64° and everything in the room will feel damp including the floor. The only complaint is the condensation build-up. Had that not been an issue, it would be strait 5 stars on the rating.

The location is amazing. The staff is friendly. The morning coffee superb! The hotel is within walking distance to nearly anything you would want in Florida. I enjoyed the stay. However, I give an honest review. My room number was 102.

Room was absolutely terrible, now I know you get what you pay for, so i did it to myself, I felt like I was going to get an infection from walking barefoot around the room and hotel. Night one was the hardest, with not enough room for my kids to sleep due to a soiled mattress, I had to wait till next morning for anything to be done, night 2 was a little easier but it's never easy having to wake up to load the family and check out, room view was beautiful, water was hot, just needs some tlc. I know it's an older hotel but it does have a lot of potential, pool was amazing, staff was good my neighbors arguing all night was not! We could hear every squatted truck and golf cart that passed by down the strip! If you like sleep then I recommend paying a little more and staying somewhere else.

Parking was a huge downside here. Parking on the property is limited and they have additional parking across the street. There’s no crosswalk or anything therefore people with luggages or children are not safe. The area is meant for people that want to go to bars nearby. Just something to think about before booking here.

The hotel is an old hotel which means it needs extra attention which I feel is not being given. The first room we were given, the sink was leaking in the floor. We were moved to another room. The floors were filthy. We bought our own swiffer and cleaner and cleaned the floors. The last night we were there, the people in the room next to us had the TV up as loud as it could go. I complained to the front desk. They sent security to the room but they couldn’t get anyone to come to the door. My husband finally went to the front desk and their answer was to move rooms again in the middle of the night. Apparently the TV had been on long enough that it went into sleep mode and I was able to get to sleep to be woken up again at 3 am to their loud TV once again. The pool was nice and the location is very convenient.

If you are looking for a clean room that is beachfront on a budget…this is a good option! Nothing fancy, just 2 comfortable beds & a bathroom with easy beach access.
Small parking lot but a lot of parking across the street that is very well lit.
Good coffee in the lobby 24/7.

First time I’ve stayed here in a couple of years but it is definitely declining. Our shower floor was all chipped up, mismatched paint touch up areas within room, doors not aligning in bathroom or room as well as balcony which required you to have to slam doors to close them. This was not just our room we heard every time our neighbors opened and closed their doors. Had to sign a rules policy upon check in about not smoking or a fine, but so many people throughout the hotel smoking weed (our neighbors were one of them) we couldn’t tolerate enjoying our balcony. Asked for our room to be swept and floors cleaned upon arrival because they were nasty, we had not even been out to the beach and they said they would but no one ever did.

The room was not quiet. We frequently heard people slamming doors and people yelling in the hallways all through the night making it hard to sleep. The toilet or shower was leaking so the floor was frequently wet. The whole strip lost power which made the room hot and the floors soaked with condensation. No ice machine, but they sold ice for 6 dollars. It was nice to have a balcony, the mattress was in great shape and the sheets were clean. Lamps did not work. It is one of the cheapest hotels on the strip, and that is probably why.

Room was clean but minor maintenance items is why it was rated ok. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The area should likely be patrolled more for non-guests roaming the property. Also the constant smell of vaping, smoking and “smoking” every time stepping in any open area.
Overall it served its purpose and should be looked at as an old school beach motel. I would likely stay there again just because the staff were friendly and right on the beach with a clean pool.

We called for maintenance the first day because our toilet was running and the shower was undone from the wall . We had to screw it back ourselves because no one ever showed up. The hotel has one luggage rack and we were on the 6th floor with two elderly ladies . We were also placed in a room between two rooms full of teenagers that were loud all night and they didn’t even kick them out after they puked off the balcony onto everyone’s rooms below them

This was our family’s first time staying at this property. This is a great value beachfront hotel, if you’re looking for bows and whistles or five star accommodations, you will be disappointed. But if you’re looking for a clean bed and steps to the beach then this is it. Sharkys are just about next door and kids eat free if you stay at any of the 3 properties under Seahaven. This is an older property so it’s not perfect.

The room was great and the view was perfect. The door to bathroom should have been at the entrance bc upon entering the shower there was nowhere to put your stuff down. The shower curtain kept falling when hanging towels over it. The patio was perfect except there was nowhere to hang up towels or bathing suits. (This is just a suggestion). All and all, we had a great time and will come back again on our next trip.

The property is older but well maintained. It was clean and they even left a broom and dustpan for in between cleaning. The staff were very helpful with extra towels and even an extra key. The view of the coast was beautiful and the beach was clean and well groomed. Very affordable and worth it for the being right on the beach. Parking was a trip but all in all great location.

Nothing like the pictures. The floor is broken in multiple places. Roaches crawling across the table and around air unit. Around the bed was very dirty. The bathroom always smelled bad like urine and tub was dirty. Every time you went into the office people all had the same complaints. Very outdated and not well taken care of. The only pros is on the beach and good location.

I did not stay after checking in to the room we checked right back out this hotel was disgusting to say the least It was dirty the ceiling tile was falling down the air vent was falling down the curtains was falling down the refrigerator was rusted inside and the freezer part was frozen over with debris stuck in it the toilet did not flush The bathroom was dirty the shelve did not have shelves just a total mess the only plus was the beach access I would not recommend wasting your money

I booked I standard double and when I was checking in it got changed without notice. We got changed to a floor unit and no way to lock the door from the outside on the floor patio when going to the beach. We Liked the fact we was steps to the beach but just hopping no one came inside our unit. No where in the bathroomto hang towels. Definitely need hooks for towels. Limited parking at the hotel. We had to park across the busy street to unload and get back across safely with our luggage

Hotel needs updated badly, but bed was quite comfortable. Beach view was great.
Staff was very friendly.
Now….unless you know your passwords to TV streaming, no live local news or weather. They had only had Roku TV and all other streaming channels were available with your personal login info.
There was also ONE luggage cart available for the entire hotel. And it was broken.
Overall, I probably won’t stay here again…but you get what you pay for.
Easy walk to Pier Park and several restaurants close.

Beautiful beach and ocean view nice clean beach. Elevator was usually pretty busy and dated. Needs a second one. Hotel staff is really nice and helpful. Always had clean towels and floors swept up (the sand gets bad in your room). For the price you just can't beat it! I'd definitely recommend Seahaven beach resort! Parking is insane, but it is everywhere in PCB. Best tip is move closer to your room in the mornings whenever people check out. A lot of things to do. Paragliding, boat raft rides, jetski rentals. Overall a great place. Very friendly people!

I had a mixed experience staying at SeaHaven Beach Hotel. The standout highlight was definitely the staff—they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely made an effort to ensure a pleasant stay. Customer service like that goes a long way and didn’t go unnoticed.

The location is hard to beat. It’s perfectly situated right on the beach, and the views are absolutely stunning. Waking up to the ocean and being steps away from the sand is a huge plus and really elevates the overall experience.

That said, the hotel itself is clearly showing its age. While there have been attempts at repairs, many areas feel outdated and not well-maintained. It seems like more patchwork fixes than true upkeep, and the property would really benefit from a full renovation. The worn appearance and aging infrastructure take away from what could otherwise be an exceptional stay.

Overall, this hotel has great potential thanks to its amazing staff and unbeatable location, but it needs significant updating and remodeling to truly match those strengths.

Also, this is not on the hotel at all, but the constant smell of marijuana coming from my next door room was obnoxious and bothered my entire family.

Air conditioner was amazingly cold. The staff was very friendly and nice. The beach view was amazing. The ice machine you had to pay for and was out of order. The small fridges in the room kept stuff semi cold but not cold. The maid didnt come in and sweep, clean the trash cans or change the beds the whole three days we was there so you was always walking on sandy floors and sleeping in sandy beds. The only time they came in was to replace the towels.

Pulled up it looked a little suspicious but checked in anyways… crack was so big in the door I could see outside. Toilet seat was peeling and flooring was scratched up. I immediately felt dirty. My child did not feel safe. 15 mins later I checked out. I couldn’t even bring myself to accept this. People were walking around as if they were on some type of drugs. WONT BE BACK.

All the staff was helpful friendly and so nice. I love the suite with the separate rooms my mother went on this trip and she was able to walk to the beach without issues. I had a small dog and the staff interacted with her I would have liked to have a separate chest in the second bedroom and ice available. But we made do I will definitely stay there again if it stays pet friendly

First off there literally was still sand on the floor, the shower was nasty, the water handle and spout moved quite a bit as you adjusted the water (very bad previous repair) and there was literally a hole in the bottom of the tub. The balcony door would not stay shut unless locked from the inside. Also the language difference of the cleaning staff is a problem, I specifically told a male cleaner that we did not need anything and my wife was sleeping as I left. He still proceeded to walk straight in the room to clean. I'm not saying he was being malicious in any was I'm just saying he must have not understood me even though he did shake his head and said OK. They seriously lack an adequate amount of luggage dolls, I literally only found 1 that was barely holding together.

I booked this property knowing that it was older and possibly outdated. The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming, especially the ladies at the front check in. The beds and all of the furniture were very clean and there were no issues there at all. The view was absolutely stunning and right when I got into the room, I could see dolphins.

The bathroom sink was clogged and there was a lot of rust all over the windows, patio, and around the air vents. Which I am aware that being right on the beach, things are way more susceptible to rust. The air conditioning did work but the vent just looked busted up. Which takes me back to it being an older property.

There was a time when I went back to my room and saw three men in my room, which as a woman traveling, somewhat frightened me. I know requesting house cleaning was an option but I never requested it. I walked in and one of them was just flipping through the television. They were very nice but it just uncomfortable due to me not expecting to come back to my room with people inside of it. Also, there were no luggage carts? I didn’t see a single one but I do believe that was due to it being bike week and there were a lot of people. That wasn’t a problem for me, but I did just feel the need to say that in case you bring a lot of stuff, you may have to make a few trips unloading and loading your stuff.

Overall, I would book here again and thats mainly because it’s one of the most affordable beach front properties in PCB.

Honest review... we were worried because of some of the negative reviews but decided to book because it was in the area we wanted to stay in and was the only dog friendly property we could park our trailer at. I am very happy we did.
Our room was ready when we arrived (hour early we forgot about the time difference). It was surprisingly very clean! We have no complaints at all about the cleanliness. We were even offered more towels if we needed them, and they knocked on our door and offered to exchange them on day 2.
We had a beautiful view of the beach for sunrise/sunset. Coffee is free and fresh in the mornings, the pool was nice and the dog walk area stayed clean as well. The location was perfect for us we could walk to breakfast and dinner spots and it was very centrally located to all the bike events. We are happy with our stay.
That being said it is an older property. It is not a 5 star property so do not expect it to offer concierge service and valet parking it does not. If that's what you want you won't be happy. But for a reasonably priced value hotel it is good for the price. Our only complaint is the ice machine (only 1) was broken and if it wasn't you have to pay for the ice.
Everyone working there was super friendly and helpful Katelyn and Ty helped me when I had a booking issue, everyone I met at the front desk was friendly, the maids were great and the young man who helped me locate a luggage cart was sweet as well.

After reading the reviews and seeing the rating, I wasn't expecting much. I wasn't disappointed. For me, the oceanfront location made up for what the facilities lacked in appearance. This place offers a great oceanfront view at a reasonable price, in comparison to other beachfront properties. This is not a place of luxury. You get decent accommodations (my bathroom was in need of a reno), at a decent price. Expect quiet during the week with a more noisy crowd on weekends. The staff was always helpful and I enjoyed my stay.

It is just a very old hotel. Front staff were fine but overly friendly. It was inexpensive and you get what you pay for. We only were there for one night but I would not book it again, especially if I were staying several days. I prefer a newer location on a quieter part of Panama City Beach.

Every thing was okay for the first day but after that we couldn’t open the balcony door for the smell of pot . It got so bad that it was even coming in through the air unit . We ended up leaving a day early. On the second night we didn’t get much sleep for the people next to us yelling and slamming doors.

The only positive thing I can say is the ocean view. For someone that doesn’t leave reviews and hate to be negative. This place was an experience.Front desk staff wasn't the friendliest. Literally walked out from checking out and sprained my ankle by falling from their steps. I wasn't sure if they were even aware until I came back in for bandaids, they said yeah with a smirk.There was puke left in the walk way for half the day. Where cleaning staff ran over it. The faucet in the bathroom was coming out and surrounded with black mold. There so many places where there was dips in the walk way. They have hospital blankets to sleep with. Luckily asked a family member coming on the trip to bring blankets for me and my friend to use. The couch looked stained. We both hated our experience and spent more time at the family members condo. If they had the room we would of slept there. We had to pay an extra 27 for parking to walk across the street for the vehicle. Like we said we paid for the view of the ocean not the actual place.

It isn't the Hilton but it worked for me. The beach is right there and who spends time in the room. The water for a shower was good, toilets worked, beds were good and not noisy. Enjoyed my stay.

It's an older hotel, but that was fine with us. It was clean, and served it's purpose. We had a great time on our trip.
