Never going back.

Air conditioning didn’t cool, fan in the corner sounded like a tornado so couldn’t have it on while I slept, super warm in the room. Staff were nice but the room was terrible.

Good hotel! Area of hotel is under repairs, however its still a great and quiet area! Wonderful employee at the front desk who let us check inn early free of charge which was fantastic! The staff also helped us with directions and printing out documents! Really wonderful stay!

out of the way hotel but could work for you

bad week to be in Hamburg cos there was an iron man competition and lots of places booked out.

BO (unfortunate name, in English) was available and seemed reasonably located.

Fact, quite central but, unless you have a car or are willing to walk some way, or wait for public transport, it is not very convenient.

Location, next to a big second hand auto sales and repair yard, also not of the best.

But its close (2 stops on the U-bahn, when you get there) to centre of town which is OK if its not storming, raining or very cold.

The room was good - it's very new ... but there is not much around in the way of food or entertainment

As a base to leave in the morning and come back to at night, it worked OK

Really lovely hotel

Booked as a last minute trip to Hamburg and we're delighted by the hotel. So quiet, probably one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in and the room was spotlessly clean. The staff at reception were extremely helpful and available at all times.

It is a very nice hotel for the price. Staff is excellent, hotel is clean and quiet. It is close to 112 bus station and 15min. walking distance from Hammerbrook train station.
I find wifi terribly slow. Room though comfortable and modern, it is small. There is safe, but there is no mini bar nor a water boiler. They offer free water as welcome but even if you stay long time, you only get one time free water. Buying water from the bar costs a whopping 5.8 Euros for .75 liter. Also one last annoyance is the glass bathroom separator. You might hit it at night while going to toilet. Really strange design.

Convenient and clean

Nice hotel with a nice breakfast. Parking costs but relatively cheap (7€ outdoor, 11€ in door I think). Bus stop across street otherwise a S-Bahn station is like 1km walk away. I had a solo room, I think. Toilet was private but the shower was next to the bed and if anyone else was in the room they woulda got a show. I would stay there again if I was by myself. Oh and don't try checking in before 1400/2pm.

Utrolig negativ personale. Man kom nemt til at føle sig lidt i vejen. Især den ældre herrer i receptionen.
Hotellet generelt virkede til at være underbemandet, der var mange som forglemmelse over alt. Og voldsomt frustrerende at deres sauna kostede ekstra men dette var ikke oplyst inden bestilling

Vi har glædet os til at besøge Hamborg og havde fundet et super hotel, ud fra billeder, beskrivelse og afstand…
Men vi synes på ingen måde hotellet fremstod som vist eller beskrevet!
Sengene føles fugtige og “uåndbare” det lugtede gammelt og indelukket, tros vinduet stod åbent da vi ankom… maden var bestemt heller ikke pengene værd, tarveligt udvalg og kedelig kvalitet… igen i forhold til prisen.. det er mit 4. ophold i Hamborg i år og den absolut ringeste oplevelse ud fra markedetføringen.

Das Hotel liegt in einem Industriegebiet. Bushaltestelle vor dem Hotel und mit öffentlichem Nahverkehr schnell und gut zu erreichen.Parkplätze findet man kostenlos an der Straße. Im hoteleigenen Parkhaus sehr teuer. Frühstück für Aufbackbrötchen und Eipulver auch teuer jedoch ausreichend vorhanden. Gewöhnungsbedüftig auch das offene Bad. Für einen Städtetrip aber ausreichend und zu empfehlen.

Wie immer ein schöner Aufenthalt im BO Hotel. Die Haltestelle direkt vorm Hotel, so dass man schnell und unkompliziert in die City fahren kann. Frühstück und Zimmer sind sehr gut.

Die Umgebung ist nicht ganz so ansehnlich, da die ganzen Mechaniker der Werkstätten Ihre defekten Autos rund um das Hotel auf den wenigen Parkplätzen an der Straße parken.

Es war trotzdem wie immer sehr schön und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits mit wenig Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zur Selbstversorgung. Das Zimmer war neu und ausreichend. Ich hätte gerne ein Tee getrunken. Ein Wasserkocher war nicht vorhanden.

Die einzigen negativen Punkte die ich ansprechen möchte sind dass meine Freundin und ich nicht wie von Expedia genannt um 14 Uhr einchecken durften sondern eine Stunde später.

Parken auf dem Hof oder in der Tiefgarage gegen hohe Aufpreise.

Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet und die Dusche war vom Schlafzimmer aus frei begehbar (als würde sie zum Schlafzimmer dazu gehören - was wir wirklich interessant fanden)

Wir würden dort wieder übernachten

Ich musste aus gesundheitlichen Gründen Krankenhaus und OP das Zimmer leider 14 zehn Tage vorher stornieren und musste dann leider feststellen das dies nicht möglich ist mir total unverständlich!!!!!!!! Unter Services und Kundenfreundlichkeit Stelle ich mir etwas anderes vor dieses Hotel kann mir doch nicht weissmachen in 14zehn Tagen Vorlauf und das noch vor Pfingsten keine Buchung mehr zu bekommen so daß ich auf den vollen Kosten. Sitzenbleibe das ich dieses Hotel garantiert nicht weiterempfehlen werde können sie sich ja denken ich finde es einfach unverschämt Roberto Buchwald!!!!!!!!😡😡😡

Unterkunft ist okay. Personal wirklich gerade freundlich beziehungsweise manche Personen sind freundlich. Andere Personen sind eher abweisend oder wirken desinteressiert an einem Punkt. Frühstück ist wirklich sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind leider sehr sehr hellhörig und die zwischen Türen knallen mehrfach in der Nacht was man dann wiederum im eigenen Zimmer hört Klar hat das was damit zu tun, dass am Wochenende vielleicht dann mehr Betrieb ist. Dort war eine Feiergruppe von Freitag auf Samstag… Und dadurch dass die Zimmer sehr heurig sind, hat man jedes Wort gehört. Beziehungsweise auch die laute Musik von nebenan. Zugute heiß muss man dem Hotel, dass die Rezeption unmittelbar nach der Beschwerde nach oben gegangen ist und darum gebeten hatte, dass diese Gruppe die Musik leise macht. Nicht desto trotz bleibt es natürlich dabei, dass das Hotel sehr hellhörig ist.

Haben hier eine Nacht am Wochenende verbracht.
Toller und jederzeit netter Service, konnten unser Gepäck ohne Probleme abstellen. CheckIn/Checkout unkompliziert.
Die Zimmer sind alle modernisiert, da gibt es nichts zu meckern.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer hinten raus, dort war es ruhig und man konnte mit offenen Fenster schlafen.
Die Lage ist nicht ganz zentral, aber man ist per Bus in 5 min an der nächsten U/S Bahn und in 15 min am Hauptbahnhof / ZOB.
Rundherum diverse Autohäuser. Dafür bezahlt man hier auch weniger...

Das Frühstück war top, alles frisch und reichhaltige Auswahl.

Preis Leistung absolut zu empfehlen.

Saubere Zimmer, ruhige Lage, freundliches Reinigungspersonal. Im Großen und Ganzen ein gutes Hotel. Die einzige aber leider auch sehr große Kritik sind teilweise die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Ich habe meine Frau abends vor dem Hotel abgelassen, da ich noch etwas einkaufen musste, und sie hat mir berichtet, dass an der Rezeption 3 erwachsene Männer stehen die sie ohne zu begrüßen ganz lange und komisch angeguckt haben. Die gleiche Erfahrung habe ich 10 Minuten später auch machen müssen. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren jedoch sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Die Männer hingegen (und das sage ich als Mann) waren meines Erachtens nach sehr hochnäsig und haben die Besucher, vorallem die Frauen immer sehr komisch angeschaut. Außerdem wurde ich beim Check in nicht einmal begrüßt und hatte das Gefühl das die Herrschaften an der Rezeption gerne ihre Männlichkeit beweisen wollen anstatt ihren Job zu machen. Mit 3 Männern in Lederjacke und Zigarette am Ohr abends an der Rezeption zu stehen und Besucher ohne Begrüßung anzuglotzen hinterlässt auch kein gutes Bild. Als Vater sage ich also das Hotel ist Nichts für Frauen und Kinder, vorallem abends und das aufgrund des eigenen Personals. Leider sehr schade. Eigentlich sollte man sich als Besucher nicht um seine Frau aufgrund des Personals sorgen müssen. Also bitte gut bedenken bevor man hier mit der Familie eincheckt.Für einen Trip unter Männern wäre das Hotel jedoch ganz okay.

In unserem Zimmer waren deutliche Gebrauchsspuren an der Wand, die Tapete löste sich von der Wand, bei dem Spiegel im Bad funktionierte die Beleuchtung nicht und der Abluftventilator funktionierte ebenfalls nicht.

Es gab zusätzlich noch Probleme mit der Heizung. Der Techniker war schnell vor Ort und bemüht, konnte aber auch nicht helfen, da es wohl an der Fernwärmeleitung lag.

Das Frühstück war echt lecker und die Frühstückszeiten sehr angenehm und großzügig bemessen.

Personal und Service waren so wie man es sich wünscht.

Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war sehr gut, bis etwas unter das Bett fiel und man drunter schauen musste. Dort darf gerne öfters mal gesaugt werden. Nichts desto trotz war die Sauberkeit so wie man es sich wünscht.

Super Hotel etwas abseits der innen-Stadt, dafür aber Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Man ist innerhalb 5-15 min im Zentrum, je nachdem wohin man möchte. Zimmer sind platzmäßig ausreichend, Betten angenehm weich. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und lecker. Immer wieder dort gerne.
