Our family went really well. The kids used the pool and arcade several times. The breakfast was well stocked and the staff managed it well.

The room was clean and the beds were in good condition.

We really appreciated the curated restaurant suggestions we received at checkin and the attention to detail with suggested parking and entrances.

The property felt very safe and comfortable.

Rooms were decent but a little dated. Breakfast was adequate for a 2 1/2 star hotel. They had a cereal dispenser, as opposed to individual cereal containers, so unfortunately, the cereal was stale. Was not a fan of everyone, leaving garbage and used towels outside of their hotel doors for collection.

Upon entering our room, the smell of musty, mildewy carpet hit us in the face. The beds were so hard, squeaky, and uncomfortable, even our teen boys complained. The breakfast was fine - the juice machine was out of order, so they had consolation bottles of Sunny D. Overall, the hotel needs a good carpet cleaning, some mattress pads, and an overall makeover. I would have been more comfortable sleeping in my car - thank goodness we only stayed one night! The whole area was pretty run down over there, so I’m guessing if we went closer to the falls area it would have been better. The Expedia rating online does not match the actual quality of this hotel. 👎

Good location as well. Thanks.

This hotel was pretty decent. It kinda felt isolated from downtown Niagara Falls, but it was okay. I don’t understand why they don’t provide that service of refreshing your room daily anymore, but ok.

Unfortunately I was unimpressed with this establishment for a number of reasons:
Although the COVID pandemic has ended, they still will not clean the room daily; to me personally, that is the luxury of choosing to stay in a hotel.
The facility is outdated, as well as the room and bathroom.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable; I could barely rest at night.
The breakfast was the exact same every day that I was there.

It's not the best place I've stayed and neither was it the worst.

There's just plenty of areas that need improvement.

Hotel was okay, the shower was built weird to were there was no lip on it so after 3 showers the bathroom and out into the main room started flooding, luckily there were enough towels to dry it all up. The noise was awful of course that couldve been cause of how busy they were but stomping upstairs, and even running in the hallways you could hear it all. The pool was alright kinda small for how busy they seem to be. The breakfast sucked, they had waffle makers for you to make waffles yourself but there were only three of them and for how busy they were I didn’t even get to make a waffle cause the lines were outrageous for the three, there was no bacon, no pancakes, no French toast, just waffles you had to make yourself, sausage, eggs, toast you had to make yourself, yogurt, and tiny muffins. All in all it was 3 stars maybe for the location and how close to Niagara Falls state park it was. Never booking with them again when I go back.

Upon arrival, the girl at the desk was pleasant and helpful. We arrived early, but we're told our room was ready, so we checked in and headed to our room. It wasn't ready. It was still being cleaned. After waiting about 10-15 minutes, it was \"ready\" for us to enter. I say \"ready\", because it wasn't actually clean. Both mattresses had some gnarly stains on them, there was random dust and loose hairs in the bathroom, and there was even something on the ceiling. All this, despite the fact that the room had literally JUST been \"cleaned\". So we requested a new room. Moved to the upper floor and checked the new room...and still not great. Clean...but instead looked like someone who \"knows what he's doing\" attempted several random repairs (mostly in the bathroom) and failed. Hotels should be required to hire actual repair people fix things rather than just having whatever Joe Shmoe with access to YouTube, do it. Moving on.... Breakfast was \"meh\". The eggs actually upset all three of our stomachs...which actually caused us to check out early the following day. The pool is pointless unless you aren't leaving the hotel. Closing it at 10 is downright stupid. It's like the hotel forgot adults are staying, there. Instead, it should flip to 21+ after 10. So we can get some pool time without a bunch of children causing a racket. I think what pi$$ed me off the most was the absolute lack of \"bang for the buck\". Because it definitely wasn't cheap. We'll stay elsewhere, next time.

There was a balcony around the pool that was creepy to me, and there were paint chips around the pool area, as well as the ceiling of the pool having wood exposure and lights dangling, which felt dangerous to me as well. Also, when my family and I got to the hotel, we experienced a blackout for a few minutes. However, on the plus side, breakfast was good.

My husband and I had booked this hotel for 2 nights. The room did not have the facility of a coffee machine, no house-keeping available unless you stay there for 4 nights, towels and bed linens were dirty.
Breakfast was very ordinary, cold and the quantity was over by 9 am. When we requested the items to be refilled, the staff just looked away.
We just got bread, yogurt, butter and jam for breakfast. Rest all were over and not replenished even after requesting them to refill.
We stayed there for 2 nights.
I would definitely never recommend this hotel even for 1 night.
We had stayed at Best Western in Gatlinburg and were happy, hence booked it here too, but after paying $664 for 2 nights here, it was a complete waste of money, so please think twice before booking this property.

The hotel was adequate for our 2 day stay. The Bathroom was a little small, the decor was a bit outdated, the lighting was minimal, especially above the sink where most women get ready in the morning. It would be nice to have another mirror in the main part of the room near an outlet. The staff, especially Lisa at the Niagara Falls location was an absolute delight! Very knowledgeable about restaurants, etc... breakfast was nice, good variety!

The breakfast was amazing. Lots of options. The staff was not friendly or helpful. The air conditioner in our room did not work and it was quite hot that day. They said because we booked through Expedia there was nothing they could do. They also couldnt help with us being overcharged by Expedia. The bathroom was clean except for the shower head was moldy and rusty. The tub was clean so we just took a bath. There was an arcade area that was nice. There was an ice/water machine that worked and was near the room. The pool was in a closed in area so as not to bother guests. It was clean and nice. The gym was lacking. A treadmill worked and the weight machines did not. The wifi didnt work at all. Booking in advance and getting a good deal would be worth it to stay here at 150 to 200.00. Definitely not over 200 and most certainly not the almost 300.00 we paid. The awesome breakfast was really their saving grace. There were no bugs and it wasnt dirty.

I stayed for four nights, and housekeeping did not clean my room a single time during my stay. Guests were expected to leave trash and wet towels outside their doors or dispose of them themselves. If you needed fresh towels or toiletries, you had to go to the front desk and request them.

On the positive side, the hotel was clean overall, the breakfast was decent, and the pool was enjoyable. However, the lack of housekeeping service was disappointing and affected the overall experience.

We were there 3 nights and there was no maid service (only 4 plus nights) which is very odd but we made it work. Didn’t use the indoor pool but it looks like it needs some attention-it’s kinda dark and looks like no one cares about it. Great stay overall with a couple small issues

We had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were consistently kind and helpful throughout our visit. Breakfast was a nice bonus — there was a good variety including waffles, eggs, yogurt, fruit, and sausage, which made mornings easy.

There were just a couple of minor inconveniences: our room didn’t have a remote for the TV, and the bathroom sink was positioned in a way that caused water to drip onto the countertop when using it. Neither issue ruined the stay, but they’re worth noting for future improvements.

Overall, a solid experience with friendly service and good amenities.

We arrived early and asked if our rooms were ready. I booked 2 rooms, when I booked it stated that they had adjoining rooms available. I asked and they said none were available. You can tell they have been doing some remodeling but for some reason the noise is terrible, people in the hallway sound like they are in your room. All night long we could hear people, therefore we did not get a good night sleep. The view out our window was a rundown bowling alley.
The breakfast had 2 broken waffle makers with only one working. The conditioner as empty in the shower. Checkout is at 11 and at 10:45 someone knocked on our door, I opened the door and he said, oh i didn't hear anyone and thought you had left. Very strange behavior.
I wish I would have spent the extra money and stayed down by the falls.
