The exterior of the hotel is very run down and needs repairing. The windows are very dirty and need to be cleaned, you cannot see through them to see outside.
The breakfast is horrible and not replenished after it runs out.

Don’t go to this hotel it’s a very bad hotel. The room with a view on casino in fact it’s a room with a view on construction building stock material you will have starting at 5 am truck coming to load building material with bips to back up all the time all day . Room is not what you see in the website . Anyway I will need much more time to describe all of this low low quality hotel . Don’t go

The beds tend to be broken down on the side with the table so be careful about falling out of bed at night I got a big black eye over it they did compensate me some but they really need to replace their mattresses. It was a little dingy too would missing off a places chips scratches that kind of thing.

The hotel needed a lot of maintenance. The elevator took a really long time.
The staff was not friendly. We asked the front desk while checking in if we could ask a question and the lady said no but then played it off like she was playing. We were taken back from it. Also, we were not advised that we could park in garage until we called to ask.
The concierge gentleman was actually really friendly and helpful.

Overall, the property was very disappointing. The only real advantage was its convenient location within walking distance of the park.

The elevators were extremely slow, and we often waited 10–20 minutes just to get one to our room. The breakfast was limited and underwhelming, with very few options. Check-in was also frustrating, as the lines were extremely long and the staff moved very slowly.

Overall, I would not recommend staying here unless your top priority is being within walking distance of the main attractions.

Only good thing to say was how nice and real the front desk woman was. Think she was a supervisor but I forgot. She was helpful and kind and definitely deserves a raise!
Otherwise the property is cheap and run down. The rooms are falsely advertised and the breakfast wasn't even worth the elevator trip. Which was also sketchy as f**k! Parking is crammed and the ac barely works. Bathroom was dirty and the walls are thin. For the price you pay you're better off renting a van and sleeping outside.

Very dated hotel! Both the outside and the inside look like they need a lot of updates! Looks like they’re trying to do some updates but it felt like a half finished construction area in most places. There wasn’t enough staff at the breakfast to keep it stocked because of the number of guests eating breakfast.
The room had a weird smell to it and the elevators sounded like they were going to break down any time we got onto them.
However, the room was very spacious and we loved the big window because we could watch the Niagara Falls fireworks from our room each night. The location of the hotel is great for walking to the state park or even walking over the Rainbow Bridge to Canada.

The pictures of the rooms are very deceiving. The rooms are not nicely painted. The beds might as well been on a floor. In the pictures the beds looked like they sat up higher. The room had a mildew smell which made the blankets and pillows smell. When you took a shower the water barely got warm. The only thing that was good was the Starbucks.

The pictures of the hotel are deceiving. The walls are not nicely painted, and the room smelt like mildew which made the bed smell. It was a handicap room and the bed was so low to the floor that my husband had a hard time picking me up and putting me in my wheelchair. You’re lucky if the shower water got piss warm. The elevators were absolutely horrible. There were a few times that the elevator didn’t go all the way up so there was probably a 1-2 inch gap between the elevator and the floor. We had to go to another floor then go back to our floor so the elevator would line and with the floor so I could get my chair out. The only thing this hotel had going for it was the Starbucks and that closed right after breakfast.

The locks to the bathroom wouldn’t lock, there was mold in the shower, the sliding glass door was dirty (looked like someone had some adult fun and left their hand marks on the glass), the floor in the shower was lifted and felt like you would break it by walking on it. Great location near Niagara Falls park, but everything else about this hotel was an embarrassment.

No breakfast available at 9:00am. Rude guests hoarded any food, but just a mess in restaurant area. No open restaurant or bar. Closed.

Hotel hallways were dirty and smelly. Appeared like no cleaning was regularly performed.

Bed was amazingly comfortable, but very small bathroom had ants crawling about. Air conditioning was poor and very loud. Common areas a mess.

Concierge was not bright. No literature about area attractions.

I expected more from a Wyndham property.

Imagine you have 500 paying customers for breakfast and only 1(one) toaster in a room no bigger than an average living room and,in the middle of it,some genius, decides to put a pool table(because nothing says good morning than a stick up his bottom when you're waiting for your toast). And you have only 5 tables ,and the 2 trash cans are overflowing and nobody is coming to replenish the bread or ...(there's nothing else)...and when you point out to the reception guy all this he's telling you that you should find the guy in charge of breakfast ,because that's not his job...So please avoid this hotel at any cost

The room was nice, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the control panel on the wall to open the curtains was broken and outlets were loose. The interiors of the elevators were really worn with some broken buttons. Just repairs overall in the hotel weren’t necessary well maintained.

The restaurant and bar in the hotel, Chill 443, (which we were looking forward to trying and was a selling point for our selection) was closed. It looked as though they partially replaced it with a Starbucks that only seemed to be open during the breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet was not well stocked and it seemed as though they only had one person who was trying their best to keep up with restocking. Garbage cans were overflowing and tables were dirty.

The distance of the hotel to everything you might want to see in the area was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. These are the main reasons this property was worth the price.

Be aware that there are A LOT of additional resort fees and taxes in addition to $75 deposit (refundable after checkout when room is inspected so report any issues with your room!) and $19.95 for parking when you arrive. A $295 room ended up being $379 when all was said and done.

The safe did not work. And the flooring in front of the shower and in front of the TV was coming indone. I reported this upon checking out. This staff could not be bothered.

But the most important was the false advertising; the advertised the restaurant poster in and out y hotel said breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The restaurant was only open for breakfast to provide a continental breakfast that’s yet.

I would not recommend this hotel. I usually stay at Wyndham where I go. This was a total disappointment.

The location itself and its walking proximity to the falls is one of the best. The hotel itself ruins this at the front door, with trash cans at the door poorly maintained. Come off the elevator to my floor for 2 days to the same pile of trash sitting by the ice machine, left by other guests on the floor. The cleaning lady was parked by it after my first night and never thought to pick it up. The bed itself was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced in a hotel/resort.

Considering the condition of the hotel and the lack of proper amenities, the price was far too high. Overall, the experience did not provide good value for the cost.
The room windows appeared not to have been cleaned for a very long time. The hotel itself is quite worn down and in need of maintenance. We were unable to take a shower because the shower knob came out of the wall, it was already broken and simply sitting there unattached. Although we were offered the use of a shower in another vacant room, it was inconvenient and disruptive to be moving from room to room as a guest. This situation should occurred if it was grooms are maintained.
