Breakfast was very good but for bookings that include it I would have preferred the vouchers were provided proactively at check in instead of having to be requested at the desk each morning. The Cambria Niagara Falls was great! The room was clean and spacious. Bathroom had plenty of toiletries. Staff were super nice and helpful.

Elevator floor had been washed but was very wet when we got on. There was a sign but should have been dry mopped as we left muddy footprints. I asked three staff members to clean the floor as we got off. One said they did rooms not elevators. I asked for a towel so I could do it myself. They just looked at me dumbly! So … filthy floor! Otherwise very clean hotel.

The property was clean, and my room was spotless, which I really appreciated. I was also happy that they provided both shampoo and conditioner. The only minor issue was that the water pressure could have been a little stronger. I only stayed one night, so I can't comment on the hotel in greater detail, but the room met my expectations and was comfortable. I did feel the price was a bit high, although I understand it was a weekend booking.
One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. It's very close to the casino, and there are several restaurants and places to eat within walking distance, making it a convenient choice.

The bathroom sink clogged and complained twice but no one showed up. They said can be paid at the time of check out with cash and the is just to be on file and on hold but when I checked out and paying with cash they said the card on file is already charged. The staff ( Andrew) was not knowledgeable to basic things like these he mislead me.

The entire facility seemed like it needed a good cleaning. Our first room had a leaking window and the room seemed very damp. You could see the window had been leaking for a while (they tried to fix it with caulk) and they seem to refuse to make the proper repair. Not the worst place to stay but we were very disappointed.

Disappointing experience – Poor cleanliness and customer service
Unfortunately, our stay did not live up to expectations. While the hotel is in a good location, the cleanliness was very disappointing. Our room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, and we noticed dust and stains in several areas. To make matters worse, the customer service was lacking; the staff at the front desk seemed indifferent and unhelpful when we brought up these issues. It’s a shame, but they really need to improve both their housekeeping and hospitality.

It looks very nice until you're in it. Highly overpriced for the area, lack of amenities/perks and quality. Beds, especially pull-out, were worse than other cheaper hotels on this road trip. Fridge didn't work and the great part was a sex game card my 6yo found when we pulled out the sofa bed. Charged $20 to use their parking lot. Wanted $21/14 adults/kids breakfast. Come on man!

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel.

At first glance, the lobby gives the impression that it’s a modern, newer hotel. Unfortunately, that impression disappears as soon as you get off the elevator.

The room itself was not clean. As soon as we arrived, we had to request new bed sheets because the ones on the bed had visible stains. The windows looked dirty and foggy, the furniture wasn’t properly cleaned, the floors were dirty, and there was debris along the edges of the room. Overall, the room did not feel hygienic. We also found flies inside the room on multiple occasions, which says a lot about the level of cleanliness.

Another major disappointment was the parking. It makes no sense to charge guests $20 per day to park at the hotel. I booked through Expedia expecting to pay around $770, but after adding the parking fees, my total ended up being over $800.

The breakfast is not included, which is already disappointing, but what really surprised me was that there is no daily housekeeping. If you’re staying fewer than three nights, your room won’t be cleaned unless you specifically request fresh towels or other service.

Overall, this hotel looks much better online than it does in person. The lack of cleanliness, extra fees, and limited housekeeping made this a very disappointing stay. I would not choose to stay here again, and I cannot recommend it.

Personal from bar was not really good. They don't know what sanitation is. They put their fingers in glasses and then gave people to drink from them, which is horrible. This is a terrible experience for me and my family. This is the first time I've seen something like this.

We moved in at 11pm and next day morning the staff was pushing us to vacate by 11am no extra time. The microwave was missing and coffee machine was broken. Hair dryer was not working either. We paid for parking and the parking lot was full. Over all it was not good. We have used Cambria in past and this was bad experience. Compare to other hotels this was bad experience.

I hate leaving bad reviews; but I am going to.
The pros are the proximity to the casino and to Niagara Falls; that's it. Oh and the beds were surprisingly comfortable!
The check in staff was incredibly unhelpful, we booked as a friend group and tried to check in early and were able to (only about 30 minutes prior to check in time). Another party in our group was not able to even check in at check in time. So a few hours delay, thank goodness we had my room to hang out in.
We tried being patient and graceful to the person who checked us in but it was done incorrectly, I was charged a parking fee (I DIDN'T HAVE A CAR). All three of our keys stopped working after one day (the staff blamed us). Because of the weird check in, we were not made aware that housekeeping did not visit us. One last thing, the locks on the doors had their covers coming off them so they could be easily tampered with and disarmed. If I had been traveling as a solo lady, I would have not stayed there. Please invest in better locks for the security of the guests

I don't think I will choose to stay here again but like I said it was wonderful proximity to the attractions! The only staff highlight was a man named Jerry who was warm and inviting to my friends and who assisted me with reversing the parking fee I was incorrectly charged for.

Finding a parking space was impossible. I finally discovered how to use the light switches at the last minute before we left. Not much information was given and while the stay was ok, as I had a place to sleep, I felt stressed the entire time. Next time I’ll just stay at a basic hotel. But the guys at the front were nice, even though their advice didn’t give much help. There was nothing they could do to make more parking spaces, though, so I did appreciate them trying to help.

Staff is very helpful and gives you a heads up about not having your room clean during short stays. I wish the cleaning was more thorough. I found a plastic knife left behind by previous person and stains on a towel. They do not offer complimentary coffee downstairs but you can make your own in the room using a keurig machine, if it’s working…Just a heads up, parking was $20/day 😳

The rooms were dirty. Didnt look like they cleaned the floors crumbs everywhere. Something smeared on headboard. Big glob of gum or something on the wall. Shower just looked like it needed a good scrub. There was a cannabis rapper that fell out of the folded shower towel. Should have none when getting out of the elevator and the hallway was dirty. Elevator walls were all smeared looking and floors very dirty. Tryed asking for a laundry bag and the housekeeping lady couldn't understand a word but finally got a huge trash bag. I usually dont leave reviews but this place had a really good review and we were disappointed. Especially when traveling and getting in late tired not wanting to leave and jump around hotel to hotel just to find a clean place to stay.

Cambria had spacious rooms and bath. The beds are clean and room felt modern. The downside of it is service. Body wash in our shower was empty and when requested they asked us to come and pick it up from reception. Staff and service are bad for such high price with no breakfast. Only a 10 min walk to state park the perk and rooms felt spacious and modern are the perks.

The location was perfect for visiting the Niagara Falls area, with many attractions within walking distance. The staff were generally friendly and helpful; however, there did not seem to be enough staff available, especially during breakfast hours. The breakfast area was not consistently monitored, and food trays often needed refilling.

The front desk staff were welcoming during check-in, but the level of service was not as consistent throughout our stay. Additionally, they did not fully explain all of the available hotel benefits and amenities at check-in, which would have enhanced the guest experience.

Overall, the excellent location made the stay enjoyable, but improvements in staffing, breakfast service, and guest communication would make the experience even better.

No carpet in rooms was a plus. We disliked how the mirror in the bathroom had a permanent “nightlight” that could not be disabled. With the frosted glass in the bathroom door, this made the entire room glow and we found it difficult to get the room dark enough to sleep comfortably. No major issues with our stay, however.
