I paid for the king plus jacuzzi hut the jacuzzi was not clean so I never used it. I was comped for the extra charge for the jacuzzi. i was still disappointed.

Otherwise, good location, dated design/aesthetic, American/feel-good TV channels. Wifi included, not breakfast. Gym is not great.

I found the standard of this hotel to be more comparable to a motel or lodge than a hotel. The room was not very clean, and the carpets were old and dusty. The bathroom door was difficult to lock, which was inconvenient. The bathtub had noticeable scratches and stains, making it appear poorly maintained. Additionally, when the air conditioning was turned off, there was a lingering smell in the room, as though someone had previously smoked there. Overall, the room did not meet my expectations for cleanliness and maintenance.

Not really got much to say about this place. The reception day staff were nice enough that’s it.
The property advertised is not as it seems there is a newer building at the front and then a relic at the back. The room was pretty dirty. Hair everywhere. Unbelievably for the price they couldn’t even put a complementary bottle of water in the room. Not impressed at all.

The location was excellent.

There were very few towels provided initially. When we requested more, they were brought to us, but there should have been more towels available from the start. The pillows were terrible—too firm and overstuffed, making them uncomfortable to sleep on. Overall, the room had everything we needed, but the blankets were also too small for a double bed and not very comfortable.

Only steps from Clifton Hill. Room was clean, bed was fine, towels were terrible, and the air conditioner was loud and didn't really cool the room. I heard others complaining about AC as well. Parking was expensive for a hotel that has an outdoor lot that's not secured or even gated. The parking lot next door charges half the price, but it seemed sketchy. Staff were pleasant. Property is run down a little but clean, and that's the most important thing. Not terrible. Would only stay again if it was priced much lower than others in the area.

Absolutely amazing experience! The staff went above and beyond to provide outstanding service.

The only thing I would recommend is shampooing the room carpets. Although they appeared clean, walking barefoot on them caused the bottoms of our feet to turn black, so we had to wash them before getting into the bed with the white sheets.

Other than that, everything was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel!

THE ROOM: It was dusty and smelled sour. There was a fly buzzing around.
THE BED SHEETS: The bedsheets and pillow cases smelled stale. We had to spray our cologne all over the room to make it smell pleasant.
THE BATHROOM: It is outdated and crappy.

It was perfect for anyone looking to be within a walking distance from Lundy Lane leading right to the falls and all the attractions. The room was great size. We were in a King bed with Jacuzzi room. The Jacuzzi was fantastic. Our room didn't have a ton of natural light, but we didn't mind for the price we paid. We would definitely stay here again the next time we're going to Niagara Falls. Staff were friendly, pool was a nice addition. Parking lot was close to the building (additional fee of $19 per night). Rooms have not been updated for some time, and have visible wear/tear. Weird marks on the walls, toilet takes a long time to flush. Overall a fine stay on a budget.
Our favourite part of the hotel is the location. Just 2 blocks to Clifton hill, and you can take a short cut across and it’s just 2 minutes walking. We have young kids; so this was so great to not have to find parking to visit the attractions. Walked down to the falls, and back up Clifton hill for the evening, and then a very quick walk back to the hotel.

We booked this hotel for a quick stay. We have stayed at many of the hotels in the area including properties by the falls, but this was our first time at this hotel. The location is great - walking distance to many attractions and restaurants but it smelled, looked and felt old. The room was okay, but everything was very dated and basic. Cleanliness was questionable so I didn’t feel very comfortable but if you’re only staying 1-2 nights it is okay.

My room had a strong, suffocating smell of menthol that triggered my partner’s asthma and gave me watery eyes and a headache. The window was tiny and didn’t open anyway. When we complained, they tried to insinuate that we might have somehow been responsible for the smell. After much back and forth, they finally upgraded us to a better room. If you are looking for something affordable and close to everything, this is good. But not aesthetically pleasing at all. I won’t be going back.

Very “okay.” Most of the TV channels had no signal, so I couldn’t really relax and watch TV at night. Shower was super tight, so if you’re bigger with broader shoulders you may have to shower sideways. That being said, it was a hotel room to stay at for an overnight stay at the falls. Quick walk to the attractions and the falls. I didn’t partake in any of the amenities or the breakfast, so I can’t speak on that. Staff was kind and check-in/out was easy. Parking is $20 which is crazy to me.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing due to excessive noise and the lack of effective action from hotel staff.

Throughout the evening, the guests in the room next to ours repeatedly slammed their door, creating loud banging noises that made it difficult to relax or sleep. In addition, several children were running, shouting, and playing in the hallway from around 9:00 PM until nearly 11:00 PM.

We called the front desk to report the disturbance and were told that staff had spoken with the guests. However, despite multiple assurances, the noise continued and the door slamming never stopped. It was frustrating to feel that our concerns were not adequately addressed, especially during hours when guests should be able to enjoy a quiet and restful environment.

A hotel stay should provide comfort and rest, but unfortunately, this was one of the noisiest nights we've experienced. We expected better enforcement of quiet hours and a more effective response from management.

The place is certainly rundown. It’s not a terrible place to stay for a quick, one-night stay; in our case we just needed a stay-over while traveling. But it’s in rough shape. The room felt dirty and I didn’t trust the carpets. The beds were great, appeared clean and fresh and were very soft.
There were a lot of families with kids so it’s certainly a great location for families to enjoy quick access to Clifton Hill.
