Room was dirty for paying $800 for 5 days. We weren’t impressed.
They had half a roll of toilet paper and a note saying towels and sheets won’t be changed only every third day.
Coffee machine didn’t work, no fridge or microwave. The curtains were ripped down the centre , with blood stains all over the side of the mattress.
Taps were very rusty and hall ways were covered in paint.
Just overall wasn’t impressed.

Our go to whenever we go to Niagara Falls. Super affordable rates and you can always expect a clean room. Work was getting done to the main floor, but that didn’t hinder our enjoyment. Close walk to lots of amenities, including Fallsview.

Ramada by Wyndham Niagara Falls offered a comfortable and convenient stay for our trip. The location was excellent — close to restaurants, attractions, and within walking distance of the Falls. The room was clean and quiet, and check‑in was smooth.

Some areas could be improved. The amenities felt basic for the price, and the parking fee added to the overall cost. The on‑site facilities were functional but could use updates to match the expectations of a modern hotel.

Overall, a decent and practical choice for a short stay, especially if you value location and simplicity.

Room was open when we arrived (door open!!) room smelled musty and damp. Fruit flies in the bathroom. Very outdated rooms, with horrible old coil mattresses!
They charged me $100 extra deposit which has not yet been refunded.
On the plus side, the fastest elevator ever!!
I’ve never paid so much for such an old dilapidated hotel in my life.

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The property is extremely old and poorly maintained. As soon as we entered the room, there was a terrible, overwhelming odor that made it unbearable to stay. There were flying insects in the room, which was unacceptable and made us feel very uncomfortable.

The couches were visibly dirty, and the carpets were stained and in desperate need of deep cleaning or replacement. Because of the condition of the room, we were unable to stay the night as planned and had to leave.

Overall, the hotel needs significant maintenance, better cleanliness, and improved pest control. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here.

We had a pleasant one-night stay with our young family of four. The facilities were clean and the staff was very friendly. The room itself was decent, and seemed to be quite clean overall.
One thing we would have appreciated and found quite necessary would have been to have a mini fridge in the room, as well as the need for better lighting in the room, as it seemed a bit dim.
The walk to Clifton Hill and the Falls was somewhat of a long walk if you are travelling with young children. However, for an adult, it’s generally fine in proximity.
Overall, would rate it to a good place to stay.

The hotel staff are amazing. I called to have the air conditioner fixed because it wasn’t working, and they replaced it within 10 minutes.
Unfortunately, the room had a musty smell. The duvet and one of our towels had stains. The bathroom tiles and shower curtain were moldy, and the bathroom floor was dirty. I couldn’t even sit on the chair because it was so filthy.
The good thing is that the bedsheets were clean, and both the swimming pool area and the lobby were well maintained.
Hopefully, the hotel will improve the cleanliness of its guest rooms in the future.

The room was very spacious, i found the hallway carpets were very stained/dirty looking. One of our beds also had stained sheets which was visually unpleasant. Everything else in the room was clean. The room we selected had no mini fridge and after the first night we saw one in the hallway and asked the staff about it, they then informed us we could rent one for 10 dollars a night. I would have loved to know that upon check in so i could have utilized that service right from the start of our stay. Very convenient location we were able to walk to and from clifton hill as well as the skylon tower. Clifton hill walk was a lot longer but it was worth the walk to avoid parking down at the falls if you had a rental. I would stay at this location again, all staff were very kind. One thing i didnt like was the doors dont lock to the hotel at night time for key card access, anyone is able to walk into the hotel at all hours of the night.

It was a very good experience for me! The staff were very kind and helpful. The area of the hotel was in a very convenient location for where I wanted to go. The room was clean and obviously well taken care of and well maintained. However, it was kind of pricey. The room itself was pretty cheap, but the taxes and fees were kind of expensive, but I expected fees, but what surprised me is that we needed to pay for parking. It was only $25 a night so I didn’t mind, but not sure if I missed it somewhere, but this is also my first ever hotel I booked so this is probably normal, paying for parking. Also, ihop was pretty expensive, but I get it’s a hotel. I definitely loved that there was a pool, some arcade things, and even a gym, and some other nice amenities and touches to the hotel! Overall, I definitely enjoyed it here and do recommend the hotel to others, and I appreciate the free WiFi!

A pure disappointment—to be honest, I can't understand how this hotel is still open.

1. The rooms only have nightlights in both the bathroom and the bedroom instead of standard lighting. The lack of sufficient light in the bathroom is a safety hazard in itself. What if someone slips?

2. The carpets are extremely dirty—I'm sorry, but I can't find a more fitting word. There is paint on the carpet, and it smells terrible.

3. Seriously, charging guests for bottles of water? I really don't think that’s worthy of a hotel. We are in 2026, after all. Honestly, does that minor amount really boost your revenue or profit? Especially right here in Niagara Falls, in the country with the largest water reserves in the world?

4. The TVs are semi-LED, or maybe even LCDs that probably date back to 2008. Once again, gentlemen, we are in 2026.

5. The pool tile is not clean. Yet, we are just at the beginning of summer. The tiling hasn't been scrubbed, and you can clearly see the grime and limescale.

6. The parking. You charge $25 a night for parking, while other providers who also have parking lots only charge $5 or $10. How is that possible? What's the difference between the two? Security? I highly doubt it, because someone broke my car's flag during the night. I filed a complaint that same night, but by the following afternoon, my request had still not been handled. It seems like the information was never passed on to the next shift. To top it off, I was later asked to file a police

The property has older rooms that look like they are from the late 80's\early 90's and hasn't been updated. They are a bit dusty as my wife started sneezing as we got in. The room had spots where there were dust stuck to the walls. Besides that the room was ok.

For the payments part, I thought everything was done through expedia but they brought up a "Resort fee" and wanted me to pay $5+Tax and I noticed a property fee was charged by expedia! then they told they will take it off and I wanted a printout of the final statement of all the payments. Parking was $25+Tax which was fine and agreed upon at checkin as parking was not included, but they had snuck in an item called DMC1 - $1.13. What sort of crooked work is this? I didnt have the time to battle this one out as I needed to get to other places. This was just a horrible experience. I used to use hotwire way back before covid and never had anything to pay at checkout.

The pricing was great and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The building and rooms were technologically clean -our room was clean and well ready for us. We did ask to get a fridge in one of our rooms (just expected one but no big issue)-the cost was $10 for the night & staff brought in a fridge that was chilled.
We did not have use for the restaurant because it had very limited hours.
The big setback for us was that most of what we saw of the building was seriously in need of fixing , it was run down- from torn/faded/bunched hallway rugs to rust/chipped porcelain in the drain end of the bath tub.
