Well first off we walked in our room and it wasnt very clean alight bulb was out the lamp stands were rustic chair was real nasty looking the hair dryer didn't work when taking a shower the water went from boiling hot to freezing cold. No TV remote and the fridge was not wiped out.they moved us to a different room but we only had 1 night. Left to stay. We left early the next morning.

I was very disappointed with the overall upkeep of the property. The bathroom shower had mold and very dirty. The sheets were soiled and we requested them changed, but the person never came. We had to go down and to front desk and we ended up getting some sheets.

Excellent stay, had an issue with toilet flushing they came straight away with a plumber to fix, couldn’t fix but moved us to another room straight away! Great location, walking distance to falls. Only downside paying for parking when you’re staying at the property and pool was not open end of May early June. It was mid 20s so more than warm enough.

We stayed here because it was one of the more affordable options for a Saturday night in July, and it's within easy walking distance of Fallsview Casino and the OLG venue, which was very convenient.

Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. It had a strong musty smell that triggered my allergies and made our stay uncomfortable. The housekeeping also needs improvement. There was hair on the bathroom floor (I won't speculate where it came from), fingerprints on the headboard, and the floor felt sticky.

The location and price were the main advantages, but the cleanliness and condition of the room did not meet our expectations. In the end, you get what you pay for.

This version communicates your experience clearly without sounding overly harsh, which tends to make reviews more credible.

Beds were comfortable, room clean. Toilet didn’t have a lot of pressure and would have to be flushed multiple times to be successful. There was No microwave in the room. There is no elevator. The staff was very accommodating as I needed a room on the main level and they worked it out.

I was asleep when Ashly from the front desk contacted me at 9:00 AM, stating that our system indicated a 5:00 AM checkout, despite my scheduled checkout time being 11:00 AM. I informed her that this was incorrect and that I was still present. She insisted that our system was infallible, which I found to be unprofessional. Subsequently, I proceeded to the front desk at 10:00 AM and spoke with another representative who apologized and acknowledged a system error. It is imperative that front desk personnel, such as Ashly, receive comprehensive training to ensure a professional demeanor, as such interactions can significantly impact guest satisfaction and, consequently, hotel ratings.

The pool was fun. The room should have been much cleaner, tv had very few channels and they did not make the bed or take out the garbage during my stay. The staff were friendly. Management should be ashamed of the choice not to clean and make up the rooms! This invites bugs and no one will stay there.

When phoning at ask about early check in. The manager was extremely rude on the phone.

The staff at desk were friendly. But did not give me all the information needed for my stay. I did not know parking was extra and was charge an extra $40 because I had debit.

The rooms had a very odd smell to them. The blankets seemed wet or damp.

I had to replace my card keys x7 during my weekend stay as they all stopped working after one use.

Didn’t appreciate being yelled at by another person from hotel ( not staff) about me parking in a handicap spot even tho I have my own parking g pass to be able to park there.
Was harassed all weekend about it. I have a parking pass for a reason which allows me to park there.

It was very hard to get belongings inside as there is no elevator.

Kids were running and screaming down the hallway all weekend all hours of the night was very difficult to sleep. Kids pounding on the doors and running off.

Was not the best weekend to be honest

The room was ok. Need to improve their front desk service because when I have called from the room then no one was there to picked up the call. I have tried multiple times but no luck to connect with help desk over the telephone from the room. Overall it was an ok hotel but I must say if you want to get something near to the falls and cheaper and ready to ignore some small things than it’s better to stay to this hotel.

I booked it on Hotels.com and they charged me additional some kind of DMC - 11.49% and some weird accommodation tax - 4% over and above 13% HST. It costs me more than 40$ above the price due at the property quoted incl of tax by Hotels.com. So this is a ripoff to cover the discounts offered by 3rd party booking services. Hotels.com should investigate and reimburse.

Also, the TV wasn’t working at all and I couldn’t watch Fifa Soccer games. Even their tech couldn’t fix it.

Pubic hair was found on the toilet and shower.
I was not properly checked in by staff, so they only gave me one room. They made me call Expedia, who then called the property, only to confirm it was the Inn’s fault for not checking me into both of my rooms.

At check in the hotel said it was sold out (after receiving a confirmation from Expedia) and that I was “upgraded” to a hotel nearby.

The lobby floor was filthy.

The other hotel “The Oakes” was close and the staff checked us in quickly; the WiFi was down until morning; the hotel was dated; the tile in the room was sticky and dirty, like someone dropped face cream or shampoo on it months ago and never cleaned it up; the sink by the coffee area in the lobby had black silt in the bottom like it hadn’t been cleaned in months.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing.
During our stay, our room was never cleaned after our first night, the beds were not made, and no one checked or refreshed the room. The towels were never replaced, even though we stayed for two days. We booked for 4 guests but only received 2 complimentary bottles of water for the entire stay. When we asked for more, we were told it would cost $1 per bottle, and no one informed us that complimentary drinking water was available at the front desk. Overall, we expected better housekeeping service and clearer communication. We hope the hotel can improve these areas for future guests.

Overall, my stay was disappointing. Check in was supposed to be available at 3:00 PM, but I arrived around 4:30 PM and my room was still being cleaned. I had to wait before I could use it, which was frustrating.

It also seemed like the room had been cleaned in a rush. There was visible dirt and grime under the bed, on top of the headboard, and in the corners of the bathroom, so the overall cleanliness did not meet expectations.

Another issue was that the bed always felt damp or humid, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. I am not sure if this was due to the bedding or the room itself, but it was noticeable throughout my stay.

I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

The room was clean, air conditioning was great, no musty odour and liked the fact there was no carpet. Only went to the pool once, would have gone more but was out shopping at Niagara Outlet and then Clifton Hill 1st day and second day was at Niagara on the Lake. Did spend about 1/2 hour at the pool but wished there was more coverage.

Only con was the distance from clifton hill, unless you drove the WEGO bus did not run on Stanley street had to walk to bus stop near Fallsview Casino.

Otherwise a good hotel to stay at if your don't mind the walk to Clifton Hill or Table Rock, we got the 48 hour WEGO pass which helped. If you able to walk and don't the distance to the various attractions I would recommend this hotel.

$75 for 2 night parking even tho they have their own parking lot, bathroom hair all near tub, not ours. Room itself is don't think they move anything to sweep. Stains on towels. Came back at 1am to a 1000 ants over the not so cool a/c front desk couldn't find any repellent and wanted to moves us at 1am. Next time ill definitely go the extra $ to stay elsewhere. Good thing: Close to olg stage.

There is a fee for parking. It mentioned that in the information. Don't get mad at them bc you didn't do your reading! Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Only suggestion would be a have a plastic shower curtain also so that water does not leak through fabric curtain and end up on the floor. Thank you for a great stay!

The property was close to the convention centre. The price matched the condition of the place. It was reasonable value. We ran out of water and had to change rooms, there was no communication to let us know this until we called about the water. Our check in was rough. The person at the front was quite rude and bothered by the fact that we showed up and disturbed her coffee break but the other front desk people that we had in the days that followed were better.

The property is in a good location for most attractions. Most are walkable.
Room was clean, comfortable and had good air conditioning. Did not like that I had to pay for parking when I had already paid for the room. There is no continental breakfast included at this Days Inn.
