The property is very dated. Our front door was shared by two separate rooms. The room was clean but the furniture in the room was very old and the A/C very loud. There was no remote for the TV and it wasn't working. In the bathroom, there wasn't enough towels, no cups and no mat for the floor. It looked like the bathroom was recently updated..

This is exactly what I expected given what we booked! I wanted a room with a bed and a bathroom and that’s what we got!! Our room was this weird like makeshift extra room that wasn’t finished super well so I can’t speak to what the regular rooms looked like. But it was clean, the tv worked, the bed was comfy and it wasn’t anything more than we needed. Our flight was late and we called to let them know and they said they would wait up for us which was wonderful. All the staff were friendly when we spoke to them!

Do not under any circumstances book, call, or even think about staying at this horrible place.Firstly, there were flies and mosquitoes flying around the room, and there were always a huge number of them. The manager promised me to take some measures, but of course he did nothing. Besides, there is absolutely no internet there.Well, the main problem is that these idiots who run this place are going to cheat you out of your money and simply cheat you, that is, they take $120. The so-called damage deposit.but after 11:00 am, if you are late even for one minute during check-out, they will charge you $15 forEven for one minute. And if you're more than 15 minutes late, they won't refund your deposit at all. So you have to be very careful with these scammers, especially the manager. The so-called, uh, African Indian RJ. Ah, absolutely inadequate, unbalanced, and the guy who constantly screams and yells. Eh.Threatens and insults.And he was very angry and aggressive with me, because he failed to swindle me out of money and deceive me, so he simply showered me with curses, insulted and threatened when I was moving out.Moreover, I should note that there's nothing to pay for there. And basically, everything there is already broken.And you have a high chance of being deceived.Oh yeah, the air conditioner is probably over 50 years old and makes a terrible noise.And it doesn't have a remote control.Plus, washing there is very expensive.I mean, the laundry.

Excellent staff, very friendly and accommodating. Room was great for the pricing and location. Bed was comfortable. Hot tub unfortunately takes two to three hours to fill, as it uses sink taps that do not have a ton of pressure. Hot tub was well cleaned and the jets had good pressure though. Bath tub was painted, and peeling on the bottom where one stands. Not an ideal texture. Those are my only two gripes that I'd like to see rectified in the future, beyond that the room was a great value. Stayed for six days in late May, and would stay again.

The room was disgustingly dirty. Table top surfaces covered in sticky residue and hair. The dollar store body wash bottle was empty. The fridge didn’t work and the radiant heat running through the building didn’t have a thermostat to adjust the heat level. The parking lot looked like a dump site with random garbage bags in various areas, some split and random garbage was just blowing around and collecting in piles.

It is what it is....I checked in and was told the room was not ready. I left for 2 hours. On return...I was told the room still was not ready. Desk person went to strip the bed as the room had not been cleaned. I seen him return with bedding - I was sure it was the same he had just stripped...there was long black hair on the sheets and pillowcase...only 2 small pillows - the bed was thrown together. He took a mop and bucket but when I was finally allowed in the room - the floor was dirty and sticky. There was long black hair in the hot tub. The hot tub took 2 hours to fill - the only reason I booked this room and property. Other guests (all) smoke right outside their room - no 9 meter rule to their smoke came into my room - they smoked all night. I left at 2 am.

So many flies in the room that we killed 8 or 9 of them and still had at least 4-5 bugging us in our sleep.

Hot tub uses a sink faucet so it takes well over 30 minutes to fill. It notifies you of that in person but not on the website. Tub is barely big enough for two people, you have to overlap.

Good price though, and nice bed. That's about it.

Service was excellent.
The area is quite sketchy. Many drug addicts in the area.
I wouldn't advice to take children to this Inn.
But over all we were somewhat happy with our stay!

Okay budget hotel/motel in Niagara Falls

The room had a jacuzzi tub and was very nice and clean. At check-in, the clerk was very helpful, friendly and offered to get us anything that we needed.

The motel is a short drive from the Falls and has many restaurants nearby.

However, the outside of the motel/hotel needs a big makeover. It's very dated and our room door looked like someone had forced it open at some point.

The AC was not strong enough to cool the room, even though it was on maximum when we arrived until we left the next morning.

The latest reviews I had seen were from 2021and I honestly believe that this hotel has improved a lot since then.

Horrible. Homeless everywhere. People outside smoking all the time. Homeless going through the garbage. People off the street sitting on the patio. The person checking you in she's anything but cordial. For two people we got two towels and one washcloth. When I asked for a hand towel and another washcloth she told me to come back later because she has to wash them and I didn't get any until the next day after lunch. You can't run the AC and the microwave at the same time. The AC unit is almost useless it took 2 days to cool the room down. All the front desk girl does is give you attitude and sit outside and smoke. This is a horrible rundown place in a bad location.

Honestly was looking for a low cost inn or motel for a weekend getaway and this was good for us the rooms were clean and bathroom, had a fridge and ample storage for clothes drawers. One thing could do better with providing guests with a clothing iron and maybe more bath towels but overall a nice experience for a inn but to level up maybe offer hair dryer, iron and possible clothing rack to hang clothing. It was a great location not right in Niagara busy area but between all the businesses and attractions. Would definitely recommend for a nice stay if you dont expect all the hotel amenities, pool, hot tub, iron onsite restaurant etc.

Meh. It wasn't awful but there were a few insects, a long and curly blond hair on the hand towel, and an unfriendly desk person - who said I couldn't get a lower room because I booked online so it was impossible for him to make any changes. I know this to be bull. I didn't bother telling him I was ten days into surgery recovery and just sucked up the stairs. The bed was ok comfortable. The sheets seemed clean - not sure about the pillows I didn't want to check - the bolster pillow does not get washed I can tell you that.

It's only about the money.

I ended up not staying due to a miscommunication. When asking for wheelchair access, I was told that the room was not wheelchair accessible and perhaps I might not want the room. I asked if it was close to accessible parking and was told it was. I decided to take the room as this trip was for my anniversary and my husband and I were coming to Niagara Falls for a show. I had no idea that the room was on the second floor and only accessible by STAIRS. They kept my money. I paid for nothing.

Very disappointing experience at Advanced Inn Motel in Niagara Falls, ON. I booked a room through Expedia for last weekend, but upon arrival, the room was nothing like what was advertised. It was dirty, the bathroom was unsanitary, the bedsheets appeared used, and there was hair and stains throughout the room. When I brought these issues to the staff's attention and asked for a new room or proper cleaning, they refused and only offered to change the bedsheets, making the excuse that the person who cleaned the room was a \"hairy person.\" This response was unprofessional and unacceptable. Due to these conditions, I left within 15 minutes and checked into another hotel. When I requested a refund through Expedia, the manager falsely claimed that I had stayed for several hours, despite me providing proof that only 55 minutes had passed between checking into Advanced Inn and the subsequent hotel. Expedia tried to resolve this by claiming these were minor cleanliness issues and initially offered me a $25 voucher, which I declined. They later increased it to $50, which I accepted just to avoid spending more time on this mess.

I'm writing this to warn future travellers. I strongly recommend avoiding this place to prevent being scammed like I was. I wish I could add photos here, but Expedia doesn't allow it. Please have a look at my Google review before selecting this place. Don’t be misled by the positive reviews here.

It was a very low budget option and the staff was really helpful and friendly. Saw a few bugs in the bathroom, the bed was a little firm with flat pillows, some of the outlets didn't work, and things were falling apart in the room. No closet to hang anything up. The place could use an upgrade, but it was a cheap place to sleep while I was in town for a few days.

We checked in and checked out immediately!!! Room was filthy. Mini fridge was leaking water all over the floor because it was broken!!! Bathroom was in terrible shape. The bath tub had chunks missing out of it. The room smelled. The registers were falling off the walls. They tried to sweep around things, dust was so thick where the broom never got to. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!
To top it off i still had to pay for 2 nights!!!!
