It doesn't meet Marriott standards at all. The property feels very congested, and the parking situation was disappointing. They charge $35 per day for parking, but this was never clearly mentioned during the booking process. Hidden fees like this should be disclosed upfront so guests know the total cost before making a reservation.

I had a wonderful stay, and what truly made the experience exceptional was the incredible hotel staff. Every team member I interacted with was warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. From check-in to check-out, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that I felt comfortable throughout my stay.

Their attention to detail, friendly attitude, and willingness to help with every request made a lasting impression. It’s clear that they take great pride in providing outstanding customer service, and it shows in every interaction.

They never told about the parking charges . Even after asking , they said the deposit was fully refundable and we can park in the hotel parking authorities . But during check out they deducted the parking fee work 36 dollars a day from the deposit . At least they could have told that parking is not included during check in process .

Great option to visit the falls if you are not into paying 400usd plus to have \"the view\" staff was super friendly and professional allowing me to park my loaded motorcycle right in front of the office, BE AWARE regular parking is located in the back across the street your room might have partial view of it or not. so for me this meant a lot as a solo traveler.
Breakfast was as expected with some options, unfortunate very very crowded but staff was able to refill almost everything quickly without much delays.
Room was good with great bedding, although a bit on the small side. Im a tall person so it felt a bit cramped specially the bathroom.

This hotel was what one expect a Fairfield Inn to be--well run, clean, quiet (great sound proofing in the rooms!), and located within easy walking distance of the downtown tourist attractions (and a bit further of a walk to the Falls). The self parking and very good breakfasts were extras. Would we stay here again? Anytime!

My husband and I have stayed here a couple of times before and our experience has always been great! However this last trip we booked our party was quite large. We had family visiting from aboard, the check in service has horrible.

First to begin with the concierge at the counter was very rude and seemed as though he was flustered. I really wish I had taken his name. When we did the first original booking one was under my husband and then I had to do another booking under myself as I had to add an additional room. In total 13 guest.

His colleague Samantha seemed to realize that he needed some assistance and was helping. As she was speaking with us about our booking I was listening to her as I was the one who did the booking, he said to me ‘excuse me focus over here’. Well I’m sorry the tone in which it was said was rude. So I apologize and then continued on with him.

Then when it was time to give the car number plates for booking, my daughter was giving her plate number. So it’s normal for a person to say names with letters incase someone doesn’t quite get the letter you’re pronouncing. He was very rude in telling her he doesn’t like when people do that.

After he was done we mentioned to both Him and Samantha that we were returning customers, it’s funny how the tone switched up.
He also confused the billing as 2 separate cards were used. It was sorted out in the end.
I really wish I had taken his name. Everything thing else was excellent in terms of our stay.

The initial room we were assigned smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, so I asked if we could be moved to a different room. The front desk sent maintenance to inspect it, but all they did was spray air freshener. In my opinion, that didn't solve the problem, the cigarette smell was still there.

I went back to the front desk to ask if there was another room available that was similar to the one I had booked. Unfortunately, there wasn't. The only available option was a room with two queen beds. Since there were six of us, I asked if they could provide some form of compensation or even an extra mattress to make our stay more comfortable, but nothing was offered.

In the end, we had to make do with what we were given. I just wish the staff had been more accommodating and willing to go above and beyond to ensure their guests were comfortable, especially when the issue was beyond our control.

We spent 2 nights with our granddaughters. Hotel was in good area for us to walk to Clifton Hill activities where kids would enjoy. We could also walk to the Falls. Hotel was clean. Buffet breakfast offered hot items such as eggs, bacon and all other breakfast items to suit everyone. Room was clean. Employees were all nice.

The hotel is clean and front desk staff made me feel welcome and happy. After checking in, I received a bag of water bottles and snacks. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable temperature. The best thing I enjoyed was the hotel providing breakfast buffet every morning. Also the paid parking was convenient. The hotel is in a good location where is close to Clinton Hill Ave to Niagara Falls and tourist sites. Many restaurants were nearby walking distance. I had fun to stay there for 3 nights.

Overall, property, room and amenities were good and parking price was very reasonable compared to other hotels. Only downside was a negative interaction my wife had with a staff member. She asked how to get into the pool and was met with a condescending response of \"well I guess you weren't paying attention when I explained at check in.\" First we had another staff member check us in and second, we weren't told our room Key accesses the pool. A small 1 minute easy explanation was all that was required. I get it, maybe it was long day for staff, but we're not out to make anyone's life difficult. A little more patience next time goes a long way .

Overall, the stay was very good. The room was clean, the breakfast was nice with good variety, and the general experience was enjoyable. The staff were friendly and the hotel was comfortable.

However, check-in at 3 PM felt a bit late, and the parking fee of $30 per night was quite expensive compared to nearby options.

Despite these small downsides, I still had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel.

Although it was a little away from all the action, the WeGo bus stop was nearby. We walked everywhere because we luckily had good weather. I loved the breakfast spread. There was something for everyone. Absolute VFM.

Our stay at Fair Field was good, the price for parking was too much and out in the elements. The staff were very courteous and helpful. We enjoyed our continental breakfast which was good. I would definitely recommend that hotel to family and friends.

The breakfast is great, with good hours of operation. Pool is on the smaller size but still very nice. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. It's in the perfect area as well, close enough to the strip where you can walk everywhere! You pay $30 a night for parking, but it's worth it since you are so close to everything anyways.

The front desk staff during the day are okay. The staff at night was rude, but you rarely need to deal with them, so it isn't really an issue.

Scott the Manager was exceptional! He made our stay comfortable and stress free. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful and had a decent view. The lobby and dining area were clean and not crowded compared to other hotels in the area. I would recommend this property and I will be back.

This hotel was very clean and location was great, with walking distance to clifton hill. The thing that stuck out the most, was the staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful.
