We left early for the day when we got back early evening. Our room wasn’t clean. Bed not changed and no clean towels
For what we paid we expected that to be done
When I called front desk she was very ignorant about it
Even then it took another 2 hrs for someone to come clean out room
Most likely will never stay there again

I liked that the hotel was connected to the bar, restaurant and concert venue that I was attending. I didnt like that parking was not included in the price of the room and that the parking was 80 dollars a night.

Check in is a bit of a wait as it is quite a large hotel, so be prepared for about a 30 minute wait in line minimum. Other than that the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was astounding and the view was the best I’ve had in Niagara Falls by far. Ice machines are on every floor. The hotel is remarkably clean. Parking was expensive onsite (90 dollars after tax). Would recommend parking offsite for 10 bucks as a much cheaper option. All in all it was a beautiful hotel and we were very happy with our stay.

We had problems with the TV the whole time we were there, our fridge broke down and the toilet seat was just about falling off when we checked in. They moved us rooms and the new room had horrible pillows. That must’ve been 100 years old.

It was very convenient location!! The only thing not so convenient was the parking, I guess it depends the week you go, but the on-site self parking was sold out when we went (May 8-10, 2026) and the only other option was off-site parking… it was a block away, not bad but I would’ve paid the extra for onsite parking for the convenience. Make sure to bring cash because there’s so many other overnight parking lots that are only $30 a night!!! Right across from the hotel. The hotel was so nice, renovated and clean! The check in was quite long but expected, the only thing I would add that was a little weird was our washroom didn’t have a working exhaust fan, and when we called it in they said there was one… but the entire ceiling was plastered… so not sure how that was the case, we just had to leave the washroom doors open after use to let the air out… otherwise I will stay there again the gym and pool were great!! (We got room 2501 btw)

The hotel was beautiful! We arrived and got a complimentary upgrade to a two bedroom suite overlooking the falls! My son was beyond super excited! The only part we weren’t excited about was upon arrival we were transported to an offsite parking lot without any mention of cost and when we left in the morning we were given a $65 parking fee! After a great stay this was disappointing especially when the concierge did not tell us that when they brought us over (we hadn’t set step in the hotel when this happened!). Appreciate the room and upgrade, disappointed in the large parking fee!

Everything was wonderful! Only thing I wish they would do is put microwaves in the premium suites at least. We had left overs we wanted to eat for midnight snacks and had no way to heat them up. Other than that it was easy to check in and out and it was a beautiful hotel with beautiful rooms!

We were admittedly apprehensive about staying at the property due to past experiences, but decided to give it another chance as we were attending a concert at the OLG Stage and wanted the convenience of staying nearby after driving in from the city on a Friday.

Unfortunately, the experience was once again disappointing. The property is in poor condition and feels quite run down overall. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, and throughout the night I could hear both the elevator and noise from neighbouring rooms through the vent. The check-in line was also extremely long, close to half an hour, and it was frustrating to then learn that parking was unexpectedly offsite.

The whirlpool tub was unusable due to a silverfish in it, and despite arranging a late checkout, housekeeping entered the room while I was changing.

I do want to acknowledge that the staff were doing their best, and I appreciated that the offsite parking fee was compensated. However, the $55 credit does not adequately reflect or compensate for the overall experience. Paying $390.21 for this level of accommodation and service is honestly quite shocking and not at all what I would expect from a Hilton property.

Very Disappointing Stay — Not What We Expected from Hilton
My family and I stayed from May 6–9 but ended up shortening our stay and checking out after the second day due to a very disappointing experience.
From the moment we arrived, things were poorly managed. Check-in took about 45 minutes, with a long line and no clear system in place. Guests were visibly frustrated. I spoke with the manager, Jason, but he didn’t seem equipped to resolve the situation or provide clear direction.
The overall cleanliness of the property was unacceptable. Hallways had trash scattered throughout, and our room was never serviced despite calling housekeeping. No one ever showed up.
There was also a fire alarm/annunciator issue around 2:00 AM, which was extremely disruptive. When I called the front desk, the staff did not appear to know what was happening or how to address it, which was concerning.
Additionally, the hotel does not match its online images. The photos appear misleading, especially the infinity pool and scenic views, which looked significantly different in person.
Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, and I would not recommend staying here.

My family stayed for 2 nights and we had a marvellous time. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Frank, the Tourism Director who arranged a wheelchair for me as I had a fractured ankle so that I can go on the hotel pick up and dropoff Summer Niagara Falls Day Tour. Without the wheelchair, I would not be able to get on to the boat cruise and journey to the falls! We love the premium view from our beautiful 2 bedrooms suite as we could see the Falls from the USA and Canada side! Definitely the best stay from our 2 weeks vacation here!

No valet parking have a very large 3500 platinum truck had to park a block away a breakfast at the restaurant on the top floor. View was great. Food was not so great. Had very little hot water first night. Couldn’t use the Jacuzzi tub if I wanted, shower was terrible but water pressure was awesome shower door leaked all over floor had to throw towels down and around door to get a shower. they said someone up to fix it tub and sink. We’re better shower was bearable for a Hilton hotel. I was not impressed.

There was nothing I didn’t like except the quality at the Brazilian steak house, meats all tasted exactly the same. The first night our A/C was not working, I reached out while we were at dinner and when we got back to the room it was fixed. Staff was friendly and helpful! I will stay here every time I come to Niagara Falls Canada.

Great views. Didnt even try the breakfast as the location of the restaurant is not the most convenient to access. Newly renovated room and yet had a broken divider between the jacuzzi tub and bedroom. Also seems like there was a leak from the tub in the wall and the floor would get wet near the bed. Restaurants closed too early.

Parking was offsite and open lot (need to take shuttle to/from)and we asked about security of our vehicle so far from the hotel, didnt seem like a good decision to leave our car safely there. Also wanted to use the pool. Yes, the hotel was booked. However some guests were extremely boisterous, rowdy, jumping, body diving in the pool and splashing other guests. Swimmers as a group deliberately taking over the pool, you cant swim or even get some space. Hot tub overflowing no room, the attendant did nothing to mitigate, young person, language was an issue when we asked. We did call to report at front desk, they advised they would tell the manager. Elevator to pool levels out of service, hard to take stairs that are wet and slippery. Nothing not even at checkout was even told to us as a courtesy. Would have appreciated a gesture and acknowledgement of our issue at best. Not a nice way to spend an anniversary. Late night noise and hallway light visible and heard through our door. Overall it was not as we had expected from a Hilton hotel.

The restaurant for breakfast charges outstanding prices including for a Eggs Benedict and the hollandaise is powder. If breakfast is going to cost over $100 for 2 people you'd think they would make real hollandaise sauce. Overall it was decent but the prices are outrageous. $80 a night to park on weekends. It is absurd. Do have to say the views are stunning.

I’ve never waited so long to check into a hotel ever. 45 minutes and they had 5 desks open (3 of which were for the Diamond/gold guests). It would have been really great if there were signs telling people they could check in faster on the Hilton app. There were a lot of people in line upset they were going to be late.
The staff member we had for check in, had a really hard accent and we couldn’t understand her and had to get to to repeat constantly
