Everything was perfect, our room had the best view to the fall, at the evening time we asked for wine glasses and plate but they charged us for that , for such an expensive hotel…. However everything was perfect and what we were expecting.
Easy access to restaurants and dt , also in room slippers and toothbrush brush missing
But overall had the best experience there for my birthday

By the time I arrived at the property, the weather conditions were poor. I had planned to park at the hotel, but the staff informed me that the parking lot was full. As a result, I had to park off-site and take a shuttle back, which was very inconvenient.

Additionally, when I used the towel, I noticed there was something inside it that shouldn’t have been there. Also, there should have been two glass cups provided, but I only found one.

Beautiful clean hotel with excellent staff! I would definitely stay again. Beautiful views of the Canadian and US falls from my room and the restaurant. Definitely worth it!

Only a few things that need improvement. I wished the pool was open much earlier during the week, and not just on the weekends, so I missed out on a swim. :(

Also the hair conditioner and bath gel containers in my bathroom were empty. They should be filled regularly.

That aside, overall a great stay!

Each hotel room is NOT able to control it's temperature during spring/fall as the entire building must switch between Heat/AC on a particular date.

This system is common in some condos, but is not acceptable in a hotel of this 'quality' and price. We woke up each morning with our rooms at +30 degrees C (86 degrees F). I say 'wake up', but we were unable to sleep in that heat. We ended up sleeping with our doors open to take cool air from the hallway.

The temperature outside was below-seasonal at about 12 degrees C. Had we encountered warm weather (Not unusual in spring.) I'm sure the rooms would have been completely unbearable.

A Hilton braded property should have a heat pump in each room so that guests can enjoy a temperature that allows them to sleep comfortably.

I was assigned a room in a tower that didn’t have the air conditioning working (only heat). I was advised to turn off the heating system, to open the window and offered a fan. The room was stifling hot (26 degrees Celsius) even with a fan blowing at the highest speed and the window open. I could not sleep under such conditions. For the calibre of hotel and the price paid, this is unacceptable.

Stayed here multiple times a year. This time around my room fridge was not plugged in. We discovered that when we opened it in the morning for our breakfast.Our food was warm and our milk was spoiled. Upon calling front desk. The manager told us there is nothing they can do to accommodate or assist us. The manager said he would return my phone call after talking with his supervisor and no return call. Later that afternoon I asked a cleaner in the room beside ours if he could clean our room. He said sure and would go to our room next.Upon returning to our room it looked the same as we left it. The bed was horribly made and had pillows left on the floor. Paper receipts and tags were left on the floor and no care taken to clean the room. It seems like Hilton loves to charge you for the rooms and services but unfortunately failed miserably. My visit this time around is 1 out of 10 stay highly disappointed and when asked by influencers and travel vloggers I had to be honest. It’s just sad because I know this cost them a lot of future business.

We stayed in an accessible room, which was good for my mother who uses a walker. Everything was great. Only criticisms are there is a threshold with the lip to get in and out of the bathroom and the first bedroom of our two bedroom room was dark and didn’t have enough lighting to really brighten it up.

Every thing was clean , i misspelled my last name by one letter due to my phone replacing the letters on my reservation and was very anxious I would be stranded with no room. Instead the front desk were very helpful and empathetic I still got my room. They weee helpful and room service was great room was fantastic. The only thing I wish was different is I think the remote was missing from my room. We didn’t notice till very late at night when we finished our day. So it was kind of inconvenient and my boyfriend found a condom wrapper by the bed when we checked in and it caused a small argument. Other than that everything was great

At check in, we were asked if we would exchange our 2 queens for 1 king and 1 sofa bed. I asked what condition the spa beds were in, and were told they had excellent mattresses in them. We agreed as a family of 3 to make the change. This was a mistake. The mattress was very thin and you could feel the springs. My son was unable to sleep on it. There also weren’t any pillows or bedding. These weren’t delivered until 10pm. I was then woken up at 11:15pm by an employee entering our room to deliver pillows. The room was also too hot. They ‘hadn’t switched over to A/C yet’ so it was unbearably hot. This should not happen at $360 a night. I would not recommend this hotel, and definitely don’t agree to the sofa bed. Very disappointing.

Rooms are dated, and in need of some TLC.
Not the cleanest rooms either. Staff are not paying attention to details in the rooms when cleaning. Dirt and pieces of paper under desk and bedside table. Plug ins for phones didn't work. Light bulbs out in bathroom. Super hot in rooms as air conditioning could not be turned on. Was not told this when booking.

We paid full price however the AC in the mid tower wasn’t working. Only in the North tower. The air was dead during the night. Because no air was moving, the room was hot and uncomfortable. If we knew the Ac was not working we would have booked somewhere else or at least expected a discount.

Very nice hotel and the North tower is newly renovated from the 14th and up. The 40th floor had a beautiful view of the falls. The Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse was excellent and great service. Close proximity to the Niagara casino and a close walk to the falls.

The room had absolutely no amenities—no water in the freezer, no coffee machine, no tea bags, and no microwave. There was basically nothing in the room. The TV is also programmed so that you can’t watch anything unless you pay extra (movies are around $24). There’s no YouTube access, and the internet is very slow, so you basically feel cut off from the rest of the world while staying there.

The beds also feel fragile and not very sturdy.

The booking process is tedious because it goes through numerous third-party platforms online that overprice customers. They don’t offer refund options if you check out early—I personally lost a day’s payment because of this.

Prices are high, breakfast is not included, and ongoing renovation work causes delays and disrupts the overall experience.

We stayed in a premium room. Our hopes were that the view would be great and the bed would be comfortable. There is no doubt that the view of Niagara Falls was perfect. However the room itself made you feel like you were staying in a motel. The bed felt ancient, like it had been heavily used for 20 years. Like the coils had no spring left in them. We found many facial hairs on the pillows. Very gross. Then there was the room service. First we requested slippers and they took 45 minutes to bring them. Then in the evening we requested toothpaste, which im surprised that its not supplied in the premium room, that took about 45 minutes as well. Finally, my Wife has a bad back from pregnancy, and she couldn't take the motel bed so we ordered a cot bed to see if that would make her sleep any better. At 2 am we called for the cot, I had to call again at a am....he said he's on his way up. Then at 330 am again ...so dissatisfied, he said 1 minute. They are so unorganized.

I asked for room to be cleaned daily and it was terribly cleaned for the 5 days I stayed there. Hot tub was dirty and I would request a clean but the room service guys were beyond terrible.
Pool is nice - didn’t eat their breakfast but I presume it’s very good as well.

The hotel onsite parking was full, the alternative parking wasn't that close required you to take a courtesy bus, still would be $40 a night. I asked the front desk rep at check in to reduce the cost as the offsite parking was inconvenient, he was rude and told us to park somewhere else!
My room key wouldn't let me access the pool and the staff on that floor weren't able to support, there was no one around so we didn't end up using the pool.
The bathroom sink in our room was blocked, we asked for them to fix it and it was still blocked.

Wow just wow!! Splashed out on a room with a view and what a view it was! Room clean clearly recently decorated. Good size for a family of 4. Walkable to all attractions. Lovely restaurant/pub on site with amazing cocktails. Friendly staff.

The location was amazing close to the casino and other attractions. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if we visit Niagra Falls.

And the window was so small in the back corner of the room that it we could not justify paying more for the view!!

Since we had a Hilton Honors profile by downloading the app, we were able to skip a 10-15min check-in line up and only wait less than 5mins in the preferred line. Check-in was smooth, the room was clean, and check out was even smoother. Staff were courteous and professional. Didn't check out any of the amenities but will definitely have to use the 17th storey infinity pool next time!

The room I booked through expedia was not the room I received. Hilton needs to be better at communicating with expedia on room descriptions after they remodel a room. Parking was expensive. No free breakfast however there was a Starbucks in the building. Received a voucher for free wine tasting in one of the restaurants on site, that was fun. View from room was fantastic. .
