The room price (with both views of US and Canadian Falls) we booked two weeks ago is much more expensive than the current price on the day we stayed. But they automatically upgrade our room to higher level with two suites. Overall the view was wonderful, and the room is comfortable.

A beautiful hotel with a stunning view. I highly recommend requesting room 2556 in the North Tower — the window view is absolutely breathtaking. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The only downside is the expensive parking.

Parking pricing is complete madness, could understand during high seasons, but the parking garage was empty almost our entire stay. The bed blanket was not even in a cover, instead sandwiged between 2 sheets and had yellow stain on it. The courch was the worst comfort ever experienced, and the toilet is too high for a comfortable pooh.

Rooms definitely need upgrading. Especially for being in a prime location. Our first room wouldn't open. They moved us to another room (on the 31st floor from the 19th floor) which my son loved as we were higher up.
Had a 2 queen bed, and the oddest thing was the open window between the bed and the bathroom. That needs to be closed up, made a full wall, because when someone goes to the bathroom in the middle of the night and turns on the bathroom light, its BRIGHT in the actual room. Not sure what the purpose of the window is.
The bathroom wall had a massive crack just above the toilet paper holder. The bathtub was still wet as was the shower.
I had to call for maintenance at 11:30 because the vent was making a really annoying noise. He knew exactly what to do - it was missing a screw but he then used a power drill to screw one in. I felt bad for the people next to us who had kids which were probably sleeping at that time.
The room itself was nice - great view. But definitely could use some upgrades (for the price everyone pays and for the prime location). Parking was also WAY expensive. Should he included or discounted for hotel stays

Nice clean room. The room was abit on the warm side as the ac was not intiated yet for the summer months arriving and we had beautiful warm days. We were offered floor fans to cool the room temp abit, but we decided against it as bearable. Alot to see and do. Went for a nice leisurely walk to clifton hill and then followed the path along the falls back to our hotel. Perfect location.

my outrage regarding my recent stay at your property. As a Hilton Honors member, I have never experienced such a blatant disregard for guest safety, privacy, and basic human comfort.
The conditions of this stay were entirely unacceptable:
• Inoperable Basic Amenities in Extreme Weather: Our room had no hot water despite the outside temperature being 21°F. Expecting a guest to bathe in freezing water during winter conditions is a gross violation of hospitality standards.
• Constant Intrusion & Lack of Privacy: After subjecting us to maintenance crews in our private space from 7:30 PM until 12:00 AM, we were again harassed by a 7:00 AM wake-up knock the following morning for further "repairs." This is not a "vacation"—it is a construction zone.
• Inadequate Compensation & Failed Service Timing: We were offered a meager $75 credit followed by $25 the next day. These tokens are insulting given we could not bathe. Furthermore, a room change was finally offered only on our final night before departure—a "too little, too late" gesture that provided zero actual relief.
• Unprofessional Staff: To conclude the experience, the staff and breakfast service were handled with poor attitudes and a complete lack of customer service.
The explanation that the floor was "newly remodeled" is no excuse for a guest to be used as a "test subject" for non-functional plumbing in freezing weather. Because the hotel failed to provide a functional room.

Room we were given was very clean, the staff very friendly and eager to help. Only complaint was breakfast was half the price of the room for two people as there was no other option offered. i.e. bagel, fruit or yogurt and coffee are cheap items to offer. The restaurant view was beautiful though.

Despite arriving at the allowed check in time, there was no parking onsite, the staff advised to find off site parking, advising there was a shuttle service (there was not). After walking with kids in the freezing cold, long wait lines for check in. Long wait time for the small, often overcrowded elevator, room was dirty, wrappers on the floor, bedding was covered in black fuzz/lint. Booked the hotel as it indicated breakfast included, which is usually a staple for traveling with kids, it was not. Horribly disappointed in this experience. Would definitely not recommend this hotel when there are far better options within just minutes.

We were very disappointed in our stay and should have stayed at the Marriott. When we arrived, we were told there was construction from 9-5 daily due to renovations. We had selected a room with a king bed and Canadian fallsview. King was a ‘hotel king’ - approx 8” narrower than traditional king and the ‘falls view’ was a corner window you could stand and see a portion of American and portion of the Canadian falls. When I think of fallsview hotel room, Marriott has a beautiful unobstructed view of the falls from the seats in the room and that’s what we were expecting for the extra fees. The majority of our windows faced city view. We asked front desk if there was a mistake with the room assigned and they were very adamant this was what we paid for. Creative marketing, but left us feeling scammed. I would not have paid extra for this view.

We have stayed at this location 3 times. The first time was amazing. The last two times have been kinda questionable. People’s clothing left in the closets. You could tell the room want cleaned properly. This last time was our last time staying here. We had to switch rooms and The bed was broken. We sank to the floor and the south tower has no way of controlling the room temp. When we changed rooms there were stains on the carpet. Furniture was scratched up rips ect

The hotel was in a very convenient location, lots of amenities. However, I was informed there would be construction from 9-5pm. I was ok with that because I’d be up by that time. And when I arrived to the hotel from travelling all day I didn’t want to change rooms. But on Friday morning I hear the construction just after 7am. It became so loud I had to leave the room. I was not pleased. Then I tried to order room service but my phone didn’t work. In this case the hotel did offer maintenance to check the phone. I declined, as I was leaving the next day.

In addition, I had a studio room with a hot tub that was listed as a city view. When I opened the curtains my view was the side of a building and a partial glimpse of a pool. I had higher expectations from the Hilton. Doubtful I’d go there again.

Great hotel in a great location. Staff were un informative on desk and a little pretentious in my opinion. Other members of staff from cleaning staff to parking staff were much better and friendly. We had a 2 bed falls view room which felt more like a suite.
The parking is so overpriced at $40 night. You can park across the street for $10 night which if I’d known I would have chosen. Feels like you’re being ripped off with such a big difference in price. I’ve paid much less in LA, NY & Vegas with valet & in and out privileges.

I saved up, to take my autistic son up to Niagara Falls, for his 19th birthday. We got the suite, because we wanted the hot tub and the great view. The room was magnificent, the view was breathtaking, my rating, is based on experiences that we had during our stay. The only thing my son wanted to do, was swim. We could not get anywhere near the pool, any of them. We signed up, and followed the appropriate channels. Sadly, others did not. Because of my son‘s Disability, he would not even attempt to squish him to the swimming pool. Also, I sent him down to the front desk to ask a question. Because of his autism, they didn’t understand what he was asking for, and not a lot of effort was put in to trying to figure it out. pool was overflowing, in an unsafe manner, in my opinion. I went to the desk twice, to alert them to the fact that we couldn’t even get in the pool, let alone swim. I asked if there was a lifeguard on, they said no there was an attendant. Numbers were not being monitored. When I went to the desk, they offered me a swim time of 8 AM, Sunday morning. Obviously, more on vacation. We’re not gonna get up at 8 AM to go for a swim. So the whole reason we chose your beautiful facility, was for the hot tubs and pool, and we didn’t get to use it at all. Also, I requested some toiletries from the front desk, after three hours I stopped waiting. So my feedback would be to police the swimming pool area, so that all paying guests, can enjoy the facilities. thank you so much.

Pretty disappointed, we were told the water would be off for a bit which was fine we checked in early. Hours after check in the water still orange full of iron and chunks of sediment. I recently stayed at Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel & Suites property and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.

From the moment we arrived, things felt disorganized. There were long lines just to check in, followed by more waiting to access the elevators. It set the tone for a stay that felt inefficient and poorly managed.

The room itself was below expectations. Cleanliness and comfort did not meet the standard I associate with this bran. Most notably, the pillows had an unpleasant odor, which made it difficult to relax.

Basic amenities were also lacking. There was no functional Wi-Fi during the stay, which is a major inconvenience. Even small touches felt off, like complimentary water wasn’t provided, and the bottles in the room were priced at $5 each, which felt excessive for something so basic.

Overall, the experience did not reflect the level of quality or service I would expect.

1 hour wait to check in in a lobby jammed with people. Hotel was full so elevators were a nightmare 5-10Min wait each time as 1 of 4 elevators were out of order. Pool is on the 18 floor and restaurant is on 33 so the elevators are always extra busy both ways. My room was on the pool floor so both it and the floor smelt like chlorine and was super noisy. The HVAC system is some complicated 2 step system which heats when you think it is cooling and cools when you think it is heating. Go to bed with it at 20 wake up with it 25. One of my worst hotel experiences ever. Will never go back.

A broken elevator made travel times extra long.

Rooms lacked real HVAC control, our room was super warm (24 celsius) and turning on the AC to cool the room did nothing.

Our room had a lot of wear and tear like peeling wall paper, signs of water damage in the bathroom and dirty walls.

Parking staff were super friendly and helpful but the cost of parking was absurd.

Hotel location is great and nice to walk around.

Pool was great for kids.

I accidentally opened the door and i can tell it needs changing the whole room had dust including the bathroom stuff . Need to dust completely. Otherwise it was a nice view. This is a massive hotel with tiny swimming pool. They have major maintenance issues. Only 2 out of 4 elevators in south tower were working. I had to run down from 17th floor to lobby with my toddler and 3 other luggages. There is not hot water coming out of hot jetted tubs you pay extra for and you have to join Hilton rewards to get basic wifi. Parking is $66 extra for offsite parking and the freaking room alarm clock went off to wake my entire family up without me ever touching it. By far the worst stay ever for $300 a night. Sort your shyt out Hilton.

We stayed for a weekend around mid March and needed proper heating for our room, but didn’t get any except for a floor heater that was provided. Shower temps were fluctuating and our hot water didn’t last long at all. For a popular hotel chain like this, things need to be improved greatly.
We do not recommend staying here as the fees are not worth it at all.

We had a good stay this time. Not great but good. Our 1st time at this hotel was excellent. We stayed in the north tower. This time around we were given a room in the south tower. The room was so hot we could not sleep. There were also young boys banging on doors until 1pm. We called the desk and they did send security. Although they don’t rectify the issue. The next day we spoke to the concierge about the heat in our room, apparently the south tower rooms have set heat. We requested a new room for our 2nd night and were given it at a cost.
Overall this is a beautiful hotel, the staff is excellent. The amenities are plenty. The hotel is close to everything you would want to do in NF’s.

The room was amazing, and the view facing the falls was absolutely stunning. One of my favorite things was how convenient everything is—you don’t even have to go outside to grab a Timmie’s coffee.

The South Tower has the pool, which is great for easy access. One thing I noticed, though, is that staying on higher floors (like the 21st, which is above the pool level) made the room feel warmer and more humid. So if you’re sensitive to that, you might want to avoid floors above the pool level.

The soaker tub with jets was incredible—definitely a highlight of the stay. The housekeeping staff were so kind, and all the staff were helpful and welcoming.

If you want quicker access to the casino, I’d recommend staying in the South Tower. If you prefer a newer tower, there’s one with a great food court downstairs that offers more affordable options.

I really loved how this hotel caters to different budgets—you can keep it affordable or go more upscale depending on what you want.

This is my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed at in the falls, and I will definitely be coming back. It’s so convenient and very family-friendly. 5 stars! ⭐️

Room desperately needs updating. Bed was tired and worn. Toilet was running all night and making noise. Shower was weak. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and lately the standard has dropped considerably.
