Our room was 1510... as soon as we went into our room it smelled musty. We thought if we turned on the A/C it would help but unfortunately it did not. We went and bought a can of Lysol and sprayed our room 3 - 4 times a day. Also we were not happy that the vending and ice machine on our floor was not working. We had to go down or up one floor to get ice. We use a lot of ice. For what we paid for our room it was not worth the money. We thought we would treat ourselves to a more expensive stay at a more upscale hotel was not worth the money. Sorry Hilton.

The valet parking is well worth it. The staff was amazing for the valley parking. They understood and they gave us more feedback and they told us what the hotel brings better than the front staff where you do the booking overall, the day was good. I would say not enough towels in the room. If you wanted to take a shower the following day you you would have to request for more towels. The day we arrived it was raining so we were able to stay indoors at all times there was a bridge to the other mall by the casino and downstairs at the food court, which was amazing.

The staff was extremely polite courteous and helpful. Our room had a breathtaking view of both the American and Horseshoe Falls! The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room was clean! If I had to find something to complain about... it would be that there was no microwave in the room and the refrigerator only has half shelves. That being said, we will definitely be back! Well worth it !!

It was clean, continently located, nice outdoor seating space for guest to enjoy the night. The view from our room was beautiful. Couple of bad things, on our first day we had to park off-site and we stood and waited the 10 minutes we were advised to wait for the shuttle and it never came. So we eventually just hiked back to the hotel since it was 8 in the evening and we drove over 4 hours to get there. Also, on our last day all the elevators were down and no one communicated that to the guest and we had to walk down 26 flights of stairs to have to stand 10 minutes to wait for a shuttle to take us to our car which we had to park off-site due to overcapacity.

Check-in took a longer than average time. Our room was not adequately cleaned. Taps leaked, the sink did not drain well, the whirlpool tub was not maintained, vents were caked in dust and hair, etc. We found garbage from the last people that stayed in the room. This room was not up to the Hilton standards that we thought we would be enjoying. The only benefit was the kids pool as our youngest could easily touch all the way through.

The light show that goes on around midnight of both falls was spectacular with this great view. Nice big open rooms. Clean and with a jetted tub was fantastic. If we ever go to the falls again this is the only place I'll stay. P.s. it has an enclosed walking bridge to the casino which was a MAJOR plus

The property is really nice and clean with good amenities. Its location is very convenient walk to Niagra and nearby food, entertainment and conveniences. There are lot of additional fees to be awarew of before booking. There is additional Property Taxes for tourist location. There is Parking garage fee that also varies by onsite/offsite and more for weekends. What was most disappointing for us was I purchased Full Falls View room that was fairly expansive. We got room on 26th floor but with Casino building in front, the Canadian Falls were barely visible. It was partial view only but charged for full view. I tried to get in touch for this issue but turns out I was communicating with a bot that offered a higher floor which was too late as we were already settled.

I am writing to share my disappointment regarding my recent stay. I had three reservations, and unfortunately, several issues made the experience very inconvenient for my family.

First, one of our rooms was not ready at check-in. Rather than receiving a call when it was prepared, I had to repeatedly return to the front desk to check on the status myself. Additionally, one room was allocated in a different tower. Despite booking the same category, this room was significantly older, lacked the bathtub features of the other rooms, and had a strong odor of smoke.

When I requested a room change due to the smell, the second room provided had the same unpleasant odor. Furthermore, I was required to return to the front desk to collect the new keys myself instead of having them delivered to me. As I have two small children who needed to get to bed, I eventually gave up on requesting further assistance.

I hope you will look into these service and room quality issues to ensure a better experience for future guests.

Place was great, despite the cost. The views are fantastic, the restaurants on site are excellent, and the location is the best you can ask for. My only negative was the cost for parking. They offer off-site self parking, on-site self parking in the garage, or valet. Off-site was around $50 CAD, on-site was close to $80 CAD. It's very expensive compared to nearby lots that charge $20 CAD for overnight parking. If I visited again, I'd definitely find my own parking.

Hello future traveler hopefully this helps when booking. This is a nice hotel a step up from holiday inn, I think Hilton lost a step or two. Luxury prices with a run of the mill experience. We had a nice room with a good view of the horseshoe falls and only catch a sliver of the USA falls. Next, parking is expensive. Do yourself a favor and check out the casino lot. The breakfast is expensive, but what else can you expect eat when you at the hotel restaurant and it’s meh… It’s in a great location with a 5-10 walk to the falls and a little more to the boats. The journey behind the fall is ok but if you do the boats I’d skip it. If you have a vehicle and extra time check out Niagara on the lake, lovely shops with a Hamptons feel, along the ride stop at Whirlpool which is pretty cool. And if you want a good restaurant (A burger, top 101 in the world, only one in Canada) go to Fat Rabbit in St. Cathrine worth the drive.

I truly think this is the best option for enjoying the charm of Niagara Falls. The parking and check-in went very smoothly. Bells were abundantly available, and nice ladies working in the Starbucks. The room was absolutely perfect: clean, spacious, excellent view of the falls and surrounding area, plush and comfortable bed, and a beautiful bathroom. I also very much loved the skywalk to the mall/casino area. The pool area was wonderful too; however, this is where my only small criticism lay. I wish the windows in the pool area would have been cleaner to provide a more unobstructed view of the falls. Regardless, I really enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend!

As a Hilton Honours member, I utilized the Honours member line which unfortunately was much slower than the regular line to check in. Incredibly disappointing what’s the point of having an honours member line which should be expedited if it’s going to take longer than the normal check-in line.

The Room at first appearance seemed good. We stayed in the south tower. This time. This is our fourth time staying at this hotel all previous times we were in the north tower.

Upon inspection, we found the beds to be very, very soft to the point where the mattresses should be replaced. Extremely dirty vents and air-conditioning air returns to the point where they appeared to have mould in them not cool.

The large window, although providing a decent view has a vent on the bottom that was open unbeknownst to us. Which made our room incredibly humid unnecessarily. We didn’t discover it until the next morning. This should’ve been closed by cleaning staff as Summers in Niagara Falls Ontario. Canada can be exceptionally humid.

The footstool for the chair located by the window, had numerous white stains on it. Needless to say that was disgusting.

Very disappointed by our stay in the south tower normally in the north tower we are quite happy and my reviews would be much better.

Hilton needs to do a better job of maintaining consistency between its towers and Rooms.
Will be reconsidering staying here on our next visit to Niagara Falls as Ontario Canada residents.

We had a falls view room which was floor to ceiling windows and a semi-view of the falls. We actually had the mist of the falls. We were on floor 20. You'll have to be closer to the top of the hotel to actually see the falls - otherwise you have a great view of the casino parking garage. The room was small but adequate for our overnight stay. The hotel had a Starbucks right in the middle of the lobby as well as a gift shop and ice cream shop. The Wildflower Cafe had live music but was much too loud. The hotel was in a perfect location, near to everything. Immaculate, great helpful staff and had everything we wanted or needed. It seems to have had bar food. If you eat in the casino avoid the Noodle Bar. First of all, it was almost impossible to find. Second of all the service was horrible! My husband's food was sitting on the counter for over 10 minutes. He finally got it and it wasn't even edible - horrible flavors. The people behind us waited for 45 minutes to get nasty food. Just saying...
