This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. I had a room with a gorgeous view of the falls. It was the off season so it was reasonably priced. It was easy to park and walk to the falls. Because it was cold and raining, we stayed in the room and still enjoyed it. We could see the falls 24 hours a day from our room. We had a car so we could drive and walk to affordable restaurants. It was just a beautiful experience. We met some very nice people, the staff were great, and the gym had really good weights and nautilus machines. We're planning to return next spring or late summer.

The location is unbelievable, simply put- it’s everything you need in Niagara Falls on the Canadian side.
The view is breathtaking!

Staff wonderful, friendly and welcoming.

Walking distance to so much, yet convenient if you need to drive to some local sites…

Would come back again in a heartbeat!!

Our room was very nice. We had a great view of the falls. The rooms are pretty quiet. I could hear people walking by in the hall but I did not hear the neighbours. The staff were great, accommodating and friendly. We had the breakfast buffet at Milestones. It was very nice. There was a good selection and the servers were great!

The rooms were clean and spacious, except for the bathrooms. They were totally functional, just small and cramped. Hotel parking is super expensive at $50 + hst per night, personally, I think that’s quite steep.
But other than that we had a fantastic stay.

The checkin was nice and smooth and nice staff. We selected the falls view rooms. The rooms were very basic hotel rooms. Not much amenities apart from some hand lotion and shower gels. The view was amazing!

The view was amazing. The room was clean. Other than some hand and nose prints on the windows over looking the falls but it wasnt a big deal by no means. Our breakfast was included with our room (all you can eat) it was hotel breakfast. If you have had it before youyou know what i mean. If you havent. Everything is fresh. The coffee was decent. And again you get to see the falls while you eat breakfast. Even lunch or dinner. Its the same area/restaurant. There is a pool in the swme hotel.

This hotel was good for my 2 nights. My check in was fast and easy. Very great customer service. The room was clean and spacious. Awesome view of the falls. Bed was firm. AC works well. Very hot water and good water pressure. Clean towels. Heads up there is no microwave and you have to pay big time for parking

The room and view were great! There were a lot of ladybugs in the bedroom for what ever reason though, like literally 20. The in hotel restaurant is an absolute avoid though. Spent 150 on the first meal for the two of us and it tasted microwaved but was edible. The drinks were good but overpriced (it’s a hotel after all). We made the mistake of going for breakfast the next day as well and the sausage was actually vile, I only had a bite and felt nauseous for the next few hours. Eggs were fine though.

Go for the view but avoid the food there. Didn’t use the pool to anything as the bathtub in our room was huge! Loved it!

We looked at several properties in the surrounding area and this hotel by far has the best views of the falls and is the closest to the horseshoe falls area specific attractions. Definitely spend the extra money for a “Superior” room to stay in one of the upper levels. The view is *chef’s kiss*!! We easily enjoyed the falls light show every night and had we been there during peak times we would have had front row views for the fireworks as well. The falls incline to the table rock center is just a 5 minute walk away. If staying before April 30th the Wonder Park Pass is a steal to get and saves you 50% off the included attractions. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable; my husband loved the rainfall shower head.

The front desk staff were amazing, shout out to Sarah who helped us at check in and our second day with local restaurant and sightseeing recommendations to help avoid tourist traps and get the most of our stay; when checking out Georgette was all smiles and made sure my husband got his Marriott points for our stay.

The only negative was our last two days of our stay there was a dance competition at the hotel and parking went from easy to non existent, getting up & down the elevators became a chore to fit everyone and waited several times for space to even enter one, and the pool was overrun. There should be a booking warning to unsuspecting travelers when they have large events booked like that. We would have come earlier and left earlier had we known.

The property condition comes across as a bit older with obvious repair work like caulking in the bathroom very clear and the difference in bathroom doors. The rooms had a slight older smell of just the age of the hotel and useage like carpeting. The little sofa couch also comes across as dated and worn and used fabric. The bed was great and was the highlight of the room. Pool and whirlpool were also a highlight. The omelette station was also a huge highlight for us. All staff were priceless especially at Milestones.

The stay was nice however these concerns could be looked into:
- the room provided was dark as it only have the hallway light and a side table light
- my daughter found a water bottle not from us under the cabinet
- the bath tub could have been redone as there is rust forming in the tub
-i feel the showerhead needs to be upgraded.

I would return but for the staff, not the room.
I was very appreciative they were able to accommodate the rooms to be side by side.

Everything was good. Older hotel but renovated and modern. Staff were all helpful and nice! Has Starbucks and milestones inside. Quick 5-8 min uber ride to Clifton Hill. Hallway overlooks falls. Showers were updated. Beds were insanely comfortable.

The blackout curtains in our room were damaged so they were visibly allowing light in in the damaged area and looked junky on one side due to the damage but other than that everything seemed great. Parking was $50/day. Enjoyed the stay overall.

When we arrived Edith and Georgette helped us settle in our rooms fast and efficiently. The rooms were overall clean and had a nice view. Staff was nice and helpful ready to answer any concerns. Don't be fooled by your hotel price that you are quoted! It's plus amenities fees of over $200 for 2 nights, plus parking. Also, we ordered room service once. It should of been $85 with tip but it was $120 because of taxes and other misc fees. Also, they charged my credit card $800 for the hold and when we checked out and paid with a different credit card. It was 996$ for 2 nights. They told me the $800 hold would be taken off in a week or so. I booked my 2 night stay at 263$ a night. Although i liked the view and bigger tub, the carpet and furniture was very worn! I would not recommemd dealing with this hotel. When i called to speak to someone they were very rude!

There were dishes at the counter across from the elevator on my floor that was from Breakfast when we came in at 4 pm.

I mentioned it to the front desk and it did not get removed until late evening.

There was a rolled up towel with something in it, something broken, on the floor in the hallway.

I mentioned it to front desk and it did not get removed until the next day between 9 am - 10 am.

The staff and location are great! The hotel rooms and amenities itself are very run down, a lot of dust and moldy smell from the bedding and carpets. Sanitization wise not really up there, if that’s important to you I would skip this place. It could use some renovation. Parking overnight is $50 :)
