Stefano provided us with an amazing room to celebrate my birthday with my family. He gave us one of the best Fallsview rooms, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The room was spotless, and everything was clean and well maintained. Stefano was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had a wonderful stay. Thank you for making my birthday celebration so special. Highly recommend!

The staff here was absolutely incredible. My great experience started with the valet attendant who was extremely helpful, friendly, and very cordial. It continued when I walked into the building and checked in at the front desk. The representative I spoke with was very cheerful and helped us get an absolutely incredible room with an amazing view. I HIGHLY recommend staying here when visiting Niagara Falls.

Well done!

The rooms and overall property were okay, but the in-room amenities, including coffee and other basic items, were very limited. The biggest disappointment was the hotel restaurant, STK. The food and overall experience were extremely poor and not worth trying. I am very surprised that Hyatt allows such a disappointing restaurant to operate under its respected name.

Clean and comfortable beds. The falls view in the room was great. We travelled with 4 young kids and the location of the hotel is perfect for all the attractions we did. Hotel Parking options were good as well. We took the hotel off site parking and they have a shuttle that will take you to the lot and back to the hotel and frequency is quick. However, for the room rates I expected a more high end feel. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

This is a fabulous hotel. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. We booked a Canadian fallsview room and it was very much worth the extra money. Staff are absolutely fantastic. Food at Stk restaurant was delicious. Whilst the pool area is really well maintained and clean, it is a shallow pool, a little cool and was always full of kids hitting each other with pool noodles. The hot tubs are very warm and lovely but the pool area can be really noisy and not quite right for a relaxing dip! Great for families though.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding our recent stay at the hotel. While we were looking forward to a special experience, a few issues unfortunately impacted our visit.

First, upon entering our room, there was a renovation odor. Additionally, while we booked a Fallsview room, the Falls were only visible from the left corner of the window. This felt significantly different from the full, direct views displayed in the hotel's promotional pictures.

Second, we were very excited to watch the 10:00 PM fireworks, as it was a main highlight for our family trip. At around 9:30 PM, I called the front desk to ask if there was a good spot on the property—such as a rooftop or viewing area—where we could watch them. The staff member who answered informed us in a rather cold tone that the fireworks were canceled. Based on this guidance, we stayed in our room and missed the show, only to find out on social media the next day that the fireworks had indeed taken place.

Missing this experience due to incorrect information from the front desk was deeply disappointing for my family and me. If an agent is uncertain, it would be much better to double-check or follow up once the correct information is confirmed, rather than giving definitive—and inaccurate—information.

I hope the management team can address room view representations, ventilation, and staff communication so future guests have a better experience.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained and has been updated nicely. The staff was helpful and friendly. Our view of the Falls was picturesque. The staff did a good job of managing elevator traffic in the lobby. Two areas for improvement would be parking and the bathroom door. The hotel offered 3 parking options: valet for $100/day, self-parking in the hotel garage for $70/day and an off-site lot for $30/day with a shuttle. Being a half mile away from the car, even with a free shuttle, is enough inconvenience that they should consider making that option free or a nominal charge (like $10/day). Ths shuttles ran pretty regularly but I made the walk several times and it was long, especially in the heat, and it felt like was going into a dumpy neighborhood (boarded up buildings and overgrown landscaping). The other area of improvement would be the bathroom door in the hotel room. The bathroom had a barn door on a rolling track which looked unique but was very impractical. It had a tensioner on either side of the track, presumably to prevent slamming but it required a lot of pull force to get the door rolling when it was seated. When the door was “closed” it did not provide sufficient privacy as it hung over the door opening and one could see into the bathroom from either side of the door.

We stayed one night in the premium room, with a beautiful unobstructed view of the falls (horse shoe). The room was immaculate and well maintained. Our TV remote was not working, but someone replaced them immediately once we called front desk. Only slight inconvenience were the elevators: the buttons to go up/down seemed to be finicky/sticky. We had to go up only to go down, because the button to go down would not work. On-site parking can be congested during peak seasons (like now - July). Overall, our room was wonderful and would pay the premium price just to wake up to that view again. Staff were also very accommodating and kind!

Beautiful room and great location. The check in process is like a time share meeting. From the valet to the front desk they are just trying to upsell everything. Paid for a view of the falls then was told you can’t see them from that room but for $200 more they had a better room. We didn’t upgrade and we definitely could see the falls from our room. Our experience at this Hyatt was extremely disappointing. The front desk staff were misleading during check in n I feel we were intentionally sold an unnecessary room upgrade. I explained that my father, who has dementia uses a wheelchair, wanted to watch the fireworks from the safety of our room. The staff immediately suggested a room upgrade for an additional $200 ( $240 with taxes\), implying it would provide a better view. )Only after checking in did we discover signs stating that the fireworks were not taking place that evening. This was information the hotel should have known and disclosed before selling us the upgrade\. Had we known, we never would have agreed to it. We checked in around 2:00 p\.m. and left by 8:00 p\.m\. without staying overnight\. Before leaving, I specifically requested a receipt showing a zero balance\. I had to ask twice before receiving one, which showed the original room charge $$563 including taxes$ plus the upgrade fee, with a zero balance owing. To my surprise, Hyatt later charged my credit card an additional $563 for the room, resulting in total charges exceeding $1,300 for a six hour stay in a standard 2 qun bed room.Attempts to resolve this have been frustrating. I was transferred between three various dept with no resolution . I have yet to receive a response. This experience felt deceptive, poorly handled, and completely unacceptable. I expected honesty an and transparency Hyatt, but left feeling left feeling taken advantage of.

We chose this hotel despite it being well above our usual travel budget because the Fallsview rooms looked truly exceptional, and we wanted to make this a special family trip. At around $600 USD per night for two people, we expected a much higher level of service.

Unfortunately, the experience did not match the price. The elevators were consistently overcrowded with long wait times, our room was not stocked with enough toiletries or towels, and the pool area had a very strong chlorine smell. It was also extremely crowded, making it difficult to relax and enjoy the facilities.

The view of Niagara Falls was beautiful, but overall I expected much more for the price we paid. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not justify the cost.

The elevators were not fully functional with some completely out of commission which made the beginning of my stay slow and frustrating where I was late for a dinner and show reservation. I understand that sometimes technical issues arise but the staff DID NOT disclose this information upon my check in and when I called the front desk from the elevator lobby on my floor, they again did not disclose these issues and simply said the elevators \"are slow today\". I overheard about the real cause from the parking garage staff.
