They had to move us to a hotel but it was very easy and smooth.

Ramada has exceeded all expectations especially our special request

Parking was easy, no key entry at back doors (people could come in and out if they wanted). Back doors are locked at night, which is good…however meant long walk to car in the dark if you need to be moving in the early am.
The rooms have not been updated in decades and smell. They didn’t appear super clean or maintained. Our toilet ran the entire time and not much lighting in bathrooms- maybe for a reason? lol
Clean and updated pool area and fantastic meeting spot with tables and chairs for groups to gather- looks like hotel might be making improvements.

Bedding was stained, very outdated. The tv had to be fixed. Had to ask for a fridge in the room and was going to be charged daily for it. No microwave in the room. Cheap coffee maker . looks like maybe they are starting to renovate, not in good shape
Ikenna
I was transferred to Days Inn few days before my stay without consulting me or any compensation.
Charged $19 for parking when it says $17 on the hotel website
No safe in the room to secure important items

The hot tub was very relaxing and big enough for two. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. The hotel staff were all very courteous and friendly. This was my first visit to this hotel and I would highly recommend it. Lots of off site parking was avaliable just across the street and the price was within industry standards.

First timer, have to say it was a very good experience. The room was clean and comfortable. Close to restaurants and Casino. Only down side is the parking, have to go across the street to park. Overall would definitely come back

clean room, friendly staff even though it’s small. for couples more than 1 night would be challenging. Also parking is not free and quite expensive.

Second time staying here and staff is great and room is clean
Cheryl
Room temp was quite warm. Tried to lower it.(January visit) Towels were like sandpaper. Room was missing typical furniture for socializing. Mattress was not supportive. It actually sounded hollow. There were \"suprise \" fees having booked through Expedia and charges for hotel parking!!! The staff was wonderful.

The room was clean and spacious. Staff was very nice. We ask about few things they were pleasant. We asked for a couple of towels they brought way more than a couple also showed up with them very fast. The only thing negative was the pool water was a bit cold.

the room was clean and the staff did what they had to to make the visit good.
there was lots of parking and it was a busy weekend.
what really upset us about the experience was that they charged us for parking.
they actually charged us more than local lots. Not a good business practice.

Check in staff pleasant and helpful. Room was spacious and clean but it did seem to lack furniture (no chairs at table etc). Hotel did seem a little dated but overall, we thought it was great value for money. About a 15 minute walk to the Falls.

We were really very satisfied with our stay and front desk staff was very respectful and courteous

We have been coming to this hotel before Covid during Covid and after Covid this hotel has always been amazing even before the renovations the atmosphere is amazing the customer service is so wonderful. And the price is very cheap for such a clean and well maintained hotel. Perfect for a little trip away from home or for business I cannot recommend this hotel enough beautiful establishment 10/10! Must stay here atleast once!

The first room they put my daughter and I in had feces on the bed , large stains on the floor and stains and dirt all over the chair, there was also rotten fruit on the floor beside the bed, the wall paper was peeling and the walls were full of dust . When I called front desk and informed the manager of this all he said was \" unexeptable and he will send someone up with keys for a new room. The desk girl that came up did apologize however although the next room was cleaner the walls there also had dust all over them and I had a coffee maker that didn't work. The manager apparently sent me a message that I didn't receive and when I checked out he gave me a 50% discount on the room for the first night only which was the cheaper of two nights. There was no microwave and they don't even offer coffee in the lobby only the stuff they give you in your room. I booked this room for my daughte and I to have a long over due mother daughter weekend for her 13th Birthday and sadly we were very disappointed and over charged !! I am
