In general, the hotel is very clean. However, it looks a little bit old but it has all that you might need. It has an inside swimming pool (though water was cold in my opinion and I couldn't get in haha) and breakfast service, which could be improved by including healthier options and more things. Staff was very kind and helped with everything I nees. It was a good experience

Clean rooms. no microwave and fridge in rooms, breakfast included was a big disappointment, because there was no eggs, bacon, sausage, or potatoes was served. Only beagles and waffles. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
Leonila
Friendly staff. For the facilities and breakfast, you get what you pay.
Robert
Room was very clean but had a towel rack missing in bathroom that was probably broken at one time. One of the quietest rooms I have ever stayed in and very comfortable bed.
Francois
Jerome
Rooms were clean, staff friendly and helpful.
Elevator takes an eternity to arrive; hot tub was filthy, pool not heated.

I’m booked with the parking lot got free breakfast. People is charged me $50 for the parking lot. This is not right.

Nous avions de la moisissure au plafond de la salle de bain, la salle a manger pour les déjeuner est tellement petite que nous avons dû manger debout, stationnement payant, l'air climatisé qui part et arrête au 5 minutes (donc empêche de dormir).
Ali
no microwave, no fridge in the room. high parking fee. noisy.

Breakfast TOO crowded but resolved by taking it to our room
Parking reasonable for area but 10.00 flat rate on same street
Very close to WEGO busses and lots of food options on same block

Great location, central, walking distance to everything, very clean and well maintained, the staff was wonderful, overall a great stay! Definitely recommended.

Very clean hotel. Not fancy but all I needed for a one night stay in Niagara Falls. It was better than I expected at this price point. Walking distance to Clifton Hill and the Falls. Plenty of parking on site. The staff were very friendly and extremely accommodating. I would stay here again if visiting Niagara.
Rupinder
Breakfast was horrible, rooms were not clean, expensive parking
Rajib
Nice clean, beds are really good
Loredana
Hotel very outdated, needs renovations, especially the bathrooms. Housekeeping very poorly maintained, they don’t clean properly, carpets never vacuumed, beds never done, and then when you call front desk, they tell you that the do not disturb sign was on your door, when it was not. Breakfast very bad, not much choice. I do not recommend, worst hotel. There’s not even a safe in the room so you can’t leave anything.
Michele
The room was clean and the air conditioner worked well. Good location.

Did not like the extra cost for parking should have been included with the hotel cost
Robert
Pleasent stay in this Days Inn. Room was clean and comfortable and AC and WiFi both worked well. Breakfast was basic but functional although the restaurant is too small for the number of guests and it can be hard to find a table.
Only complaint was about the parking which was very expensive compared to other public parking options - although you don’t know that until you’ve checked in and paid which did seem a bit unfair

Overall: Decent Option for a Short Stay
The Good:
1. Location & Check-Out: Fantastic location close to Clifton Hill and great local spots, but far enough away that noise wasn’t an issue. Check-out was fast and hassle-free.
2. Cleanliness: The hotel and rooms were remarkably clean—housekeeping is doing an amazing job.
3. Room Functionality: The heating and cooling unit worked great and was easy to control. TV and lights all worked well.
4. Staff: Except for a very loud and unwelcoming employee at check-in, the rest of the staff were wonderfully nice and hospitable throughout the stay.
Things to Keep in Mind:
1. Plumbing Glitch: The bath tub of had, the tap were reversed (hot is cold, cold is hot), which gave me a scalding surprise when I tried to cool down the water!
2. No Mini-Fridge: First time I’ve stayed in a room without a mini-fridge, so I had to rely on my own cooler for drinks.
3. Elevators & Parking: On-site parking fills quickly, though the backup lot across the street is a short walk. Only one elevator was properly reaching the 6th floor, making it pretty slow.
4. Breakfast: The continental breakfast is okay, but seating is limited so go early. Also, grab ice because the orange juice was warm.
Overall, not bad for a quick trip!

Le service était super et le personnel était gentil et serviable.

Je le recommande fortement aux familles pour son emplacement aussi

A very nice place just a block away from the top of Cliffton Hill, with a lot of diners and restaurants around. The room was cleaned daily and resupplied with fresh towels and bathroom necessities. We had a minor snag with the AC which was dealt with promptly and professionally. Staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the "continental" breakfast consisted mainly of toast, bagels, and waffles with starchy yogurt as the only protein option. No eggs, sausages or bacon were available.

Room was good, clean, water pressure was good. Bed was hard, so if you like a firm mattress you are good, if you don’t it’s not great. Amenities were not great. Hot tub was filthy, no way would I get in that thing. Breakfast was so crowded you couldn’t even get to the food and there was no where to sit. The only hot food option was waffles you make yourself or premade waffles (all the same waffles) or bagels. There were no protein options at all.
Rosina
Clean room, Friendly and helpful staff, excellent continental breakfast. Great location easy access to Clifton Hills, Niagara Falls and restaurants.
Robert
Our stay was just ok, not comfortable. Our room was on the first floor, along with the pool. The smell of chlorine was quite noticeable in the room.
The king size bed was hard as a rock and the pillow stuffing kept separating so our heads were on the mattress.
We tried to watch some TV b4 sleep (needed to drown out the noise of the hallway) but the TV volume max out at 8. With only a dozen cable channels to watch, we thought of renting a movie but we wouldn't have heard it, so we didnt. Scratchy towels and toilet paper. Hotel parking was extra.
Unfortunately, it was not an enjoyable experience.

Good location all sites easy to walk to. We were going to see falls and a live show at OLG stage. Clean room, Nice basic continental breakfast included, it was bit busy but we got a table ok. Room was ready on our arrival Staff friendly and helpful. Air conditioner a little loud when it came on. We did not use pool or hot tub.

We had a fantastic time and the breakfast was excellent. The front desk crew are approachable and friendly. We had a nice and well maintained room. I will definitely stay at Wyndham Days Inn again and will refer it to my friends and relatives.

Nice location, close to attractions. Breakfast is okay. Our room did not have a mini fridge or microwave. I'm not sure if that is a standard thing in all rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel right in Clifton hill and 30seconds walk to the wego bus stop. Clean hotel, helpful staff, breakfast was included, the air conditioning great, check in seamless but check in at 3pm only for check out to be 11am at most 12pm is wild and not fair.. in the rooms there’s no fridge which I didn’t like the idea, and no microwave.. microwave I understand, but at least each room should have a mini fridge…. the shower head in my room was facing the wall, had to squeeze to the wall to have a shower, we didn’t complain though we just managed it since we were only staying a night and we also didn’t realize it on time, maybe something would have been done.
Alero
Breakfast was just bread and a choice of hot or cold drink, no eggs nor sausages. Called front desk for towels never got it before checkout. Air conditioning worked great 👍 but we didn't have fridge and microwave in the room. Not a great stay 😕

What I like about this hotel is that it's very convenient to major attractions especially the Niagara Falls and has a very family oriented atmosphere. I would definitely return to this hotel since breakfast is included and serve daily. Thank you to all the wonderful staffs.

Not enough space at the breakfast room, we needed to eat at our room.
The elevator barley works.
They are taking to much money for far parking.

My only complaint, and maybe it's me. The breakfast could've at least included a meat. You had a waffle maker and then they had a smaller portion already made up in a silver heated pan. They did have oatmeal, cereal, yogurt. I felt you had waffles and waffles.
I think everything else was great. We didn't utilize the pool or hot tub. We were only there a few days.

Le déjeuner a été très apprécié. L’hôtel est bien situé. Même s’il est un peu vieux et bénéficierait de rénovations, c’était confortable.

The breakfast program could be better especially when there are a lot of guest. The rooms could do with some complimentary water. Other than those things, we had a good stay.
The cleaning staff was excellent!

Everything was great but the breakfast area gets very crowded so plan ahead if you are heading out on a tour.

The location is what makes this hotel. It is a five minute walk from Clifton Hill and even closer to the Greg Ferwin theatre. Super convenient.
Otherwise, it’s pretty basic. I enjoyed that coffee and water is available in the lobby at all times, and that a continental breakfast is included. However, the breakfast area is too small to accommodate the number of guests trying to avail a of it, making for a frustrating experience. Even the staff seemed frustrated with not being able to move about in the breakfast area. It wasn’t a nice experience. This seems to be true no matter what time of the morning it is. There are no eggs or bacon, it’s just basic continental fare.
I stayed on the sixth floor, which had a nice view of the Sky Wheel. I could even see some of the fireworks from my room. However, the elevator is very slow, I would have preferred to stay on the first three floors so I could easily take the stairs instead.
All in all, this hotel is good value for the price. The room is fine and the location is excellent for enjoying Clifton Hill and the falls. Just don’t expect a top tier experience.

Overall a nice hotel. The rooms are a bit dated, but clean. The location is great and right by a wego bus stop. The breakfast was waffles, bagels, toast, mini-donuts, juice and mini-powdered donuts, which was good but limited. Parking is limited by the building, and it is a short walk to the overflow parking. Would stay again for the value.

Days Inn is a few steps to the Blue WEGO line, a convenient transpo system if you do not drive your own vehicle.
I would more or less emphasize in my next booking with them that I need a small fridge, kettle or microwave.
Free luggage deposit before check-in or after check-out is an added convenience for travellers.

They need to focus on quality foods for guests

Continental breakfast was very busy. Coffee not the greatest- Starbucks across the road.
Other than that it was in perfect location for all attractions. Did not need to drive once arrived-walked everywhere.

The hotel is located in the heart of the main street in Niagara, just steps away from the falls. The breakfast is excellent, and the staff members are very friendly. Please note that parking costs $25 per night, but the rooms are comfortable. We will definitely be back!
