The property needs repair because there's a smell in the room and washroom. A coffee maker would be nice, the water is not clean to drink. The pool looks old with no water or anything. It's just there being a eyesore. A mini fridge would nice to keep drinks cold. They should not be charging over $200 for a night even if it is the weekend. The only good thing was the pillows.

The staff was excellent, over and beyond ( super nice people). The room doesn't have a fridge or coffee maker but, that didn't bother us as you are so close to everything in walking distance (we had brought a cooler with are own food/beverages) . It's a motel not a hotel so keep that in mind, it served It's purpose for us as we spent are days out and about touring. The price was excellent for the amount of days we spent.

Oh boy...where to start.
This place is definitely a 2 star hotel - it was decent, we chose it because it was close to Clifton Hill and everything we like was well within walking distance. That being said - I highly doubt we'd ever stay here again.
Our stay started with no lights working in the room and the AC not working. The gent at the front desk during the day was super helpful and fixed everything for us. We booked a Queen bed with a hot tub. Bed was a double at best. I tried the hot tub - only to have it turn into a projectile water cannon that proceeded to spray water on my husband as he lay on the side of the bed furthest from the tube (guess this explains why the carpet was wet!).
Room was clean - but housekeeping hammered on the door 2 hours before checkout and proceeded to try and unlock the door, all the while I'm in the bathroom topless yelling \"we're still here!\".
Parking was okay - we were charged $15/day only to see a sign up later for parking at $10 for non-guests. Seems a bit of a rip-off for guests.
Staff on duty during the day were wonderful - but I had to ask the girl working the desk in the afternoon/evening 3 separate times to send someone up to look at our broken TV. 3 times?? C'mon...
All in all - it was an adequate place to sleep. I found the bed hard as a rock and the pillows too flat, but that could be personal preference.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Victoria Motor Inn. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and easygoing from the receptionists to the housekeeping team. Everyone made us feel welcome and was always happy to help.

The room was tiny but clean and comfortable, and one thing we especially appreciated was the excellent air conditioning. We visited during some very hot days, and it kept the room cool and comfortable, making our stay much more enjoyable.

Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for your warm hospitality!

If you're looking for a clean, no frills place to lay your head to sleep near the Falls, this is it. You can pay to park for the duration of your stay with unlimited entry and exit (unlike most lots nearby) and see your car from your room. The Falls, Clifton Hill and restaurants are nearby so you can walk and leave the car parked. Just know: there's no breakfast, fridge, or microwave and the towels are small. THE AC DEFINITELY WORKS! And housekeeping WILL come clean your room if you don't put the sign on the door. The staff is friendly and polite.

AVOID AT ALL COST!
ONE OF THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES OF MY LIFE WITH A MANAGER AND HOTEL/MOTEL!.

I wish i could say you get what you pay for but the story ia very different!

We booked three rooms and before booking we called and asked if they can add sofa bed into the rooms we booked. The person who was on the call ensured us that they will be able to do so and it is FREE of charge.
To our suprise, there was no sofa bed in the rooms. We asked the front desk amd first she said, oh we cannot put into your rooms and explained the whole conversation to her and she said let me talk to my manager.
Manager said that they will try to find the sofa beds and put it in our rooms as they are first come first served.
But as right before booking i made sure that they knew i will need those sofa beds but nothing was done.
Around 8 pm, we were told they will find and bring it into our rooms.
When we came back at midnight, we were told that they don't have any sofa beds and we are out of luck!
Then again going on a call with the manager and same story! We will tey to find it for you and bla bla bla!
Mind you, it is midnight! And he wants us to book a other room and pay for it?!?! Because of their incompetence, now i am supposed to pay for an extra room???
After lots of back an forth, he is like, i will refund you all your money and you can leave!!! At midnight?? With my family!!!
Finally we decided to book a room for one night and \"no other rooms were available \" which was a total lie

The Inn was a good place to do the basics(sleep and shower). It's placed in the middle of everything. A short walk to the Casino and the OLG stage, and Cliffton Hill is a short walk in the other direction. Basic room, but nice. Parking costs you $15, and is tight, but it's a wash for a cheap(er) room.

We stay in Niagara multiple times a year as a family and tried this motel this time around. I would have to say overall it was an okay experience and not worth the price. The deluxe family room had 2 queen beds and a sofa bed but the sofa bed was one of the worst I have ever seen. Room had no telephone so if we needed anything had to go down to the main office everytime. No coffee maker or iron in the room. Very outdated and needs to be updated. Having said that, the location is great for walking to all the attractions on Clifton Hill or even down to the falls and the staff were very helpful.

The front room set up as a storage unit with about 7 lounge chairs a fold away bed where the hangers were was able to hang and clothes there due to that. Otherwise staff was helpful. Parking is paid for 22.36 for the night. Close to everything which is a plus for me.

The rooms were absolutely disgusting. If we were able to find another place that had 2 rooms together we would have left. There was silverfish bugs in the bedding (I brought our own bedding thank goodness and cleaned the beds before). I'm not sure if it was blood on the lamp shade and wall behind our bed there were stains, food and God only knows what else all over the walls. The mirror was so dirty we couldn't even see out of it. There was random garbage and food (thank goodness no peanut allergies because there were peanuts all under the one bed) all over the floor. The tv didn't work, the wifi barely worked. The door looked like it had been kicked in at one point and let in a huge draft. It was a double room and only one room had heat leaving my husband and one child to freeze all night while my infant and I stayed in the room with the heat blasting and sweltering all night in attempts to push heat through. We called this the floor is lava room because we tried to stay off the carpeted floors as much as possible in fears we would be infested with something.
Thank goodness there is alot to do in Niagara and we were able to only go into the room to attempt to sleep.

One of the outlets on the bedside lamp didn't work and the tub facuet was a bit leaky but that wasn't major issues for us. Extremely close to all the main attractions. Very worth it for what you pay. We booked a room with a king, and were disappointed to say the least. First thing was that the building has been entirely repainted so I it took a minute to realize that it was the place we booked. Second, the restaurant it shows isn't really part of the motel (which I though was hotel at booking but I digress) it's just within the same building. Third, the state of the room was just abysmal. The primary lock isn't intuitive and it seemed like it didn't work at all (it did but it absolutely didn't appear so), and the secondary lock was broken entirely. We also checked in right at 1pm and our room had just been cleaned, only for the bathroom to have a filthy mirror, fist shaped dents in the wall like the Shining happened there and not a single piece of toliet paper. We had to go back down from the third floor just to pick it up. Plus the walls were paper thin and even calm outside conversations can be heard from inside. Overall pretty bad experience, but not the worst of the similarly priced motels in the area, or least that's what I tell myself to keep sane about spending 250 bucks on that night.
