My stay was great! The staff was FANTASTIC, Juliet and every other member was very sweet, professional and accommodating. Customer service was top-notch. The room was spacious and the steam, three-head and overhead shower was a dream. The complimentary breakfast was nice, fresh crossaints, jam, juice and pressed coffee. I will say, the rooms could use a bit of retouching/refreshing; noticed small details that probably wouldn't matter much to others like scuffs etc. Otherwise, would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay
SUNIL
Great location , walkable to Niagara Falls , breakfast in the room is true convenience.
Catherine
Being an Expedia VIP member certainly has its perks! We were greeted with a huge room upgrade, early checkin, welcome card and $10 food and beverage credit. Not to mention the great savings I had being a gold member. Will definitely book VIP hotels going forward because I definitely felt like one. This hotel delivered - staff was friendly , room was clean and spacious. Continental breakfast was well thought out. I loved that the shower had multiple jets and the Jacuzzi tub was self cleaning with powerful jets. Great location, smack dab in the middle of the action, very walkable.
Pedro
Second time there, very good place, except we preferentemente more options for breakfast
Larry
Clean rooms friendly staff and conveniently located near attractions
Finlay
Free breakfast was a bonus parking was close and hotel was nice
Mark
Nice property
Jeaneane
Beautiful rooms. The breakfast was outstanding and a nice touch. Would have been nice to have had a bellman to help with luggage. Self parking was pricey.
Yasmine
The room was spacious and location was good. Its a block from main street which kept the hotel away from the congestion and noise. The lobby needs updating.
suzanne
They gave us a upgraded room with no charge which was excellent
Nataleigh
Fantastic Stays. Highly recommended!!! 👍
Bonnie
Staff are wonderful, very engaged and helpful. The rooms are exceptional as well.
Susan
Room was lovely. Had a spa bath with salts provided. Bathroom was clean and well stocked with toiletries. Sink was a bit tricky as tap didn’t give much room for movement. Bed was very comfortable and the bedding was spotless. The breakfast was really nice. Would stay again.
Wendy
This is the third time we have stayed at the Sterling Inn and it never disappoints. Our anniversary was made extra special as they accommodated our early check in time so we could attend a wedding in Niagara on the Lake. We also received an upgrade and the room was spectacular. I highly recommend this hotel as it is off the strip but everything is easily accessible. We never experience traffic or issues getting to this hotel. We will be back!!
Ida
After a long drive to Niagara, Sterling Inn was a home away from home. The rooms were spacious, sheets were clean and smelled fresh, the shower and jacuzzi were clean, and iin excellent condition. The breakfast in bed was the icing on the cake. Property was walking distance from the falls and amenities. Loved my stay and will stay again whenever I visit Niagara.
Robert
Everything was good n perfect n very polite
Karen
The staff are excellent. They bend over backwards to ensure you have all of the property information and do not miss out on anything. We really enjoyed their enthusiasm and helpfulness.
Aaron
We had a wonderful stay at Sterling Inn & Spa. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and welcoming. The location is great- close enough to walk to Clifton Hill and the Falls while still feeling peaceful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Niagara Falls.
Daniel
They gave me an upgraded suite for our one-night stay. Probably the best room I’ve ever stayed in. Breakfast served to your room was included, and was excellent. Parking was reasonable for the area, but was a dollar more than I was quoted ($18CAD VS $17CAD). Not a big deal. Would definitely recommend it and would stay again!
Jennifer
Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious.
Vincenzo
Beautiful room!
Katie Helene
Staff was super helpful and welcoming. Very professional. Breakfast was good. Walking distance to multiple activities and attractions.

We had an excellent stay at the Sterling Inn. The hotel was spotless, elegant, and had a lovely boutique feel that was a pleasant surprise. The staff were exceptional—warm, welcoming, and willing to help, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The complimentary breakfast had a great variety and was very good. Our only suggestion would be to keep the hot items a little warmer.
Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Super friendly staff, free room upgrade, breakfast in bed, what more could we ask for?
Lori
This place is GREAT! Staff was courteous & extremely helpful, giving us many suggestions since this was our 1st time in the area. Great location...walkable to everything but yet just a bit away from the hustle & bustle so it was quiet at night. We got our room upgraded & it was so spacious! Whole hotel was incredibly clean. Breakfast was amazing & brought to our room at the time we requested. Will DEFINITELY be returning & recommending to friends and family.
Sang Min
The staff were very friendly and the establishment was nicely maintained.
Linda Ann
Staff was very friendly and took very good care of any requests. Very clean and comfortable room with plenty of space. Enjoyed free delicious breakfast everyday before heading out for the day. Hotel on both blue line and green line access very close to hotel. Will definitely book again in future!
Barry
We always stay here when visiting Niagara Falls as the rooms are very spacious, the staff are very helpful, the location is great and the breakfast is perfect
Glenn
Hidden gem. Far enough away from all the glitz but close enough to walk to the falls. Our room (214) was amazing. We had an issue with our mattress and they took care of it right away. Would definitely stay here again
Lawrence
We had the pleasure checking in with Marie I believe. She was so informative and so pleasant. All of your staff was. Thank you for a wonderful evening. Thank you to such a pleasant staff!
Kristina
This place is a hidden gem. I’ve stayed at the Hilton, Sheraton, and a couple of other hotels in Niagara, and this was my favorite. No, it doesn’t have a Falls view, and it’s about a 10-minute walk to the Falls, but it was absolutely worth it.
The hotel is cozy, spotless, and the staff were amazing. The dinner we ordered from AG Restaurant and had delivered to our room was absolutely delicious. The rooms are spacious, fresh, and very clean, and the beds are incredibly comfortable—and I’m a very picky person.
What I loved most was the duvet cover. I hate hotels that only use sheets because they never stay in place, and I doubt most hotels wash the actual duvets after every guest, which honestly grosses me out.
The bathroom was spotless, and the steam shower was a great bonus.
Breakfast is also brought to your room. It’s pretty basic, but it’s fresh, clean, and very convenient.
Thank you for an amazing experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Beautiful spacious room! Hot upgraded to Jacuzzi suite and it was a wonderful bonus! Breakfast was great and loved that it is delivered to your room. Would definitely stay here again!
Allan
Terrific room, great space, very nice breakfast, and very attentive staff. Close to an abundant number of dinner choices. Charging for parking always rubs me the wrong way, and should just be built into the room cost.
But certainly enjoyed the hotel.

Our stay at Sterling Inn & Spa was exceptional from beginning to end. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our experience feel extra luxurious. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with a cozy fireplace, plush bed, and a spa-like bathroom that made it the perfect place to relax after a day at the Falls.
The attention to detail in the room really stood out—everything felt high-end, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged for a peaceful stay.
Dining at AG Inspired Cuisine was a highlight. The food was fresh, flavorful, and expertly prepared using quality ingredients. Every dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious—definitely a must-try.
What truly elevated our stay was the outstanding customer service. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our visit memorable. From check-in to departure, we felt welcomed and well taken care of.
Overall, Sterling Inn & Spa offers the perfect combination of comfort, elegance, and top-tier service. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Niagara Falls!

Beautiful Hotel with great rooms and service. restaurant onsite is great and accommodating. great location walkable/bikeable to everything Niagara falls has to offer

We stayed just o e night. It’s only 2 short blocks from the action but far enough away that we aren’t in the middle of the mess. Best of both worlds. Highly recommend it to all.
Roland

This was genuinely one of my best stays ever. The suite with the jacuzzi was amazing. It was so luxurious and spacious - and it was such a nice relaxation getaway with my mother.

We stay at this property often. Breakfast every morning is very good and excellent in portions. Would like to see a larger assortment of tea options including decaf. Always clean and friendly.

Very clean room with excellent staff to explain all the amenities to offer as well as the Breakfast in Bed they had daily. Parking is one way in and out so it made me feel at ease that no one can just pull in.

Eileen
Beautiful room, wonderful amenities including instructions for using the TV (which can be helpful when traveling)
Terese
Hello really like the experience with Sterling it was close to everything. The room was nice. It was 105 had a Jacuzzi tub and a neat shower but really could use lower chairs to sit in. Better directions on how to work the TV. Did not like having to pay $18 in the parking lot to park there when I was paying $200 for the room for one night. The king size bed was comfortable, but better furnishing for sitting down would be helpful, especially too older people or handicapped.
Jennifer
I originally choose this hotel due to the sofa bed, as I was traveling with a 5 person family. The staff were amazing and quick to help with any request.
My teenage daughter loved the diversity of the hygiene products offered. There were bath salts for the hot tub, shower gel, make up remover pads, and there were shower caps.
The room does not look like a cookie cutter hotel room. It felt like a studio apartment in a city. We loved the feel of the room and hotel. It is classy enough to impress a middle income family but also affordable for the ameneties.
There is a cappacuino machine in the lobby that we also really loved.
Parking is $18/a night at Sterling Inn and Spa, but we could see our vehicle through our hotel room window. I was told online that there was cheaper overnight parking close by but we were only able to find parking that was available to midnight only.
We did not eat at the restaurant (picky little kids) or book anything at the spa.

We stayed in a jacuzzi suite. The staff were so friendly, property was like staying in your own condo. Breakfast delivered to the door in the morning was so much nicer than going down to a group buffet. We will definitely be coming back to this property.
henri
So surprised!! A hotel near Clifton Hill, but a world away. Blown away by the room (sizes, amenities, decor, quiet, serene atmosphere). The staff is gracious and helpful. Certainly, an adult hotel for vacation, romance, etc. Ha! The free breakfast delivered to your door with a smile? Fantastic. I'm really not making this up. We will stay here again and again.
Brian
This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were professional, welcoming and extremely friendly. We interacted with Liliana and Ryan who were two of the best we have experienced in years of traveling around the world. The room was impeccable and very large and comfortable. There were all the amenities we could need. Excellent boutique hotel.
Kevin
I had a terrific experience! Staff was awesome, room was excellent. I didn’t try the restaurant. It’s a bit of a walk to the falls, but not too bad. There are a lot of good places to eat on Victoria Street, which is quite close.
Cathy
We enjoyed our stay @the Sterling inn & Spa. Staff was all very friendly, room was spacious and clean, and breakfast was very nice delivered to lid room.
Vicky
The Sterling Inn & Spa was the best hotel experience on our trip. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was wonderful. The breakfast in bed was a fantastic experience. Parking was easy and we highly recommend this hotel.
Dionne
All I can say about my stay here was that it was wonderful! It was more than I expected! The staff was very attentive. The morning breakfast in bed was always fresh and delicious. Being asked what time we wanted housekeeping was an unexpected pleasant courtesy. Overall this place has us trying to plan a return trip and stay!
Gee-Way
Beautiful rooms and breakfast in bed was so special!
Juliette
Our stay was fantastic. They made our anniversary so special. We will stay again and I can't wait!
Joseph
Luis
Staff were friendly and responsive to all requests which was very nice to experience! Rooms were large and very clean and breakfast was very good as well, however, it lacked a little more verity in what was offered.
Ramin
Great stay. Clean. Staff was great. Would come back
David W
Very pristine property. Check in was easy. Staff were great. Room was beautiful. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in bed. Highly recommend.
Wendy
You simply have to stay here. This place gets my 10/10. Absolutely loved everything about it from the beautiful reception staff to the breakfast in bed. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!
John
The property is very well maintained it has all the amenities anyone will need. Very good location, very clean, very good breakfast in your room, the spa is first class along with the restaurant in the premises.
SPENCER
The room was enormously spacious and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was fabulous. The staff were eager to help in any way they could. And the location was perfect for visitors wanting to be near the falls, with easily accessible parking and everything with walking distance.
Victor
Very clean hotel. Staff are easy to speak to and always willing to help. The GM, Deana also goes the extra mile. Will be returning soon! Great job.
Tracy
This is a great place to say if you are a single traveler or a couple. We did not see many children if any. The restaurant is exceptional and well worth a visit whether or not you stay at the hotel. Employees were very helpful and the location was very convenient for all the attractions and activities we wanted to take part in. The only negative is that they charge $18 to park at the facility for the night.
RAMI
Very nice
Kayla
Room was very large as well as bathroom. Truly felt like a five star spa experience.
Marco
Breakfast was great.
carl
Hard to sleep because of neighboring room noise.
Lissette
Well located, spacious room. Enjoyed the daily breakfast sent to our room. Very nice touch. Would definitely return for another stay. Had to pay $18 a day for parking meanwhile across the street was $5.
Farah
It was absolutely amazing from check in to check out! Breakfast in bed was above expectations ! Staff extremely friendly! Room was a paradise .

I stayed at the Sterling Inn and Spa in Niagara for 7 nights during our anniversary trip. We mainly chose it because of the price and the great location near Clifton Hill.
The staff were friendly, the room was spacious, and housekeeping did a great job keeping everything clean and comfortable throughout our stay. The steam shower was definitely one of the highlights, especially during the colder days.
The location was excellent, just minutes from Clifton Hill attractions and close to a WEGO bus stop which made getting around very easy.
There were a few downsides though. The floorboards and bed frame creaked quite a bit, and the blinds only opened to a limited view. The included breakfast was good at first, but it was exactly the same every day for all 7 days which became repetitive during a longer stay.
One standout was the restaurant, which had some of the best food we had during our trip.
Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a very convenient location, but the repetitive breakfast and room issues would probably make me choose somewhere else next time.

The property is nice and quiet but the room we were in could have been maintained a little better. It needed some paint touch up and cosmetic things. The shower also needs an instruction manual to use. Good luck trying to figure out how to get hot water to come out of the shower head.
