I wanted a budget friendly stay and I couldn’t regret more for Booking this property. As soon as we opened the door, yhe entire room was smelling weed. Every time we re entered the room the smell was still there. The washroom had an uncovered window where people outside can just see into tne washroom. The bath tub and shower curtains weren’t clean. There were spider webs everywhere. The bedding have not been changed for months i guess, it was that bad smell. They didn’t even have a hair dryer. This is the worst stay.

The listing did not make it clear at all that parking was not included. I had to pay over $30 for parking for a two night stay which was not communicated until I checked in. The room wasn’t that greatly maintained, lots of exposed and broken baseboards and the lock for the main door was quite finicky so didn’t feel that safe. When I was putting my stuff in my car to leave, one of the owners asked me if there was a hair dryer in the room and I said yes and he asked if he could take it because another person needed it, which is already a bit unprofessional but he made it worse by asking if he could go in the room to get it, despite having someone in the room and me saying I would get it for him. I found it extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant that he thought it was okay to try to go into the room himself. The only positive thing about this place was the AC, it worked great, especially for the current heat.

I liked the service and its location, as its walking distance from Clifton hills and Skylon tower. The microwave and fridge amenities are awesome if you bring food with you. They were also very accommodating when it came to check out. The only thing I didn’t like were the showers as the pressure was very weak, and the floor was leaking which could be dangerous should you slip. The AC was also making a lot of noise and the room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly; I found a slipper under my bed. Overall, it’s an ok motel for the price you pay. It’s definitely more for budget-oriented travelers seeking value and so-so convenience and not those looking for premium amenities

It has a room with 3 double beds which is great when traveling with family. It isn't a 5 star hotel, but it is excellent value for the price. It's probably more value for the price. It's about a one thousand meter walk to Clifton Hill strip and the falls, which is close enough considering the lack of parking at the falls. It's ridiculous for anyone to list all the flaws because the price is as cheap as it gets and everyone got a good night's sleep on a clean bed. We stayed for 11 days and have no regrets.

After using a credit card to pay for a stay, we still have to do a security deposit. The first room we got into was really dirty. The beds were full of stains. The bed mattress had like black mold It looked like on it. The vent on the wall was broken. The chair to sit on were full of stains then when we got into the second room on the third floor, we had to lug all of ourr stuff upstairs. Then the AC in our second room wouldn’t work. It was super hot to sleep throughout the night and when we all went to take showers and when I went to bathe with my little four month old baby, there was no hot water there was no shelves in the fridge. We were really disappointed in our stay.

The room I stayed in at this motel was not well maintained. There were stains on the carpet, and the corners of the room had spider webs. The bed sheets also appeared old and not very clean. The room I stayed in had yellowish stain marks leading halfway up to the bathroom. The wallpaper was peeling, there was hair in the shower, and all towels had at least a small stain that could have been washed out (or the towel could have been replaced). Plug in your a/c regardless of the outside temperature, as the room will be considerably warm and only worsen through the night. Shops are within walking distance if you're looking to navigate the Clifton Hills or Niagara Falls area. Staff was present, but I didn't need them all that much. Quick check-in process, but watch for hidden fees like nightly parking ($15CAD Per Night). This is a place to stay if you're looking for solo traveling but definitely not a place for a luxury vacation. The general area was safe (considering I am from the Detroit area) but be mindful of your surroundings and stay in well lit areas, as staff will rarely be available past 10-11pm. I say all of this as an honest review, but overall, I enjoyed my stay and was able to put aside the minimal room concerns given that I was so close to my ideal destinations. Great place for a frugal trip, but I would recommend another place for people looking for good amenities and a good nights rest.
