The holel was dated but still functional. There were some renovations on a few floors. We were on the 5th floor. The room was clean. Our refrigerator was not working since it was knob off. After turning the knob to on inside the fridge it still did not work. After after few hours I gave it a \"Fonzie\" tap and somehow it started working. The most annoying thing was that the WiFi was down. The hotel staff said it was my security settings but I asked may people and their WiFi was also not working.
The Continental Breakfast was missing quite of bit of items like fruits such apples and oranges and banana; hashbrowns, muffins. I would consider this a half-Continental Breakfast. We ended up eating a second breakfast next door at Berrymores.

We stayed for 2 nights and had the waterpark package. I will start by saying we got upgraded to a nicer room as the hotel is under renovations right now, the room was nice! Not the cleanest, but renovated and new. We had a couple issues, our coat hanger fell out of the wall and the shower had an issue with only having super hot water.. but the staff did quickly come and help! The breakfast at the hotel was great, you get a couple choices of cereal, bread and then they make egg and sausages for breakfast sandwiches!
The waterpark is across the street and a pretty quick walk, one thing we didn’t realize was the waterpark has its own hours for each day of the week so be sure to check before going!

We had a pleasant stay overall and appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and many aspects of our experience were positive.

We would like to offer a small suggestion regarding the breakfast setup. While the food quality was good, we noticed that the egg omelette was placed directly beside pork sausage patties (as shown). As Muslim vegetarians, this made it difficult for us to enjoy that option. It would be greatly appreciated if these items could be kept separately or clearly designated to better accommodate different dietary vegans needs.

Very very very old rooms with noice from some fan from the ceiling that you can’t turn off. Holes on the wall. Bathroom seems clean. I can tell the other area because things in the room is tooooo old and dark. One of the bedroom can’t be blacked out. Lights from the hallway makes the room so bright at night.
Breakfast is good! If you want to go to the water park in a low cost, it’s ok to stay for 1 night.

The place is under construction/renovation at the moment. The A/C in our room didn’t work but the girl on the front desk was helpful and we got to change rooms. Breakfast was acceptable knowing anywhere else in town would have been at least $20/person. It’s right near everything….

The front desk staff, I felt like I was annoying them more than anything even though the pictures I showed them proved my complaints were valid. The hotel has broken drywall everywhere and the rooms are so hot. The girl I spoke to at the front desk was fixed and not very helpful at all. I take my kids a lot of places and they weren’t helpful at all

This hotel has seen better times. The location and proximity to the water park is great but it does not compensate the VERY rundown rooms and overall POOR conditions ( windows not opening, dirty carpets, ripped sheets….). The breakfast was great as long as you are ok with guests wearing pj’s.

Rooms are outdated but does the trick. Day staff were great, night staff were very rude. We had bottled water at the pool well watching the kids, and the night staff came right in gave us such a hard time rudely about it. We were told to pretty much remove our water bottles or leave. Breakfast, forget it. Literally three breads and questionable eggs, but a whole long counter of condiments?? Where is the fresh fruit, yogurt or even pancakes? We stayed here for the fact of the breakfast with kids to save us on one meal, well we still had to take them out and other families were also doing the same.

Parking was easy and all the staff were great. The only complaint is the breakfast. It could do with some fruit and yogurt. All there is there is cereal, bread muffins, bagels, and sausage and egg patties. We needed to drive out to Zehrs to get some fresh fruit.

Property was great, but there were way too many people at the Waterpark which made it difficult to enjoy. We went early as per the \"waterpark pass\" guest eligibility, but it was even busier in the morning. I feel there should be a limited capacity so people can enjoy the park without having to wait 45 minutes to ride a slide.

Welcoming and informed staff. Staff shared information about local events and offerings. The hotel is under renovations so the conditions will change.
Definitely appreciated the cozy hotel atmosphere with inside balcony overlooking the pool, sauna and main lobby. Very family friendly.

Location is excellent. The hotel is very unique and we loved the balcony and pool. Hotel staff were excellent and bed/towels were clean. But, it is old and run down. They are starting Renovations though. I will definitely come back with the family after the renovations. The two bedroom suite with balcony was excellent for us !

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the family room with two bedrooms. This allowed my kids to go to bed in the other room and we could stay up much later. We loved the balcony and it was an easy walk to the Fallsview Waterpark. The free parking was good and they allowed us to park even after checkout as we explored the area. The only feedback was that the breakfast had limited gluten free options. It would have been nice if there were bananas/fruit or yogurt. Overall, for the price and location, we enjoyed the hotel. Certain floors are under construction but it didn't affect our stay. The majority of the hotel needs some renovations but this didn't bother us.

The bulging is old and not in good condition. Walls are parting and carpets are old. The breakfast is good but the only clocked food is liquid egg and industrial pork Berger . Hotel is very clean and workers are polite and responsible. If you want to use water park buy it upon arrival directly from the reception desk .

So we have stayed here before and have upgraded the rooms which was a pleasant surprise. The housekeeping was good and they kept the rooms clean and supplied. Being February during the week the hotel was less crowded which made parking easy but also had some disadvantages. The hot water wasn't immediate and we had to wait for it to warm up but after it warmed it stayed hot. The other minor problem was that the breakfast while good didn't have the options they have during weekends and busier times. Would we stay here again? Yes, it's a nice place and within walking distance of the falls, casinos, Clifton Hill and many restaurants but may just need to pick a better time.

Nice location, close to Clifton hill. Renovations were happening when we were there so the property was not in the best shape. Breakfast could be better, was the same, plain omelet, meat patty, breads, bagels, cereals etc. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and the balcony facing the interior of the hotel. Would stay again.

Staff was very friendly, pool was nice but cold, was looking forward to the hot tub buts it’s gone 😔. Great hotel for families. The family suite is very accommodating.

We were very disappointed with our recent stay at this hotel. Although the location is convenient and the free parking is a plus, the overall experience fell far below expectations.

Upon arrival, we were informed that the elevator was not working. Our room was on the third floor, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs, which was quite inconvenient. The hotel also appears to be under construction, which was not clearly communicated beforehand.

When we reached our floor, there were multiple bags of dirty linen being stored in the hallway, creating an unpleasant and unprofessional first impression. In addition, there were noticeable stains all over the carpets — both in the hallways and in our room — which made the property feel poorly maintained.

The room itself was also disappointing. The beds were extremely soft and uncomfortable, and the air conditioning was not working properly. Due to these issues, we decided to cut our stay short and left after the first night, even though we had originally booked two nights.

The breakfast buffet was very limited — there was no fruit or pastries available, which was unexpected and disappointing.

While the hotel has potential because of its good location and free parking, our experience was not a positive one, and unfortunately, we would not recommend staying here.

The room was not temperature controlled, so it became too hot. The only way to stay cool was to leave the sliding doors open throughout the stay. The room door card never worked properly and had to get it replaced 4 times in a 2-day stay. No basic toiletries given. Not even a simple soap dish to place the soap on the counter. Breakfast had no options. Just bread, cereal, and bagel were the only choices and not fulfiling in any manner. Often long wait at the front desk for any queries as there's just one person taking care of everything.

I had a wonderful stay. Although outdated, the bedroom and bathroom were perfectly well-taken care of and of hotel standards. Love the pool, although small it's a nice addition. The sauna is not too hot, but don't expect much. The breakfast was great, and the service amazing. Parking included and close to the Fall's attractions! Perfect budget-friendly hotel.
