We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the family room with two bedrooms. This allowed my kids to go to bed in the other room and we could stay up much later. We loved the balcony and it was an easy walk to the Fallsview Waterpark. The free parking was good and they allowed us to park even after checkout as we explored the area. The only feedback was that the breakfast had limited gluten free options. It would have been nice if there were bananas/fruit or yogurt. Overall, for the price and location, we enjoyed the hotel. Certain floors are under construction but it didn't affect our stay. The majority of the hotel needs some renovations but this didn't bother us.

The bulging is old and not in good condition. Walls are parting and carpets are old. The breakfast is good but the only clocked food is liquid egg and industrial pork Berger . Hotel is very clean and workers are polite and responsible. If you want to use water park buy it upon arrival directly from the reception desk .

So we have stayed here before and have upgraded the rooms which was a pleasant surprise. The housekeeping was good and they kept the rooms clean and supplied. Being February during the week the hotel was less crowded which made parking easy but also had some disadvantages. The hot water wasn't immediate and we had to wait for it to warm up but after it warmed it stayed hot. The other minor problem was that the breakfast while good didn't have the options they have during weekends and busier times. Would we stay here again? Yes, it's a nice place and within walking distance of the falls, casinos, Clifton Hill and many restaurants but may just need to pick a better time.

Nice location, close to Clifton hill. Renovations were happening when we were there so the property was not in the best shape. Breakfast could be better, was the same, plain omelet, meat patty, breads, bagels, cereals etc. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and the balcony facing the interior of the hotel. Would stay again.

Room was clean but well used and outdated. When you shut the bathroom door the light cover moves and makes a loud noise which at first scared my daughter.
Staff was very friendly, pool was nice but cold, was looking forward to the hot tub buts it’s gone 😔. Great hotel for families. The family suite is very accommodating.

We were very disappointed with our recent stay at this hotel. Although the location is convenient and the free parking is a plus, the overall experience fell far below expectations.

Upon arrival, we were informed that the elevator was not working. Our room was on the third floor, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs, which was quite inconvenient. The hotel also appears to be under construction, which was not clearly communicated beforehand.

When we reached our floor, there were multiple bags of dirty linen being stored in the hallway, creating an unpleasant and unprofessional first impression. In addition, there were noticeable stains all over the carpets — both in the hallways and in our room — which made the property feel poorly maintained.

The room itself was also disappointing. The beds were extremely soft and uncomfortable, and the air conditioning was not working properly. Due to these issues, we decided to cut our stay short and left after the first night, even though we had originally booked two nights.

The breakfast buffet was very limited — there was no fruit or pastries available, which was unexpected and disappointing.

While the hotel has potential because of its good location and free parking, our experience was not a positive one, and unfortunately, we would not recommend staying here.

The room was not temperature controlled, so it became too hot. The only way to stay cool was to leave the sliding doors open throughout the stay. The room door card never worked properly and had to get it replaced 4 times in a 2-day stay. No basic toiletries given. Not even a simple soap dish to place the soap on the counter. Breakfast had no options. Just bread, cereal, and bagel were the only choices and not fulfiling in any manner. Often long wait at the front desk for any queries as there's just one person taking care of everything.

I had a wonderful stay. Although outdated, the bedroom and bathroom were perfectly well-taken care of and of hotel standards. Love the pool, although small it's a nice addition. The sauna is not too hot, but don't expect much. The breakfast was great, and the service amazing. Parking included and close to the Fall's attractions! Perfect budget-friendly hotel.

5) very basic cable available with no movies

Check in was fast and the young lady was very friendly and helpful. Our room was the same room we had on a previous getaway last year. It was very spacious, clean, comfortable, and we enjoyed having a balcony. We took advantage of the indoor pool; which was very clean and warm, as well as the sauna which was also clean, and got very hot.
I was a little disappointed that they did not have the coffee bar available throughout the day because it was the last time we were there. It was very convenient to make a warm coffee or tea throughout the day, especially in the cold winter months.
The breakfast was good, but I felt there should be more options available, such as waffles, muffins, fresh fruit, and yogurt. Also, our second morning there, the lady started packing away the breakfast items at 9:15 while my husband and I were still sitting at the table eating. We were planning to have more, and make another coffee, but by 9:25, everything was gone! Breakfast is served until 9:30! It would be nice if the breakfast stayed available until10:00 throughout the weekdays because couples on a getaway want to rest a little longer, and not feel rushed.

Overall, we had a very nice stay. We like the interior courtyard setting, the amenities, the walking distance to all attractions, and our room was very clean and comfortable; the bed was amazing!

Thank you to the cleaner who left a bag of clean towels outside our door, as we were resting, and had the “do not disturb” sign on the door.

Property is close in proximity to Clifton Hill and Niagara Casino. Room was a junior king suite with casino vouchers. The room itself was humid when we got in. There was mould around the tub and wallpaper was peeling on every wall. Breakfast was busy and difficult to navigate at times. There are only two elevators located at the back of the building which were long waits. On the way to check out, a large leak appeared on the ceiling above the jetted tub. Overall price not consistent with the cleanliness or care the hotel needs to offer. I likely would not return to this establishment.

The room needs a fresh coat of paint or some wallpaper. You can totally see the water damage on the walls. The room itself was clean and tidy, though. The couch could use some love and care or new cushions. We really enjoyed the hot tub, that's why we booked, the pool was super busy. Breakfast was pretty basic, just toast, eggs, and cereal. The coffee was just okay.

This hotel has always been our go to. It’s safe, convenient and for the price you can’t go wrong.
This time we felt like it definitely needs some upgrades. Around the shower was rusty and mouldy. Almost didn’t want to shower because it just felt gross. The carpet in our room had bumps in it and we kept tripping on one area. Missing light bulbs in 2 light fixtures and the ceiling light at the door. It was very busy and they couldn’t do an early check in which was fine and we understand. Parking was easy and safe. Quiet from 10pm-7am. Will go back but definitely needs some upgrades.

Breakfast tasted good but variety could have been better. There was no fruit or yogurts. We had to go to breakfast right at opening otherwise there was a huge line waiting for food and no where to sit. Staff was good at constantly refilling food though and it was always hot and lots available. The hotel is so convenient in location to everything. Staff was all nice at the front desk and cleaners. Hotel is a bit run down but was very quiet. We enjoyed it over all.

The price is very cheap and includes breakfast, parking, and access to the water park. However, the hotel’s overall facilities are very outdated. Taking a shower was a nightmare! The water temperature was extremely unstable, switching between freezing cold and scalding hot. We didn’t even eat the included breakfast; the line was very long and the selection was very limited. There was no microwave in the room, and the entire hotel had only one microwave area. We had to wait about 20 minutes just to heat up food.

Room was clean , but washroom has tiles falling from the wall under the sink (room 325) , i requested and inspection for the shower mixing valve , since the water will fracture from warm to extremely hot out of no where , we had our kid wish just 4 years old and everytime he took a shower we had to monitor close as we did not wanted him get burn with the water , guess service took note after I complained but no one came to our room , we got back to the room and find the same problem …
Disappointing as I have experience with hotel services in prior jobs .
