We stayed there for one night and booked two rooms. When we arrived, we noticed that one of the rooms had a dirty pillowcase and dirty sheets.

The next morning, when we checked out, we discovered that someone had broken into our car while it was parked on their property and stolen some of our belongings. We reported it to the hotel, and we were told that this kind of crime is unfortunately very common in the area.

Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. Between the cleanliness issue and the break-in, we definitely did not feel comfortable or safe staying there.

OK so, pros and cons.
Pros: the rooms were very clean, the staff were nice and helpful and the coffee in the morning was good. Parking is free and the hotel is close to the falls and the tourist areas. The kids enjoyed the pool.

Cons: the hallways were disgusting. The carpets were filthy and tearing up and looked rotten in places. The ice machine was dingy and looked like it might have mold. The elevators are directly inside the parking lot door so if you are trying to get inside to check in with all your luggage and others are waiting on the elevators, it bottlenecks and you can't move. The breakfast in the morning is paltry. The options are toast, cereal and/or ONE egg and sausage on an english muffin. That's it. The whole building needs a massive update. It's expensive for what it is.

This stay was with the Waterpark option. We had never stayed here before and thought we would give it a try.
I was impressed with the greeting and friendliness of the staff. We arrived early and was given our waterpark passes on check-in and was told our room was not ready (which was fine).
When we came back to check-in, there was a line-up but the two young ladies behind the desk were fast and efficient getting everyone checked in.
At the room, we could see that it was newly renovated and was clean. The bathroom was updated but the flooring. My suggestion is to just refresh the grout, as the tile was a nice contrast colour and in good shape.
It wasnt noisy at all and the beds were decently comfortable, as were the pillows.
Now, the loss of a star comes from the "breakfast buffet". Although it was included in the stay price, it was subpar. When I looked at the pictures for this hotel, I seen waffles, sausage patties, and egg rounds. There were no waffles. There were no hot food buffet options. There was only a pre-made breakfast sandwich with the sausage patties and egg rounds on an English muffin. The choice was with either sausage or not. My English muffin was dried out. My family's were good. There was 3 juice options, 3 cereal options, 1 fruit, 2 bread options for toast. No other carb or dairy/non-dairy options available which I am accustomed to seeing.
This is a big deal to our family, so much so, that we most likely will stay somewhere else that has more options.

Rooms were well maintained, would like to have had coffee refills daily in the apartment was a little disappointed by that. Bathroom was left dirty one of the days of our stay.

The lobby itself was nice and very stylish. There were early concerns of the state of the property due to previous reviews, but from what I have seen they are doing the necessary work to update facilities. Kudos for that.

Was my first time doing breakfast and a pool in one hotel the mentioned amenities were fine for what they were. We're a family with a small baby so the pool fit our needs more than the waterpark across the street. It left us entertained for a good part of our stay. Would have liked a little more variety for breakfast but it was nice regardless.

Staff was friendly and very helpful in working out a problem we had with Expedia while booking early on. They were also kind enough to let us extend our parking for our last day so we can have a proper send-off and make a day of our last day.

Recommended for people that want to have a Place to stock around when Clifton Hill is wearing you out.

I liked how there was parking for your vehicle right there at the property. I liked the size of our room. The things I didn't like were the elevators were so slow and we took the stairs alot. The TV in our room was so small, the beds were creaky and the bunkbed frame was broken so my daughter kept having to sleep close to the wall or else she would sink in. The shower glass door wasn't a full door, so when you took a shower the water sprayed all over the floor and was slippery. The wifi connection kept cutting in and out.
