Staff was 10/10 and room was comfortable and clean. Great location. Gym is adequate and clean. Paid 50.00 per day for parking but enjoyed the in/out priviledges and onsite proximity. The beautiful photos of the pool and sauna had me fooled. Sauna was not heating up, jets in sauna not worth calling jets and it was cloudy both days. Adult pool hours not respected by other guests and hot tub and sauna full of kids. Still enjoyed it and if pool area is sorted would stay here again.

The pool is heated, but by no means warm. The jets in the hot tub work at maybe 25%. The walls in the room are paper thin, I could hear everything from the room next door right down to the snoring. Luke warm shower, not enough hot water to finish washing my hair let alone my daughter take a shower. Absolute wonderful location.

For a recent renovation the room had things that were broken (hook in bathroom mini fridge not cold). The floors needed better vacuuming. No bathrobes. TV was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful though. Location is perfect.

The customer service was top shelf from start to finish! Thank you to Adrian, the Guest Experience Manager, for leaving the birthday card and chocolates for my son. It was a nice touch!

The bed was so comfortable. Best sleep I got in a while!

Bathroom was very modern and compact. Lots of fresh and cozy towels.

Room was a decent size, clean, and had everything we needed. A table, mini fridge, safe, drawers.

Good access to the casino and water park!

Breakfast took a while to get seated. Wasn’t told it was a Buffett so we just sat there until we realized no one was coming to take our order.

Views from breakfast were spectacular! Food was great too.

Rooms were small but updated. Front desk is awkward right in front of a staircase. It was very busy at check-in and confusing how to line up with staircase right in front of desk.

We didn’t realize there was direct access to a water park at an adjoining hotel so The Brock was full of families with young children. We were looking for a more adult stay, so likely not the hotel of choice for that. Prime Steak House on the 10th floor saved the visit.

This booking was poorly handled and misleading, and it resulted in additional costs and a ruined stay.

I originally booked a Fallsview room with 1 king-size bed at The Brock Niagara Falls Hotel through Expedia. Four days later, I contacted Expedia to request a change to 2 queen-size beds. After extensive back-and-forth communication, Expedia explicitly confirmed via email that the change was approved and finalized at no additional cost.

Despite this confirmation, when I arrived at the hotel for check-in, I was told that my reservation was still for 1 king-size bed. Hotel staff informed me that while the change was initially processed, it was later reverted back to the original booking, without my consent and without any notification from Expedia.

Because of Expedia’s failure to properly manage and communicate my reservation, I was forced to pay an additional $40 out of pocket just to have a usable sleeping arrangement. This situation should never have happened, especially when Expedia had already confirmed the change.

This experience reflects serious mismanagement, lack of accountability, and poor customer service. I relied on Expedia’s confirmation and was penalized for their mistake. I am extremely dissatisfied and would not trust Expedia again without significant improvement in booking accuracy and customer support.

The Brock is definitely not as advertised. I booked the hotel because it was advertised as recently renovated. The first room we were placed in had an awful sewage smell. We were relocated to another room that felt small and poorly maintained. The window did not close properly, the shower had very little pressure, the light bulbs that burnt out were not replaced, the list goes on. What really disappointed me most was the lack of cleanliness. The hotel should be advertised for what it is, this is definitely not a classic and elegant 4 star hotel.

We wanted to switch things up and stay near Casino Niagara instead of our usual Fallsview Casino.

The lobby although well decorated and elegant, did not reflect the rooms. The hotel rooms were the smallest I have ever been in…ever. No room for my mom’s wheelchair unless folded up (she does not require a wheelchair accessible room as it’s only for distance). I had to walk sideways just to get into my side of the bed (next to the wall).

This of course includes the smallest hotel bathroom that I have ever had with no tub (keep that in mind should you have small children to bathe). But the staff were lovely which was the only saving grace.

We will not be back and would rather spend our money where we know we will be a more comfortable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was newly renovated but quite tight, the dead lock on the door was useless as it was out of line and the door opened right past it. Good location being steps to the strip, access to the casino through the hotel and a convenient shuttle to fallsview. The paid breakfast buffet in the hotel offered a good selection at a reasonable price, especially compared to the surcharged starbucks.

My husband & I stayed in a balcony suite on the 11th floor and are we glad we did because we had the honor of meeting and getting to know Sue in housekeeping and what an amazing opportunity she gives us to get to know her. When we travel we like to take the time to speak with the locals from the hotels to the restaurants to the lil mom & pop joints that we always manage to find so this trip was no different and are we glad we did because every one we encountered was amazing.. so thank you to Sue & Adrian P for giving us a true Canadian experience.. My wife and i had a fantastic time staying at The Brock. This place is a must stay while in Niagara. The balcony views were so unbelievable. The room was spotless and the staff was incredible. Especially Sue from housekeeping. She took the time to speak with us and always asked if we needed anything.

Couple of things i find upsetting. The air conditioning in the room isn't working. The toilet isn't fully secured to the ground so it moves when you get up and sit down, Somewhat dangerous. Broken window locks. There is a resort fee which seems odd considering the pool Is under construction... No smoke detecters.

This stay was very disappointing and, at times, discriminatory. My mother and I are disabled, and there was no accessible entrance to the hotel — only stairs — which was painful and extremely difficult for us.

The first room we were given had construction workers and builders right outside the window, and we had to move to another room by ourselves, carrying all our luggage, even though the staff knew about our disabilities. I lost a lot of time complaining and fighting for my rights as a customer, instead of enjoying my trip.

Later, the last night and the last morning, there was no hot water, and we had to wait for someone to come and fix the shower. Really unacceptable for a Hilton.

However, I want to say something positive: the breakfast staff — Pamela, Sandra, and Zlatko — were absolutely wonderful. They were kind, friendly, and truly made our mornings better. I even left tips because they made me happy during a very stressful stay. The cleaning lady was also very professional and respectful, although I didn’t get her name.

Sadly, even with the kindness of those employees, the overall experience was painful, stressful, and discriminatory for disabled guests. I expected much better from a Hilton.

Ummmm. If you’re looking for a falls view don’t book here. We had the rainbow bridge view. Stayed for 3 nights and switched rooms every night. Staff was great but they could not get it together.

Everything was great! Excellent and friendly service. The food at the steakhouse was excellent and the views amazing. The view from our room was great, of one of the falls. Loved that the window opened a bit, we left it open to hear the falls while sleeping! The exterior like an old historic building, and the inside updated beautifully.

The front staff were extremely helpful when the door to our king suite was locked from the inside and we couldn t get in. They gave us another room not as good a view but by dinner time they had got the door open and we were able to stay in the original room booked with fabulous view of both falls. The room was bigger than the other but not really a suite. Bathroom was very small. King bed was very comfortable. Room was clean and quiet except for weird hum coming from the waterpark engines. Didn t keep us awake. They gave us late checkout and sent up a bottle of wine and 2 glasses to make up for room delay and it was our 25th wedding anniversary. Tunnel to casino very handy. Clifton hill a short walk

Expedia misrepresented the room on this property. Yes it was a \"Falls View\" room but the view was so small. Room very small. I could not even sit on the toilet properly and I am 6 foot 200 lbs. Unreal. Staff was not responsive to our needs of light bulbs that were burned out and that was just the beginning. Our maid was great and the room was a 6 out of 10 on cleanliness but we are fussy. Stay elsewhere if you can. Not this place. BTW the restaurant hosed us on price and service. Shame on me for not checking prices first. Stay in Niagra on the Lake area and commute to the falls for day trip of touring the falls.

Right at the base of Clifton Hill, this hotel was within easy walking distance of so many restaurants and souvenir stores. It is close to stops on the blue and green line buses as well so if walking was not an option, the buses allowed us to get to our destination with ease.
The check-in staff were lovely and our room with the falls view was both the US & Canadian falls as well as the nightly fireworks. No street noise made it up to us either as we were facing away from Clifton Hill and the road that the hotel is on is actually fairly quiet. It is adjoining to the Sheraton by a covered walkway which allows quick access to the casino and a covered walkway to the waterpark. It is also steps away from the Rainbow Bridge if you want to walk to the middle of it (don't forget your travel documents to get back into Canada!) or I guess to the US.
The only downside is there is no hot tub and the saunas are not working. We went for a swim in the pool, which is enclosed, but you can clearly see where the hot tub was in the past and I don't know if the sauna was just broken or if it has been de-commissioned as well. I highly recommend getting those up and running otherwise the pool area is just wasted space.
This hotel is not a pickup point for any tours you may wish to do BUT the Sheraton is so don't let that dissuade you from booking something.
All in all, I WOULD stay here again. For the price of other Fall view rooms, this hotel was a steal.

The hotel itself is stunning, location is incredible. We loved being able to walk everywhere. The garden across from the hotel is spectacular. Our room was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Water pressure in the shower was great. My only minor complaint is that we booked a queen sized bed and it definitely is not queen size. Our bed at home is a queen and this was a full size smaller. Not a big deal, it was still comfortable but definitely not what we had originally booked. Also the rooms run on the warm side. We had the \"air conditioning\" set to 15 Celsius (lowest it can be set) and it absolutely was Not 15 degrees. I would have been shivering to death, instead I was in a t-shirt and sleeping without a blanket because I was too warm. Again not a huge problem but I would have loved to have a more comfortable sleep. I would still recommend this hotel and we will be back ourselves. Considering those two small issues, we found the rates to be fair.
