I usually only stay here but this time I didn’t get the room I requested. They thought I didn’t know the room layout and lied and said my request was only available in suite! Which is false! This was my third stay since December and I am not sure I will be going back even though I am a Hilton Member! The dinner up stairs was wonderful and the service was excellent.

On Booking I paid for a room with a view of the Falls. I was given the key to a room on the 6th floor. It wasn't what I hoped for so I asked the front desk if it is possible to go higher. Yes! The clerk gave me a key for the 8th floor. Good enough for me. A sweet view out the small window of both Falls.
So keep this in mind. I heard the rooms on 10 and above are really fantastic.

Everything was okay, staff is very kind and friendly!

I think it would be important to tell if the room has a view of Niagara Falls or not... for the price I paid, I was looking at the indoor pool haha.

Also, I had found what seems to look like a cockroach in my room when I woke up from my night.

I alerted a staff, but they went to take care of it after I left.

In general, we liked the room, except there was an ant issue. Bed was comfortable. Shower small and awkward without a closure/door. We were on 12th floor so the view was wonderful but getting there required two sets of elevators. No balcony. Had I known it required two elevators, I'd have booked the 9th floor instead. Great little espresso machine in the room. Overall, nice stay.

The location was excellent and very convenient. The room was clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my stay.

The only downside for me was the bathroom—it was a bit too small for my liking. Other than that, I had a pleasant experience and would consider staying here again.

I have never stayed at a “boutique hotel,” but it was very nice. Sophia was amazing at the front desk. The room was clean and cozy, just a tad small. Our balcony was awesome when standing, but if you want to have a glass of champagne and relax then the views are a bit obstructed by the railing. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and fresh. We got two small tasting at local breweries, which were used and appreciated. I brought leftovers back to eat for lunch and the fridge had nearly frozen my food overnight. No microwave in sight. Food was wasted. The pool room is very nice, with a small sauna, shallow pool, and hot tub. I enjoyed the place, but would look at other options before returning at the price that I paid for one night. Cheers!

Be aware that the "view on the Falls" is there, when you crane your head or break the window, so you can stick your head out. Most "view on the Falls" are "views on the Rainbow bridge" between Canada and US. It is an old hotel, so the airco might go out for a day. Same goes for breakfast at the "Rainbow room". Do not antagonize the staff to remind them of the promises they made when you called them after booking to make sure that you get a room with falls view, or that you get an unobstructed view at breakfast. We planned the 250th anniversary celebrations AND our friend's 80th birthday at their prime restaurant and had guarantees that table would be available with unobstructed views. False advertising once again. Expedia does not want any racist references, so I can't point to that, but we really got the feeling we were outcasts. Do not protest or call them out on false advertising, because you will feel it afterwards. Polite rebuttal at first, rude afterwards and when confronted privately, without offering solutions to problems, profanity will be slung at you. As true Americans we tip, even for bad service, waiters can't help working under unprofessional and racist managers. Go to the Sheraton down the road or any other place with REAL VIEWS ON THE FALLS AND THE FIREWORKS. Other than that, I highly advise you to find other lodgings, even outside of the circus near Niagara Falls. There is plenty of nice wineries offering lodgings and good (better) food.

I would say we stayed on the 4th floor and had. Fall view. It was a view of the rocky falls not thr horseshoe and also a view of street and other businesses. So not the BEST view but still you can see the falls.

The staff at the Brock Hotel are phenomenal....extremely friendly, courteous, and very helpful. That made my husband and I feel very welcomed (everyday). The views of the Niagara Falls, from our room, were spectacular and the location of the Brock Hotel were close to most of the attractions. Even if we were not visiting the Falls in the evening we had great seats of the firework show from our room and The Prime Steakhouse. The Prime Steakhouse was terrific and our steak dinner was delicious. I would highly recommend The Brock Hotel for your stay at Niagara Falls.

Room wasn't ready for check-in standards – carpets were dirty and covered in crumbs, and plug sockets in the room didn't work. Lifts were a major bottleneck too, with 10-15 minute waits between floors most of the trip.
Breakfast is technically included, but staff pushed for tips regardless – one server explicitly asked us to put our $10 dine-in credit towards a tip after just pouring a coffee. Checkout was slow as reception staff were dealing with other guests' complaints about room conditions, so there was a queue.
On top of all this, there's a $28 CAD "resort fee" that isn't clearly flagged at booking and provides no noticeable value or amenities in return.
Wouldn't recommend unless things improve significantly.

The view was good from our second room and the Prime steakhouse. Easy access to the other places through the skywalk. The location for the hotel is great. Access to Clifton street where everything is. Great location to see the fireworks every night.

The major problem I had with the location was that parking was very difficult because the hotel is in a cluster of tourism businesses. This creates a rush for the elevators that often left us waiting at one elevator bank or another. At one point, we climbed five flights of stairs rather than wait 20 minutes for an elevator.

My room didn't have a beautiful view from the window (all I saw was the garage) but I didn't care at all. There was plenty of awesome views throughout my trip. The room was and bathroom were very clean, and most importantly, it was quiet! Also, there were pull down blinds to block out outside light at night (very important because the garage is bright all night long). The views from the restaurant on the 10th floor was awesome! Breakfast was included and there was quite a bit of variety, even made to order omelets. One neat thing was the hotel texted me to make sure I was happy with their services shortly after I arrived. I used the texts to ask which Wi-Fi was the reliable one. They responded promptly and with with the password. Also, they had a large flat screen Smart TV. I was able to log into my YouTube account with my Smart phone. Then, when I left, I easily singed out of the TV's YouTube account. Super easy. Brock Hotel was a good deal for me.

The hotel was beautiful! The view of the falls was nice and we watched the fireworks from our room. I booked a room with 2 double bed and it was advertised with a balcony through Expedia, there is no such room at this hotel. Expedia was less than helpful and blamed the hotel. I gave up trying to do anything about it and figured we would just take the room assigned to us. I explained to Aaron at check-in what happened and he upgraded us to a king room with a view of the falls, I didn’t even ask. He was very accommodating. I will definitely stay at this hotel again but I will never use Expedia again. This was the first and last time.

I have always had excellent experiences staying at Hilton properties and expected the same level of quality when booking at The Brock in Niagara Falls. Unfortunately, this stay was quite disappointing. The property felt dated and lacked some basic amenities, such as readily available coffee in the lobby for guests. In addition, the service did not meet the standards I have come to expect, and some staff interactions came across as unprofessional. Overall, the experience fell well short of Hilton standard.

Great experience at the brock. Staff and food (breakfast) was amazing.

Only thing id like to note, which does not change my opinion, is that u need better lighting in the rooms and an outlet/light closer to the mirror in the room for getting ready. The lighting was aweful and there was no functional outlet near the mirror and the bathroom had no where to get ready at, no lighting and no counter. But I still would have stayed here lol, loved the balcony so much.

The staff is lovely and very helpful. I reserved a room with a new your and Canada falls view which I did not get unless you looked very far right and then you could only er the Canadian falls. The rooms are not at all what the website shows. The rooms are much smaller with only one small window. They did move us to another room with a “deluxe” falls view which was only minimally better. The rooms were just too small for four people, two adults and two children 5 and 8. The bathrooms are very small with only a shower and no tub which proved difficult for the 5 year old who is afraid of showers. You have to get into tie bathroom and close the door completely to get to the toilet. It was very clean but cramped. The breakfast was delicious but way too expensive in my opinion. I liked that so much was attached to the hotel such as the soda shop, hard rock, hersheys store and Starbucks so you could go between if it was raining which it did when we were there. Parking was convenient but really an expensive daily charge.

I had reserved three rooms with two Queen beds each, all with a view of the falls. Upon arrival, I was downgraded to rooms with only a King bed and no view. The hotel offered to provide a rollaway bed as a solution. However, when the rollaway arrived, there was not enough space in the room to even set it up.
I was extremely disappointed as the staff was not
transparent when I checked in. It was only after I expressed my frustration with the situation that the hotel offered to make a price adjustment
and also moved us to 2 double bed rooms.
We booked our reservation back in December. The hotel was packed with competitive dancers, and it strongly appeared that our reserved rooms had been reassigned to other guests. So disappointing.

The hotel was clean however the rooms are very small. There is no ramp, only stairs which made it difficult for our stroller. We had to take her out, lift it down then put her back in which was a pain every time. I noticed there were no wheelchair accessible buttons either and one person in front of me had a hard time with the door to the parking garage! The elevator takes VERY long and there are no stairs straight down to the parking lot from the higher floors (we were floor 6). We waited over 20 minutes for the elevator when we were leaving because every elevator was packed so we ended up just taking the elevator up so we could go back down. It was such a pain. The staff were nice at the front desk though. I personally would not stay here again especially with small children due to there being no ramp and elevator issues.

A great stay at an historical site. Timeless beauty, fantastic staff. Thanks Ana and Anthony for a seamless check in (thanks for the upgraded Fallsview) I had the time of my life. A much needed mini mommy get away to recharge my battery. The energy for the falls and the quiet off season was exactly what I needed. The casino was fun, a little excitement for a non gambler…a few extra bucks in the pocket was a bonus. I had a lovely breakfast up stairs in the rainbow room, looking over the falls. I also enjoyed peaceful morning swim before check out, it was a bit chilly because the pool attendant had just added water…but I didn’t mind. A float around and a quick dip in the hot tub was the perfect finisher before checking out and heading back home with my bucket full and ready to take reality
