The staff were amazing. They were very polite and courteous. The location was good. It was walking distance to Clifton Hill and Niagara Falls. The only downside is that the hotel needs upgrades. Considering the pros and cons, I would recommend this hotel if staying to see the sights and sounds of Niagara Falls.

This was not a good experience. The hotel and the room was extremely old and outdated, the carpet was very faded the wallpaper was peeling throughout the room, tile in the bathroom was chipped, the ceiling was chipping and appeared dirty. Although it appeared clean it was hard to feel that way because the surroundings were so undesirable

I was surprised to see this location included in the Wyndham chain, mainly because of the age of the carpets and decor. It felt very 20th century...no heat source or steam removal vent in the shower, for instance. The beds and bedding were comfortable enough, but the pseudo-fireplace was just weird.

The hotel was very clean and only a few minutes away from the Falls. I did not have a with a balcony so I can’t comment on the view. The staff were very friendly and answered my question about parking and I found it was cheaper to pay for parking there. It was very close to the bus stops that takes you around town, so if you don’t want to walk, invest in the bus pass. All in all, I would recommend this hotel. And it’s close to the casino as well.

Only good thing about stay was pool area, well maintained pool n hottub etc. Also got woken up at 3am from other people in hallways and always loud from whatever machinery is close to room 125,good luck getting a good night's sleep. Room was clean, but sure could use an upgrade from the 1980s. TV was brutal to see on most channels. The place was a smaller hotel. It was a bit dated with the washroom design, but it was clean. Very basic amenities in the bathroom. They had comfy beds and ordered a cab ahead for us. Would stay again as it was the cheapest spot for us to stay on the weekend. They had a pool, but unfortunately we didn’t have time to try it out. We parked up top at the back as the main lot was full, so had to walk down the stairs with the luggage after parking.

Had to scream at them to shut up to get some sleep. The hotel is rundown and old. But I guess you get what you pay for. Nice and convenient to the falls thou.

Buffet breakfast was great. Sue, the waitress was very warm and friendly so much so, I gave her a hug when I left. I had a nice chat with the restaruant manager. Genuinely friendly people.
The location of the hotel is perfect as it's a little bit away from all the action but within walking distance. I felt safe as a solo traveller.

No conditioner, only shampoo. Soap is very thin so if your the 2nd or 3rd person to shower you would have to open a new one.

Having 3 beds in the room was perfect. This is the first time we got a room with 3 beds in it. This is the room type we booked and we actually received the room type that we booked even though we arrived/checked in very late in the evening. The room was big and spacious.

The room was clean but a bit run down. It was one really big open area with only 2 chairs for supposedly a place that sleeps 6 with 3 double beds. It ended up being difficult to talk to anyone without shouting because everyone was sitting on their own beds. And then the walls were thin because we got a noise complaint. The room was right in front of the elevator so it was noisy in the morning.
