No microwave in room, no access to any microwave in the hotel.

No conditioner, only shampoo. Soap is very thin so if your the 2nd or 3rd person to shower you would have to open a new one.

Having 3 beds in the room was perfect. This is the first time we got a room with 3 beds in it. This is the room type we booked and we actually received the room type that we booked even though we arrived/checked in very late in the evening. The room was big and spacious.

The fridge was not cold enough and the freezer section didn't seem to work.

The room smelled like the previous guests before us were smokers.

The room was clean but a bit run down. It was one really big open area with only 2 chairs for supposedly a place that sleeps 6 with 3 double beds. It ended up being difficult to talk to anyone without shouting because everyone was sitting on their own beds. And then the walls were thin because we got a noise complaint. The room was right in front of the elevator so it was noisy in the morning.

Check in was easy. I wish I had known there was no AC before booking the room but the front desk did swap me for a room with a balcony so I could open the door and get some cool air. This hotel is an excellent location, next door to the Bird Kingdom and a short walk to the falls. Staff was excellent. I did not have breakfast to comment. Pool and hot tub seemed nice but was a bit crowded so I skipped it this time.

We booked a suite for one night and found it clean, comfortable, and adequately spacious for our family of five, including four adults and one 15-year-old. While some of the fixtures felt a little dated, everything was in proper working order, so we had no concerns on that front. For a short stay, it served us quite well. The room was also equipped with thoughtful conveniences such as a refrigerator, an iron with ironing board, and two LCD TVs, which made our stay even more comfortable.

Everything was good but the only issue was about connecting door between our rooms and the next door which made it noisy and we could clearly heard voices.
Generally it was okay and very nice location and friendly staff.

Hotel location is great. Nice to have the pool, hot tub and sauna. Room pretty small for the price. Requested two queen beds and got two doubles. Strong mildew smell, hits you in the face right when you walk in. Our heat wasn't working one of the days and it was very cold in the room. Instead of offering to move us to a different room, we were given a space heater and I am pretty sure it was against code.

They do not offer housekeeping, first time I've ever dealt with this. We had two rooms for four days and our sheets were never changed. We had to chase down hotel staff for towels and toilet paper, and call to have them remove our garbage on Day 2. They have also kept our security deposit, claiming we had a pet (we flew there from out of province with absolutely no animals) and I've had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my deposit back. The hotel itself smells very musty, there's a lack of ventilation and things are falling apart. We tried the buffet one day and it was awful (powdered eggs and freezer burnt sausage), however the server was lovely. The wifi is extremely spotty, so if you need to work on vacation like I do. this hotel is a bad choice. Overall I regret choosing this hotel, it definitely soured our trip and we're kind of in shock at the behavior of the manager. I didn't want to leave this review but after a week of trying to get our deposit back and him refusing to answer my calls I am not sure what else to do!

Check in was great the room was very nice, once I walked in with my family and started to get comfortable I found the room to be very cold, I could feel the cold coming though the balcony single pane windows and doors so we had to keep the curtains closed, we turned up the heat in the room and the heating was so loud that it kept my family awke during the night. Or at least till the power went out around midnight. I understand that was out of anyone's control. The bathroom jets were filled with what looked to be black dirt mould, so we didn't use that. We went to the pool and the pool was nice but it was also very cold. We didn't stay long there either. The hot tub was nice as well but wasn't able to use it much as I have young children who can't be in it. The carpet in my room had a good sized rip. And there was absolutely no microwaves on site or in the rooms. This makes things difficult especially for families with children Other then the few things it wasn't terrible. Staff was nice cheap parking. The hotel was clean.

The location is nice right across the border, we got the hot tub at first the jets did not work but minor breaker issue which was resolved by staff. The building looks to be abit aged however. Overall good experience.

Staff friendly and nice rooms a little outdated but completely clean it has a charm to it…I very much enjoyed my stay and will definitely visit again and there’s private parking but best of all your like a 6min walk from Clifton hill area and about a 10min walk to table rock by the horseshoe falls so it’s in a prime area but just outside the hustle and bustle area so night time everything was quite I would recommend this place if you like nostalgia cause it has its own unique charm

I really loved the vintage style of the hotel. The bed, pillows, and bedding were comfortable, and the room had everything needed for an amazing stay. However, I would like to suggest that the air conditioning unit needs maintenance, as it was quite loud. Thank you so much!

We absolutely love this hotel for our weekends away. No it is not brand spanking new, yes some things are worn out and need updating BUT the beds are comfy, rooms are clean, and the staff is great. Once we had a huge balcony room and it had rained, the maintenance man came up and swept off the balcony for us so we didnt have to sit in a puddle. Truly one of our fav hotels and just a hop skip n a jump to the casino. Enjoy!!

The main reason we chose this hotel is because they have the rare heart jacuzzi tub with mirrors. It was our honeymoon trip so we had to get a little charm of the old \"honeymoon capital\" feeling. The room has been upgraded in some ways, but thankfully, a lot of details remain vintage and that is what we loved about it. After walking all day in the cold, it was nice to come back to a tub. The location was convenient as well, everything was great.

Spotless, amazing jacuzzi in the room & an extremely comfortable bed. Ammenties is a bonus, and its only a 15~ minute walk to Clifton Hill. Also the balcony view to the falls is decent, seeing it lite up at night from it was really nice.

Great for its price. Walkable distance to Niagara Falls - about 20-30 min. No more than that. Niagara in general is not a big place so you mostly can walk in the area unless you want to get to some further attractions. One day was enough to see everything!

View was amazing. However, not worth the hassle we had. Show up on the 12th. Wake up the 13th to bags being ripped open in the hall it was 815am. I messaged down to ask why there was such commotion, was greeted with, \"good morning to you too\"...rude much? You're in the service industry, dont make a rule thay everyone has to be quiet in the hotel from 9 to 9 and exclude your staff from those rules, we paid to be here. Noy long after this the power goes out. No time for a shower or anything. The power didnt come back till 2 in the afternoon. Apparently from what some of the staff said, when power goes out. It always seems to be on that block..good to know. Upon trying to reach out to the Manager once we got home to see if we could get some sort of compensation, we are either being ignored, because i left a kind voicemail 2 days ago, or the manager has a lot of refunds to process and is super busy. We would like our money back for the Saturday stay...thats the least they could do.

To be fair, we got what we paid for.
The hotel and rooms haven't been renovated for a long time... Not necessarily dirty but nothing close to 4*. Very low price, and we were looking for 3 queen bed which were very confortable, also we had a huge balcony with a nice view on rainbow bridge and could see the falls far away.
Close to all attraction and restaurants.

If looking for a cheap deal, with 3 beds walking distance from everything and not looking for a luxury getaway... It's perfect 😅

No Microwave - if you are planning to visit with your babies or kids they don’t have microwave to boil the milk or to warm the food. No kettle. It took 20 min walk to reach the Niagara city cruise.
The room was clean and neat.

The hotel has a real '70s' feel to it which for the single night we stayed was quite fun, but think for longer stays might have got a bit grating. Room was clean, with ample and cheap car parking. You're a 10/15 minute walk from the falls, and with a balcony room. Can see the American falls, albeit at a an angle and with the rainbow bridge slightly blocking your view in between

We loved the older style of the hotel. The view from our riverside balcony was amazing! The pool area with hot tub & sauna was really nice. The upper patking lot was easy parking, quiet, and had plenty of room. The fallsview trail is right out front and clifton hill is 2 blocks away, great falls views. Everywhere we went felt safe. Will be back!
